Location, easy to find and to get into

Excellent location; it could not be better. Easy access to the most favored photo in Rothenburg (get out early or stay out late to snap a shot sans people). We enjoyed the beyond the walls view from the bedroom patio! Explore a little bit and you will find off the beaten pathways to the wall and beyond.

Musty. If you have allergen difficulties, think about it. Tight space, but few people come to watch the tv in Rothenburg. Hilarious shower door ; make sure the doors are open to the outside (rather than folded inward tow the shower head) before entering the shower stall. No worries if you are no larger than Twiggy if you forget.

Frühstück wird nicht angeboten. Soetwas gehört unbedingt dazu. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Die Zufahrtstraße war gesperrt. Die Dame am Empfang konnte uns nicht wirklich gut bei der Beratung für die Un´mfahrung helfen. Hier gab es wohl eine Sprachbarriere. Parkhaus wird nur in bar kassiert Ist schon merkwürdig!!!

Die Lage

There was confusion about parking and about the time it would be available. In the end they only had two parking spaces and both weren't free. I had to park in a nearby car park after messing about with the car near the hotel first. The room was very hot as there was no air conditioning and I hardly slept. Admitedly it hadn't said there was air conditioning when booking.

Location was excellent. Right by the center of the city.

Room was very simple, a bit expensive for what we paid, but I guess it's fair considering the good location.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in einem charmanten uralten Haus gelegen, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und komfortabel. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr freundlich eingecheckt. Unsere Räder konnten wir im Hotelflur parken.

Leider gab es kein Frühstück. Wir mussten nach nebenan ausweichen.

Mitten in der Altstadt. Schnelle Buchung und unkomplizierter Zugang. Parken am. Parken vor Ort möglich, jedoch besser vorher im Hotel anfragen. Ansonsten viele Parkmöglichkeiten um das Zentrum. Park App der Region (Parkster) einfach downzuloaden und zu bedienen.

Für Rollstuhlfahrer nur bedingt zu nutzen. Sind durch das Fachwerk halt viele Stufen

Zalujemy ze bylismy tylko na jedna noc. Hotel w murach miasta, blisko do parkingu. Nic nie brakowalo, czysto i schludnie.

Sehr schlechter Service und die schlimmste Unterkunft, in der ich je war. Nach unserer Ankunft verweigerte uns der Gastgeber ohne berechtigten Grund den Zutritt und stornierte die Buchung. Er war extrem überheblich und beschwerte sich darüber, dass Booking.com hohe Provisionen verlangt und unser Preis zu günstig gewesen sei. Der Gastgeber ist extrem geldgierig – ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen. Zudem forderte er uns auf, beim nächsten Mal direkt bei ihm und nicht mehr über Booking.com zu buchen.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was nice: the hotel is on the edge of the beautiful historic center.

The floor of our room was crooked, which made the beds not as comfortable to sleep in. The stay was alright, but I was very annoyed when I woke up at 8:30AM due to extremely loud music. When we came downstairs, we realized that it was the hotel themselves who were blasting music at the breakfast buffet - immediately below our room. Note that the checkout was at 11:00AM, so two and a half hours later. We would have liked to have gotten some more sleep, but the hotel themselves prevented it. Very disappointing.

La ville est superbe et l hôtel très bien situé. Parfait pour un séjour bref

Supermysigt boende innanför murarna. Passade oss perfekt för en natt. Mycket trevligt bemötande vid ankomst.

Bis hin zur Ankunft lief die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Das Gasthaus liegt toll. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern.

Der Bettrücken beim großen Bett ist schon sehr mitgenommen und könnte mal erneuert werden. Uns persönlich waren die Kissen nicht dick genug.

Posizione centralissima, possibilità di parcheggiare quasi di fronte all’albergo. Hotel di piccole dimensioni in casa d’epoca, la colazione a pagamento nel bar di sotto, molto varia.

The location.

No ar conditioning but I forgot to check before.

Vi kände oss lurade då vi tvingades betala för en vistelse vi inte kunde använda. Kontaktade Booking direkt och de skulle hjälpa oss att avboka detta hotell. Orsaken var att vår första bokning var med ett annat hotell men den gick inte igenom p.g.a tekniska problem hos Booking. Strax efter att vi hade bokat detta hotell såg vi att Booking ändå hade dragit pengar för vår första bokning och helt plötsligt hade vi två bokningar på två olika hotell samma natt. Vi ringde detta hotell som sade att vi var tvungna att betala hotellet ändå och det var endast 10 minuter efter att vi bokat. Vi ringde Booking som såg problemet och skulle hjälpa oss. Senare kom ett mail från Booking att hotellvärden vägrade att släppa bokningen trots att alla kände till vad felet var. Ingen bra kundservice och vi fick betala för två hotell :(

Die Lage war richtig gut. Direkt am Siebersturm. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Charmantes kleines Hotel.

