Don’t ever like saying things that did like however the apartment did not meet expectations that I thought we had book and did not look anything like the pictures. It was not cleaned very well and all the furniture was very used and dirty. The terrace they don’t mention is shared with anyone and has direct access to the bedroom which did not feel safe.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, they accommodated our request at check in and were very helpful during our stay too. The rooms are very big and the bed was comfortable. The location is good too.

Questo posto deve chiudere. Siamo stati per una notte e il letto era sporco e pieno di macchie. La stanza sporca. I servizi igienici non erano puliti e avevano peli e capelli ovunque. Esperienza orribile! La colazione a buffet non c’era ed era servita in una stanza/ristorante dove la sera prima c’era una festa durata fino a tardi e la mattina dopo puzzava di fumo (mozziconi di sigarette nel bagno pure)

Отель небольшой, но уютный! Персонал очень доброжелательный, на все вопросы готовы помочь! Вода в номере и тапочки новые предоставляются каждый день! Завтраки мы не брали, поэтому не могу оценить, но думаю, что он также вкусный! Единственный минус нашего номера, что спать с открытым окном не всегда возможно, так как рядом со входом в отель находится ресторан и видимо работает до последнего посетителя, поэтому ближе к утру становится тихо, но в номерах есть кондиционер, это решает проблему с открытым окном!

In unserem Zimmer war ein komischer Geruch und auch im Frühstücksraum roch es nach Zigarettenrauch. Das war für uns überhaupt nicht angenehm. Die Küchenzeile im Zimmer war auch nicht ansprechend und wir hätten sie nicht genutzt. Auf dem Bettlaken waren einige Flecken, trotzdem wirkte das Bett aber insgesamt frisch gewaschen

Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Karim à la réception. Je m'étais perdue et j'étais complètement à bout de forces. Il m'a super bien guidé par téléphone, et en me voyant épuisée et énervée, il m'a même proposé de rester où j'étais pour venir me chercher ! Ses explications étaient tellement claires que j'ai fini par retrouver mon chemin tout seule, l'hôtel est a 2 secondes du Boulevard : j'étais juste à 3 minutes à pied! ​La chambre était immense et superbe surprise : elle avait une vraie cuisine avec réfrigérateur et frigo pour mon insuline. Même dans les chaines d'hôtels y a pas. ​Le lendemain au check-out, le monsieur à l'accueil et l'équipe du ménage étaient d'une gentillesse incroyable. Franchement, un personnel aussi humain et chaleureux, ça fait plaisir. Je recommande à 100 % et plus tabaraka Allah. Merci a toute votre équipe. Vous êtes exceptionnels

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the hotel looked completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com. The floor was dirty and sticky, and even the reception desk felt dirty and unpleasant to touch. Overall, the hotel appeared poorly maintained and much less clean than we had expected. When we entered our room, we saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. The beds were covered in stains, and the silicone joints in the bathroom were visibly covered with mould. We were so uncomfortable with the condition of the hotel that we immediately went back to reception, returned our room keys, and left the hotel without staying the night. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel were far below an acceptable standard, and the photos on Booking.com did not reflect the actual situation.

Struttura decisamente datata. Tende e tappeti da rinnovare. Colazione, a 100 dh a persona, non a buffet e servita in una stanza dove evidentemente la sera si può fumare.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens et c'était pour une urgence...J'ai prévenu le jour même de mon arrivée et le personnel a été au petit soin. Chambre propre et confortable. Mention spéciale pour Mohammed que je remercie pour sa confiance. Au plaisir de tous vous revoir.

It is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were not clean at all and the breakfast wasn't good. I can tell the sandwiches they brought us were of the day before. The breakfast room wasn't clean at all.

Отель жутко уставший: порванные шторы, посредственная уборка, тараканы в номере. При бронировании не обратила и были даже нормальные плохие отзывы, но если бы знала, то точно искала бы другой отель :( Подушки и постельное в пятнах, ванная с грибком и налетом. Ночью очень шумно, играет громкая музыка из ресторана. Не советую здесь останавливаться

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour nous aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons également apprécié le calme de l'établissement ainsi que son emplacement pratique, proche des transports et des lieux touristiques de Casa. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Niente, unica cosa che se arrivi con la macchina hai il parcheggio

La struttura è fatiscente, le camere sono tenute malissimo con sporcizia ovunque la vasca era mal pulita con residui dentro pure i copri lampade fanno cagare da quanto sono sporchi, lasciamo stare tutta la parte della cucina, non ho avuto il coraggio di toccare niente. La camera che avevo prenotato su Booking non era quella che mi hanno dato, ovviamente più schifosa. All' 1 di notte ci viene a bussare un signore dicendo di lavorare per l' hotel e di farlo entrare nella camera perché aveva dimenticato qualcosa che sinceramente non abbiamo capito cosa fosse, fatto sta che non l'abbiamo fatto entrare. Mentre lui insisteva da fuori la porta abbiamo provato subito a contattare la reception per chiedere aiuto ma non era riportato neanche il numero della stessa quindi non avevamo neanche riferimenti per chiamare qualcuno. ESPERIENZA SURREALE E TERRIBILE LETTERALMENTE UN CESSO DI POSTO NON CI ANDATE PER NESSUNA RAGIONE

Quarto estava bem arrumado e amplo, bom espaço.

Ar condicionado quebrado, o funcionário disse que chamou um técnico pra arrumar mas não teria como e não teria como me realocar porque estava com lotação máxima, tive que dormir com a janela aberta com calor de 30 graus sem ventilador ou ar funcionando

Amazing like always

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal : il est proche de tout (commerces, transports, attractions), ce qui a grandement facilité nos déplacements. Le service était super du début à la fin. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe : le staff est très agréable, accueillant et toujours disponible pour donner de bons conseils ou rendre service. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j'y reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage !

