The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious with a gorgeous pool area ...immaculate throughout...fantastic location, lovely breakfast

Our room , a double room without balcony which is what we booked and was fine ....it was so small with no mirror apart from in the tiny bathroom , smallest shower ive ever seen and if we weren't of slim build it wouldn't of been doable at all , the pipe was right infront of the on/off valve and we had to pull the pipe away from the wall to turn the shower on ,but this was rectified after a couple of days, housekeeping must have spotted it as I didn't report it, also watch out for city tax on checkout....gorgeous 4 star hotel but room not so at all

We loved the hotel, the location, the views, the pool and the service.

The breakfast choices were very limited. The little bites that varied each day were interesting but not to our liking. Expanding main breakfast choices like egg omelettes, boiled eggs, waffles, pancakes and/or smoked salmon would be great additions, even if you eliminated the little bites.

The staff were accommodating, the location and that it had a pool so you didn't have to go to the beach, you could relax by the pool after being out exploring or shopping. Also tge rooms had shutters that you could put down to keep the sun out and in the evening the lights out so you could have a great nights sleep

We loved staying here, and the biggest draw card was the pool. We stayed by the pool every day, until close. Both Mani and Riccardo (I hope I get these right!) were so lovely and worked long hours. The breakfast was a nice continental breakfast with some hot food like bacon, though we would have liked some more fruit on offer. They make espresso coffee for you for breakfast and serve you tea if requested. The drinks by the pool were on the pricier side but we honestly didn't mind because after the heat of Rome and Naples we were happy to pay for the convenience.

Hotel was great in a central location where we could easily find hotels/shopping and still catch a ferry to visit Capri and the Amalfi coast. The breakfast provided was good and I really appreciated that every morning, they would pre-emptively tell us what items did not contain nuts as my daughter has a tree nut allergy. The staff are so friendly.

Fab hotel and location. We came here for 5 nights as we was in Italy for A wedding, Im so glad we chose this hotel coz it was perfect in every way it was close to bars and restaurants rooms was cleaned everyday and fresh towels everyday. The rooms was quite small but it was fine for us, This hotel has a rooftop bar which has the best views. We was bed and breakfast it was ok plenty of choice. There is a swimming pool it isn’t very big but it was fine for us as we didn’t go with any kids, I would definitely go back to this hotel again,

Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff and an incredible roof top bar

Beautiful hotel- central location, close to Marina Grande and Piazza Tasso, both easy walking distance. The view from both the breakfast and bar rooftop on floors 4 & 5 is absolutely spectacular. Breakfast was plentiful, with nice selection of cereals, breads, ham / cheeses / patisseries etc. The staff are super friendly, from those on reception, to those serving at breakfast and the guys serving around the pool all day - everybody wants to help you in any way they can & it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. Rooms are bright and airy, air con brilliant; the pool area is also lovely., We would 100% recommend this hotel

There is a venue opposite which can be very loud on the evening which can spoil time on the balcony. Not the hotels fault but can become annoying especially when we upgraded to the seaview balcony and would have liked a bit more peaceful.

Hotel Regina was an excellent value for money. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast with the panoramic view was a highlight, and the rooftop terrace offers stunning views over the Bay of Naples. My girlfriend and I (both in our late 30s) stayed here for four nights, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The basic room is okay, but I would recommend upgrade to the following level (a little bit bigger) if your are planning on staying several days. The small difference is worth it. The location is perfect—close enough to walk everywhere in Sorrento while still being quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

The only areas for improvement would be a dedicated workspace for guests who need to work remotely (rare in Sorrento) and a larger pool. The pool is beautiful and you get excellent food and drinks services, but relatively small. However, these are very minor points considering the price. Compared to hotels charging two or three times as much, Hotel Regina delivers an exceptional overall experience and fantastic value for money.

The hidden taxes, which we didnt really understand….. had to pay a cash tax as we arrived, and a £4 euro per person per night tax as we left.

Sanitaires, taille de la chambre. Discothèque sous la fenêtre même si les horaires sont corrects. Compliqué de faire une sieste efficace. Petit-déjeuner plus varié et proposant de vrais choix de qualité.

Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was varied and very tasty and the rooftop bar was stunning.

The pool area was fabulous but it could have done with being more closely monitored - for example a group of 4 guests had reserved 8 beds between them and kept them all day, stopping others being able to sit down. And a large group of very loud guests were drinking and smoking in the pool, which was less than ideal.

We enjoyed our room, the pool, the roof top bar / restaurant and the morning breakfast. Importantly, the service was outstanding! We will recommend and return for sure.

Only one thing: Move the shampoo and soap dispensers from the side of the shower to the back - the side of shower location makes the narrow shower even more narrow.

If I could score the visit to Boutique Hotel Regina higher then I would! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty - welcome drinks and made to just relax whilst our cases were taken to the room. Our car was safely parked in their garage (yes we drove from the UK to Sorrento) and there it stayed whilst we immersed ourselves in everything the area had to explore. The team at the hotel helped to book tours for us to Capri and the Amalfi coast. Both were great value and really allowed us to enjoy our visit. The staff were without a doubt exceptional. Always friendly, rooms turned down at night (with a sweet on the pillow)… the little extras that just made this hotel one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. If you are going to stay in Sorrento then this is the the hotel to stay at - well situated close to the town and beaches.

