​A simply magnificent stay! I am without a doubt giving a 10/10 rating to this exceptional hotel. ​Everything was perfect: the swimming pools are beautiful and very well maintained, the beach is gorgeous and ideal for relaxing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious, varied, and of great quality at every meal. ​A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism, especially: ​Mr. Mohamed Kamel (Hotel Manager): a massive thank you for his generosity in giving me 6 complimentary hours in the room to make my check-out much easier. A gesture I truly appreciated! ​Mr. Wahid Afify (Restaurant Manager) and his fantastic waitstaff: Ali Othman, Mohamed Emad, and Ahmed Abo Elfetouh, for their impeccable service and daily kindness. ​Mr. Mohamed Reda (Restaurant Cleaner), for his outstanding work keeping the dining area spotlessly clean. ​Abdo Alaa (Lifeguard), for his alertness and professionalism by the water. ​Abdullah Mohamed (Housekeeping Supervisor), for keeping the room impeccably clean throughout the entire stay. Al llegar al hotel intentaron cobrarnos un importe adicional alegando que habíamos reservado deliberadamente a través de Booking.com una tarifa o paquete destinado exclusivamente a ciudadanos egipcios. Esto nos pareció totalmente improcedente. Nosotros realizamos la reserva de forma normal mediante Booking y en ningún momento escogimos conscientemente una tarifa restringida por nacionalidad ni se nos presentó de manera suficientemente clara una condición de ese tipo. Lo más desagradable fue que se intentara responsabilizarnos a nosotros y exigirnos un pago extra una vez que ya estábamos en el hotel con una reserva confirmada. Como huéspedes extranjeros, no corresponde que se nos acuse de haber reservado deliberadamente una tarifa supuestamente exclusiva para egipcios si el propio sistema permitió completar y confirmar la reserva. Quiero destacar, eso sí, que Booking.com se comportó de forma excelente durante todo el problema. Su atención fue profesional, seria y orientada a ayudarnos, lo que contrastó claramente con la actitud inicial del hotel. Una situación innecesaria y muy desagradable que el hotel debería revisar para evitar que otros viajeros pasen por lo mismo.

I truly do not recommend this hotel. It was one of the worst hotel experiences we ever had because of the way our reservation and extra charge were handled. We booked in July for two adults and three very young children: one 4-year-old and 2.5-year-old twins. Booking gave us limited options, so we reserved a bungalow. We immediately messaged the hotel explaining that we had an additional small child and requested an extra cot. The hotel approved the cot, so we understood our family arrangement was accepted. We tried repeatedly to confirm everything by phone, email and Booking, but received no clear answer. Very close to the free-cancellation deadline, the hotel suddenly told us that we needed another room. We explained that separating such young children was not realistic and asked whether there was another option or whether we should cancel while it was still free. The hotel did not answer until only two days before arrival. Their answer was simply: cancel or book another room. Our trip was already fully planned. We arrived at 23:00 after paying $1,800 for six nights and were then told we had to pay another $720 for the extra child. We were shocked and asked why. Instead of a clear explanation, we received contradictory answers. We were told Booking was responsible for the charge and determines the extra-guest price. We were also told we should have entered the twins as 3 years old instead of 2, although this had never been clearly explained during booking. We received nothing in return for the $720: no extra bed, no room upgrade and no additional space. We paid a very large amount simply for our small child to stay in the same bungalow we had already booked. Our experience was that the hotel waited until we had very little practical choice and then demanded a substantial additional payment without a clear or transparent explanation. We felt taken advantage of. Families with young children should be very careful and get all charges in writing before booking.

I love the host and their uplifting energy, they made me feel welcome for my first time in Sharm ! I will come back to this place and the food was amazing and everybody,are us feel welcomed and made us feel like we were at home. They did an amazing job with cleaning and providing us with all the necessities that we needed and they definitely know how to party out here

