Personal im Frühstücksraum könnte freundlicher sein, Angebot dort auch eher bescheiden

La ubicación inmejorable, a unos cuantos pasos del centro, a unos cuantos pasos del metro. La limpieza exceptional. Las habitaciones amplias, con un baño muy amplio. El desayuno es bueno, completo, de buana calidad, sin ser excepcional. Lo que es más importante fue la excelente atención del personal tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante, sobre todo la persona que preparaba y servía el café, una señorita joven muy atenta y veloz en la atención.

Lo único que no fue de mi agrado, fue la conexión a internet. Funcionaba intermitentemente. Considero que deberían hacer mejoras.

L'hôtel Vittoria est un bel hôtel art déco situé au cœur des 3 places principales de Brescia. De notre chambre nous avions vue sur le dôme de la cathédrale. Très grand lit (probablement king size). Les lampes sont vraiment des œuvres d'art (un oiseau en verre sur l'une). La chambre est de bonne taille sans plus (le lit en prend une grande partie). La salle de douche est entièrement plaquée de pierre jusqu'à plus de 2 mètres, du bel ouvrage. L'ensemble fait un peu vintage voir rétro, mais nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous étions au 4ème étage et c'était un plaisir de descendre le très grand escalier décoré avec des œuvres modernes provenant des événements d'art contemporains locaux. L’ascenseur est lui plutôt petit. Le hall est majestueux.

Un souffle de ventilation la nuit. Le détecteur incendie qui clignote. Un service de petit-déjeune un peu revêche.

Le petit déjeuner était décevant. une seule personne au service c'est trop peu surtout si on doit faire ls cafés. Le buffet était un peu faible, il n'y avait pas de tranches de pain et donc encore moins des pains différents.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. the location was great and the hotel has an elegant appearance in the lobby, especially because of the staircase.

The mattress was like a board and every motion made by one person was felt by the other. Both the window and the door allowed sound to pass through unimpeded. The room was too warm and couldn't find the thermostat. There was only a bedsheet and no blanket of any kind. In short, it failed at the most important task a hotel has - to provide a restful environment conducive to sound sleep. Also, the reading lamps on the night stands lit up the room like noontime in the Sahara so it wasn't realistic for one person to read while the other slept.

Extremely disappointing and absolutely not 5-star service. We booked 6 rooms and spent over €5,000 on our stay. Money went missing from two purses, yet reception barely reacted and there was no proper investigation or follow-up. A bracelet left behind was also found by the cleaner only after we repeatedly followed up ourselves. On top of that, unclear extra charges were added for the toddler bed. Poor service, poor communication, and very poor handling of serious issues. Definitely not worth the money.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Vittoria di Brescia e sono rimasto davvero molto soddisfatto. È un **hotel storico della città di Brescia**, e questo si percepisce anche dagli arredi e dai mobili d’epoca, che personalmente considero parte del fascino e della storia della struttura. Non bisogna aspettarsi un hotel moderno e minimalista: qui si respira la storia, ed è proprio questo uno degli aspetti caratteristici dell’hotel. La posizione è **comodissima**, vicina al centro della città e alla fermata della metropolitana, quindi perfetta per muoversi facilmente a Brescia. Una menzione speciale va allo **staff**, che ho trovato davvero gentile, disponibile e collaborativo. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la prontezza e la disponibilità di una ragazza dello staff, che si è dimostrata molto collaborativa e attenta alle mie esigenze. È un gesto che ho notato e che non dimentico. La **camera era molto pulita e profumata**, e per me questo è uno degli aspetti più importanti quando soggiorno in un hotel. Ho dormito davvero benissimo e mi sono sentito a mio agio. Anche la **colazione è stata ottima e molto soddisfacente**, con una buona scelta per iniziare bene la giornata. Molto positivo anche il **Wi-Fi**, davvero veloce e affidabile. Per me, al di là dell’età degli arredi, la cosa fondamentale è trovare una struttura **pulita, curata e accogliente**, e all’Hotel Vittoria ho trovato proprio questo. La pulizia e il buon profumo della camera sono stati sicuramente tra gli aspetti che ho apprezzato maggiormente. Se in futuro tornerò a Brescia, **soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo all’Hotel Vittoria**. Grazie di tutto allo staff per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità! **Consigliato! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**

Struttura situata in pieno centro, vicino ala fermata Vittoria della metro cittadina. Ottima pulizia e letto comodo. Staff molto disponibile e servizio di custodia bagagli incluso.

