It was great. I loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel.

The beach location was great! The pool and lazy river were relaxing and fun.

They didn't clean the rooms until we asked. We were checked into a dirty room and had to change. Staying at the beach was hard not to get sand in your room without supplies or a person to clean. We had to get our own supplies, coffee, soap, etc.

Nice hotel, love the divide between beds, stunning views. Great balcony. Beach access was perfect. Not crowded, with plenty of beach room. Pool was fabulous. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room was very dirty, especially the floor. It was never properly washed, even after we complained—our feet turned black just from walking in the room. The bed linens were changed only once during our week-long stay, and only because we asked. Bright lights from the alarm system kept flashing at night and made it difficult to sleep. The shower also drained very poorly. Be sure to check your bill carefully because they may add extra charges.

Amazing location with a great view and direct beach access. Staff were very nice and professional. Hotel was very clean with lots of awesome amenities including a large pool with a lazy river and gift shop.

breakfast was a little small for how big the hotel is. Battery for the door lock broke had to be replaced by maintenance but other than that it was a great stay!

We loved the beautiful view of the beach and pool! Having the restaurant and bar next door was convenient. The pool and lazy river were fun, but we had to wait to use a floating tube. The room was nice--great shower! The air conditioning fan was going and rattled all night. We did not notice until right before we went to bed.

We were a little surprised that parking on an open, outdoor lot was $25! Front desk personnel were so busy when we left, we could not wait to tell them that the air conditioning fan was rattling in our room

The place absolutely needs an indoor pool! The weather is so wacky and parents can't afford to run back and forth looking for ways to entertain the kids! Also, clean the sides of the pool! Place does have a strange smell. We were there 4 nights and no one touched our room ( cleaning wise) also, 26.75$ a day to park...ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Other than that, everything was fine.

First time visiting Navarre Beach. My wife and I had a great time! Spent four days on the beach. I noticed some faults with railing on the boardwalk and within minutes the hotel staff repaired the faulty railing! All staff members were very polite and very helpful! We will let friends know about this place and would return to this location! Thanks!

