חדר ספציפי שלנו היה עם גג משופע, דבר שלעיתים קיבלנו ממנו מכה כשהתרוממנו. החדר היה קצת קטן בגלל השיפוע.

O quarto era muito pequeno, não cabe pessoas altas, tivemos que to.ar banho deitados praticamente. O banheiro nao conseguíamos ficar em pé completamente e a cama tinha que tomar cuidado ao levantar para nao bater cabeça no teto.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026알레게 호수에 인접해 있고 상가에서도 가까움. 케이블카 정류장까지 도보로 이동 가능. 호수를 산책하기 좋은 위치. 주변 식당과 상점을 이용하기에도 편리했음.
시설이 너무 낡았음. 객실 샤워시설이 너무 좁고 불편했음. 객실 바닥 카펫이 습기에 젖어서 방 교환을 요구했을 정도였는데, 객실은 교환되지 않았고, 습기 제거까지 몇 시간을 기다려야만 했음.

il letto scomodo e i cuscini troppo duri. La spa carina l’idromassaggio un po’ troppo schiumoso e di conseguenza faceva leggermente cattivo odore, poi da rivedere il regolamento rispetto alla vestibilità di costumi in sauna.

Si trova a breve distanza dalla stazione di partenza della funivia che porta al Col dei Bardi, ai piedi del monte Civetta.
Colazione tradizionale a buffet con possibilità di scegliere tra opzioni dolci e salate. Cena con possibilità di scelta tra tre primi e tre secondi. Da migliorare il buffet dei contorni sia come offerta che come disponibilità, in quanto si esaurisce rapidamente.

Комната большая, с балконом. Все чисто, ухоженно. Холодильник, фен, полотенца. Шикарный завтрак! Идеально для отдыха Вернулась бы сюда не раздумывая! Рекомендую!

Non trovo corretto che d'estate (a finestre aperte) il vicino di stanza possa fumare sulla sua parte di balcone (essendo le stanze divise solo da una ringhiera di legno)con il fumo che inevitabilmente entra anche nella stanza di chi non fuma

Parcheggio gratuito e comodo Cene e colazioni (aperitivo a sorpresa il venerdì) molto buone, varie e abbondanti (ottimo il buffet). Staff professionale e disponibile. Spa gratuita e di buon livello. Posizione ottima. Pulizia molto buona.
Stanza piccola e da rimodernare (vintage). Bagno con tetto a spiovente (si batteva la testa) e da rimodernare. Balcone condiviso diviso solo da un cancelletto. Nelle zone comuni spesso odore di fumo per via di porte e finestre aperte. Mancanza di possibilità di prepararsi le tisane nella zona spa (presente solo acqua). Bottiglie di acqua filtrata da 0,75 l a cena a 3,50 € l'una.

Am fost cazați la mansarda și nu as zice ca a fost o camera foarte bună deoarece la baie nu puteți sta confortabil în picioare, dar având în vedere ca am găsit disponibil pentru o noapte în trecere a fost bine, am plecat a doua zi spre Dolomiti

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Hotel met zeer mooie ligging aan de rand van het meer. Alle kamers hebben een terras met uitzicht op het meer of op de bergen (beide uitzichten zijn mooi), er vliegen continu zwaluwen rond wat wel een leuk gegeven is. Gratis parkeergelegenheid vlakbij. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt.
Er is mogelijkheid om 's avonds in het hotel te eten (vast menu met beperkte keuze), dit vonden we minder aan te raden (minder lekker), en ook omdat er niet buiten kon gegeten worden (het terras buiten is voorbehouden voor het à la carte restaurant).

LAS HABITACIONES ECONOMICAS TIENEN UNOS BAÑOS QUE NO SON DE ACORDE A UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS, HE ESTADO EN ALBERGUES CON MEJORES CUARTOS DE BAÑO QUE ESTOS. INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE QUE SEA LA HABITACION ECONOMICA, UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS NO DEBERIA TENER ESOS BAÑOS , NI UNO DE TRES NI DE DOS, SON DE VERGUENZA

Notre chambre la 302 était décevante sous toit. Petite salle de bain rien à voir avec d’autres avec balcon de l’hôtel Par exemple la chambre 301 à côté est merveilleuse Nous avons essayé le repas du soir en choisissant le menu light à 19€ quelle déception le buffet est désué le salade bar est pauvre et pas bon Le plat principal choisi était quelconque et minimaliste Le dessert la pana cotta était correcte

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, onneksi yöt olivat viileitä, joten saimme huoneen jäähtymään nukkumalla parvekkeen ovi ja ikkuna auki. Huoneessa oli kokolattiamattoa.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Bene la colazione e la cena (ero in mezza pensione), lo chef se la cava alla grande con i secondi e con le vellutate, sconsiglio invece i primi...la pasta non è il suo forte, forse non era espressa, non so. Il personale è un lato sicuramente positivo, soprattutto quello locale è molto alla mano, gentile, professionale ma caloroso e cordiale. La vista è top, la posizione è strategica, in mezzo a tutto. Base ottimale per girare tutta la zona con rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato! Letto comodo. Sala wellness alla fine piccola ma piacevole e molto tranquilla: bene o male funziona tutto.
ZERO TAPPARELLE, ZERO SCURI: giorno alle 5.00! Camera piccola ma sarebbe andata anche bene, solo zero condizionatore: un caldo boia già a giugno. Camera con arredamento iper minimale da 2* o massimo 3* ma volendo siamo rustici, ci adattiamo... Ok camera singola ma bagno senza finestra, né aspiratore... e vabbè ci adattiamo. Però il bidet c'era il che non è male, visto le dimensioni ridotte. Soffitto bagno a tetto BASSISSIMO, a prova di abitabilità. Un giorno si sono dimenticati di fornirmi la biancheria da bagno e le signore sono volute entrare, perché non mi credevano.... beh dai, CADUTA DI STILE...

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt meines Erachtens nicht. In meinem Fall wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, bevor ich ausgecheckt hatte – ärgerlich.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Location right on the lake, amazing views from the rooms, balconies with chairs and a portable lounger, everything was super clean, fridge in room, perfect location for strolling along the lake or up the hill in the cute little town, OUTSTANDING breakfast was included, solid wifi, gorgeous view for lunch, spacious rooms, lovely built-in cabinets in bathroom and bedroom, outlets next to bed, super water pressure for showers, friendly and helpful check in staff, elevator, wonderful cool sleeping weather with open windows (and no bugs!). Only 15 minutes from Malga Ciapèla and the Marmolada funicular (ABSOLUTELY A MUST DO). Lunch from the menu was perfect (see my notes below about dinner though). Despite some of the things I will mention below, I would 100% stay here again!
Kitchen staff smoked outside and the smell came right upstairs and into our room through the open windows and since it was summer and there is no air conditioning, we had to have the windows open smelling the nasty smoke (not sure, but I suspect there would be a similar smoke smell problem on the other side of the hotel above the dining patio). I do NOT RECOMMEND the fixed price dinner. Service was awful, fish was served barely warm and all dried out on top, and we were there for 2-½ hours waiting FOREVER for each course. No wonder the fish was dry and cold. We told our waitress and rather than crediting us for that portion of the meal, she just said she'd tell the kitchen. NOT good customer service. Bathtub was very slippery and a big challenge to stand up in due to the narrowness of the bottom and being attacked by shower curtain.
