El elevador tenía un olor terrible y el olor en general del no era muy agradable el Servicio de staff fue bueno pero me pareció excesivo que cuando necesite una plancha para ropa me pidieron mi pasaporte como garantía como si fuera a robarla o algo así ,me parece absurdo

Personal de recepción muy poco comunicativo, especialmente uno. La caja de seguridad rota, de nuestra habitación y de otra que una empleada amable nos quiso ofrecer. El hotel está en reparación.

No hay agua caliente, no sirve el pago con tarjeta me pidió el empleado pagará por transferencia a su cuenta, eso me género desconfianza y miedo Me dio la última habitación del pasillo al fondo. Se oía ruido afuera de mi habitación, desconozco si alguien estuvo oyendo u espiando, No fue nada grato

Ho Prenotato 7 camere per 14 persone per passare la notte a Cancun prima del rientro in Italia. Lenzuola, asciugamani e stanza nel complesso puliti ma su 3 luci ne funzionavano due, la parete aveva diversi pezzi scrostati e nel complesso la sensazione è stata di una struttura mal tenuta.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2025This hotel is really central, but the back rooms are so quiet you get woken by the dawn chorus! There is transport right at the door for all the shopping centers, there is a good farmacia 2 blocks away. An icecream store almost next door. And a major supermarket with everything from lunch to APPLES The OXO really is open at 7 but is usually up and running before and lets in the coffee starved.
No HOT AND COLD indicators on the shower taps, so you either nearly die from COLD, or HOT No grab bars in the shower - have them at home - and miss them. Bathrooms are dangerous for falls! Creepy TV channel - if they can't afford something normal - why not charge for channel access. And it really was weird. Like amateur night

CNN was available but with no picture on my second night and nothing could be done - very frustrating - I don't get to see it very often. The channel was live sound only, and they did call SKY