Diversi aspetti, se paragonati a strutture simili, non hanno soddisfatto le aspettative. . Colazione molto buona ma con poca scelta. Problemi con la rete WiFi della struttura. Alcuni problemi con il funzionamento dei sanitari. Dispenser dei saponi da doccia non sempre riempiti. Mancanza di topper nel materasso e fodera con un piccolo strappo. Si tratta di problemi che non avrebbero influito negativamente nella valutazione di un hotel quattro stelle di periferia, ma che in un cinque stelle in pieno centro storico hanno il loro peso.

El hotel Vittoria es un hotel de factura antigua y además, lo cual me parece bien, hace gala de ello, sofás, sillas y ornamentos van en consonancia con el espíritu del hotel. Ello no significa que hayan adaptado cuestiones importantes. Habitación grande con baño amplio redecorado, cama de dos metros de ancha minibar tv digital. Bien en general. Está en pleno centro histórico de Brescia y mantiene un acuerdo con un aparcamiento cercano que facilita enormemente ese tema. El personal de recepción—Natalia en especial—excelente, al igual que el de limpieza

El desayuno no es su fuerte y el sistema de pedir el café o la leche o lo que se quiera tomar directamente al camarero es complicado, cada uno tenemos nuestros gustos y costumbres por lo que creo que una cafetera como en todos los hoteles hoy en día en la que puedas elegir que tipo de café quieres, la cantidad y la leche aparte, es una asignatura pendiente. Por su parte yo no tomo zumo de naranja pero mi esposa me dijo que no era natural y eso que en un hotel de su categoría es imperdonable hoy en día y más aun con el precio de la habitación

The aircon is ancient and in the first room it did not work and they had no free rooms so had to spend the first night with a fan in extremely hot weather. The second room was cooler but still not cold.

Su ubicación era perfecta para conocer el casco histórico. Está situada justo delante de la maravillosa piazza de la catedral y cerca de la piazza della Loggia. Su terraza tenía unas vistas espectaculares de la cúpula de la catedral y del casco histórico y tomar una cerveza en ese lugar fue mágico. La habitación era cómoda, amplia y un poco ruidosa (se oía demasiado el pasillo). La atención en la recepción fue extraordinaria. Es una ciudad muy atractiva a la que volveré.

The single room had no windows, which was the biggest disappointment. This information was not mentioned on the Booking.com website. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, and the building itself is historic and beautiful. However, the staff could have been a little more friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also rather basic for a five-star hotel.

L'hôtel est en pleins centre-ville ce qui est appréciable pour s'y balader autant que l'on veut et le personnel est agréable.

L'hôtel n'est pas un vrai 5 étoiles, la chambre et le balcon n'étaient pas propre. Le petit déjeuner était un peu cher pour ce qui a été proposé le matin où nous l'avons pris et des vitres étaient cassées à différents endroits des parties communes. Au moment de régler la taxe de séjour et les petits déjeuners, nous nous rendons compte qu'il nous a été facturé deux matinées de petit déjeuner alors que nous n'avons été qu'une seule fois. Pour l'instant, nous attendons le remboursement.

Un ouvre d’art l’hôtel Vittoria ! Magnifique endroit, on sent bien le passé glorieux de ce hôtel.

Le style art déco exceptionnel, des espaces enchanteurs d’un autre temps. Un lux authentique et vrai. Les lustres en verre de Murano. Un accueil présent à tous moments. Emplacement au cœur du centre historique et le parking à proximité immédiate.

