The entrance to the building is unfortunately not so nice…a simple door and an elevator … good thought that you have a portier

Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and rooms were nice.

The AC was directed at one of the beds but not the other, so one person was freezing and the other hot during the night. The rooms could have been cleaner altogether.

Very nice and updated hotel in the center of Connaught. Excellent made to order breakfast each morning and clean, comfortable rooms. Sanjeer & Shweta were very kind and helpful.

とにかく市内中心地のロケーションが良い。 地下鉄駅のすぐ近くで、各地名所巡りのベースに最高。朝食も美味しくチャイやラッシーも良いです。 窓際でリス🐿️の戯れが楽しめます。 隣の北インド料理レストランも美味しい。

空港とのエアポートエクスプレスとのアクセスがちょっと悪い。でも空港とはUber Taxの方が便利なので気になりません。

やはりロケーション最高です。 朝食も美味しく楽しめました。 地下鉄駅も近く移動が簡単です。

旅行中2回チェックインして1回目の部屋は空調が悪いのか湿度が高くベッドがビショビショで、クーラー全開でも乾かず、寝れませんでした。2回目では部屋を替えて貰い快適でした。

Good location if you want to stay in Connaught Place which is connected well to all parts of city. Breakfast was fine and breakfast staff were kind.

We arrived about 2am tired after long flight and we were quite hassled at the front desk about our plans for the trip and their desire to get us to book trips with a travel agent. The biggest issue was the inappropriate behaviour of the porter who we struggled to get to leave our bedroom and who put his arm around my waist twice and my daughter's waist in a highly inappropriate manner. We did not experience this type of behaviour anywhere else on our trip and it left us feeling unsafe.

Personnel très agréable, surtout le réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli et qui a également fait notre Check-out (je n’ai pas pensé à lui demander son prénom…). L’emplacement est très bon dans une ville absolument chaotique, c’était notre seule échappatoire et nous nous y sentions bien. La chambre est bien équipée et propre, bien qu’un peu petite pour deux personnes et elle demanderait un petit coup d’entretien car dans la globalité, tout a l’air très ancien et abîmé. Je recommande cet hôtel et également le restaurant qui est situé juste à côté de la réception qui était très bon

とにかくスタッフの方が受付からレストラン（ここがまたおいしい）、客室清掃に至るまですべての担当者が全員感じがよく、プロフェッショナルで親切、さらに柔軟な対応をしてくれて驚きました。アットホームで、皆さん笑顔で、とても居心地がよかった。Agraに日帰りで行くために車をチャーターしようとしていた時、提携旅行会社を紹介してくれましたが、良心価格でした。受付の方が、お茶目に価格交渉術を指南してくれたのも楽しい思い出です。

The hotel was nice with good breakfast. Clean room. Good staff. Location very convenient, near metro station, shopping area etc. They have a restaurant which operates in the evening Zaffran, the food was very good. This was the best stay.

Ottimo soggiorno. L'hotel era molto accogliente, il personale davvero disponibile e pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta in qualsiasi momento! Camera spaziosa e bagno pulito, con tutto il necessario al suo interno. Colazione molto abbondante, con ricca varietà di prodotti dolci e salati. Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante dell'hotel a pranzo e cena e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti dalla qualità del cibo! Lo consigliamo!

Entrance not marked properly . Bit renovation require for the bathrooms . Sometime rooms smells like smoke ,may boe some people smokes in other room..Breakfast could be bit better.

La posizione in una bella zona di Delhi e vicino alla stazione della metro. Il ristorante per la cena è buono e il personale del ristorante attento.

Rispetto alla media l’hotel è troppo caro per quello che offre. La persona che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo si è mostrata all’inizio molto disponibile per poi cercare di imbrogliarci in vari modi fregandoci un po di soldi. È una cosa che succede in giro per l’India ma dal personale dell’hotel non te lo aspetti. Nello specifico nel cambiarci i soldi ci siamo accorti dopo che si è tenuto dei soldi che ci spettavano. Ci ha proposto di fare un delivery visto che siamo arrivati tardi ma non ci ha mai restituito il resto e ci ha chiesto una mancia per il driver ma non sappiamo se gli è stata effettivamente consegnata. Infine abbiamo chiesto di fare un late check out ma ci avrebbero fatto pagare una notte in più, unico hotel in India che ce l’ha chiesto.

The room had a window to nowhere. On the first day (we arrived 5.30am) we were called twice to the room before 10am, to check if we wanted to change money, and to check if we were coming for breakfast. I ended up disconnecting the phone.

