Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Das Hotel hat leider keinen Fahrstuhl. Schweres Gepäck bis in die 4. Etage zu transportieren, ist ganz schön anstrengend, aber das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und trägt auf Wunsch die Gepäckstücke nach oben.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Good value for money and overall the stay met our expectations. At first, the hotel and parking can be a little tricky to find, as the hotel sign is visible from the main road, but you actually need to turn into a small side street at the main bend in the village. The parking is then on the left, followed by the hotel entrance. Having private parking is definitely a big plus. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket, the lake, and other amenities just a 2-3 minutes away. The reception staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
A small suggestion: The breakfast could be better, with more freshly prepared options such as scrambled eggs. Having to boil the eggs ourselves takes a bit more time and isn’t very practical, at least in our opinion.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Ho soggiornato presso l'Hotel Coldai per una notte in trattamento di bed and breakfast assieme a due amici. La camera era pulita ed i letti confortevoli. La colazione abbondante e di qualità, con alcuni prodotti di aziende locali ed altri preparati dalla stessa struttura. La posizione dell'Hotel è in centro al paese di Alleghe e presenta un parcheggio adiacente. Lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Stanza abbastanza grande in quanto tripla anche se eravamo due e una cagnolina. Letto e cuscini comodi. Colazione ottima con prodotti anche locali. Parcheggio gratuito e personale gentile e disponibile. Hotel veramente pet friendly infatti i cani sono accolti senza sovrapprezzo e possono accedere anche alla sala colazione. Hotel vicinissimo al lago e alla funivia di Alleghe.
Struttura 3 stelle rimasta a quando è stato costruito e aperto. Assenza di ascensore: noi infatti avevamo chiesto una stanza al primo piano, ma ovviamente la visuale è molto limitata e il panorama è così e così. Bagno vecchio, piccolo e da ristrutturare con bidet ancora con due rubinetti separati e assenza di porta asciugamani vicino al lavandino. Stanza grande, ma mobili antiquati. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ko.

The rooms aren't particularly soundproof, which meant you could hear other guests moving around the property. It was definitely not a hindrance, but could bother really light sleepers.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Vasto assortimento a colazione soprattutto di dolce, con anche torte fatte in casa. Posizione perfetta: in centro al paese e con parcheggio di fianco all'hotel compreso nel prezzo della camera. Personale sempre a disposizione.
Materasso duro, ma con due cuscini sotto la testa si riesce a dormire. L'hotel sembra un po' trascurato ed è un peccato, ci starebbe qualche intervento, anche piccole cose (es. crepe nei muri, cavo del phon sistemato col nastro isolante, il moncone di un appendi oggetti in doccia). Premetto tutto pulito, anche se non mi ha convinto del tutto il lavaggio di panni interno all'hotel con lavatrice domestica.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Hotel is very cute and cozy - old, as someone mentioned from 60/70, however very well maintained. I was surprised to not to see any dusts or mold anywhere - super clean. Location is amazing, it has own parking. Serves good drinks at the restaurant. Staff was very polite and accommodating. If you want amazing location, to reach lake by hand, it is a superb choice considering the price.
Pillows are a bit too uncomfortable.

Reviewed May 31, 2026No frills easy stay in the heart of Alleghe. Breakfast was delicious with lactose free milk options - always a bonus :) Staff were warm and friendly and very happy to help. There was a great energy because of the Giro and the staff were great in providing some tips for viewing.
No fridge in the room, but when asked if we can put a few things in the hotel fridge, the staff was kind to help.

Secondo me il bagno cieco, ma vuole essere considerazione non censura, richiede una maggior portata dell'aspiratore, soprattutto in una camera con tre letti. Le turche aperte su un lato dovrebbero agevolare il prelievo della polvere da sotto il letto, ma non sembra sia così.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Pobyt w tym hotelu był dla nas wyjątkowym doświadczeniem. To prawdziwie rodzinne miejsce, w którym czuć serdeczność i troskę o gości na każdym kroku. Podczas naszego pobytu wydarzyła się trudna sytuacja – moja mama złamała nogę. Obsługa hotelu okazała nam wtedy najlepszą opiekę, jaką mogliśmy sobie wyobrazić. Dodatkowo dali nam pokój na dole, żeby mamie było łatwiej poruszać się i odpoczywać. Jesteśmy ogromnie wdzięczni za życzliwość, cierpliwość i serce, jakie okazano nam w tak trudnym momencie. To nie jest tylko hotel – to miejsce, gdzie ludzie naprawdę dbają o swoich gości. Z całego serca polecam każdemu, kto szuka nie tylko noclegu, ale też ciepłej, rodzinnej atmosfery i prawdziwej troski.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch beim Frühstücksbuffet. Auch das sehr gute Frühstück ist erwähnenswert.
Etwas überraschend und enttäuschend war, dass es abends keinen Restaurantbetrieb gab. Und das, obwohl außen die Leuchtreklame RISTORANTE das Gegenteil verheißt.

Śniadania typowo włoskie- na słodko, ale są również wędliny, ser, jajka- każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia! Jako baza wypadowa w Dolomity- Civetta, Marmolada, Piz Boe i inne, po prostu doskonała:)))))
Przydałby się czajnik w pokoju, do zrobienia herbaty lub kawy do termosu w góry.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Todo fue muy correcto. La habitación cómoda y práctica, y el personal amable y servicial. El desayuno buffet sorprendente en variedad y calidad, con mucha bollería casera y productos muy variados. Y el pueblo de alleghe junto al lago muy bonito, perfecto para visitar.
La única salvedad que podría ponerse al hotel es la falta de ascensores - es cierto que está totalmente indicado en las descripciones pero creo que puede ser importante destacarlo.

Posizione molto comoda (anche per una vacanza estiva, non solo per la vicinanza all’impianto del Civetta), parcheggio della struttura in qualche modo sempre disponibile. Il tutto ha reso la vacanza in famiglia “comoda” e rilassante…direi perfetta!