We traveled 13.5 hours to get there. We were happy to see online the restaurant would still be open till 10pm. We got checked in went to the restaurant at 9pm thinking we could at least get dinner to go . We walked in , the bar staff continued their conversation did not greet us, we had to get someone's attention to find out they were closed at 9pm. People we still in the restaurant. We brought this to the front desk the following morning. Oh well they didn't have AC in the kitchen so they closed at 9pm. This is fine, but maybe add temporary hours or something or at least a sign on the door to say they were closing. Again after such a long drive we were not anticipating having to leave the hotel once we arrived. All the info online at at the hotel did say 10pm for closing.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Navarre Beach — A Grand Opening Diamond That's Lost Its Shine Overall: 2/5 — A property with an unbeatable location that has otherwise declined sharply since its 2017 debut, no longer justifying its price point. Location The location remains, without question, the property's strongest asset. The Gulf water shifts constantly with the tide, sometimes brilliant blue, sometimes murky and off-smelling, but the cycle resets roughly every 24 hours, so patience usually rewards you with a beautiful view. Nothing about the surrounding beach access has changed for the worse; it's the hotel around it that has. Atmosphere I knew things had changed the moment I checked in. As a Diamond member, I normally book, choose my room, grab my digital key, and go straight up without ever interacting with staff, but this time I couldn't get into the room I'd selected. With no prior notice, I had to head back down to the lobby, wait in line, and show ID just to gain access. Dear Marriott: the entire purpose of a digital key is anonymity and privacy. I was told it was a "computer issue," only to later learn there was no technical issue at all, the property simply doesn't want guests using digital keys, so you're stuck carrying a plastic card for the whole trip. Luggage carts were also in short supply at both check-in and check-out, so arrive early and check often or you'll be out of luck. There's no shortage of parking since there are no competing condo properties nearby, but the hotel charges $25 a day for it, even for Diamond members, which isn't an amenity, it's theft. I was invited to this hotel's Grand Opening on June 17, 2017, as a Marriott Diamond member, and returning for a weekend getaway with friends made the decline impossible to ignore. The front desk staff carried a "why are you bothering me" energy, with no smiles and no warmth in a single interaction. The once-legendary Ice Cream Bar in the lobby never opened during our stay, and the boardwalk to the beach is now visibly weathered, so bring beach shoes to avoid splinters. On a positive note, the lazy river pool was still comfortable and inviting, and the complimentary pool towels were clean and pleasant-smelling. Rooms At $360 a night, even at a discounted rate, our King Suite fell far short of expectations. Despite the room description advertising a tub, there was none, and the space felt old, dirty, and had a lingering smell. Closet space was inadequate, with no room for long hanging clothes, only shelving suited to shorts, folded pants, or shirts, so pack accordingly. The refrigerator failed and required a maintenance visit that took an unknown amount of time since we were out for over eight hours; the couches had unidentified stains unrelated to beach use; the furniture was cheap press-board and falling apart; and the floors were sandy and dirty from check-in, forcing us to wear sandals the entire stay. The mattress was uncomfortably hard rather than "firm," with three separate groups in our party all reporting back pain and disrupted sleep. The TV setup was frustrating, with internet-based TV essentially unusable due to poor connectivity and even the standard satellite channels offering inconsistent reception. The air conditioning technically worked, but it's programmed to revert to warmer temperatures whenever the room is unoccupied, requiring repeated manual resets to stay comfortable, and the lobby and hallways were uncomfortably warm as well. Cleanliness Cleanliness was a persistent issue throughout the stay, from sandy, dirty floors at check-in to visibly stained couches and a room that smelled off rather than fresh. This is a notable regression from what would be expected of a Marriott-branded property. Noise Level While the room issues above focus more on temperature and comfort, the broader guest environment (multiple groups reporting shared complaints) suggests this is not a quiet retreat, and complaints among fellow guests were common rather than rare. Service Service has clearly regressed since the property's 2017 opening. The front desk staff showed no enthusiasm or warmth toward guests, a stark contrast to the celebratory energy of the Grand Opening years earlier, and the digital key and luggage cart failures point to a broader breakdown in basic guest service standards. Amenities Key amenities that once defined the property no longer meet the bar. The Ice Cream Bar, previously a local legend, sat closed all weekend; the beach walkway is now aged and hazardous without proper footwear; the on-site brunch was drastically overpriced, with a basic Eggs Benedict (two eggs, English muffin, hollandaise, nothing else) running $29; and the $25-a-day parking fee, applied even to Diamond members, functions less like a perk and more like an added tax on an already expensive stay. Value Given the room rate, service quality, and condition of the amenities, the value here is essentially non-existent. Had the breakfast, Ice Cream Bar, room quality, and service matched typical Marriott standards, the price might have gone unnoticed, but as it stands, guests are paying premium rates plus daily parking fees for a below-standard experience, with widespread dissatisfaction among fellow travelers reinforcing that this wasn't an isolated bad visit.

We booked here on accident. We realized when we arrived that we had meant to book at the Fairfield Inn on Ft. Walton Beach near Ookaloosa Island Pier but decided to make the best of it. The location was awesome and the beach vibe was slower which we ended up loving. Seashell hunting after the storm blew through was great! We enjoyed the lazy river and the pool area and the ability to go back and forth between the beach and the pool at will. Whitecaps was super tasty as were the cocktails at the pool bar and the food at Social House. What didn’t go over well: 1) Policy is cleaning staff are onsite every third day which seems crazy considering it’s at the beach. In person with two managers standing at the front desk at 9am on the third day, we asked that our room be refreshed and they all agreed they would make it happen. By 4pm our room was not done. We were told that since we were checking out the next day, they made the decision to cancel our request without informing us. This was a bad service decision in our opinion and not in keeping with Marriott brand of service we have known for years and years Other minor issues were that no one thanked us for being a Marriott Rewards member for decades and they failed to give us a bottle of water at check-in. This was the second Marriott on this trip that neglected to do both and our first time ever experiencing this with Marriott.

Stayed at dozens of Marriott properties for work and family over the years and have honestly never been this dissatisfied. The location and views from the gulf facing room are good. The overall experience, not so much. Not that the property could do anything about it, but the first two nights the wall-neighbors locked their dog in the bathroom at night. Yip. Yip. Yip. The next night some others close by enjoyed a long session of some quite pungent weed on their balcony. This is our fourth night here and housekeeping has not been to the room once. The linens have not been touched, nor have the floors or bathroom. Last night I had to call down for a soap refill. Tonight I just called down for bath towels and to have the room swept (again, fourth night in an almost $600/night Marriott beach hotel, zero housekeeping so far) and they brought towels. I asked if someone could sweep for us, and they looked at me like I was asking them to solve an astrophysics problem. "Please just bring me a broom..." seemed to work. We come to Navarre annually. We have stayed here before and have recommended this property to friends. This is definitely the last time we will stay and moving forward we will warn friends rather than recommend this property.

