The ice machine on the third floor was broken. The ceiling lights were burnt out except for one. Very hard to see the coffee machine and fridge, etc. The hot tub was out of service.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The breakfast chef, Mel, does a fantastic job despite having such a very tiny space to work in. She kept the hot food coming out, helped people use the waffle machine, answered questions, had very friendly chats with guests and was a wealth of knowledge. We brought our 2 grandchildren along with us and we all had great fun on the wayerslide.
The hot tub was pathetic. The jets were broken so it was just hot stagnant, mirky water to soak in if you cared to, we did not.

The halls are a bit narrow , one elevator and it seems the whole complex looks tired.

Reviewed May 25, 2026The breakfast lady attendant was very helpful, she clearly takes a lot of pride in her job. They were super accommodating when we requested a late checkout - the customer service was top notch.
The space for breakfast is very small, even with the additional board room option it was cramped. The hotel was full but it could definitely be upgraded to accommodate more guests at once Just a note - we were informed that our room 412 has a continuous fan (after we tried a few times to turn off the a/c heat unit) They could also use a light of some sort in the little fridge/microwave spot.

Reviewed May 17, 2026The warm welcome from all staff. Little snacks on arrival felt really lovely! The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Bedrooms lovely and clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was simple but really fresh and tasty but the lady serving was what made it even more lovely. She couldn’t be more helpful! All staff were really delightful. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and we’ve stayed in many! It’s the small touches and the welcome that make it a 10/10!

Bed was quite hard. The lady who checked us in was very pushy and rude. Was rushing us for no reason and then took my card and tapped it on the machine without ever showing or telling me a price and just said “you’ll get a receipt” was not impressed by her customer service at all.
