Insonorisation insuffisante, climatisation bruyante, chambre au décor vétuste, petit déjeuner de piètre qualité (gras, pain mauvais), restaurant bas de gamme.

There is one lady on the reception it’s called Pelin Eren She was very nice and was coming very good. There is another one who’s in the restaurant. I think he is Filipino his short guy I do not know his name really he was very nice with me and I like the hotel too much.

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the hospital, which made my recovery after surgery much easier. * The hotel was quiet and peaceful, without large crowds, which was exactly what I needed during my post-operative recovery. * The room itself was comfortable enough for resting.

Unfortunately, my overall experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. * Room service was extremely slow. Every request took an unreasonable amount of time. I once waited over an hour for two drinking glasses and two teaspoons, and in the end I had to leave the hotel to get them myself. * Communication was difficult because some restaurant staff did not speak or understand basic English. If they did not understand the order, they simply did not send it instead of asking for clarification. * I ordered salmon, but after a very long wait I received sea bass instead. * The minibar/refrigerator was not cold enough to keep drinks and food properly chilled. * The clothes hangers were old, damaged, and broken, so my clothes kept falling. * After housekeeping, there was almost always something missing from the room, such as cutlery, glasses, or other basic items. * The staff’s level of English, especially in the restaurant, made communication unnecessarily difficult. * The TV offered very limited entertainment. There was no Netflix or YouTube, and very few watchable channels. Spending 12 nights recovering after surgery became quite boring. * A modern 5-star hotel should offer guest communication through WhatsApp or another messaging service so requests can be translated and handled more efficiently. * There were no power outlets near one side of the bed, making it inconvenient to charge devices. * Clean plates, cutlery, and glasses were not replenished automatically. I had to request them repeatedly, and every request involved a very long wait. Overall, the hotel’s location was excellent for patients staying near the hospital, but the level of service, communication, and attention to detail did not reflect what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. In my opinion, it felt much closer to a 3-star experience.

Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour au WOW Hotel. Pratique d'accès pour le parc des expositions. Proche de l'OUTLET Airport où l'on trouve plusieurs restaurants. L'hôtel se situe relativement loin de l'Aéroport d'Istanbul. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable.

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et impossible de régler correctement la climatisation. Le mini-bar était fermé.

Punto strategico, vicino alla fiera e alla stazione metro. Camere ampie e pulite. Silenzioso. Hanno un ristorante e la colazione per persone che non soffrono intolleranze e davvero ampia con vasta scelta.

Per celiaci come me la scelta a colazione e davvero limitata. Si potrebbe fare di meglio,però non sono rimasta a digiuno. A cena hanno cercato e trovato una soluzione

Anche se era un piano non fumatori si sentiva odore di fumo da qualche camera , purtroppo c’erano lavori all’esterno e la strada da fare a piedi non era proprio agevole fino in fiera

Location is next to expo. Nothing about it is five stars.

The staff were all so rude. Only on the last day of stay a friendly staff made us feel better and it was all about because we have to help with a rating card. We checked out early instead of staying for the whole stay .

The location was perfect for our stay next the Istanbul Fuar, the staff is very helpful and specially BERRA at the reception she's very helpful 😀 I'll be back definitely

It was near to the exhibition center in which we had a event

Hotel was old & run down. The room was so warm there was no way to turn on the AC. Even though we had a ‘do not disturb’ on the door, we’ve had 3 occasions staff tried to enter our room.

Position perfect for the expo events, no pain for taxi and this is a great advantage in Istanbul, so the choice was oriented by the logistic only. The hotels under this name for the expo are two, if you look for the premium this is definitively the choice.

It's ok but in general expensive for the value, details would deserve more care.

WLAN Abdeckung war nicht im ganzen Hotel

Das Personal sehr kompetent und freundlich besonders während Frühstuck (sehr gedultig mit kleine Kinder).

Leider kein Aktivität,Raum für Kinder oder so eine Ecke wo die kleine mit Malen oderso beschäftigen können.

Good staff and good conditions.

Comfy bed and good breakfast

The hotel was far too hot and the air con was being overridden due to the 'winter' season but it was unseasonably warm. This meant our rooms were far too hot and unable to sleep as we then had to have the window open next to the train line. The gym only opened at 7.30am which was far too late to use before ICFE

Personal are very friendly and the relation manager mr. Erdal expertly managed our big group during peak season and we want extend our rooms in weekend he can manage everything very well.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and polite. A special thanks to Ms. Elif, whose professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. She managed our large group perfectly and ensured everything was ideal for our stay.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία για όσους θέλουν να επισκεφτούν το εκθεσιακό κέντρο καθώς είναι ακριβώς απέναντι! Το δωμάτιο πολύ καλό και με περίμενε μίνι μπαρ με νερά τσάι και καφέ δωρεάν! Πρωινό πολύ καλό επίσης Στάση μετρό ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο οπότε πας πολύ εύκολα και γρήγορα στα ενδότερα καθώς το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι κοντά στην τουριστική ζώνη αλλά εγώ πήγα για δουλειά οπότε γνώριζα ακριβώς το location και δεν το μετανοιωσα καθόλου. Προσωπικό πολύ καλό και εξυπηρετικό με πρώτο και καλύτερο τον Aydin στο service καθώς είναι εξαιρετικός στη δουλειά του !!! Τελευταία μέρα φάγαμε και εντός ξενοδοχείου όπου εξεπλάγην ευχάριστα καθώς ήταν όλα πολύ καλα και για πεντάστερο πολύ Νόρμαλ τιμές.

Нужно было на выставку в Выставочный центр, так что по расположению отель отличный, до центра далеко.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле 3й раз с 2019 года, с каждым годом всё хуже( завтраки всё беднее, фонд старее, а ценник высокий.

Camera ampia, letto confortevole, hotel di buon livello. Personale cortese ed efficiente. C'è una piccola SPA, con un bagno turco ed una sauna, con possibilità di massaggi. Bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione nella camera, vassoio di frutta di benvenuto all'arrivo. Il mio è stato un soggiorno di lavoro, dunque per me, in generale, un ottima sistemazione.

La temperatura in camera, caldissima senza possibilità di diminuire la temperatura. Illuminazione un po' scarsa, mancanza di ganci appendiabiti in giro per la stanza. Posizione assolutamente decentrata, in zona industriale vicino al vecchio aeroporto

Das Hotel ist äußerst stilvoll und gemütlich! Die Zimmer sind supersauber, die Betten bequem und die Badezimmer/ Duschen sehr modern- alles funktioniert einwandfrei! Und hat am besten gefallen as gemütliche Restaurant und der herrliche Poolbereich: die Kinder waren begeistert! Und das Personal war so überaus nett: kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Bad experience at the SPA Center, going to the pool they stopped me and asked me to have a hat, ok rules so far it's nothing new, but after I asked to buy one they didn't write down the bill to my room number, I asked to pay with an electronic card, but it wasn't possible. Only cash or a regular card is possible. Of course, I don't bring documents, cards and money to the SPA center. So I wasn't able to use the pool. I was disappointed because overnight stays aren't cheap, and for $1 they ruined my mood.

The room cleaning was acceptable, and the location is excellent in terms of proximity to the fair center. The staff were friendly, and I was satisfied.

Staff was very friendly and it was close to the Trade Show I was attending, a mere 7 minute walk.

Food breakfast buffet all fresh eggs omelltmet cooked on the spot! Verryy good breakfast all u need even turkish delights are served... they only serve brewed coffee without variety .

More soaps in the at least two to three Toiletries

Hotel is a bit outdated but rooms are good and the beds were very comfy
