JM Suites Hotel Eco-Friendly Casablanca

Je n’ai malheureusement pas apprécié mon séjour. Malgré l’accueil du personnel et l’emplacement de l’hôtel, l’incident survenu à proximité a profondément affecté mon expérience. Je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité, et cet événement a malheureusement terni l’ensemble de mon séjour à Casablanca.

Un séjour que je n’oublierai malheureusement pas. À proximité de l’hôtel, j’ai été victime d’un vol au cours duquel j’ai perdu mes effets personnels ainsi que mes documents de voyage. Une épreuve particulièrement éprouvante qui a bouleversé la suite de mon séjour et m’a laissé un profond sentiment d’insécurité. Même si l’hôtel n’est pas responsable de ce qui s’est passé, cette expérience a profondément marqué mon souvenir de Casablanca.

they didn't attend my request for a shuttle service when I arrived. My room was in front of the breakfast area and it was quite loud in the morning ( I'm pretty sure they weren't fully booked)

Gute Lage.

We found this hotel perfect for our much needed rest and sleep, day before departure from Morocco. What a delight for us to have stayed in this hotel, after spending several days touring and enjoying Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Agafay desert. Hotel is very clean - room, beddings, pillow, toilet and bath room. Great service, too! Rooftop bar serves good food and beverages including wine and other alcoholic drinks!

Un séjour parfait, nous reviendrons ! ​L'accueil et le personnel : Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et ses bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. ​Le connfort et la propreté : La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse et dotée d'une literie très confortable. ​ L'emplacement : Idéalement situé, au calme tout en étant proche des transports et des principaux centres d'intérêt.

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber ! Die Lage für den Besuch der Moschee gut! Frühstück war eher europäisch gehalten. Rooftopbar war schön.

Wir mögen keine Teppichböden in Hotelzimmer und das Licht im Bad funktionierte ab und zu nicht! Es fehlte uns auch ein wenig marokkanisches Ambiente!

Niewielki minus za odgłosy imprezy do późnej nocy - nie możemy w pewny sposób ustalić czy dobiegały z hotelu czy z zewnątrz, jednakże ewidentnie ulegały nasileniu po zamknięciu okien.

Lovely modern hotel with clean large room, bathroom and seperate toilet. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop bar and restaurant.

L.accueil au départ car ma chambre n.etait pas prête étant donné que la réception n.avait pas compris que j.etais surclassé en chambre de luxe…..donc il fallait attendre que la femme de ménage refasse le lit ( passer de deux lits simples à un lit King size…)heureusement tout s’est bien terminé après 45minutes Le bruit du roof top jusqu’à minuit parfois insupportable

The location & amenities like the rooftop bar and restaurant were great.

On multiple occasions the housekeeping staff came into the room. One time it was completely unannounced while my party was sleeping. On another occasion it was early in the morning, we had a do not disturb sign on the door. They knocked and came into anyways and we were not dressed. It was very disturbing.

The hotel was clean and very well located. The staff were nice and helpful.

Most of toiletries were missing. We had only dispenser with low quality soap and one shower cap.

A very nice, modern property with good amenities. An excellent restaurant in front of the hotel.

The neighbourhood is not very close to the city's attractions. Lots of office buildings and little of interest for visitors. Finding somewhere for dinner each night was a challenge as the nearby cafes tend to cater to a casual lunch clientele. Fortunately, there is a very nice restaurant in front of the hotel, but it would have been nice to have had a choice of other restaurants.

Excellent hotel , have been to many hotels in Casablnaca , this is the best room i have been to so far, spacious , clean , quite , nice lighting , big TV. . Value for money , easy to Park as the staff is always attentive The spa is really nice a d they have good service . Roof top is one of the best I have been to in casablnaca . The food is very good there

The gym needs more equipment though I am not sure hiw they can fit this as the space is limited Breakfast also needs better presentation, more varieties and better lighting

A modern, comfortable hotel in a really nice area of Casablanca. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was high quality and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was SO comfortable and little touches like dried apricots and chocolates left in the rooms were lovely.

Although we were warned about a late night event on our first nights stay, we weren't warned about significant noise from the rooftop bar on subsequent evenings. While music did stop at midnight, it was quite loud and you could feel the thumping of the music. We were on 4th floor so perhaps would be quieter on lower floors. The showers in both our rooms were very unpredictable and could turn cold or very hot without warning.

Best business hotel of the city . The rooms are so comfy. Service outstanding. I strongly recommend.

Mooi hotel in nette wijk. Vanuit het hotel kun je te voet veel bezienswaardigheden bezoeken. Het hotel heeft zelf een prachtige rooftop bar waar je een lekkere cocktail kunt drinken. De kamers zijn groot en hebben een goed bed. Het ontbijt was zeer goed met veel verse producten.

Très bon emplacement, la chambre était grande et nous avons dîné au rooftop, qui est l'un des plus beaux de la ville, la nourriture et l'ambiance étaient top.

Nous avons signalé, à 19h, que les clims de nos 2 chambres ne fonctionnaient pas. Elles devaient être réparées le temps du dîner. A 22h, toujours aucune réparation, la chambre était une fournaise, il a fallu attendre minuit, porte de la chambre ouverte et plafond démonté pour que tout se règle.

