Room smells bad, ( maybe the aircon is nit clean), i refresh it with many times, the bad smell did not go away! Towels smells bad too( なまくさい) so i asked for another one. Bed and pillow are terrible😞hard and inconvenient. We can’t sleep good. I have some itchy in my legs maybe from futon blanket.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Everything! We got a room in the 6th floor 😍 with a huge window to see the city, 2 very comfy beds and were given yukatas and we looked so good in them❤️. We reserved our private onsen due to our tattoos and was 110% worth it. The reservation I did included breakfast and was totally worth it too. Very delicious food.
Is a long walk, yet that’s my fault for not checking correctly the distance. If you go with heavy luggage, I recommend you using taxi as is around 800mts walk from the station to the hotel. We walked with our backpack and a carry on but walking with more luggage could be complicated.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026見た瞬間ここに泊まれるのかと感激する程スタイリッシュな外観で、シャワー付きのお部屋は清潔でオシャレ。何より併設のお風呂が良かったです。お風呂付き素泊まりでしたが、お値段もお得でした。観光地にも近く、立地もよい。
強いて言うなら割引きはあるものの、駐車場代がかかります（私的には支払っても問題無い金額でした） 駐車場はホテルの真横で距離的には便利。ホテル前に荷下ろしスペースあり。

少しお風呂までが遠かったの、スリッパで行くと少し雨の日などは歩きにくかった。

Leider gab es keine Waschmaschine, wie es sonst meistens in den Hotels üblich ist. Aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau. In der Nähe gibt es aber einen Waschsalon.

The rooms are clean, modern, and well-designed, while maintaining a pleasant Japanese understatement. The main advantage is the excellent Yuda Onsen: well-maintained, tranquil, with the perfect temperature and a positive energy. After a hot spring bath, you feel truly relaxed. The hotel offers a separate evening time in onsen for guests. The atmosphere is quiet, conducive to relaxation, and the staff is polite and unobtrusive. Excellent breakfasts are also worth mentioning. The train station is a 10-15-minute walk away. A spectacular, tranquil, and very comfortable hotel with no major complaints.

Onsen can be used by non-hotel guests for a fee. Over the weekend, it was very crowded and attracted less desirable types. Lots of kids made the Onsen experience unpleasant too.

Reviewed May 14, 2026The hotel is fantastic. It was super clean and modern. The bed was really comfy and the room was very quiet, I had 3 restful nights there. There are a lot of restaurant around and near the hotel. There is also one restaurant connecting to the hotel and a really nice onsen.
Without a car it's not very convenient to reach this hotel. It's feasible (I did it) but than you are limited if you want to explore the surroundings.

Reviewed May 10, 2026The collective range of facilities, the modern fresh clean decor and the simply outstanding friendly staff, their assistance, helpfulness and service were all exceptionally good. Great value for money, lovely Japanese ambiance in the rooms and a clear culture of professionalism and customer focus prevailed. We loved everything about it. Close to public transport,bike hire and restaurants.
We’re amazed in 2026 to see that smoking rooms exist in such a beautiful facility. This disgusting habit is universally acknowledged as a cause of health issues including cancer and other fatal disease , as are the side effects of passive smoking. It has no place in a wellbeing facility of such exceptional quality and should be banned. Promote your wonderful hotel as smoke free, it will attract customers.

Reviewed May 7, 2026- sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel - sehr nettes Personal - Nutzung der Onsen mit Tattoos nicht möglich, jedoch kann man sich einen privaten Onsen mieten. Der Hammer!! - wir haben eine Radtour durch die Stadt zur Pagode gemacht, war die schönste Pagode die ich in Japan gesehen habe. - Zu den Montonosumi Inari Schreinen kommt man NICHT GUT oder gar nicht mit den Öffentlichen hin. Wenn ihr ein Auto habt, ist das natürlich kein Problem
Es gab nicht wirklich was für Vegetarier beim Frühstücken.

The room was smaller than we expected. We booked a twin type B room thinking it was the larger of rooms in the hotel for two people. There was barely enough room for ourselves and two rollaboard luggage.