In the shower the water was going from cold to hot without changing the temperature, I believe the heating device needs renovation too. -1er jour/ chambre 601 : Problème ouverture chambre avec badge + Enorme cafard sur rideaux + 1 serviette pour 2 . - 2em jour : Chambre 402 : Pas de climatisation, intervention, coupure générale à trois repises (re changement chambre...) - 2em au 5em jour : Chambre 401 : C'est mieux, mais problèmes multiple d'ouverture avec badge, serviettes manquantes (1fois) - Demande du paiement de la taxe séjour lors de notre départ alors qu'elle avait déjà été réglée à notre arrivée. - Orgueil mal placée du personnel d'accueil à la limite de l'impolitesse.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, ATMS, a nice park, and landmarks. Transportation from the hotel was easy. The room was spacious.

There were a few minor things in the hotel room that needed small repair, but they were aesthetic and did not hinder my stay.

Localização perfeita, muito central, fácil para táxi, tramway, perto da estação de trem e de lojas, calçadão, etc. Suíte espaçosa, quase um apartamento! Cama confortável, banheiro enorme, tudo limpinho. Os funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. Café da manhã farto, muito bom para começar o dia cheio de energia para descobrir a cidade. O hotel tem um spa também. Recomendo.

The only positive thing about this entire property was the desk attendant. He was genuinely nice, doing his absolute best to manage a completely sinking ship, and I felt bad for him. But the hotel itself is a horror show. I walked out and refused to stay here after seeing the reality. ​If you see "Luxury" or "Boutique" on their listing, wrap your wallet tightly and run. It has the sketchy, unsettling vibe of a dirty transit station hotel, and the reality behind the scenes is shocking. ​Here is why this place is a total scam: ​Even the Staff Says It Should Be Closed: The attendant was honest with me. He openly admitted that the property owner does not care about the clients, the building, or any of the endless complaints—he only cares about collecting the money. The staff member straight-up told me the hotel is a trap and should be permanently shut down. ​Three Rooms, All Terrible: The helpful attendant tried to save the situation by physically showing me three different rooms. Every single one of them was worse than the last. Despite my explicit request for a non-smoking room, every option they had reeked of 30 to 50 years of heavily accumulated, stale cigarette smoke. ​Warnings of Cockroaches and No Water: The staff explicitly warned me about what happens when you actually stay there. He told me that guests are constantly complaining about cockroaches, filthy towels, and completely lacking running water. Because I walked out immediately, I didn't have to experience that firsthand, but when the employees are warning you about roaches, believe them. ​Completely Broken From the Start: Nothing in this hotel functions. The electronic key system and check-in computers were totally dead. Because the doors don't work, the attendant has to manually walk you to the room just to let you in and out every single time. ​The Fake "Luxury" Promise: They advertise upscale boutique spaces and luxury sofas online.

The way this place is advertised is a complete joke. They slap the words "Luxury" and "Boutique" right in the name to catfish people, but there is absolutely nothing premium about it. It’s a total scam. If you are expecting a nice boutique experience, run the other way. This place has the sketchy, unsettling vibe of a dirty transit station hotel or a cheap one-night stand motel. The system and doors were completely broken: Absolutely nothing worked when I arrived. The check-in and electronic key systems were entirely down. Because the door locks weren't functioning, the desk attendant literally had to walk me up to my room and manually let me in. Then, when I left the room and came back later, we had to do the exact same routine all over again just to get me back inside. ​Reeked of decades of stale cigarette smoke: I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but they stuck me in a smoking room anyway. The entire space smelled like 30 to 50 years of heavily accumulated, trapped smoke. It honestly feels like the air in that room hasn't changed since the last time the hotel was actually renovated. ​Extremely dated infrastructure: While the staff did what they could to manage the chaos, the property itself is completely ancient. It is stuck in a total time capsule where the basic logistics of running a hotel have completely fallen apart. ​A "One-Night Stand" Vibe: The atmosphere doesn't feel like a professional hotel where you'd want to spend a vacation. Between the broken amenities and the overall sketchiness, it feels like a shady, run-down roadside motel where people only pull in out of absolute desperation for a few hours. The Verdict: Calling this hotel "Luxury" or "Boutique" is completely misleading advertising. It was a horrible experience. On paper, it looks fancy; in reality, it feels like a dirty, broken-down station hotel. Don't waste your money.

Great stay and fantastic staff! Everyone at the reception was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always there whenever we needed anything. A special thanks to the team for helping me find my conference poster that I accidentally left in the room. I was quite worried about it, but they somehow managed to locate it and save the day! Thank you again for all your help and hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay.

Estaba en un sitio tranquilo y cerca de los puntos interesantes de la ciudad.

Que no tuviera servicio de restauración para poder comer algo en el hotel.

Das Hotel war in super Lage.

Leider waren die Möbel etwas heruntergekommen wie z.b. der Stuhl vor dem Tisch. Zudem war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche im sechsten Stock leider sehr gering. Das Hotel versuchte zwar das ganze zu reparieren aber sie bräuchten eigentlich eine bessere Wasserzufuhr.

La hall di sera è tutta buia, molto piccola rispetto alle foto che abbiamo visto. Inoltre, dopo circa mezz’ora, lo staff continuava a venire dalle nostre parti facendoci capire che era tardi (probabilmente erano le 23:00, non oltre). Alcuni mobili sono un po’ rovinati, e di fianco al letto non avevo alcuna presa per il telefono.

Great secure parking right outside the door of hotel. Lovely big spacious room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Walking distance to Plaza Mohammed V and the old Medina. Other sights such as the Hassan ll mosque and Habous quarters are a short taxi ride.
