Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Die Damen vom Frühstücksservice waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein männlicher Mitarbeiter von Gorrion hat zwei Tische weiter so laut Videos angeschaut, dass wir uns weggesetzt haben. Sorry, das geht gar nicht.

Das Personal ist richtig gut. Top Leistung auch bei Problemen, später an/abreise oder bei der Suche nach einem Transport. Tolga und Samet haben mir sehr geholfen. Ich kann das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Sehr sauber. Die Betten sind super bequem und auch im Sommer gibt es ein richtiges Bett mit Bettdecke und nicht nur ein Lacken. Die Klimaanlage läuft äußerst leise, sodass man auch im Hochsommer bequem und kühl schlafen kann. Ich kommen hier immer wieder gern als Gast vorbei.

Es gibt nichts negatives. Das Hotel ist super

Була надана можливість раннього заїзду. Що було дуже зручно при ранковому рейсі.

На місці хотіли депозит за міні бар, більший за ціну проживання. Однак при бронюванні така інформація ніде не була зазначена.

We stay three night and nobody clean the room. This is unprofessional. Room was dirty

Herr Serkan aus der Lobby war wirklich außergewöhnlich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit seiner herzlichen Art hat er dafür gesorgt, dass man sich direkt willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt hat.

Cet hôtel correspondait exactement à notre attente puisque notre séjour était exclusivement lié aux réparations de notre véhicule dont le garage se situe juste à côté

La douche ouverte pas top la salle de bain se retrouve vite inondée

I first stayed here in 2018 and the hotel is still my go-to in Istanbul in the area. The facilities and amenities are great for travelers especially those who come for business. Staff welcomed me professionally and the check in check out processes were flawless. I had a minor issue as I arrived late and so I asked for late check out and they were very supportive on this matter. The room is spacious. Bed is extremely comfortable. Toiletries have been limited for eco-friendly purposes but they are enough for a short stay.

The only issue I had is probably the location is not close to many restaurants or shops, but that is not a big deal.

L'albergo è pulito ed elegante, le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort, così come il bagno. Il letto molto comodo.

Non c'erano opzioni senza glutine a colazione. Il tassista chiamato dal receptionist dell'albergo per portarmi in stazione mi ha truffato, facendomi fare un giro molto più lungo del necessario e chiedendomi più soldi, nonostante le mie proteste. Il tassista non parlava inglese ed era impossibile comunicare, per cui alla fine sono stato costretto ad accettare la tariffa. Davvero un pessimo servizio. Non fidatevi dell'hotel per i trasferimenti, piuttosto organizzatevi per conto vostro e concordate prima la tariffa.

It was clean and the rooms are big and the bed is comfortable. They have a pool ( which was out of order when we stayed, a bit disappointed about that!) they have a sauna , steam and a Turkish bath here which can be booked. The front reception staff were amazing! Very friendly and so helpful. They all do a great job. Thanks guys !

The breakfast (we only had breakfast) - not too much choice for British people, which was a bit disappointing. Although they did make omelette which was good , otherwise I would have been hungry. The staff at the spa behind the desk were not welcoming at all, a little bit rude.

Location was close to the fair I was attending and I a great lunch at the restaurant.

There was some funny smell around the area of the hotel, like there was some animal farm around the location and it wasn’t pleasant. Inside the hotel was smelling good though.

The staff were very kind, but the hotel was old and outdated. A hotel I used to visit regularly has unfortunately become very disappointing. Even as a returning customer, I did not notice any improvements. There was too much noise, the prices were extremely high, and the room cleanliness was insufficient. I definitely added this hotel to the list of places I would never stay at again.

Nice hotel but the food is not tasty especially when you order down next to the lobby the burger took half an hour and it was cold

Nice and clean. Very helpful front desk!

Very good value for money. No traffic noise heard in the room (calls to prayer could be heard, but were not very disturbing - will not wake you up if already asleep). Decent room quality, good quality bad/mattress. Helpful stuff, mostly good command of English.

Nothing overly negative given the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The conditions were very comfortable, and the interiors were absolutely beautiful, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. What stood out the most was the staff — incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist.

Good and available with plenty of choice but limited daily variety. May like to offer alternative "milk" options like soya and almond. We bought our own oat milk.

Staff was super friendly and interior of hotel is nice. I had a room with a terrace and especially in the summer this is great to relax. The room itslf was also very nice and clean.

Hotel restaurant was closed, could only take diner in the bar. Menu not spectacular. Area not very inspiring

The Air conditioning is just not enough. I stayed 3 days, and the room was hot. Asked the reception several times to lower the temperature because many hotels control the temperature themselves. They didn't follow up on my request and I spent 3 night sleeping badly. Breakfast is not a big deal, has much to improve. It is less than basic.

Everything about the hotel including the front desk, room service and breakfast staff was great. The detox cold water in the front of the restaurant was a nice touch specially in the hot weather.

The Turkish Hamam staff seemed confused and not so helpful. I had to wait for service even after I made an appointment and was told to come down.. Then when my turn supposedly came the lady who worked in the hamam left. That was extremely waste of my time and disappointing. Another area the hotel may want to consider fixing is the cleaning staff needs to make sure to not just take the dirt coffee mugs but to leave clean mugs and re-stock the coffee and tea bags, creamer and sugar after cleaning. I had to request these several times through out my stay. The only other thing is the location being a bit far from famous sites as Haga Sophia mosque as taxis cost a lot.

relative neues Hotel, grosses Zimmer, großer Auswahl zum Frühstück, im Zimmer gibt es Wasserkocher+Tee/Instant Kaffee, Bügelbrett+Bügeleisen, Kleinen Kühlschrank; Bademantel+Pantoffel, Kosmetik - wie Rasierer Set, Zahnpaste und Zahnbürste, Haarkamm, Fön. die Fenster sind gross und man kann sie öffnen (leider die Luftqualität draußen ist schlecht). Es gibt Raucher- und Nicht-Raucherzimmer. Pro Tag bekommt man 2 Stück 0,5l Wasserflaschen, das Wasserqualität in Leitung nicht gut für Trinken und Zähneputzen. Es gibt ein Pool und Sauna Bereich, schön hergerichtet und wenig besucht. Das Hotel liegt unweit von Messegelände -ca. 5 min mit dem Taxi, am günstigsten nach km-Zähler zu fahren ist ca. 5 euro in einer Richtung. Bequemes Sessel und Tisch zum Arbeiten. Es gibt viel Licht im Zimmer (große Fenster und viele Lampen).

Das Geruch von kaltem rauchen von Nachbarzimmer, wird manchmal über Lüftung übertragen. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig. Der Preis von Hotel ist relativ hoch. Zum Frühstück aus warmen Getränken gibt es nur Filterkaffee und Türkische Schwarztee, beide waren zu stark für mich. Die Geschwindigkeit von Internet war eh gering.

毎日の清掃やタオル交換、ごみの回収がない旨を伝えられていなかった。フロントで言われたかもしれないが聞き取れなかった。他のサイトから予約した部屋はこのようなことはなかったので、予約サイトに事前に記載してほしい。