Breakfast was cold at 700 am very generic for a nice hotel . We was charged an additional fee of 50 a night even thow booking .com said it was final price we paid which 300 of that has not been refunded back to us .

The view was amazing! Also, the lazy river and access to the beach was so nice and relaxing. The room and balcony was really nice as well.

The bed and pull out cot was a little uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. Also, the towels, wash cloths, and hand towels all had hair on them, which was kind of gross. When I called downstairs to the front desk to have new ones brought up, I was told that someone would bring them up and no one ever did. I called the next morning to reiterate what had happened and the clerk had a room service attendant send fresh towels and everything up and apologized for the delay.

Breakfast could have used a 2nd or 3rd warm meat protein options and cheese. Bathrooms could use an identifier indicating it has been cleaned; such as un-pulled toilet paper rolls and paper sanitizer identifier placed over the toilet seat to show that it’s obtained the proper cleaning.

Broken elevator (Again!) No housekeeping unless you stay 3+ nights. Packed Breakfast Area Overbilled $100.. (they said you they knew I was overbilled!) left 2 messages for manager... no return calls... 3rd call, they says to take it uo with my credit card company!!! No safe in room.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the Navarre Beach is one of the most beautiful in Florida. However, this hotel has seen it's better days, unfortunately. I just finished a 3 night stay and was surprised at how difficult staying there is. Check-in took at least 30 minutes. There were no towels to use at the pool, and so we stood in line for another 20 minutes to request more bath towels for the room, because we had to use bath towels at the pool. The rooms are not cleaned until after 3 days of your stay, so you have to request fresh towels everyday, request body lotion, and when the conditioner runs out in the shower, you have to request that, as well. The whole property needs a good renovation. The carpets in the hallways are tired and worn. The barstools around the pool have rusted bases. The pool tiles have unsightly calcium buildup. My shower had dirt and grime in the corners. The pop-up stopper in the sink didn't work. The ice machine on our floor was malfunctioning. They offer a nice little free breakfast each morning, which includes hot and cold breakfast items, and coffee and tea. The Beach House Social restaurant is really yummy, but a tad on the pricey side. I was quite disappointed with the value of this hotel experience, as our room, including taxes and parking was about $600/night. Would not recommend.

Deceptive room practices and staff is not at all accommodating. Room was not ready at checkin time and there was long queue with just one person for checkin they gave us parking facing room even if we booked room with view. Lobby was not clean. This is not at all Marriott level service.

I liked that you never have to leave. Everything you need is on site. Our poolside attendant and brunch waiter (Shaun I think) made the trip amazing! He was so kind and informative about all the food we ordered! All of the staff was so friendly!

Our beds weren’t comfortable at all. After the first night we ordered foam mattress toppers from Walmart to be delivered. We had a king and a pull out sofa (twin). Spent an extra $150 on that. Also the pull out sofa was dirty, mattress covers not washed. I happened to bring my own sheets and we covered everything really good. We didn’t complain to staff as we didn’t want to negatively impact our stay.

First time I've ever had to pay extra to park when I'm paying for a room and staying there.never had to do that at any hotel ( this was ridiculous). Bed was hard, pillows to mushy. With as many guest coming and going, not enough luggage carts. Rooms look more like business room instead of a vacation room.

We did not stay there booking.com gave them the wrong information and the hotel did not have a reservation for us. I will never use you again and will let all my friends to not use you so just remove me from all accounts you have on me.

Location was fantastic. Pool could’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was good, but the hot selections lack variety. The room was comfortable, but you’re going to hear every door slam in your area.

Warning! Even though you pay a premium price for your stay, be prepared to be charged $25 a day for parking. Also, account for $50 per day of incidentals. It will look like your account has been scrambled and the desk has no clue or answer. Worst part was the blunts and cigarettes smoke burning as you’re sitting on your balcony, enjoying your premium paid view.

The location is excellent. Hotel overall is dirty and not quiet at all. Many Kids and pets. Lack of staff, we check-in after 4:00pm and still have to wait more than 2 hours for our room. The room was dirty and the water pressure was low. We finally got moved to another room. If you want a hassle free vacation, this hotel is not for you. I would not book with them again!