The hotel was really clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful, we couldn’t fault them. The restaurant for breakfast has the most beautiful setting, and the roof terrace in the evening was really lovely. Our room had a balcony overlooking the bay, which was so lovely. A fabulous way to wake up and have such a beautiful view. The room was spotlessly clean, and plenty of space. The pool area is really lovely, with lots of loungers, chairs and seating areas. They provide beach towels, which is great.

The breakfast was the same every day, and the only fruit was watermelon. There was a large selection of cakes every day, which looked lovely, but not something I would eat for breakfast. We knew the cost of the garage for the car was €25 a day, but I think it’s a lot of money to charge, we knew we had no choice, and they did too

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were traveling with our dogs and couldn’t leave them alone in the room, so the team quickly helped us find a dog daycare. We also really enjoyed the island tour they recommended.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfection! No hills to climb, easy access to the port, the main Piazza, the train station! I would definitely return. It’s so lovely overlooking Naples Bay. I brought a small dog and they helped me with his stroller on the front steps.

The location was great, 10 minutes walk to the beach, town centre or the small marina. Roof top bar has amazing views and a sunset there should not be missed! Looking at that view for breakfast every morning is something else. The rooms were smaller than we expected but very clean, good shower, comfortable beds and a small fridge. We liked the roller blind for the windows, it kept the room dark and cool. Clean towels and the room cleaned and tided every day was nice. The staff are lovely, so friendly, professional and welcoming. Thank you to Juan for organising a room move for us due to the noise from the restaurant upstairs, we really appreciated it.

The noise from the restaurant upstairs woke us up and you can hear people next door. The room walls are thin. We were lucky to be able to move rooms to a lower floor which helped.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. In a great location just a short walk away from the busy bars and shops. From checking in to checking out the staff are amazing. Very professional but approachable and helpful. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool area was cleaned by the team early in the morning to an exceptional standard. The breakfast was really good with a wide choice of food served by very friendly staff. The setting was beautiful. The roof top terrace has amazing views but the peace and tranquillity we expected was spoiled by other local establishments playing extremely loud music which drowned the soft music played by the hotel. We could hear this music in our room until 11:30 which did spoil our evening. I appreciate the hotel cannot do anything about this it is just very unfortunate but it is something to take into account if you want peace and quiet.

An absolutely fabulous view, from the room the restaurant and especially the rooftop bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was extremely clean throughout. Our room was spotless and cleaned everyday. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat. Great location, only a 8-10 minute walk to the Main Street, with many restaurants and a number of bars. Great location for getting to the ferry port as well.

The hotel was in the perfect location - an easy walk to both the harbor and the city center. The view from our room was spectacular and right across from Villa Pompeiana, where there was a wedding reception every night of our stay. We were treated to a concert if the balcony door was open, but could barely hear a thing once we closed the door. The breakfast was delicious and the servers were so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was amazing! They helped arrange transportation and made wonderful restaurant suggestions for our stay in Sorrento.

Beautiful location. Close to everything. Lovely staff. Great to have a pool. The breakfast view was incredible as was the rooftop bar.

A coffee machine in the room would be a nice touch rather than just instant coffee. It would be nice if dressing gowns were provided too. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was only open on one of the four nights we were there. Luckily we went that night otherwise we would have missed it.

Hotel Regina is classy, impeccably clean and situated in an incredible spot looking out over the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The staff were all incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially as we were staying for a wedding and they allowed us up to the rooftop bar when it closed to take photographs. We especially loved the rooftop terrace bar to enjoy drinks in the evenings with incredible views and the pool area has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and feels secluded away from the street out the front.

The only downsides we could find were very minor. It would’ve been nice if the room was slightly bigger for the price we paid, and on the weekends the restaurant/bar across the road got a little noisy at night, however they generally stopped by 11pm.

We had a wonderful stay here at this beautiful hotel. There are several things I wish to mention: - The staff, especially Gianluca the concierge, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We had an unfortunate incident while there, and Gianluca went out of his way to help us out. We very very much appreciated his help. - Another staff member to mention is Jole’ in dining. She was very professional in every way but also very friendly, kind and approachable. We enjoyed interacting with her. - The breakfast buffet is pretty amazing, with a bounteous selection to start your day. Kudos to the chefs for the outstanding and delicious array of food choices. - The cozy pool area is also very nice and inviting, with plenty of space to either lounge by the pool or sit in the shaded area by the bar and admire the lemon trees. - The view and sunset from the rooftop is spectacular! It is a unique and special feature of the hotel. Again, special thanks to Gianluca, Carmine, Jole’ and the entire staff for making our stay in Sorrento a most memorable one.

