The accommodation was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and modern. It was clear that the hotel is well cared for and that the owners genuinely invest in maintaining and improving it. What I appreciated the most, however, was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay, and I would really like to thank the entire team for that. Even small details made a big difference — for example, when we went cycling, the staff thoughtfully prepared chilled water for us. This kind of personal attention really makes you feel appreciated. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options, and it definitely did not disappoint. The hotel also offers some really nice activities and complimentary services, such as a daily champagne hour, beach chairs, fresh towels whenever needed, and free bicycle rental. The bicycles were in great condition, and cycling along the sea under the palm trees was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location is fantastic as well — everything is within easy reach, so you have everything you need just a short walk or ride away. The hotel pleasantly surprised me in every way. Next time, I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. Thank you very much for everything!

Lage, Personal freundlich, Zimmer sehr schön. Schade das es nicht mer Möglichkeiten gibt im Hotel zu Speisen.

Papier Teller für das Morgen Essen, Kaffe fehlt insbesonders Cappuccino, wie man halt ein Kaffe genießen möchte.

Sam hotel bardzo przyjemny, obsługa rewelacyjna, bardzo miła, pomocna, chętni do rozmowy, życzliwi. Można bezpłatnie wypożyczyć leżaki plażowe, parasol, rowery. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, przez drogę do plaży, blisko sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie, pralnia.

Minusem są śniadania - codziennie to samo, ubogie - tu na pewno jest bardzo duże pole do poprawy. Głośna klimatyzacja i taka sama jest chyba w każdym pokoju, bo słychać ją z korytarza. Serwis sprzątający powinien przykładać większą uwagę do sprzątania pokoi.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and needs to have a mattress. Effectively you are sleeping on a sofa. Valet service was tortuous. On two occasions it took 55 mins and 40 mins to get our car, and you pay a lot for that service. Lift broke down on 2 day but could use the 2nd service elevator.

Çalisanlarin anlayişi ilgisi cok iyidi. Biz bi sorun yasayarak gelmistik ve rezervasyonumuz öne aldirmamiz gerekti. Bize yardimco oldular . Bu sayade daha fazla masraf yapmadik. Ayrica konumu cok iyidi. Tesekkur ederiz tüm calisanlara.

Kahvaltisi kotu idi. Bir de disari alanda oturabilecek hicbir yeri yoktu. O niraz sorun oldu sogara ictigimiz icin.

Bardzo nam się podobał basen na dachu hotelu z cudownie przyjemna woda. Taras był duży z pieknym widokiem na ocean. Lokalizacja świetna, wokół były same pyszne restauracje. Pokoje były czyste, codziennie sprzątane a śniadania były pyszny i z dużym wyborem. W lobby była zawsze dostępna woda oraz kawa

Very sparse, no bar. Could have been cleaner and room not ready at 4pm.

El personal es increíblemente amable, siempre están atentos a todo, tienen muchas amenidades, ubicación perfecta .

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית מאוד, מעט אופציות עבור צמחוניים. בנוסף, ארוחת הבוקר הסתיימה בשעה 10:00AM שזוהי שעה מאוד מוקדמת בעינינו. הבריכה היתה מלוכלכת. היו אורחים שנכנסו למים, אני אישית לא נכנסתי עקב הלכלוך. הבר בבריכה לא הציע אלכוהול מלבד בירות בפחית. ציפיתי ליותר.

El hotel es muy acogedor, limpio y la habitación tiene buen tamaño, la cama muy cómoda y el personal muy atento y agradable, ubicación perfecta frente a la playa pero alejado del ruido extremo de ocean drive

If you looking for a property that is on the South Beach strip then the location is great. Rooms have all the basics and is well maintained. There is some helpful staff especially morning time.

The breakfast was very limited with no options for us with dietary restrictions. Check in is at 16:00 and check out at 11:00. When we requested a 1 hour late check out we received no accommodation. Evening staff are unwelcoming and grumpy. Seemed reluctant to help.

Beliggenhet er perfekt, svært lite bråk og uro, kort vei til alt. Sykkel å låne, takterrasse med basseng, god frokost og svært hyggelige personale, spesielt Julia ❤️ Vi vil definitivt både anbefale, og velge dette igjen neste gang også.

The hotel features welcoming vibe , gorgeous , great lighting, a tasty breakfast, loved the room, it was roomy, cool, a comfortable bed, a great location, and friendly staff.

Was placed on floor 3. Noise from upstairs 4th floor PH guests was awful. Every step and chair move was easily heard through the ceiling. Stay away from floor 3. Windows were filthy and small. Ocean view? Really pushing it.

we actually didnt stay as it did not meet the expectations as advertised

it is not a hotel it is an apart hotel with minimum facilities no parking it is advertised with private parking I tried calling for parking instructions and did not get a reply there was no bell boy and we got a citation for parking an the side walk we wanted to cancel then and there but the person on the desk said he had no authority to do that so we just left anf found another hotel . it not often we are in Miami beace and we didnt want yo waste it on a dingy place.

Il manque d’endroits et d’équipements pour faire sécher les serviettes de toilette et de plage dans les appartements (crochets muraux, sèche-linge pliant)

Air conditioning - large vent in lounge area and only small ones in bedrooms. Was very noisy in the Lounge and we were using it for sleeping. Not cool enough in bedrooms

The breakfast included using really a breakfast, but a light snack with very few options. Parking is a struggle , very expensive and only vallet is available and it takes quite a while , as it is not close to the hotel.

Very nice front desk staff, willing to be helpful. The location was ok.

Lots of street noise at night made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was subpar. Housekeeping never replaced soap, shampoo, body wash and toilet paper unless we asked them to. No flexibility regarding a later checkout.

Lage ist top, Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet. Und es gab beach chairs für den Strand.

Frühstück - ist zwar inklusive, jedoch gab es nicht mal Basics wie Marmelade oder Honig.

Very noisy, the 5 am construction made sleeping in pretty difficult. Also, we returned to our room once and the cleaning staff did not properly close the door, not sure how long the door was left open but that was not good.
