Hampton Inn and Suites Fredericksburg

When we arrived one of your employees that checked me in at the front desk wasn’t friendly

Breakfast was good. Made a waffle.

The spray they provide for making the waffle is a silicone based spray. Not too healthy. Didn’t use it. How about Pam or oil based.

Great location with easy access to anywhere in Fredericksburg! (Right next to Wegman's- which was nice!)_. Suitable amenities for a travelling family with kids, nice breakfast, great staff at the reception- very curtious and professional.

Could "spruce" up the breakfast a bit with a little bit of healthier options- vegetables, and perhaps even more fruits and a variety of cheeses.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Hotel très propre et bon petit déjeuner. Très près de l’autoroute 95 donc pratique pour une nuit sur la route. Plusieurs restaurants autour et magasins. Endroit calme et sécuritaire.

Breakfast was great Room was clean and comfortable

The service was great. Mikaela was very kind.

Couldn't access the pool on request.

Conveniently located at restaurants close by

They allowed us to do an extra late check in as we were traveling home from Florida to NJ. Breakfast was fantastic! Room was clean and comfy!

The breakfast was good. Same as most Hampton Inn locations.

Wasn't a fan of where the pool was located. Didn't feel safe using it alone. But, I really wanted to because it was incredibly hot.

The location and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly when I encountered them and the pool was a great for the hot days!

No complaints. The food was pretty good, more options would be nice.

Everything was perfect 👌 Breakfast was "wow!"

location

breakfast could have had an omlet station

Clean, great location and everyone was very nice.

Property was nice. The only thing was the room air conditioner. The room never really cooled off making sleeping uncomfortable. Even being on the highest setting it just didn’t cool the room off.

Your front desk, girl when I checked in was amazing!

Very comfortable, accessible and the staff were so friendly and fantastic.

The breakfast was not good at all. The coffee was terrible

Room was very clean. Location was nice ! Close to the convention center

The paint was peeling off the bathroom walls/ceiling . There was duct tape keeping my nightstand together . The breakfast was extremely disappointing as that was the main reason I booked here. The pool was dirty and not cleaned for debris

Cleanliness and Value

Everything was great

Location cleanliness, breakfast checkout time

Liked everything!

Clean, amazing location, comfortable, easiest, fastest check in and check out, absolutely the most friendly staff…can’t say enough!

This is an exceptional hotel. We stated there on our way to the Outer Banks and found everything about our stay to be perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and provided bottled water on our arrival and as we departed. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable and quiet. Was impressed that Hampton uses natural/cruelty-free soaps and shampoo, as I rarely get to use what hotels offer. Location was well situated yet safe and quiet.

Very comfortable and immaculate room , friendly staff and breakfast was excellent

Very comfortable, bed was very comfortable, bathroom spacious in a great location, breakfast was great.

Clean property, rooms were nice, customer service was great and complimentary breakfast was good.

All excellent

The breakfast was delicious- the staff was very friendly

I know it’s not the hotel fault but I missed my check due medical emergency with my autistic son. I didn’t get a discount for not check in on time. I Was supposed to be at 3pm but I didn’t arrive until the next day at 1am. Howeve, I appreciate the courtesy. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely reserve again for our next adventure.

Nice clean up to date facility and room.

The breakfast area seemed a little small for the size of the hotel.

Always a nice room

60$ for dogs

The hotel is very nice. Staff are super friendly and helpful and gave good advice over places to eat locally. The rooms are good sized and clean and the bed is comfy. Breakfast was excellent, especially the waffle maker, which being from Britain we had no expectations of having so it made the breakfast seem very luxurious! Could do with some instructions, maybe Americans have much more experience here and our fellow guests were happy to give us advice and help out. Not far into Fredricksburg and lots of space to park. We stayed here for a couple of nights in between landing at DC and travelling down to the coast so it was a great place to stop off at.

Can't think of anything.

Clean room

Clean and tidy

The room size was awesome. Loved the layout. Couch was comfortable and the TV was spot on. Location was really good, We loved the walk in shower.

The traffic all night was horrible. Felt like we were on the interstate. The toilet was extremely loud.

Our room was exceptional. Loved the layout. Location was perfect.

Consistently clean, well run hotel chain. Makes traveling easier knowing we can expect good service!

Would prefer plain scrambled eggs ... not a big deal.

The front desk staff was really nice

The hotel has a smell to it. There were ants and I guess they cleaned as well as as they could. It wasn’t horribly dirty, but it wasn’t clean clean.

The staff were always available, professional and friendly! They did their job well and always had a smile. The continental breakfast was good. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. We were very pleased.

Keep doing what you're doing!

Overall a great place to stay, and the price was right

L'emplacement près de l'autoroute facile d'accès

Hôtel un peu cher. L'aménagement de la chambre est rudimentaire et l'insonorisation est minimal, on entend les gens parler dans la chambre à côté.

I lovec my visit

Set up of suite. Small kitchenette was perfect.

Our king suite was next to the “pump room” which ran all night. Very noisy!

Very comfortable, clean and nice location. All the staff are very courteous and helpful!

Only issue is breakfast is a little sparse

Clean bright functional convenient close to everything food activities malls

The location was extremely central to everything we wanted/needed to see. It was very nice inside and the staff were super friendly

Very convenient to interstate 95

Our room was right near the breakfast bar and the electrical room. It was very noisy.

Clean and nice staff very friendly

It’s in a very crowded area . Lots of places to eat etc and I prefer less busy but most would like this

The location is great. The cleanliness was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