Central to everything and walkable to Brixia and other museums even in 95F/35C heat, close to a metro stop, close to a number of beautiful squares and churches. Staff was extremely helpful with questions and then immediately responsive to a small issue with our room.

It was spacious and clean, comfortable during the heat. We had the terrace to ourselves most nights, staff were very friendly and really good service. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food

We stayed at Hotel Vittoria with my daughter during our trip to Brescia and had a very enjoyable experience. What we especially loved was the location — right in the historic centre, so we could easily walk around the city, explore the beautiful streets and come back to the hotel whenever we wanted. The hotel itself has a special charm and an elegant, historic atmosphere, which made our stay feel a little different from a typical modern hotel. Our room was comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed starting our mornings with breakfast at the hotel. We spent several days here and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. For us, Hotel Vittoria became part of the experience of discovering Brescia, and we would be happy to stay here again on a future visit.

Zimmer in herrlich historischem Stil, dazu oassend die ganzen historischen Bsdezimmerarmaturen, die aber gut in Schuß sind. Das Personal ist so zuvorkommend, freundlich, mit echtem Interesse an uns Gästen. Und die Lage ist super - mitten in der Altstadt, Parkhaus nur 100 Meter entfernt. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar, auch für ältere Menschen und mit Handicaps.

Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Temperaturen in Brescia waren während unseres Aufenthaltsn zwischen 38 und 40 Grad, da ging auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer "in die Knie" und konnte die Temperatur im Zimmer nachts nur "mildern". Aber eine kalte Dusche brachte Linderung ...

L’Hotel Vittoria è una struttura storica di grande fascino, capace di conservare l’eleganza e l’atmosfera del passato. La posizione è eccezionale, nel pieno centro di Brescia, e il personale della reception è sempre cortese e professionale.

Le camere, però, avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore manutenzione per essere all’altezza del prestigio dell’hotel. Anche la colazione è il punto più debole: scelta piuttosto limitata e servizio non in linea con il livello della struttura.

Very poor air conditioning. The first room had a stand alone fan as the air conditioning was so poor. We requested a room change as we struggled to sleep. The air conditioning in the next room was only slightly better and quite noisy. Such a shame as it's a gorgeous hotel.

Der Zimmerpreis wird auf der Webseite als: einschließlich aller Steiern und Gebühren beschrieben. Das Hitel verlangte dennoch zusätzlich eine Ortstaxe. Ist nicht viel aber sehr ärgerlich Dazu noch das schnippischeü Personal an der Rezeption

Fijne kamer met goede airco. Het personeel bij de receptie was ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en goed verzorgd. Er werd goed opgelet en snel opgeruimd. Fijne privé parkeerplaats voor de auto.

De douche in het bad was wat gevaarlijk. Lastig om in en uit te stappen, ook kon je er moeilijk in staan. Ik zou de hele jacuzzi installatie verwijderen. Dan is er meer ruimte voor een veilige douche

Room was too small, I didnt like to comfort of the bed. Breakfast was poor. Also they charged us 1 bottle of water from minibar, I believe this is not nice for this kind of hotel which was expensive.

The property was in the city centre, small and cute breakfast, kind staff at reception.

The location was great. We were in the middle of everything that day was a music festival and in 5 to 10 minutes walk we saw five different bands performing on the streets.

La ubicación es muy buena muy cerca del metro y de los duomos. Llegué a las dos y pude usar mi habitación sin problema.

Para nada es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Si bien el lobby esta agradable, la habitación era muy vieja y chica. La puerta del baño no cerraba, el baño tenía una cortina un tanto transporte que de noche con la luz encendida sí se veía desde afuera (había un pequeño balcón justo fuera del baño donde hice la prueba de cómo se veía con la cortina). La cama bastante vieja y un tanto incómoda. La recepcionista no fue muy amable. El desayuno muy pobre.
