Best Western Navarre Waterfront

Had a great breakfast and wonderful amenities, the view was incredible.

We really enjoyed the free breakfast, the nice sized clean pool, washer and dryers and the really clean rooms that were service daily by the friendly staff. The hotel is located only minutes from the beach and across the street from several restaurants and grocery stores. We will stay again.

Me and my family had the best view ever...Thanks to Mary front desk making our stay the best..we drove 12 hrs from Texas to hear that our room was canceled out threw booking.com. maRy made sure we had a great view and got everything situated for us to still be able to stay...Staff was amazing,Food was amazing, the view was amazing ,rooms very clean everything was on poinT..The stay is a must when u go to vist Navarre Florida Best Western Navarre Waterfront is the place to book

The location has a nice waterfront view, across the bridge from the beach and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. The outside of property was also nice, clean and relaxing. We will definitely stay again.

I like everything about the stay and location. The breakfast was good too, but certain food items like gravy for the biscuits, decaf coffee and Splenda sweetener were not replenished after 8:30am. The next day we made sure to be there earlier, just in case those items were all gone before we got there.

The room and grounds were Very clean and the room was cozy and comfortable. The property is right next door to a restaurant that serves very good food and it was just steps away from the hotel ♥️

Conveniently located. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The king bed was very comfortable. Our Pool view room offered a great vantage point for a great sunset.

The Lobby area was nice. The king room / pool view was clean for the most part but it smelled musky. The bathroom was very small. The AC sounded like a train screeching to a halt ( sounded like a fan / blower bearing was out / going out but it did cool well. The place needs a good freshening up.

Breakfast was mediocre.

We paid a little extra for the views of the water. It was absolutely beautiful. Staff was amazing and so friendly. It was like 3 mins from the beach and in the middle of everything. Super convenient! We are definitely coming back to visit, and this will definitely where we will stay again!

The hotel was a little run down and did not meet BW standards at the price point in our opinion. The toilet handle in our room 200 was nearly falling off, one of the lamps had a broken switch, it was dark in the room and we had to open the window curtains to get adequate light. Housekeeping did not replace towels or make beds every day. Noisy at night with people drinking alcohol at the pool. Breakfast was adequate given it was included in the room price, but it was not "really, really good" as the front desk staff stated. Staff was helpful and A/C worked really well, which was appreciated. Convenient to Navarre Beach and Pier. Seafood restaurant next door was good for the price, we enjoyed our meal there and it was nice to be able to walk back to the hotel.

The motel was just dusty in the corners of the bathroom. The hotel and staff were very friendly. The hotel had a very good breakfast and the cleaning staff even came to the room to make sure we had everything we needed.

The weather which the hotel had no control over. We just went during a tropical storm. The storm did not hit Navarre directly but we couldn't do any of the outside activities which made for a boring trip since many of the piers were flooded. Nothing opened up until the day we left. Again it was not the hospitals fault.

It was an amazing place to stay with waterfront view. Walk right out our door to the water , loved pool (wish there was hot tub), staff very nice & room was quiet and had No problems with noice sleeping! Loved the 2 cats on the property too and made us feel like we was at home with our kitties.

My ONLY complaint was the mold all over the bathroom ceiling and walls. When showering the ceiling would literally have raindrops for hours later. I took some pictures just to show, but this is my only complaint.

The location is great, could see pool and bay. Right next door to a great restaurant! Across the street from everything you might need. Beach only a 10 minute drive and pretty water! Rooms were clean and stocked. No smells from vapes or cigarettes, or anything g else for that. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was great....just the right things, especially for kids. Staff very helpful and accommodating for sure!!!!!

Our stay at Best Western Navarre Waterfront was incredible! Check in was seamless and the staff was helpful and kind. We had a room facing the ocean, and it was absolutely stunning! The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast really exceeded expectations. There's really a little bit of everything, from cereal to DIY waffles, scrambled eggs to biscuits and gravy. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and had really good hours. The overall location is great. They are right beside Dewey Destin's, which is arguably one of the best seafood restaurants in Navarre. All in all, I can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the 2 beautiful kitty's hanging around the pavilion. My husband will always come back to a business that love kitty's as much as we do!

Perfect location to be close to the beach but tucked away in a quiet little corner. It may be an older motel, but its got good bones and is very clean, comfortable and in great condition....with modern touches where appropriate. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is great and common areas are kept tidy. Its obvious the folks who run this motel truly care. This is our second stay here and definitely won't be our last.

