Un super séjour, on a adoré ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires et à l'équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil au top. Notre chambre était grande, super propre et confortable, pareil pour la salle de bains moderne. Le gros point fort, c'est aussi le petit-déjeuner : un buffet incroyable avec des produits locaux, du fromage, de la charcuterie, des fruits et des viennoiseries. On a aussi bien profité de la piscine chauffée et du spa qui sont impeccables. Mention spéciale pour le massage qui était vraiment top. Tout est propre et très bien entretenu. Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

A beautiful stay at a lovely hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the facilities were wonderful, and breakfast was delicious and very generous. The pool and spa are fantastic. The staff are also so friendly and accommodating. We would love to stay here again

It is a little out of Alleghe town centre, so may be a little inconvenient if you do not have a car.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Camere molto belle e spaziose, molto pulite, la piscina con una vista panoramica sulle montagne, la spa in cui c’è tutto e molto buoni i trattamenti come i massaggi. Ottima colazione. Tutto lo staff molto professionale, accogliente, gentilissimo.

Ci fosse il servizio ristorazione per la cena sarebbe top.

Colazione superlativa con prodotti freschi e molto vari. Camera spaziosa e molto pulita con prodotti di cosmesi di qualità. Parcheggio comodo e sempre disponibile in loco. Piscina esterna riscaldata molto ampia con servizio di bagnino e bar. SPA intima e molto confortevole.

Tutto superlativo. Un vero hotel confortevole di montagna vicino agli impianti per raggiungere in Monte Civetta. Vicinissimo al centro storico di Alleghe.

Hotel con mucho encanto rodeado de montañas. Muy recomendable. El personal muy atento y amable. La piscina exterior está caliente lo que te permite disfrutarla en cualquier época del año. Buen desayuno. El único pero es que no se cierran todas las contraventanas de la habitación y por la mañana entra luz.

Die Besitzer des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist durchdacht sowie hochwertig. Das Badezimmer ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und überzeugt durch Komfort und Sauberkeit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der SPA-Bereich, der keine Wünsche offenlässt und ideale Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung bietet. Der kostenlose Shuttle-Service zur Seilbahn ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt und sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort. Abgerundet wird der Aufenthalt durch den wunderschönen Ausblick, der das Gesamterlebnis perfekt macht.

Ehrlich gesagt gibt es nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen, und es gab keinerlei Punkte, die Anlass zur Kritik gegeben hätten

Ci è piaciuto tutto, già dal primo minuto. Accoglienza perfetta ! Staff premuroso e gentile. Camera ampia, silenziosa, in perfette condizioni, come del resto il bagno. Colazione con grande scelta e qualità. Ampio parcheggio, SKI room pulita e in ordine. Essendo venuti in inverno, non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la bellissima piscina esterna, davvero grande. Zona SPA / Wellness molto curata. Trattamenti per il corpo eseguiti con grande professionalità. Servizio Shuttle per la cabinovia di Alleghe molto apprezzato.

Navadno ne pišem ocen. Tokrat naredim izjemo. Preprosto zato, ker je bilo izjemno! Komaj sem parkiral električno vozilo pri njihovi polnilnici, so nam že priključili polnjenje, odnesli smučarsko opremo v shrambo in potovalke v sobe. Te so nam prilagodili po dogovoru v štiri ločene postelje. Zjutraj so nas odpeljali na smučišče in popoldne pobrali, ko smo prišli iz gondole. Savna, masaže izjemno in celo izven določenega urnika. Ponudba zajtrka izredno bogata. Gostoljubnost ki presega zgolj običajno vljudnost. Vedno so bili tam, kjer si jih potreboval. Do sedaj smo se redno selili iz kraja v kraj, povsod je bilo dobro. Tokrat smo se vsi štirje prijatelji odločili, da bomo skušali postati njihova redna stranka.

Če se še tako trudim, ne najdem niti ene besede, kaj mi ni bilo všeč. Za šalo sem jim rekel, da jim manjka samo še miza za namizni tenis.

Complimenti allo staff, tutti molto professionali ma allo stesso tempo ci si sente a casa. Ci sono piaciuti tutti i servizi, la SPA è accessibile senza costi extra e senza necessità di prenotare il che è molto comodo si può decidere quando si vuole di accedervi

The hotel was very clean, great bed and linen. Facilities were fantastic, loved the pool with the amazing backdrop. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Am Pool gibt es leider keine Schattenplätze Es gibt kein Restaurant in fußläufiger Nähe, so das man immer in den Ort fahren muss, wo die Parkmöglichkeiten ziemlich eingeschränkt sind. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht ganz unserem Geschmack, es gibt aber ausreichend Auswahl, so das jeder etwas finden kann.

