The doors to the room didn’t always close. You had to push to make sure they clicked closed. Many other patrons would slam the door which made it sound like the walls were shaking in the room

Dog feces everywhere , no one seemed to pick up after their animals even though the hotel provided two dog stations with trash cans and bags Construction workers smoking the lettuce all in the parking lot every morning and night . Pool area had like 5 chairs to sit down Could have been more inviting

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Beautiful and clean hotel. Laundry was broken and i spent 15$ trying to dry the clothes, the staff was so unprofessional and rude. They also don't clean the rooms every day but only every 2 days. The staff goes around complaining every day about their jobs and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not coming back here.

What i didn’t like is that the pool had no shade and the sun was shining down right on it and the water was very warm , not refreshing when you’re hot , and the chairs available were just some plastic chairs, no lounge chairs were there and no umbrellas for shade.

I mean the pool is kinda Eh, but I don’t stay at this hotel for the pool, never been swimming in it, never wanted too. It looks clean for sure, just not something I do regularly.

The pool area is very lacking. Poor furnishings. No table umbrellas, no lounge chairs. The pool is beautiful, but the lack of seating/furnishings makes it uninviting.

Checking in took extra time because of an error on another employee’s part. The one who checked us in though went the extra mile in solving the problem! She was very helpful!

The lady behind the front desk at check-in was fantastic. She went above her call of duties. She has a wonderful spirt about her.
The room was beautiful. Very clean. But the bed was the most uncomfortable. It was hard and springy. My wife felt the same way. The pillows look good until I used them. They went flat very quickly. I had to fold them then they got hard. Not very supportive for mine or my wife's head and neck.

Was very expensive for what it was, we had to be checked out of our condo on Saturday & needed somewhere to stay one night bc we had a wedding to go to, I had higher expectations for what I paid for it...it was very dirty, floors weren't cleaned, sheets were dirty and it was stifling hot/muggy.

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Location is a perfect fit for our travel needs. Not to far off HWY 10 and it provides many options for a delicious dinner. We also must mention, we travel with 3 pets and the $25 per pet fee is completely acceptable to us. Traveling with dogs is a must for us and this option is so very appreciated.
Options at breakfast are multiple but we would like the menu to be a bit more versatile. There’s too many carbs and not enough protein options.