The walk from hotel to the beach, the broad walk is horrible, you have to climb two steep stair cases to get to the beach, it’s exhausted and nearly impossible for disabled or elderly to hike. There needs to be some type of pathway wheelchair or wagon assemble from the hotel to the beach, very dangerous without! Elevators are also slower than most resort hotels we’ve stayed in prior.

Love that once you arrive you don’t have to Leave. Restaurants, bar, pool, lazy river. Close to the beach and options to rent beach chairs and bikes. Even has a gift shop.

No Complaints

The property had made significant improvements since our last visit in ‘25. The rooms were clean, a/c worked well, amenities were sufficient and staff was friendly. Location can’t be beat. Easy drive to both Destin & Pensacola. The WiFi is in serious need of improvement as Internet was needed as work still has to be done albeit while on vacation.

Internet kept going out; had to use a hotspot every day. would've been nice to have access to juice machine throughout the day had to ask for a hair dyer; the first time I asked it was never brought to the room but the second time it was room clean-up was just emptying the trash and giving new towels beach chair rental absurdly expensive

Housekeeping never came to our room had to literally put our trash in hallway to get it picked up . Never got new towels or sheets. Halls had trash stains and elevator was down.

Carpet in hallways a little worn and dirty and no cleaning service unless requested. I really hate this about places now. Covid is over! They need to hire enough people to clean all occupied rooms like they did pre-COVID. We are now paying a lot more for a place to stay with less amenities.

The weather conditions for the beach was not the best on June 4 at 9 am so my family and I decided that we would sit pool side for the day. We enjoyed our day ordering drinking at the bar and with the pool bartender until a pool manager ( Cassie) approached me and ask if that we my bag. I stated that yes that is my beach bag. She continued to tell me that no cooler were allowed. I told her that it’s was not a cooler it was a beach bag or a picnic basket. Instead of apologizing for her misunderstanding she continued to tell me that the rules were that we couldn’t have coolers. Again I told her that I didn’t have a cooler but in fact, my bag was a beach bag. I asked her if she would like to look in my bag and I showed her my bag. She then stated it fine if your using the cooler as a beach bag. Again I stated it was a beach bag and now I will be leaving and cashing out my tabs at the bar. I will never return here. Don’t come!!!!! There are so many more FRIENDLY hotels to choose from.

The only thing I genuinely enjoyed was the beach location and scenery, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, that had more to do with the area itself than the hotel experience. Other than that, there was very little about the hotel that stood out positively for me.

The rooms were extremely small for the price, especially considering I booked a king suite, which I would not consider a true suite at all. The bed squeaked constantly, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Housekeeping was only provided every other day, and amenities were very limited. The towels had hair on them, which was very off-putting and made the cleanliness feel questionable from the start. Overall, the hotel room felt dirty and poorly maintained. The only toiletries provided were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — no toothpaste or any extra amenities whatsoever. For the price paid, the experience was disappointing and the condition of the room felt neglected and unclean.

TV was not functioning upon check-in but was quickly fixed. A few other issues but Paige at the front desk was very nice, professional with addressing issues.

This particular visit was good, thankfully. As it hasn't always been good. Only thing i want to mention is the strong scent throughout the hotel. If you'll could use something not so strong to vacuum carpet with. It's very triggering for guest who have allergies or strong scents set them off. I know you'll like the hotel to smell good but if you could just tone it down or use something less fragrant and more subtle.

It’s actually a very nice place and friendly people but upon checkout our balance was $0. When I got home and checked my Visa, there was a charge for $267 when we called to see why they said they said there was some evidence of smoking on the patio. We are 77 years old, I have pancreatic cancer, I hate smoking. I hate smoke. I could not believe that they are doing this to us. It’s not like we have money to throw away or maybe that’s the way they make their money who knows anyways during the night we did smell bonfire were right on the beach maybe ashes from there went up there and she just jumped to conclusions which is not right. They have not yet cleared this up after one week and us calling. This is very bad. I’m seriously thinking of taking this made to court. It’s very upsetting to it.

This hotel has a beautiful location and we loved the double room layout but is NOT well maintained to be a Marriott property. Dogs are everywhere, carpets are stained and dirty, front desk agents sit on stools looking down, terrible problems with the elevator, breakfast is sparse, lobby looks disheveled with cords hanging out on the walls, and the craziest thing is you pick up/drop off pool towels at the check in desk so there’s water all over the floor from the desk all across the lobby to the pool door. I’ve never seen a hotel not have that outside where the pool actually is. A disappointing stay but the ocean was stunning.