There was nothing we didnt like....unless you count having to check out and leave when it was time to go. I think we'd have stayed forever if we could have.

The room wasn’t clean and the carpet is very dirty and the room smells dirty the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. I requested no house cleaner and they came in any way but they only removed the garbage and when I went to the front desk to complain, the owner himself told me they had a right to come in my room anytime they wanted to. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I’ve never had that to happen. I had a lot of things in the room that I would not have left in there if I was having housekeeping.

The outdoor area was nice. Not in great shape, but nice. With chairs and some sand by overlooking the water.

Our room was very dirty. From finding pills and apple core in the floor to stained tub and towels. Not to mention the smell. Ratings said it was 8.6, which I'm still trying to understand how. It was disgusting! And of course waaaaay overprice, but I guess it was because of the 4th July holiday. I wouldn't mind paying what we did if it was at least decent, but it wasn't. I don't care for luxury, but when you pay over $300 for a room, it should at least be clean.

Great location, staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was normal for a Hotel, nothing to brag about, we did enjoy having our coffee overlooking the sound each morning.

Charged $25.00 for a early check-in. The room was ready and it was only a few hours early, (2:00PM) just another money grab.

Our room was an ocean view and very expensive. There were less expensive rooms on the side of the hotel and they could see the ocean as well. From this hotel, there is no beach access because the water comes almost right up to the retaining wall. The hotel is built on. Our worst experience though was our room smelled terrible. I looked around and found what looked like mold to me. Yes it’s a beachfront hotel but this was awful. I had a hard time sleeping and coughing a lot because of breathing this horrible air. This is not the hotel’s fault, but at check-in. It was hard to hear what the receptionist was saying because there were sports teams of teenagers, just being loud and wild in the tiny little hallway area off of the check-in desk. For breakfast, I was surprised to see the woman taking care of the breakfast area, wearing rubber gloves as she wiped down the tables then also touching the paper plates that people would be using without changing out those gloves. Next to the hotel and across the 4 lane busy road there were eating options.

Parking was not far making it easy to come and go quick. Pool right on the middle of property. Seems to be kid friendly and staff always had a great attitude.

Only stayed one night. Maybe if I stayed longer but overall a great experience.

The location was great, we had a water view room, an elevator that was very handy to get to our upper floor. The staff was fine, the room was clean, and they all were friendly. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of.

This BW building was not in great shape; it needs to be updated. Our room was musty and needed a dehumidifier! In the past we loved the breakfast, but this stay the food was awful!!! Plain eggs, tough ham, cold tasteless biscuits and gravy! Finally, and by far my biggest complaint; at 75 years' old and well-traveled I have never seen a worse toilet at any hotel than this BW!!! The height of the seat was only 12", and the wall bar was in back of you on the left side which made it useless. When I had to sit, I had to go down to the lobby and use the men's room!!!

I liked the location! If you cant afford something right on the beach this is the best option. Its right by the bridge to go to the beach. In the parking lot is Dewey destin restaurant, activities for the kids and across the street is a grocery store,and several fast foods. The view from the pool is amazing . The breakfast is really great also.

Probably a better location than any Santa Anna island hotel which phone service can be spotty on. The atmosphere was relaxed and in convenient walking distance of stores and a seafood restaurant. The room was clean and cold and ready for guests upon arrival meaning the fridge and ac were on. I had no issues with noise. There is a heated pool, ice maker, and laundry machines here too. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Honestly you got a bigger hotels value with this place for a much better price!

The location. Parking lot view. Boat rental area. Thats on me. I should have investigated better prior to booking. Within an hour of checking out I realized I had left my earbuds in the room. They were a gift from my husband. I made three calls to try and retrieve them and was told they did not have them. Again my fault for not being thorough before checking out.

The Hotel needs an update.

THE POOL WAS BEING REPAIRED AND THEY FAILED TO TELL US THAT. OUR ROOM WAS RIGHT BY THE POOL AND IT WAS SO LOUD. WE HAD TO ASK FOR A REFUND. THE LADIES AT THE DESK WERE VERY NICE BUT WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THEM NOT TELLING US ABOUT THE POOL.

