Hotel Plaza

The location was brilliant, but the staff were what really made our stay. Samantha, Rosa and the entire breakfast team were absolutely fantastic — so warm, welcoming and genuinely hospitable. Starting each morning with them was such a lovely part of our stay and always put us in a good mood.

Fantastic location and beautiful contemporary interior

Everything was perfect

Hotel Plaza exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the rooftop bar and pool. The atmosphere up there is magical! The location is also very convenient, and the staff we encountered made our stay very pleasant. If we'll come back to Sorrento, we're definitely coming back to Hotel Plaza!

It was beautiful, perfectly located, lovely staff, great pool and views, amazing breakfast and very clean rooms.

The room service for food is very limited. They can definitely improve on the selection offered and the times during which you can order.

Hotel Plaza was one of the best hotels we stayed at. The staff in the hotel were amazing, they were great in the lead up to the stay and they helped us with every query we had. The breakfast at the property was everything we needed, and more! The rooftop bar had great bar staff, the food was amazing and the pool was great! We'll definitely be back!

There weren't many sun loungers by the pool, but we were always able to find one.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location. The front desk staff are friendly, the facilities are complete, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and bright. It was a wonderful stay.

Nydelig frokost.

Had a fabulous time and highly recommend

Personal, gimnasio espectacular.

Ville absolutt bodd her igjen!

Perfekt beliggenhet. Hyggelig personale. Flott takterrasse.

Friendly staff and great location

Tudo maravilhoso! Limpo, confortável, bem localizado! Amamos nossa estadia

O frigobar não gela muito

Great location, staff were very helpful even offering us breakfast boxes as we checked out at 5:30am. Sky bar and lobby bar were lots of fun.

Breakfast was great, a good choice. I really like the location when staying in Sorrento as close to the Piazza and easy for the train station and beach platforms and port. My fourth stay here and this time I brought my 17 year old Grandson, he loved it.

I think charging for omelette, fired or poached eggs is a little cheeky. Pre-covid you used to have a happy hour on the Sky Terrace for hotel guests which is no more.

Algemene indruk is zeer goed.

Excellent location for exploring Sorrento

The hotel was in such a perfect location! The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly! Would 100% stay there again. We loved the rooftop bar at night, was a great vibe and the views were great! There is also a great pizza place opposite that does takeaways. The location is in the square and amongst many lovely places for drinks but no noise can be heard from the hotel, it is peaceful and quiet.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff, location and rooms are simply wonderful. Right in the heart of the action but somehow so quiet and peaceful. Most comfortable bed. So happy I chose this hotel for my holiday.

Nothing. I loved everything

Beautiful! Clean, amazing staff, beautiful views. The perfect vacation spot in Sorrento!

The location and the pool were the most convenient. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is worth it

Our room had a a banging noise inside the wall, maybe a pipe or something from the air conditioning unit. Since we were not really in the room and I sleep with ear plugs it didn’t bother us. I let the front staff know about it since the next person checking in might have a problem. The were apologetic and said they will look into it.

Infinity pool

Parking situation

Lovely breakfast. Rooftop bar & pool a godsend! Right in the middle of Sorrento - perfect location.

Breakfast was perfect, and the location couldn't be better, close to the main street and near a parking.

-

Location, cleanliness, staff friendliness and helpfulness. Roof top pool. Proximity to tour meeting spots.

Our room overlooked a street that was lined with scooters in the evening- at 12 am they revved their engines and left almost en mass

Great location, clean, great staff and breakfast

Very modern and clean. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. The location is right in the middle of everything!

The hotel is further away from the sea so no view except on rooftop bar but its not as good as other hotels that have an open clear view.

This was a lovely hotel right in the center of town, just off the main avenue. Everything about this hotel is exceptional and truly deserving of the 4 Star rating. We picked this hotel, as we decided to extend our stay and the original booking at another hotel did not have availability. The Plaza hotel allowed us to not only check in early, but also use the pool (lovely) prior to checking in. Breakfast was delicious and almost overwhelming with choices. The hotel is very convenient to shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk (or less).

Nothing

The room and facilities we great, breakfast was exceptional.

Staff service and friendliness made us feel welcomed at all times. In particular, the assistance we received from Giuseppe

Breakfast was very good and very attentive, friendly staff. The room was spacious, bright and nice view. Would definitely stay there again. Location was excellent!

The pool got a bit crowded, however it was a very busy time of the year.

Excellent location! Very close to the train and bus station as well as to the centre- all within 5-10 min walk. Very helpful staff at reception and always see people with a great smile!

I feel it is a bit over priced.

Great location, staff very helpful, very clean!! It was my daughter’s 25th bday and our first day at their amazing breakfast which was included, they brought her a cake and sang happy birthday. We were shocked and extremely happy. They set up car service and fabulous reservations that we were not able to make ourselves. I would highly recommend the plaza hotel in Sorrento!

We liked everything about the property, we have nothing negative to say

Location, service, really all was great!!