رغم أن الفندق مصنف 5 نجوم، إلا أن حالته العامة متهالكة نوعًا ما. الأثاث قديم، وبعض البلاط والسيراميك غير ثابت، كما أن الحمام قديم ويحتاج إلى تجديد. كذلك كانوا سيخصمون مني 10 دولارات عن كل منشفة لأن بطاقات المناشف لم تكن معي، ولكن تم حل المشكلة في النهاية. لذلك أنصح بالاحتفاظ ببطاقات المناشف معكم دائمًا. أيضًا، البحر ليس سهلًا للسباحة. يرجى مراجعة الصور للتوضيح. Despite being rated as a 5-star hotel, the overall condition of the property is quite worn out. The furniture is old, some of the tiles and ceramic flooring are loose, and the bathroom is outdated and needs renovation. They were also going to charge me $10 per towel because I did not have the towel cards with me, although the issue was eventually resolved. Therefore, I recommend keeping the towel cards with you at all times. Also, the sea is not easy for swimming. Please review the photos for referenc

Arkadaşlar 6 yada 7. kez Şarm El Sheik'e giden biri olarak otel beklentimin üstündeydi. Daha önce Pickalbatros palaceda kalmıs tum yakınlarıma bu otele onerıyordum. Şimdi bir yenisi eklendi . Golf Beach Hotel ! ilk kez düşünen arkadaşlar için oda konusunda bizleri seviyorlar upgrade konusunu resepsiyonda kesin konuşun bize havuz + deniz manzaralı oda upgrade ettiler. Resepsiyondaki Ahmed Khalıfaya özellikle çok teşekkür ederim. İlgi alaka yönlendirmesi için. Bir ayrı teşekkürüde oda temızlıgındekı personelden lıfeguard olan zekerıya yahyayada ayrıca teşekkur ederım. Çocugumu gozumuz kapalı guvendelerdı. Bir dipnot daha ekliyim herkes söylemez. Otelden saat 10dan sonra her saat bası diğer otel olan Luxury servis var o otelde aqua park mevcut. O ımkanlardanda aynı sekılde faydalanıyorsunuz. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Stay – Exceeded Our Expectations! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Egypt. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel is even more beautiful in person than it looks in the pictures! The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and very family-friendly. All the staff were incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We were also incredibly grateful that my family was upgraded to better rooms completely free of charge. On top of that, we were kindly allowed a later check-out due to our late travel arrangements. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel valued as guests. The food was absolutely amazing, with such a great variety of options to choose from. Everything we tried was delicious, and we really enjoyed the drinks too. There was genuinely something for everyone. My son had a wonderful time and loved meeting new people. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was fantastic—everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, we received far more than we paid for. This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent food to the amazing staff and exceptional service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cocukla aileler için keyifli değil . 1 ana restoranı var ve yemekler içıcı değil. Diğer pickalbatros otellerinde çok daha fazla havuz ve restoran seçeneği var bu fiyata. Tekrar tercih etmem

We had an amazing stay at Pickalbatros Golf Beach Resort. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The buffet was excellent, offering an impressive variety of delicious and high quality food. A special thank-you to Mr. Moamen at reception, who was incredibly helpful and professional, and to Ahmed Adel from room service, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. will definitely return again. Highly recommended!

Nagyon jó felszerelt szálloda. Sok medencéje van és nagyon jók a csúszdák nagyon finomak az ételek és az italok. Friss változatos. A takarítás kifogástalanul jó volt ABD ELRAHMAN KAMAL nagyon alapos és kedves takarító volt.

Az Omega SPA nagyon rossz volt a golf hotel részén.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno fantastico di 11 notti! Abbiamo trascorso 11 notti in questo resort e ci siamo divertiti davvero tantissimo. È stata un’esperienza molto positiva e siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina italiana, davvero buona, e soprattutto la cucina marocchina, buonissima e ricca di sapori. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Ali Mahmoud, del ristorante, sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile, e a Bayomy Mostafa, che si occupa della pulizia delle camere, sempre educato, preciso e attento. Complimenti anche a tutto lo staff della cucina e della reception, alle guardie all’ingresso e all’uscita e alla guardia della piscina. Tutti sono stati molto educati, gentili e professionali. Un grande complimento anche al team di animazione, davvero bravissimo, simpatico e coinvolgente. Ci ha fatto divertire per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Dopo 11 notti possiamo dire di essere stati davvero bene e di esserci divertiti tantissimo. Grazie di cuore a tutto il personale per la gentilezza e per aver reso la nostra vacanza così piacevole. It was a great vacation, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Mr. Ibrahim, as usual was very supportive and always keen to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff are amazing, from main restaurant to pool staff to housekeeping Ibrahim, Mahmoud, Ziad and Mohamed from main restaurant Mr Ashraf in Dolphin restaurant Mahmoud and Chef Amr from Lebanese restaurant All the team in lobby lounge : Ahmed and Peter

