このホテルの前にディスコがあり 平日でも朝までずっと 大音量で音楽をかけているので 全然眠れない。耳栓をしていても ベース音で部屋が揺れる。

ホテルの向かいのクラブが朝の3時頃まで 爆音で盛り上がっている為、クラブに行かない人にとってはうるさい。トイレのタンクに水が溜まるのが 異常に遅い為、自分でタンクに水を注水しないといけない。

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026L’emplacement est parfait. L’architecture de l’hôtel est agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus.
Les chambres ne sont pas isolées et donc assez bruyante quand il y a de l’animation à l’extérieur, ce qui est sans doute très souvent le cas à cet endroit. Et il y a des remontées d’odeur désagréables dans la salle de bain.

Le bruit à l'extérieur et dans les chambres voisines. On entend tout, surtout à cause du bruit exagéré d'un bar du coin. Le personnel de l'après midi super indifférent. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et pas d'aide pour monter les balises.

Todo bien, solamente los aires acondicionados necesitan cambio oh a lo mejor necesitan mantenimiento porque no enfrían lo suficiente aunque uno los ponga a lo máximo. De allí todo súper bien cómodo

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026La atención de la recepcionista un 10. Muy amable y abierta a ayudarnos en indicaciones y todo. Excelente! La ubicación está muy buena. Cerca al terminal ADO, el bus a la zona hotelera pasa en frente. A media cuadra hay un parque y nos tocó una noche muy bonita y familiar ahí.
La cortina de nuestra habitación no tapaba 100% la luz externa pero fue un detalle.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026La localización es super buen,a está en una zona céntrica, a media calle del zócalo y muy cerca de la estación de bus, además durante el día y la noche puedes salir a comer o tomar algo cerca de la zona, tiene todo al alcance, muy cerca, el personal fue muy amable y nos permitió dejar el equipaje ahí después de hacer check-in, así pudimos disfrutar un poco más de las playas cercanas sin precupación, además está a 8 minutos caminando desde la estación de autobuses desde el aeropuerto.
Las camas no son super cómodas pero son pasables, entre los lugares que se visitan a veces solo llegas a dormir al hotel así que es una excelente opción.

Pero limpias .. si llevas niños pequeños te piden acta de nacimiento o una identificación de los pequeños eso me pareció una exelente medida de seguridad 😃 todo limpio y el personal muy accesible sin duda alguna puedo decir que si vuelvo a Cancún. ... Mi estancia será con ellos

Fuera de un pequeño incidente que tuvimos antes de irnos todo bien, las instalaciones son algo antiguas pero estaba muy limpio y hacen aseo diario.

The hotel is really old and the rooms are extremely outdated. We did not expect to find this level after seeing the pictures posted, also not considering a rating of 7,5. We expected more. There were dead bugs in the floor which made us doubt the cleaning. There was a sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. The walls and windows are thin and you can hear everything going on outside. So on a Saturday night, don't expect to be able to sleep before 2am (there are parties at the bars around). If you went to Cancun to party, then maybe it is a good option. I really expected more from this place. For the same price you can find a better hotel to stay. I wouldn't come back. I arrived at 10pm and I was only staying for one night. If I had a reservation for more days, I would have probably changed hotels. They give you a list of rules you have to follow upon checking in and one of those was about charging a fee if the towels are found with stains or in bad conditions. Needless to say that the towels provided were stained and had holes. So if they would have charged me a fee for that, I would have complained (they didn't charge me so I didn't complain), but I thought they have too many rules and are probably too strict for the service/quality you are getting.

La fenêtre ne donnait pas sur l'extérieur, mais sur un corridor avec des lumières allumées toute la nuit. Il y avait une forte odeur de produit nettoyant et nous ne pouvions pas aérer la chambre.

Close to ADO bus terminal, beside a park with lots of food options, and on the other side is the main drag. Easy to take the r1 or r2 bus to the beach, bus stop is only a block away.
Nothing, everything was good. Our tv didn't work but I think that was user error haha. I'm sure it would work if I knew how to use the remote lol.

Una recepcionista diurna de pelo claro con mala actitud, no se ve que le agrade su trabajo, siempre en el teléfono y te tiene esperando a que termine su llamada y si la interrumpes te pone mala cara. Gran diferencia con la otra chica de cabello negro, quien si es muy atenta.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026La ubicación es super central. Hay una discoteca justo en frente del hotel que tiene música muy alta hasta la madrugada, a nosotros nos tocó un cuarto bastante lejos de la calle así que nos salvamos un poco del ruido.
La estructura se ve descuidada, tendrían que mejorar algunas cosas, empezando por la ducha que tiene poca presión y sale poca agua.