Hotel was very clean, the pool was relaxing after a long day of sight seeing. Staff was very friendly. Great location!

Hotel is newly refurbished. Great smell begining from the hall. Staff is very tentive. Breakfest is very solid. Great choice of cheese and fruit. In my opinion, the best possible position in Sorrento. Very comfy beds. I would definitely come back

Hotel maravilhoso, tudo novinho, quarto confortavel, limpeza impecável, um ótimo café e a localização excelente!

Foi tudo bom!

I miei genitori ne sono rimasti felicissimi.

Excellent. Lots of choice. All the staff Reawere really helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for the town, bus station and railway station. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff, good size modern room with small balcony overlooking the street. Cleaned every day, extra towels offered every evening. Very nice breakfast with lots of options. Great sky bar and pool area although small is very relaxing and offers a beautiful ocean view.

Központhoz nagyon közel, teraszról gyönyörű kilátás.

Egyhangú reggeli

Loistava sijainti.

Perfect central location, extremely clean, staff polite and helpful, delicious breakfast!

Would have loved a coffee maker of some kind in the room!

Great location, very central, very tasty breakfast options and lovely rooftop bar.

The staff was awesome, aways pleasant and helpful! We also arrived very tired and did not have to wait for a room, which was appreciated. Clean, pleasant stay and nice breakfast. Great location, walking distance to everything. Would stay here again, if we return.

Nothing negative to say about Hotel Plaza.

Estrutura ótima do hotel, com piscina e academia, rooftop. Localização perfeita.

Sem ressalvas!

Perfect location and staff was provided excellent customer service Giuseppe, Mariana and Cienza went above and beyond for everything

All was great wished though they had toilettry smaller

O hotel é óptimo, super bem localizado, mesmo no centro. Quarto muito bom, com cama confortável. Muito bom pequeno almoço

Location was excellent. Easy to get to from the station. The breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly

Some lactose free pastries/ croissants for breakfast

We had a lovely time in the hotel. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Location is perfect to reach everything and still not too noisy. Breakfast was delicious and always plenty of everything… even shortly before closing time. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

There was absolutely nothing we would say that would need to be changed.

Wonderful staff who did everything to make our stay a beautiful memory 😊 ❤️

Leaving

Convenient. Well equipped. Clean.

Rooms are quite small but not unexpected for a centre of town hotel.

Amazing location, couldn’t be more handy for exploring Sorrento. Yet it doesn’t feel busy or noisy, it’s perfectly tucked away. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed has been so comfortable and the staff are lovely. The breakfast selection is fantastic and we managed to have an afternoon relaxing in the rooftop pool.

Nothing

The staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble, and always with a smile. I can't recommend enough.

Lage,Sauberkeit,Freundlichkeit

Keine Garderobe,Dusche

The hotel was modern, rooms excellently renovated with all amenities like tea maker, bathrobe, room sleepers. The breakfast was surprisingly a huge spread. And of course the location, just two minutes from Sorrento historical centre.

Absolutely nothing to complain about

The location is great! Right in the heart of Piazza Tasso!

Location is around the corner from Piazzo Tasso but still relatively quiet with a road-facing room (and balcony overlooking the old salt mine). Convenient access to taxis; they "lined up" across the street, so we didn't have to worry about booking in advance. Expect to spend about 20 Euros to get to the port which seems to be the standard charge but well worth it for those with luggage. If you don't have rolled luggage and just a backpack, it's a close walk (~ 10 minutes) to the elevator that charges 1.20 Euros one-way to get to the beaches (and short walk to the port). The hotel breakfast had a varied selection of meat, fruit, cereal, and bread which was more than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the luggage storage prior to our checking-in. The highlight was the rooftop area with the lounge (serves drinks/food) and a separate access area with the infinity pool -- the rooftop view of the Bay of Napoli and Mt. Vesuvius was worth the hotel stay in itself.

Pool was too cold to enjoy.

Comfortable room and bathroom, great location! Loved the elevator in the building too.

Pricey for what it is.

Me and my husband recently stayed here for our honeymoon and honestly we couldn’t recommend this place enough! The location is amazing the staff are so friendly and the views from the sky bar are beautiful! We had breakfast included in our stay and the variety of food was great! Defo one to book if your coming to sorrento!

Ubicacion

Contemporary vibe and the bar and breakfast were very nice.

Only downside was the view from the room was a wall.

Great modern hotel in centre of Sorrento

Nothing it was perfect

Very good location, cleaned

The location was amazing and the lobby restaurant and rooftop lounge were wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The included breakfast was just okay - that’s why it was only a 9 out of 10.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed and room. The breakfast was delicious. They offered a variety of options- eggs, fruit, yogurt cheese, cereal, Vegetables and more decadent choices. The staff was very attentive. The sky bar and pool were beautiful. Fabulous stat

Desayuno muy completo y delicioso. La ubicación inmejorable. Las habitación cómoda, con lo necesario. Los espacios comunes muy agradables
