Holiday Inn Fredericksburg - Conference Center by IHG

Location was a lot near the hotel and wasn’t far from downtown it was clean

The shower was broke the shades was broke couldn’t even let the son in and the be was uncomfortable only one elevator was working one of my dispensers in the shower was broken

The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, the shower pressure and water temp were perfect! Very comfortable bed, too.

Comfortable beds, lots of hot water for my shower and it was quiet and I always felt safe. Great coffee in the morning

Can’t think of anything

Not clean, no signs of cleaning job. Microwave is dirty and broken, shower broken. Tube cracked, dusty room.

Nice furniture, linens and lighting.

They billed me for my stay despite the fact that it was already paid for. No one answers the phone. Also the key card got deactivated by mistake.

Ashley at the check in desk was absolutely amazing. We had a problem with rooms because of a booking.com issue. She with the help of her manager was able to resolve the problem.

Very friendly desk staff, comfortable bed, great shower, good location, good ihop next to it.

Fan in bathroom didn't work.

Not much, the property looked like it needed a good revamp

My bathroom and tub were disgusting. There was porcelain missing scratches just poor, poor

Location

Breakfast not included

Friendly and helpful staff Clean

צוות ממש נחמד חדרים גדולים

הברכה הייתה קרה. אין בופה לבוקר. צריך להזמין לפי תפריט. המעליות נתקעו פעמיים

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was delicious! The eggs were seasoned well and the potatoes were flavorful. It was a wonderful start to my day!

I was a bit concerned that the caulking around the tub in the shower appeared to be worn. That was my only concern. However, the bathroom was clean.

No breakfast. Close to where we were going very convenient

Tamara is hands down the best part of the Holiday Inn experience. She has a presence that makes you feel welcomed. She’s patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is fine but Tamara is what makes it feel like a home away from home.

Location⁹

The staff besides the Bartender who served the food

After the issue with registration the visit went well. The facility was bright and well appointed. The room was comfortable and the staff for the most part helpful. At registration was not interested in assisting me with my issue. The manager was front an center on fixing my issue and was extremely helpful.

Location, and apologetic staff!

Price Gauging! Too Much for a Handicapped room!, No power to TV and frontroom lamp!, No exhust fan in the bathroom, Low water-pressure in bathroom.

Due to purpose for my visit (family @ Mary Washington Hospital), ALL front desk staff was demonstrated exemplary customer and hospitality service. Specifically, wanted to thank LINDA (FRONT DESK) and Front Service Staff for warm and professionalism during our staff! Made out stay away from home very very welcoming! Much gratitude and continued professional growth!

There were not many things did not like - only two suggestion for housekeeping: please check lamps and lightening to make sure working properly! The cleanliness of the room beyond expectations! Thank you to the housekeeping staff! Second suggestion applying AAA discount, setup away customer/guest can get this discount applied to original cost of room. Thank you!!

Cleanliness is very important to me. Everywhere I went throughout the premises was spotless. My room was nice & clean as well.

Breakfast was included into the price of King suite

pool was not warm

everything was good

Very clean and accessible

Could have included breakfast or coffee

We were there at dinner time and attendant said fryer was broken (Saturday night) the next morning a different attendantsaid the fryer was not broken. Bathtub was too tall to be safe and the glazepeeling off

Great location, clean, friendly staff

The pool was very cold

The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good location, nice staff

While breakfast was not provided complimentary, places to get breakfast were close by.

NA I

Location, restaurant lower level rooms were comfortable. Comfortable beds. Nice staff very accommodating

After a 7 hour drive all we wanted to do was nap when we checked in at 3 pm however the maintenance leaf blower was out front and the noise and vibration from the blower made it impossible to rest. Information on how to use the in room safe was locked inside the safe when I called down for help I was told I had to wait till the morning. We were only there one night so this was upsetting.

no 24hr coffee

It was clean

My heat sounded like a truck and when it stopped there was an animal digging in the wall. Complained and didn’t even get an apology call.

Cleanliness

Nice place no breakfast included, but plenty places around for a better breakfast than the $15$ there

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff.

Location to 95

Restaurant/bar closed again. Tub in room had blood in it

It was amazing this is the only Hotel we stay at due to the friendly serve and cleanliness of the building and room.

Very nice we stopped for one night on our way to Myrtle Beach .. clean and comfy and staff were great

Nothing

El mejor hotel del mundo

They have a bunch of bikers standing there I have no problem with bikers I think they are awesome people. The problem was that they came pulling in at 1:00am 2:00am and 4:00am revving up their engines and loud music. And I’m love people having a great time but at those times and I’m on a road trip from Florida to upstate New York.

I was disappointed there was no free morning coffee. Room coffee machine did not have half and half. Hate powder creamer

I liked everything except no bathroom fan and water froze in refrigerator

Tahara at the front desk is always so welcoming

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Ice machine was broken, so it was hard to find one working. Decor in public areas looked worn, but room was fine and beds comfortable.

We arrived for check-in at 11:50pm. There was all of 1 person working the front desk with a long lineup of people waiting to check-in/resolve issues. By 12:20 we received our room cards and headed to our room. Soon as we opened the door, it smelled humid/like vomit and we noticed mold on the walls. Disgusted, we brought this up at the front desk and the kind lady immediately apologized and gave us a new room. We moved, the smell was better and there was no mold, however there were all kinds of cleanliness issues, like dirty pillows and some weird item on the floor. Chocolate? Dog treat? I have no idea what it was, but definitely should have been noticed by housekeeping. At this point, it was 1am, we were dead tired from spending 15 hours on the road and didn't have the energy to return to the front desk once more. We laid towels on the dirty pillow and called it a night... Building maintenance and housekeeping need to be talked into ASAP. Never again to this location.

Nice

Clean

Nice facility.

Great location, very clean and staff was friendly!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was fresh and clean The pool was very clean. Was an easy check-in and check out. Parking was easy. The bed was comfortable. Everything that I'd wanted for a great price. The only thing I would say was a negative was the pool was not heated.

Shower does not work only the lowet faucet yo Fill in the tolub

Easy access from major freeways. Convenient dining options in hotel. Quiet comfortable room. Indoor pool was too freezing for our 9 year old to swim in (and she’ll swim in pretty much anything)

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Thought prices were a bit high.

More breakfast selection at lower cost.

Very clean facility. Restuarant in hotel Made to order food instead of buffet food Quiet and great location with many restaurants and stores close by. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe.

Nothing really

should include breakfast like other properties

all good

room was good and size was great

Very nice, if only other Hotels were this good.
