L'endroit est propre, les chambres sont de bon standard pour le prix. L'hôtel est bien situé.

La construction dans l'entrée, mais on a été avisés et ça n'était pas bruyant. L'ascenseur est lent et le gym est correct mais sans plus.

Une belle découverte, un personnel aux petits soins et une très belle chambre insonorisée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le geste du personnel qui, sachant que je ne mangeais pas de gluten, m’a fait parvenir tout un pain sans gluten juste pour moi. Séjour très agréable, je recommande. Emplacement idéal à Casablanca.

The staff at both the reception and the rooftop seemed quite unprofessional. Only the ground floor restaurant hostess seems good. Also, I noticed some mold and wear on surfaces in the room, so maybe a little renovation is needed!

Un séjour d'exception du début à la fin ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, des bagagistes jusqu'au manager, pour leur accueil remarquable et leur professionnalisme. La chambre est d'un calme absolu grâce au double vitrage parfaitement insonorisé, et la literie est extrêmement confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait et très varié, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant de l'hôtel : si vous y mangez, il faut absolument goûter le dessert au citron noir, une merveille ! C'est certain, je reviendrai.

The location was good with lots of places to eat in the neighbourhood. The Bliss bar on the roof was a nice space to hang out. And the staff were friendly and professional.

The bed was pretty hard, the tv didn’t seem to work and the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor.

The hotel is in a very good location and it is clean.

Very helpful staff throughout our stay. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast. We stayed in a superior room which was really big and comfortable. Great location.

A few minor things: the elevator is a bit wonky, the pillows in the room are not super fluffy. Really minor stuff.

Just the bathroom: dark, becomes all wet very easily, shower was weak and at some point got clogged.

The location

The rooms are full of mould. When we arrived the person said he would upgrade us for free and we were stoked and once we entered the room it smelled full of mould it hurt our throat and lungs. We asked to be moved and we got another room again smelled of mould. The last room was ok but still the whole hotel is infected with mould! Why? Because the windows don’t open, and the airflow is flawed. For a humid place like Casablanca this is literally deadly and very bad for health. We stayed three days coughing after.

The poolside is much smaller than its made to look in the pictures and it's right next to the rooftop lounge where lots of outside clients come to hang out so there is no privacy.

The location is AMAZING and perfect for exploring the city especially shopaholic like me! The staff especially Abdelaziz, Hiba and I can't remember the third lady were so friendly, helpful and kind. They made me want to come back.

The key kept locking me out and had to go down to fix it every time I'm back from outside.

J’ai récupéré mon véhicule aujourd’hui et j’ai trouvé des rayures qui n’étaient pas là à mon arrivée. Je n’ai reçu aucune information.

L’accueil, le service voiturier compris dans le prix dont Ayoub et ses collègues , les équipements ( sèche cheveux, balance, fer à repasser ..) dans la chambre (prévoir un dépôt de caution de 100€ restitué à la fin du séjour) , les services proposés dans l’hôtel , l’emplacement est parfait , tout est à proximité et en supplément la vue imprenable sur le parc de la ligue arabe. Vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés dans cet hôtel. Roof top où on peut apercevoir la mosquée et prendre un verre (PS : le san Sebastian était délicieux )

(la piscine est très petite et il y a le roof top ça peut être gênant de s’y baigner par moment)

La propreté ! la situation géographique ! le personnel à l'écoute et toujours prêt à nous aider ! un petit déjeuner bon et enfin un restaurant aussi bien en rez de chaussée qu'en terrasse avec une petite piscine mais agréable lorsque vous trouvez de la place.

Un manque de placard pour mettre nos vêtements, les fenêtres des chambres ne s'ouvrent pas ! chambre humide avec une forte odeur d'humidité nous avons été obligé de chauffer la chambre pour retirer cette odeur (mon épouse est asthmatique et se fût une forte gêne pour elle), nous étions au 10ème étage et dans le couloir nous avions une odeur de cuisine.

Отель держит марку! Если Вы приезжаете на авто, то у Вас заберут автомобиль и поставят на стоянку, помогут выгрузить чемоданы. Приятное, вежливое общение, номера чистые и уже к Вашему приходу имеют комфортную температуру. Завтраки очень хорошие! Единственное, что в номерах не полный комплект тапок, щеток и мелочей, которые обычно входят, например, у нас была одна зубная щетка с пастой на двоих, в другом номере совсем не было тапок, мы не стали ничего просить, так как останавливались на одну ночь. Но в целом очень очень достойно, европейский уровень.

Matelas pas du tout confortable pour mes vertèbres. J'ai fait une réclamation ils ont changé le matin.

Le petit-déjeuner propose des spécialités marocaines, ce qui est très appréciable. Service de voiturier pour garer votre véhicule gratuitement dans le parking souterrain du Parc de la Ligue Arabe. La piscine sur le rooftop ainsi que la vue sont formidables. Nous avons même été surclassés en chambre premium avec vue sur le parc et le skyline.

Breakfast was excellent. In addition to the buffet selection, guests can order à la carte dishes included in the experience. You can simply choose from the menu, and the staff will prepare it for you perfect if you prefer not to make your own plate. The location is prime, with plenty of shops just a short walk away. There is also a large park nearby, ideal for a morning jog or a relaxing evening stroll. Overall, it was a lovely and truly worthwhile stay.

The pool is well-suited for kids or for relaxing and sunbathing, but it’s not ideal for swimming as it is quite small and only about one meter deep. This makes it a great and safe option for families with young children, giving parents peace of mind since the water isn’t deep.

I stayed in Casablanca for only one night—specifically, just 6 hours—before my early morning flight. I arrived at the hotel late at night, but from the moment I parked in front, the valet service staff welcomed us with warm smiles and great hospitality. The check-in process was quick and smooth. Ms. Imane and Mr. Marouane were incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Marouane, who ensured that our very short stay was exceptional. We moved into our rooms in no time. Not only did we receive a free upgrade to a lovely junior suite, but we were also provided with complimentary breakfast boxes to take with us to the airport. The room was great—clean and with a wonderful view of the park. The checkout process was equally effortless, and the staff continued to be friendly and smiling. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it for my next visit to Casablanca.

J’étais au 9 ème étage avec une enfant de 6 ans et nous entendions beaucoup trop la musique du roof top. De plus, nous avons dû attendre 30 min avant de nous attribuer une table pour le petit déjeuner et une heure avant de pouvoir enfin passer à table. Mais malheureusement, lors de notre passage au buffet il nous restait plus trop le choix.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était pratique.

J’ai été extrêmement déçue par mon séjour. Nous étions deux adultes et une fille de 9 ans, et la chambre était extrêmement petite et totalement inadaptée, même pour un seul adulte. Pour un prix de plus de 1700 DH pour une nuit, je trouve cela vraiment inadmissible et très décevant. Je m’attendais à une chambre beaucoup plus spacieuse et confortable. J’ai également été déçue par le restaurant du rooftop. En tant que cliente de l’hôtel, j’ai souhaité y dîner, mais on m’a indiqué que le restaurant était réservé aux personnes qui ne séjournaient pas à l’hôtel. J’ai donc été obligée de sortir de l’établissement pour aller dîner ailleurs. Cette situation m’a particulièrement déçue

Nicht wirklich ein schlimmer Kritikpunkt, was mir aber aufgefallen ist: Beim Frühstück war das Personal nur bedingt aufmerksam - wenn man schon Dinge zusätzlich bestellen kann, wäre es schön, wenn das Personal auch proaktiv auf einem zukommen würde. Auch fragen war nicht sehr angenehm, da alle etwas gestresst und nicht hilfsbereit schienen.