Slidte møbler, slidt sengegavl - begge var hullede Dyr garage uden regning Titlen "Hotel" er misvisende. Det var nærmere "lej et værelse" Vi manglede en form for opholdsrum/ude eller inde, hvor man kunne sidde ved et bord og fx spille spil etc.

Property was in an excellent location and very clean.

Breakfast was not available as advertised and the shower leaked into the floor.

Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Stadtmauer sowie zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Zimmer und besonders das Badezimmer waren zwar etwas klein, aber für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Man ist schließlich hauptsächlich zum Schlafen und Duschen dort. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zentrale Unterkunft mit freundlichem Service suchen.

Suite nicely fitted in the style and ambience of Rothenburg among a number of other rooms. Secure garaging following a break in attempt at a previous stop was helpfully accommodated at short notice.

We had a front room overlooking the street below which was reasonably active with a nice pub just across the road. The double glazed window cut out any noise very successful, but made the room unbearably hot with no aircon or at least a fan in the extreme heat period we were there. Something that needs to be considered! A room at the back of the building over looking the valley and with a fan would have been a much better combination.

Sehr schöne, zentrale Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Zimmer top sauber. Netter Check in.

Es war ordentlich, sauber, die Betten waren gut, Außenjalousien haben es schön dunkel gemacht. Der Blick aus den Fenstern aus der oberen Etage auf die Weinhänge von Rothenburg war herrlich. Ein kleines süßes Hotel mit nur 12 Zimmern, für uns perfekt.

Kein Frühstück im Hotel, dafür zahlreiche Möglichkeiten 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Lage war gut. Bett war bequem. Das Nötigste im Zimmer vorhanden.

Das Bad war ziemlich klein, ist aber durch die alten Bauten im Ort nicht zu ändern.

Kein Aufzug, für gehbehinderte nicht optimal, Das kein Aufzug vorhanden ist müsste das im Hotelbeschrieb erwähnt werden!

O local é sensacional. Dentro da Cidade Amuralhada , 50 metros do local mais fotografado da Alemanha. Custo benefício altíssimo. Estacionamento em frente.

Poderia melhorar o sabonete e shampoo. Coisas que você mesmo pode resolver , nada demais. Travesseiro na Alemanha, é horrível. Em todos os hotéis.

Die Lage ist super!

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und im Bad / in der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage.

Ikke særlig imødekommende betjening. Skulle vente udenfor i sne i et stykke tid inden vi kunne komme ind, på trods af at vi også havde ringet og fortalt hvornår vi ville ankomme. Ingen info fra personalet, men måtte selv spørge om alt.

Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Innenstadt von Rothenburg. Das Zimmer wurde renoviert, ist aber dennoch in alter Fassade sowie dunklem Badezimmer. Für eine Nacht ist es allerdings völlig ausreichend und man hat alles, was man braucht, auch wenn das Shampoo gefehlt hat.

We had a warm welcome from the receptionist! Very cozy, nice room, had an awesome balcony with amazing views of the snowy Rotenburg, the room was kinda small and the heating was playing some games with us but the stay was pleasant and memorable, hope we'll be able to visit again sometime, would stay there 100%.

Vidunderlig beliggenhed, imødekommende værtinde, en skøn og fredelig fællesbalkon med udsigt til dalen, nem parkering lige overfor hotellet i en lille gård.

Ikke megen plads til 4 personer, meget lille badeværelse, meget lavt til loftet- lidt klaustrofobisk, intet rækværk på overkøje og flugtveje blokeret med plantekasser.

A localização era excelente e tinha estacionamento privativo próximo ao hotel mediante a pagamento mas foi bem prático.

Quando fiz minha reserva constava que a propriedade tinha berço, dai solicitei o berço e recebi o retorno de que a propriedade não possui mais berço desde o COVID. Entrei em contato com a propriedade para que cancelassem minha hospedagem se não tinha berço conforme estava descrito no anuncio, porém não o fizeram e pararam de me retornar. Entrei em contato com o apoio ao cliente do booking e o hotel não retornou nem o booking, portanto minha bebe teve que dormir em um colchão no chão. Além disso o banheiro é super apertado, quando chegamos não tinha ninguem na recepção e tinham sacolas de lixo no chão, que deviam ter sido retiradas de algum lugar. Tivemos que aguardar cerca de 40 minutos para que pudessemos estacionar o carro. Além de tudo isso, já haviamos retirado todas as nossas malas do quarto bem cedo no dia do checkout, porém nos atrasamos cerca de 15 minutos para retornar ao hotel e devolver o cartão. Quando chegamos, levei minha filha até o quarto para usar o banheiro e já havia uma senhora limpando o quarto sem nossa permissão e nem nosso checkout, sorte que nossas coisas não estavam mais lá e ainda por cima não deixou minha filha nem utilizar o banheiro. Tivemos que ligar para o rapaz da recepção pois novamente não havia ninguem lá para poder efetuar o pagamento do estacionamento, então sinceramente não recomendo essa acomodação por tudo citado acima. Há diversas opções tão bem localizadas quanto esta em Rothenburg.