We have been staying at this hotel since the early 2000’s. Not sure what has changed, ownership maybe? It’s definitely not the same. The staff were pleasant and respectful. Upon check-in, the only luggage carts the hotel had were two small carts that looked like something you would find in the Lowes Garden Center. No place to hang anything. Multiple trips to move in. The room had a musty odor, it is by the water, so that was not an initial concern. The air conditioner in the room would not adjust. Regardless of the setting, it stayed the same. Then came the rain on Tuesday. We did the antique thing and upon returning to the room that afternoon, the humidity was bad. All our clothes were damp. A book my wife had brought had the pages and cover completely curled from the humidity, and vitamins in a plastic case were starting to melt. The refrigerator had so much condensation on the outside it was running onto the floor. Other issues included the lights over the sink looked like they were about to fall out of the ceiling and the grab bar in the tub was broken in half. On Tuesday night, the hotel appeared full (parking lot) and there wasn’t enough band width to stay connected to the WIFI. Last, as we were leaving to go home (a day early), my wife opened the window covering and said you need to see this… The bottom of the curtains had black mold.

The location is perfect, right on the water and next to the Navarre bridge.

We enjoyed everything at Best Western. We met some wonderful people and the staff was exceptional.

Not a lot of attention seemed to be paid to cleanliness of the rooms. The carpet was damp when we checked in and we wore flip flops inside our room. Carpet was dry by morning. Some guests were smoking outside in all areas, including next to the pool at breakfast.

It was so outdated and so poor quality I can’t even elaborate, the bed, the bathtub the amenities absolutely disgusting. It was like you were in the ghetto, the food was absolutely atrocious.

My son didn’t even wanna lay on the bed. He wouldn’t even take a shower i because it was so disgusting.

Room needs updating. Very rusty at the bottom of the fridge and it's unit. All handles were rusty. Must have had a leak at some point. Room had a musty smell. Breakfast was the same every day, with not much choice of fruit and very cheap plastic cutlery.

I chose this hotel because of the reviews and I got a really good deal using reward points. Our trip started off great because they were able to get us in early and we were exhausted. It all went down hill from there. The hotel is run down and the room smelled musty as soon as we opened the door. We thought we could tolerate it, but it kept getting worse and worse and making my fiancé feel sick. When he went down to tell them, they told them that they would spray air freshener in our AC. They would not let him take the air freshener, the guy would only follow him with it. We ended up having to go buy an automatic sprayer so our room didn't stink. We were told there were no other rooms. We took the comforter and blanket off the bed because they had stains on them. The carpet is sticky and gross. We would have left immediately, but I paid with points and I didn't know if I could get my points back. We just decided to ride it out. They gave us a "pool view" but honestly, people walk by you so you keep the windows closed. Oh... and they leave music playing until 11pm at the pool. I was trying to sleep at 10:30 but country music was playing loudly. I called and they told me that they have to keep it on until 11. Noone was at the pool... its too cold. The next night it was on until midnight. We called and said please turn it off, its midnight. She told us she was so busy she hadn't gotten a chance. Busy? At midnight? The following night I called at 11:30 and they told me that I should have stayed on the other side. There won't be a next time because I would never stay here again! Also no one told me that they would be blaring music all night when we booked the room!? Our 2nd day here we were in our room getting ready. We have the privacy sign in the middle of our door and staff just walked in!!! Luckily, we were decent but they didn’t even knock to make sure No one was in here #1 and #2 we had the sign ON THE DOOR. Everyone was absolutely rude. I've never been to a hotel where they acted like this. There is a Residence Inn just next to this hotel, there is a Hampton Inn about 3 miles up. Either one of those would be 1000 times better than THIS hotel. We ended up getting day passes to Springhill suites on the beach and just slept here... after they finally shut the music off. There were a few good things... the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was alright. The water pressure was good and it was hot, although the drain was extremely slow. I would absolutely NEVER come back to this hotel. Not even if it were free! Please take my advice and choose any other option. Literally, the Renaissance is right there and 1000% better!

I was amazed with this property. To be fully transparent I was not expecting to be blown away with this property, we normally stay at much larger hotels but for this weekend trip we were wanting to get away without breaking the bank. I decided to give it a shot because of the extremely low price and the good reviews and I can honestly say I was absolutely blown away. The staff was the most friendly hotel staff I have ever dealt with, we arrived at 9 pm and were greeted with warmth, excitement, and care. The property was extremely clean, the rooms were well kept and comfortable. I loved the extra amenities they had. Amenities such as corn hole, fire pit, ring swing game, covered outdoor seating, waterfront seating, poolside seating, etc. I felt so welcome and so comfortable the entire time. I cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this Best Western Location.