No me gustó que intentaran estafarme nada más llegar. Pedí un early check in, me querían dar una habitación pequeña por 3 horas y me pedían 3000 rupias (muy caro), en un principio acepté por que estaba cansado del viaje, pero me insistían en que pagara en efectivo, en ese momento no tenía dinero, les dije de pagarles después pero insistían tanto y me sentí tan presionado, que les dije que no.

Estuvo todo bien en el hotel, el desayuno muy rico y el personal muy amable. La nevera no funciona del todo bien y casi no enfría pero resolvimos pidiendo botellas de agua fría a la recepción cada vez que la necesitábamos y nos las dieron cada vez.

In real estate they say the three most important features are location, location, location. This applies to Palace Heights. This is our hotel of choice for the heart of Delhi; stayed here several times. Comfortable, clean rooms with fine dining as well, away from street noise. Step out the front and everything is in front of you, shopping, dining, nightlife. This visit was for five days. During that time a need arose for help to send a package overseas back home. No problem: found a small store nearby that not only found appropriate packaging, but also wrapped it securely and prepared it for shipment home. Wanted a cool drink during a hot afternoon of shopping. No problem: found a small restaurant serving a most refreshing, sweet, and tangy nimbu pani. This went well with the vegetarian nachos that we found on their menu. Needed some tailor to mend a hole in a shirt. No problem, tailor shop nearby. Wanted to buy some casual shoes for walking around. No problem, found a shoe store around the corner and bought the right pair, and my wife bought some sandals while we were there as well. In addition to being in the heart of shopping and dining the place comes alive after dark, with several nightlife social bars and pubs within a few minutes’ walk. Connaught Place is an exciting place to be. One evening we were tired and decided to have evening dinner in the hotel dining room, the popular Zaffran Restaurant. The food was great, the service impeccable and the atmosphere effusive. This time, what stood out was the palak paneer, the murgh tikka and the jeera rice, all carefully balanced and representative of the dish. From previous stays we highly recommend their Mutton Biryani. We highly recommend this hotel and a stay in Connaught Place.

Très bon emplacement dans un quartier commercial. Pratique pour faire les dernières emplettes avant le départ. Possibilité de visites aux alentours et nombreux rickshaws pour vous y déposer. Bon accueil, chambres agréables et bien équipées.

On entend beaucoup les voisins de chambre. Par chance nous étions en hors saison donc peu de clients.

Le personnel etait au top, toujours a l'ecoute, simple et efficace. Les chambres sont impeccablement tous comme la litterie. Le restaurant est delicieux, avec beaucoup de choix pour le petit dejeuner ou les repas.

This is a great place to stay for a few nights in Delhi. It's in a central location with lots to do and eat nearby. Everything was clean, food was nice, and Baba and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

The location is fabulous. TV had several English TV channels.

Aircond outlet directed at bed. Air cond controller didn't seem to make a difference. Though at Temp of 40 degrees I was glad air cond was there.

The location was great with restaurants and shops at walking distance. The hotel has its own restaurant which is quite good.

The room size in bit small but manageable. Rest all was fine and was value for money.

Location is central and upscale for New Delhi conditions.

Great location, there is a metro station that is less than 5 minutes of walking from the hotel. The breakfast included, although having a little selection, was very tasty. All staff were very friendly and hospitable, very exceptional.

The cleanliness of the hotel overall needs to be improved. There were many brown stains in the shower and the toilet. Also, the room had a very unpleasant smell upon entering, which only went away slightly after opening the air conditioning for quite a while.

Right in the middle of CP. Breakfast a little limited but adequate for one morning.

Room behind Reception, so there were noises all night and a very noisy AC unit.

L’accueil du personnel (nous avons pu rentrer plus tôt dans la chambre après un long voyage), le restau de l’hôtel est super nous y avons mangé plusieurs fois Netflix dans la tv de la chambre Très très bonne insonorisation (quadruple vitrage pour le chambre qui donnent sur rue)

Chambres confortables mais rapport qualité prix un peu élevé selon nous Odeur bizarre dans la deuxième chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné et système d’aération dans salle de bains qui ne fonctionnait pas Nous avons séjourné deux fois dans cet établissement (début et fin de séjour) Notre expérience à la fin du séjour moins bonne : nous avons demandé à pouvoir partir à 21h du logement car nous avions avion à prendre tard. Le personnel dit que c’est possible mais en payant un nuit supplémentaire. Jusque là normal. Toutefois il nous la facturent au même prix qu’une nuit sur booking alors que nous n’allions pas prendre le petit déjeuner et que nous avions réservé en direct donc normalement ils ont économisé les frais Booking. Nous avons trouvé ça un peu abusif.
