Difficile de trouver une place de parking. Il y a des partenariats entre des parkings alentours et l'hôtel, et l'hôtel donne des informations sur les autres parkings, mais ils étaient tous complets à 21h !

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026The hotel is in front of side side entrance of Shin-Yamaguchi station, meaning you do have to walk a bit to get to the tracks, however it is also only 2-3 Minutes. Given how close it is to the station, there are quite a few combinis and restaurants/Izakayas around. The room itself is nothing special, but also nothing bad. The personnel was nice and eager to help when I requested another pillow. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Often the breakfast in hotels only has a small western portion, however I feel like that here they finally reached a good balance between western and Japanese cuisines.
While the hotel wasn't exceptional, there also wasn't anything glaringly wrong with it.

Reviewed May 30, 2026朝食。混雑が…と、口コミにあったが、前日に希望食事時間のチケットを取る方法だったためか混雑は特になかった。その他スタッフの方々も基本いい方が多いと思います。
エアコンが一括管理で調整(温度は出来たが風量等微調整が出来なかった)が出来なかった。冷房を止めると暑いし、付けると寒いし…。毛布を貸していただけたので良かったです。

Reviewed May 11, 2026The breakfast buffet in the morning is my favorite part of staying at a Comfort Hotel! This one is a two minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station, which makes it super convenient for travel. As always, the room was very clean and the staff were super nice. One of the employees at the front desk spoke fluent English, which was a great help, but their check-in process is mostly automated so even if the staff that day don't speak English it's not an issue. There's free water and tea available throughout the day, as well as access to a microwave in the common area on the ground floor. It's more expensive than staying at a hostel or a budget hotel, but between the breakfasts and the other amenities offered it's worth it in my opinion.
Each room is rather small and only has a double bed, so if you travel with three people you have to book two rooms. It's perfect if you're traveling in a multiple of two, though.

ダブルだったので仕方がないけれど、布団が一枚で取り合いになった。

前に予約してたのに、宿泊の前日にサイト見たら5000円ほど安くなってた。 前から予約してるのに損した気分。 予約取り直したかったけど前日だしキャンセル料かかるしで諦めた。 前から予約してるのに前日のほうが安いのは納得できなかったし、しかも同じタイプの部屋で尚更損した気分。ホテルの部屋がせめてグレードアップするとかの配慮は欲しいかも。

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Very conveniently located near the Shin-Yamaguchi station, good if you're planning to travel around the province. Room was clean and comfortable, very spacious for Japanese hotel standards. They provide free breakfast, which didn't have much variety but was good enough and practical - but you have to be quick to decide what time to eat as they have limited tickets for each time slot. Staff was always very polite and helpful.
It's located at some sort of red light district, so don't be shocked if you see women in skimpy outfits at the surrounding area.
