It was very clean, the room was perfect, and the temperature controls worked well. The breakfast was delicious, and I love that it started at 6am. The room rate was exceptional.

The breakfasts were good and the location was good.

The pool was not heated and the hot tub jets didn't work very well.

Pool and hot tub not in good operating condition. No mention of this by staff on check in. Beds ++ uncomfortable. Seemed like an inconvenience that we were checking in. Interrupted staff from personal phone time.

We didn't end up staying there. The Staff were unaccomodating and rude. We requested an early check-in because of the 8 hour drive and the function we were attending started at 1pm. We reserved the room with this request May 4th; we were to check in on May 23rd. No effort was made by staff to ensure there would be two rooms available. Check out is at noon, so there would have been time for them to have two rooms ready for us. But all we got is that they were fully booked the night before and that day ???? Will never go back . The last time everything was fine and we've stayed there many times before, but the last time there were ants running around on the breakfast buffet station; staff walked by and noticed too, but they kept the buffet open as I watched customers reluctantly fill their plates.

There was lots of plugs but you had to make sure you had blocks to plug in ...instead of USB ports

Room was not clean, breakfast eggs were not good.

Breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. Coffee was available all day. Bed was comfortable, had a good sleep and everything was nicely done.

New check-in technology -- very time consuming. Never experience that before.

The rooms are nice, the beds are comfy. Very spacious with lots of space to put my clothes away.

The fan in my bathroom wasn't working and it kept clicking which was distracting when trying to sleep. The phone also wouldn't work

I had bug bites all up and down my left arm and some on my right. I did not have these bites prior to checking in to my room. The bed was dirty with hair and other things that I took pictures of I was not compensated for this No refund for bug bites at this hotel I was lied to by a booking agent saying I would be refunded and did not

Traveling home from a missions trip, I was accustomed to hotels at a certain price point. Though most always clean and comfortable, I hadn't stayed at hotel of this caliber since my days in business administration for an international technology company. Traveling alone was also something I hadn't done in a very long time, having lost my husband this past January. Booking Fairfield through Hotels.com, I was surprised and pleased with the cost initially. I found the property very pleasant, even thinking it was brand new because everything was so nice and well cared for. My room was perfect and even felt almost extravagant for my usual budget. The parking lot safe, staff not only knowledgeable and efficient, but kind and comforting. Overall enjoyed my stay extremely well and could only hope to find similar accommodations in the future.

Crowded at breakfast time, with not enough seating available for our party of 4.

Stayed three nights and never got a complete change of towels without asking, garbage wasn’t always taken out, shower never cleaned. This property is at a highway intersection with traffic lights where semi tractors continuously use their engine retarder brakes. Too expensive for mediocre service.

Great place to stay!! Had trouble with our fire stick so called down to front desk. They sent someone up right away. We wanted to watch Netflix and they had a link to Netflix and Prime already. Very convenient . Staff are more than willing to help. Would recommend staying here.

Service was not good. They were very pushy and demanding. The room was decent. The eggs, and sausage was horrible. Tried the hot tub and after putting on the timer for the jets, it was still water. Nothing worked. The floor all around pool area was disgusting. Didnt stay anymore. Packed up, checked out and left. The checkin and checkout times were different from the hotels.com app. Not happy at all.

Friendly . Clean and good area .

It was unfortunate that during our wedding night I had to go back home to get my ID after taking a taxi to get here. I had payment cards and everything but they would not allow me to pay for the room. I had to take another taxi home and then another back to the hotel.

Unfortunately due to the location, there is traffic and railway noise.

The room smelt like an old gym on a hot day - literally like sweat. Made the stay very unpleasant.