Besonders empfehlenswert ist es, unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meeressicht zu buchen, da die Lage direkt am Strand wirklich schön und ruhig ist. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist insgesamt ein grosser Pluspunkt des Hotels.

Leider war die Hotelführung und der Service sehr enttäuschend. Es entstand deutlich der Eindruck, dass Buchungen über Drittanbieter wie Booking.com nicht willkommen sind. Obwohl wir bereits rund sechs Monate im Voraus ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten, erhielten wir weder im Vorfeld noch beim Check-in eine Information darüber, dass die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr verfügbar war. Erst beim Betreten des Zimmers bemerkten wir, dass es sich um eine falsche Zimmerkategorie handelte. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass die gebuchte Kategorie ausgebucht sei. Eine Kompensation wurde mit dem Hinweis abgelehnt, dass die Buchung über einen Drittanbieter erfolgt sei. Auch eine Kontaktaufnahme mit Booking.com führte leider zu keiner wirklichen Unterstützung bei der Klärung des Problems. Zusätzlich wirkte das Personal insgesamt unmotiviert und wenig freundlich. Am Wochenende war die Atmosphäre im Hotel eher unangenehm, da viele alkoholisierte Gäste für eine sehr laute Umgebung am Pool und Strand sorgten. Besonders negativ fiel auch auf, dass während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts von vier Nächten kein regulärer Zimmerservice stattfand. Erst nach zwei Nächten erhielten wir auf Nachfrage die Information, dass unser Zimmer nicht auf der Reinigungsliste stehe; immerhin bekamen wir frische Handtücher auf Nachfrage.

Sorry for the dramatic title. Just tried to warn everyone about what could be the obvious. My wife and I have been going to Navarre for our yearly vacation for about 5 years. This year I decided to use my Citi points to cover half the cost at the SpringHill Suites which we have stayed at consistently. This transaction was completed about two months before the trip. Upon check in, as usual, the front desk woman asked for a card for incidentals. THANK GOODNESS I gave her my credit card and not my debit. I asked her what would be charged to my room and she replied NOTHING as long as I didn't purchase anything to the room. OK. The week went by great. We had a great time in the hotel as usual and weren't expecting any issues when we checked out. Upon check out though I always ask for a print out of anything we had been charged. I never just rush out the door. We received the print out and everything looked great. I asked again if anything would be going on my credit card. The person said "no". Then comes the fun part. About an hour into the drive home, my wife looks at the credit card account and notices we were charged the whole amount for the weeks stay AGAIN! She immediately called the hotel and tried to get it straight. To try and make this already long story shorter, the customer service response was less than good. No one picked up the phone. Couldn't really help us. Even the "managers" weren't really that great. So after getting ahold of someone at the hotel and getting it "straightened out" my wife again looked at the credit card account and the Hotel charged us AGAIN. All in all, they ended up charging us 4 times for the stay on the credit card that we gave for "incidentals". That's why I emphasized always use a credit card. I couldn't imagine being a young couple on their first vacation or a military family using their debit card and having the incompetence of a hotel staff being the reason the bank account was just debited for close to $8000 dollars. After about two weeks of going back and forth with Mariott Bonvoy and my credit card issuer, it all got squared away. The time in between was very frustrating and consuming. They were kind enough though to gift us $100 dollars to cover the parking fees. Definitely the last time we stay there. Its too bad because it is a nice place to stay.

Beachfront. I love that we had a partition between the beds in the room for privacy. I love that my dog was welcome on the property.

No early check-in. No cups or buckets in the ice machine room. Dirty washcloth was inside the bathroom cabinet. Dirty stain on balcony floor. Need a space around pool that is okay to sit with your pet and watch kids safely in the pool.

Poor experience! Marketing is unbelievable for this hotel though. Visited for Spring Break, yet no dining options available in hotel on Sunday night. Breakfast buffet is mediocre with no air conditioning and no seating. Whitecaps available Wednesday to Saturday. Again, good marketing, gotcha. Could not tell you how it is, or will I ever. Probably won’t return. We had a sick child and attempted to get takeout from the Social Club. Kitchen was already closed up before advertised closing time. For $400+ a night, will definitely do VRBO instead. Mattresses are some of the worst I’ve ever slept on. If I had an air mattress, would have slept on it instead. My rack in the Navy was better! Like most experiences these days, customer no service, and no Management ever seen to voice your opinion.

I love the location and the amenities of the property. They always keep it so clean and the staff are all so kind.

