Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Excellent location for visiting Waterton and exploring Lethbridge. The hotel is in a newer area with convenient access to restaurants, fuel, and shopping. Breakfast was consistent, the amenities added value to our stay, and the staff were friendly and responsive when issues were reported.
The hotel experienced a system outage during check-in that resulted in a credit card charge/reversal issue. Our room also had a slow-draining shower and a bedding preparation issue that required attention. Both room issues were resolved promptly after being reported.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel after checkout has been extremely disappointing. It has been over a week since I checked out, and I still have not received an official receipt/invoice for my stay, despite multiple requests and follow-ups. This is a basic service any hotel should be able to provide, especially when guests need documentation for business expense reimbursement. The lack of response and responsibility from the hotel staff is unacceptable and unprofessional. Additionally, communication has been very poor — messages are either ignored or answered with vague replies, without actually resolving the issue. The stay itself was fine, but the post-stay support completely ruined the overall impression. I would not recommend this hotel to business travelers who need proper documentation and reliable customer service

The hot water was hot for tea and everything was clean the female person whose name I don’t know was so very nice when we came to check in. Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The room, although “clean” it smelt like old mothballs and since you can’t open the window, it smelt throughout our trip. The linens smelt old and not fresh. They gave us two body towels, one hand towel and one towel for the shower and nothing more. We asked for more face towels (as they only gave 1) and they gave us hand towels and only two. It’s as if they only give the amount of towels per guests and nothing more. The only part of this hotel that was worth being excited about was the breakfast…I have zero plans to come back to this hotel