What a little gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet only minutes from main amenities. Prefect location. We had room 110 which looked onto the pool and from the balcony we could also see the sea. The staff were plesant, obliging and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Carmen on reception. I was astounded how helpful the restaurant staff and chef were to cater for my vegan and gf diet. Each morning there was a daily surprise awaiting me. I was really blown away. A special mention to Jole and her team for their exceptional service. The restaurant terrace is just the most splendid place to start the day, looking out over the sea to Mt Vesuvius. A special mention to the barman (didnt catch his name) who was so attentive and helpful when ordering our wine. I would highly recommend this small hotel which was immaculately clean. The only gripe I have is the lack of plug sockets in the bedroom - 2 including one for the lamp which we had to keep unplugging and no mounted mirrors in the actual bedroom. Not sure what grade room we had but it was relatively spacious with a sofa bed which was great for spreading our luggage out on. Missing The Regina already and we had an amazing honeymoon, one we will treasure.

The Hotel Regina is situated in a beautiful spot. It is surrounded by lush greenery and also has a beautiful garden of its own. The reception staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My room was very clean and modern with an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast area upstairs has amazing views across the Bay of Naples to Mount Vesuvius.

Staff are helpful and friendly fhe location is also great a 5 minute walk to the port or center. Hotel hosts a 360 rooftop bar which had incredible views and a nice relaxed vibe the rooftop bar is definately the hotels selling point. Sadly the room let down my stay while the bed was comfy the tv signal constantly kept dropping also on the final night i did notice 10 or so ants in the corner next to the window. The bathroom was tiny no room to move in the shower also when using the toilet you had to squeeze under the sink again could hardly move. Im sure this hotel has some lovely rooms but they must be kept for customers who book directly through the hotel rather than jet2.

Nice breakfast with a lovely view! Hotel room was beautiful with the balcony overlooking the sea. I liked the size of the hotel, it was small and cozy but still had everything we needed. The staff was very accommodating whenever we needed help with anything.

Our room was right under the restaurant so we were woken up early by breakfast preparation and chairs being dragged across the floor above us.

Dinner food in the restaurant is not as expected

Good location, 15 -20 min walk from ferry, make sure to take public elevator (less than 2 euro), which is not well marked, and Google maps doesn't assume you will use and tries to route you on very steep walk. Ease of check in, with very friendly staff. In fact all staff encountered were great, helpful and chill. I had just the basic room. It was small but adequate, with fridge, and small window to open for fresh air. (note: must be closed for AC to work). No blackout blinds just light curtain, was ok for me. Bed comfort just ok. Very small bathroom & shower stall, fine for me. Stars of the show: 1) breakfast was fantastic, buffet style but top quality hot and cold items (bacon & eggs, cheese and cold cuts, etc), sweets of all kinds, yogurt, apples, fresh juice, great coffee & expresso. 👏 I normally don't have breakfast at hotel, but did here, every day. 2) pool area was very comfortable, pool was great for cool down after day outings...closes early (18:00). Hot tub was not working on my stay. 3) rooftop patio...great views! 4) again to emphasize, staff were very pleasant and friendly. 24 hr front desk.

Minor items: Size of room & shower. Not much surface area for items. I put misc items on floor to give me more room. Also emptied mini bar (items for sale) from fridge, so I could put my own items in, as it was tiny. There was an adequate wardrobe space and a safe. Door was a bit finicky (both the key card and the latch). More towels would be nice add. Was on the 3rd floor, there was noise from above (breakfast room) when they were setting up (to open at 7 am). Woke me a bit earlier than planned. It was hot one night and I tried to put on AC but had window open...a note by thermostat about this would help (unless I missed it).

Stayed at the Regina hotel with my fiance end of august till start of september (5 days). We were there for a friends wedding. What a hotel. Gorgeous!! rooms were lovely, pool was lovely, but the main event was the rooftop bar (skybar) and where you get breakfast. What gorgeous views in the morning or at night having a few drinks!! Loved Sorrento and cant wait to return and will definitely be visiting the Regina hotel again!

Stayed here with my wife to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary and so glad we did. Beautiful hotel, with gorgeous views of Vesuvius and the bay of Naples from the hotel room. We chose a double balcony room which also gave us views of the swimming pool area and Sorrento itself. Absolutely stunning. The room was a decent size, comfortable bed and plenty of space to store things. Fridge/mini bar was handy as well. Shower was a good size, with decent water pressure Easy walking distance to both Marinas and Sorrentos main shopping streets. The staff were wonderful and happy to do anything we needed. We will certainly be looking at returning should we find ourselves back in Sorrento!

This is an excellent botique hotel in Sorrento. We selected this hotel becaue of its close proximity to the marina. From the minute my wife and I arrived, we were treated with first class service. The front desk staff was professional and extremely helpful with any questions we had. The rooftop breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the overall service. The room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The views were incredible, we had a corner room with two balconies and had a stunning view of Vesuvius. Easy to walk to the centre in a few minutes, lovely restaurants everywhere. The staff were lovely, and they even refresh your room twice daily (I think since there is a pool and nearby beaches so expect people may shower in the late afternoon).

Shower was in a very bad condition and breakfast was so poor, no choice of anything to eat properly, there was only big choice of sweet and cakes, which is not healthy. Coffee was worst that I ever tried, so sad in Italy I was expecting best coffee taste.