Excellent hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great service, and a perfect location. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and modern, it looks like a standard business hotel. It was spacious enough to fit our 3-4 pieces of luggage and still had space for a nice big couch and some more to walk around. Shower was nice and had good water pressure. You can pick from a variety of eggs for breakfast and they would make it fresh for you. A selection of fruits and juices were available too.

The rooftop bar was slightly disappointing as the views were not great and the drinks were too strong.

My experience in suits hotel was so comfortable and the reception either the services was so beautifully and comfortably

Mal isolé donc un peu bruyant, et problème de température de l’eau dans la douche (problème non réglé malgré un changement de chambre).

Très joli hôtel, très propre, avec des chambres spacieuses et vraiment confortables. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux, qualitatif et avec beaucoup de choix. Le spa et le rooftop sont un vrai plus. Mention spéciale au personnel qui a eu la gentillesse d'apporter un plateau de petit déjeuner à ma fille la veille de son départ aux aurores afin qu'elle puisse manger! Délicate attention.

Leider hat man immer Zimmer den Straßenlärm von früh morgens bis spät abends recht laut gehört Frühstücksbuffet wurde leider nicht aufgefüllt, war aber trotzdem viel Auswahl Es könnten mehr Pflegeprodukte wie Conditioner oder Bodylotion angeboten werden, auch ein oder zwei Haken im Bad wären super, das ist allerdings meckern auf hohem Niveau

En choisissant un logement agréable et confortable"Une suite" et vous vous retrouver avec une grande chambre. pour ma part ce n'est pas une suite, pas de fauteuil ou encore un petit canapé.. Dans cette grande chambre vous avez qu'une chaise. Pas de petite table ou d'une autre chaise pur votre partenaire. Le réfrigérateur, refroidi température ambiante...

The location was good, it was a relatively short walk to the medina. There was a Carrefour nearby for picking up snacks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the shower was amazing. We were a little sick so it was important that it was a comfortable place to relax and it was.

The triple room was a double room with a foldout bed. The foldout bed wasn't terribly comfortable and there weren't any outlets for charging nearby. There was too much cigarette smoking in the rooftop bar for it to be comfortable.

The location is great in the best part of Casablanca. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The housekeeper was crazy. She opened the door while we were in the bed. I got up and closed the door immediately. Then opened it to ask what she need. She showed the bathrobe and I understood that she needs to change it. I said that i don’t need the bathrobe but she pushed the door and me while i was half naked and went to the bathroom and changed it. I was shocked.

Camera senza insonorizzazione, direttamente sulla strada molto trafficata. Impossibile dormire senza tappi nelle orecchie. Materasso molto duro.

Boa localização

Tinha uma embalagem de camisinha no chão do quarto, atrás das cortinas. Reclamamos assim que vimos, uns 20 minutos após termos entrado no quarto. O recepcionista fez uma piada sobre e disse que resolveria. Eu esperava ser mudada de quarto, pois fiquei bem desconfortável em pensar em como foi feita a limpeza daquele quarto, mas eles simplesmente retiraram a embalagem mesmo…

Si te toca cerca del rooftop, se complica el dormir ya que hay mucho ruido. Pedí que me dieran una habitación más abajo, y muy bien. El desayuno empieza a las 07:00, algo tarde en mi opinión para los que tenemos trabajo.

L’accueil plein de gentillesse de l’ hôtesse et de disponibilité pour nos demandes. L’hôtel est conforme à l’attente demandée. Belle chambre, bien équipée, propre. Un petit-déjeuner particulièrement bien composé, varié, avec des produits frais, légumes, fruits. Bien accompagné par les femmes présentes. Exceptionnel. L’hôtel est bien situé pour les visites. Ne pas hésiter sur le choix.

Très bien situé en face de la cathédrale du Sacré Coeur et à 20mn à pieds de la medina, les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Roof top super sympa, belle vue. Petit déjeuner bien et varié: crêpes, msemen, fruits, oeufs, fromages, jus de fruit pressé, etc. Possibilité de demander une omelette etc. Thé à la menthe délicieux. Le spa est vraiment très bien : hammam et gommage super. Je recommande fortement. Un grand merci.

Restaurant du roof top avec beaucoup de plats sur la carte qui n'étaient en réalité pas disponibles. Par exemple: aucun dessert !!! Donc j'imagine que la plupart des plats est du surgelé. Le cadre reste sympa

Spacious room, quiet environment, and most of the staff were very nice and professional.

Location was just a bit off. The breakfast was nothing special and they tried to charge me (about 16.5 euro per day) for it, although it was specifically said to me at check in that I have it included. I would never agree to pay extra for it since it was not worth it (at least not to me). We had it resolved, once I refused to pay and described the situation from check in.

the noise from the rooftop bar even on the 3rd floor i felt it. Also, i had paid extra for a high floor but was given one on the 3rd floor so the amount difference should be reimbursed if possible.

JM is very well situated in Cassablanca, nearby a beautiful park and the area felt very safe. The rooftop restaurant is quite nice and had a great view of the city as well. The rooms themselves are excellent, spacious, clean, and a very luxurious shower. Would recommend!
