The service could be better. I stayed here five nights. I walked by the front desk two or three times a day. No one ever said hi. Similarly in the restaurant at breakfast, the first time anybody approached me was on my last morning, and that was to ask me if I was staying in the hotel. The only people who say hi and good morning are the cleaning staff and maybe one waitress.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Surbhi was the most helpful out of all the staff who actually listened to our needs and assist accordingly. The location is ideal. The security guards namely Vijendar were definitely very helpful and greeted us each time we entered and exited each time.
Something that is not so ideal is there are number of people begging for money right outside which makes it a little uncomfortable. The other staff were not very helpful as language was a barrier. We had arrived almost 8 hours late and had asked if we could get complimentary breakfast for a day or 2 which took fair abit of effort. Given we were staying for 9 nights i thought it could have been offered easily.

I occasionally get room service and if I do a club sandwich is a simple option, the one I had here was the best club sandwich I have had anywhere around the world from a room service perspective. Also excellent Asian food plates in the main bar.
Needs a few bits of tidy up on the outside of the property. My room had a window with frosted glass so no outside view. If I were staying there again I would be asking for a room with an outside view.

When we entered the room, it appeared that it had been closed and unoccupied for quite some time. There was a strong musty smell, similar to the odor you notice when a room has remained locked for an extended period. I requested the staff to inspect and address the issue, but no action was taken.