That you have an additional fee for parking

The lazy river was amazing and loved the location on the beach. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast & clean room. We had everything we needed and wanted there so we only left the hotel once!

I wished we understood that we had to book a room with a balcony. We would've wanted a balcony, but I'll know for next booking! That was in me not them.

Loved the location. The pool was fantastic.

When we arrived we called down to the front desk because our closet door was off track. They never sent up a maintenance person. I then went down to the front desk and asked again and it was never fixed. My son ended up fixing it. The one front desk clerk who I dealt with repeatedly was somewhat rude. The hotel double charged me. I had paid through booking and they charged me again after I checked in. They refunded that charge after I complained but then three days after our stay I received a fraud alert from my bank saying that the hotel was trying to charge my card again for the full amount of the stay. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. Why would they keep charging the card when it was paid in full through booking?

Love the location. Staff was great, very clean and well managed. Plenty to do for everyone.

Beds were a little stiff, ice cream shop was closed while we were there, and food was limited at the restaurants especially for kids. A few more options would have been great.

I had a great travel experience staying here! The views from the balcony over the beach, gulf and pool area are stunning - especially at sunset. Shelby was fantastic and attentive. I had an issue with door key lock not working and maintenance resolved it quickly. The hotel staff I interacted with were helpful, and the hospitality staff at The Beach House Social next door provided great customer service and help with special requests for a birthday. Overall, I highly recommend for beach travelers and dog owners who want their four-legged family to join their stay. This place is very accommodating.

I came for the Madi-Gras parade and everything was great.

The eggs seemed fake at breakfast. Everything else was fine.

Beautiful beach, great access to beach. Literally the only positive thing I can say. Stayed on 4th floor and AC is out and we’re burning up. My dad is also staying on same floor and has same issue. Desk just said it’s an issue with the floor. Wifi is horrible and practically non existent. Saw online you could request your phone be used as a key and when I mentioned it during checkin girl said she didn’t know how to do it. Shower pressure is very low We decided to splurge on this trip and I’ve spent way less money at other locations and had much better service Extremely disappointed, we were so excited about this place until we got here

The View Of The Gulf Of America, The Breakfast Was Amazing, Didn’t Really Watch TV Had To Use Your Own Subscriptions. Overall We Enjoyed Our Vacation/Honeymoon!

Loved the view of the ocean from our room

Wasn’t bad, just a little bit of a walk to get to the sand.

The location was very good. You can walk right out the back door to the beach. The room was comfortable, with a sitting area and bed area. The breakfast was very good; lots of options and variety each day.

This was a handicapped room with a roll-in shower. The shower was poorly designed so that not only did the water run out of the shower area, but it ran onto the bathroom floor which had a drain. However, the water ran around the drain, out into the bathroom floor and under the door of the bathroom. We had to create a dam around the drain with towels to contain it and then ask for extra towels. While this was an inconvenience, it didn't really affect our stay.

charging for parking daily in the open is ridiculous.

Everything was picture perfect here.

I was quite upset that we were charged $25 (per night!)for parking in the hotel parking lot. Obsurd and kinda on the greedy side IMO.

The staff were all great. Very freindly, kind, courteous and helpful.

Didn't like or understand paying $25 extra per night for parking in a half empty parking lot as a paying guest of the hotel. Seemed a bit gouging and unnecessary.

I liked the location, the facilities and the breakfast.

Our room had a Musty/mildew smell in it. It was over bearing. The couch had blood on it. Sand was all over the floor and the head board has blood on it also. House keeping skipped over cleaning our room. We went to the front desk 3 times to get the issue resolved. This hotel does not have the same quality that it once had. It’s quality and luster has diminished, and the price tag has increased for poor service and sub par hotel room.

Nothing special done by any staff for sure. Problems with TV. Neighbor left their dog in room and it barked and whined for over an hour during the night. Definitely not the place for a romantic birthday getaway 😒

WiFi is poor , we had to call for it like 2-3 times still no help all they said they will reset but still didn’t work it . May have to also pay for parking it’s not free . They are a lot of hidden expenses they will charge you and make you pay for .

WiFi . Pay for parking even if you stay there . Which were some expenses they try to hide . Neighbour are too loud . It’s not sound proof .

Room, location, and breakfast.

Even though I paid in full through Booking.com, they charged $385 to my credit card. When I call the number listed on their receipt and website, it says the number is not in service. Not sure how to get it refunded.