Posizione un po' fuori città e primo borgo agevolmente raggiungibile a piedi. Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Gestione familiare disponibile e discreta. Buona possibilità di parcheggio. SPA e Piscina pulite e ben tenute.

Sarebbe perfetto avere la possibilità di cenare o avere un po' di opzioni in hotel per uno spuntino serale

It was incredibly clean and comfortable. The 30 degree pool was such a treat on the cooler days, as was the lovely spa and gym. And the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Friendly family run hotel. Very organised hotel with a lovely pool and plenty of parking. Short walk to Masare and Alleghe. Alessandro Eric and their staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Super dejligt alpehotel. Faciliteter var fine og betjening super. Eneste minus er lyd fra trafikken når man ligger ved poolen og der ikke er mulighed for aftensmad på hotellet.

Apart from the poorly maintained hot tub, the facility was wonderful.

The hotel is located outside of town in a very quite area. We could tell right away that the owners are proud of their hotel and taking a good care of it. Well maintained, clean, great attention to details. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was really nice as well. Plenty of parking. The staff was very professional and friendly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The AC was making horrible rattling, clanking noises while turning on and off. So we had to turn it off completely in the middle of the night.

Run by genuinely nice people who go above and beyond. They even packed us delicious lunches for our hikes complete with water, juice and dessert! Room was beautiful and cleaned daily. We are so appreciative and thankful to have stayed here.

Very nice hotel, not too big which gives a cosy, more personal feeling. The wellness area is also great, very clean and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made our stay perfect! If I can suggest one small improvement - plastic glasses in the rooms can be changed to real ones form glass - more sustainable and more classy, it would fit better the overall quality of the hotel which we loved.

Great small hotel with very nice SPA (sauna, steam room, relaxation room ). Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Outdoor pool looks amazing (we did not used it as it was to cold outside).

How clean it was and all personal was super kind and when we need something they gave us a response

The staff were fantastic (honestly - they’re amazing), lovely room and view, loved the spa and the pool.

The main downside is that the road is much closer than we thought, which was a bit noisy. Nothing can be done about that though, and the windows / doors prevented most of the noise from getting in. Linked to this there was no AC, which meant we were a bit hot at night, as we needed to keep the windows shut.

The spa was very clean as well. The whirlpool tub wasn’t very warm, which was a bit disappointing. The steam room and sauna were great though. There is a bit of road noise too. Our room was close to the road.

It’s such a beautiful place with beautiful owners and staff .

The hotel has a “spa”, with a sauna and pool area, separated from a waiting area be transparent glass. There was a naked man inside the pool area walking calmly around. I was there with my wife. There was no warning of this from the hotel. I left the spa immediately and complained to the hotel. The explanation given was that in Austria this would be normal - but we were in Italy! We left the hotel immediately. They portray themselves as a family hotel, which they are not.

Our stay was great. Very professional staff and great positive attitudes, apart from the spectacular premises. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Same goes for all the premises. Also, the general atmosphere of the hotel is very calming and peacuful. Breakfast was good and had gluten free options. They also provide a link to their website with recommendations of restaurants, activities and hike trails. Would recommend to anyone.

The only downside is that there is no restaurant on the premises. However there are two good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Helt enestående oplevelse, meget sød familie, rengøring og service helt i top, meget hjælpsom med ALT, virkelig god og varieret morgenmad og skøn wellness og og poll. Alt godt.

The owners are lovely and very nice. Our only suggestion is to have a tea and coffee facility in the room.

The service and accomodation was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble for the friendly owners and staff and we felt extremely well looked after. Facilities are pristine, tasteful and the environment luxurious. Breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing at all - we loved everything about our stay

The hotel's staff are exceptionally friendly, and the spa is immaculate. The rooms are a great size, and have views of the Dolomites. I honestly cannot fault this hotel in any way - it blew my expectations away. It is very very special, located within one of the finest places I have ever visited. This is truly first class Italian hospitality. I would recommend it unreservedly to anyone looking to stay in the Dolomites. I will be returning.

The skiing was great. Family owned business . Treated like family. The best service. Great ski shuttle service they should be nascar drivers there safe and fast. Definitely went out of the way to make our stay the best.

Very kind and professional family run hotel. The wellness area is great after skiing or hiking, with its large jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, etc. The massages at the soa were great. Dinners at the bustro were cozy and the food was delicious. The rooms are all spacious and with lovely views. The service for pick up and drop off from the slopes on demand very helpful. Loved it!