I want to thank all the teams at the hotel, and especially Ibrahim Amam for his generosity and kindness and the excellent service. The hotel was perfect, very clean, with plenty of delicious food. Thanks to Ibrahim, they upgraded our rooms to villas, which were very comfortable. Also, the drivers of the Club Car, Ahmad Albanna and Salah Aljamal, were very nice. I highly recommend it. The hotel is excellent, with plenty of activities for kids, and the water park was big and the kids really loved it.

La camera e il bagno di grandi dimensioni, la struttura grande e ben curata , il verde e gli spazi comuni sempre in ordine . gentilezza e disponibilità del personale in generale, 4 pontili rigidi,la ristorazione abbondante,varia e di ottima qualità , acquapark molto bello , navetta per l' acquapark.Wifi gratuito e di buona qualità in tutta la struttura,spiaggia compresa.Assenza totale di ospiti italiani.

La camera un po' datata e non in ottime condizioni, la navetta per l' acquapark ad orari prestabiliti di un' ora non va bene, come in altri resort la navetta deve essere disponibile almeno ogni 10/15 minuti , fino alle 12.00 assenza di frutta o snack nei bar della piscina e in spiaggia, i bar che chiudono alle 17.00 e lo staff alle 16.30 inizia già a chiudere , l' orario di chiusura va rivisto Check out ritardato a prezzo folle.

Als eerste het vriendelijke ontvangst bij aankomst door de receptie, Youssef en Saad. De receptie manager Diaa heeft ons goed geholpen toen we langer wilden blijven in het hotel. Daarnaast al het andere attente personeel bij de restaurants, manager Reda en zijn team: Ashraf, Farag, Yasser, Mohamed en 2x Kareem bij de bar van de lobby. De kamer werd goed schoongemaakt, altijd even vriendelijk en hardwerkend, Abdelrahman en zijn manager Reda. Ook bedankt aan meneer Ibrahim Emam. Het grote zwembad met versnelling is erg fijn. Ook is er een zoutwaterbad. Heel fijn dat onze zoon zijn duiken verder kon uitvoeren. Veel vissen gelijk al te zien met snorkelen. Ruime nieuwe kamers. Als laatste nog bedankt voor de gastvrijheid aan de beveiliging en conciërges: Shahib en Khaled. We hopen vaker terug te komen In dit mooie hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort was very comfortable, clean and felt very safe, which was especially important as we were travelling with children. We had two rooms close to the swimming pool, which was perfect for the family, and the children really enjoyed the pools, aqua park and overall atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Abdullah from Housekeeping for his kindness, very quick service and for always helping us whenever we needed anything. His service really stood out. Overall, we felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again.

Praticamente tutto le Camere le piscine il cibo l’animazione il personale alla Reception in particolare loro sono stati disponibili ho avuto un piccolo problema all inizi del soggiorno e mi hanno subito accontentato…il cibo è buono e vario le Colazioni sono ottime ma soprattutto come se come orario i ragazzi dell animazione sono bravissimi e le feste in piscina sono il fiore all occhiello di tutta la struttura il mare poi fa il resto ci tornerò

Nothing the resort is a bit big. But that’s it.

Üç kişi kaldık odamız gayet yeterli büyüklükte ve konforluydu. Her gün temizlik çok güzel bir şekilde yapıldı ve senin her talep yerine getirildi. Havuzda Muhammed çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Aynı şekilde Abdala daha çok yardımsever ve her türlü talebi yerine getirmeye hazırdı. Lobideki Peter, ne hemen isteğimiz yerine getiriyordu. Denizde balık izlemeyi istiyorsanız bu otel kesinlikle sizin için mükemmel bir seçenek. Geçen sene başka bir otelde konakmıştım ve deniz aynı deniz olmasına rağmen girdiğimiz yerde balıklar beni hiç tatmin etmemişti burada binbir çeşit balık ve deniz denizin mükemmelliği beni mest etti.

Büyük Aquapark için Shuttle ile başka bir yere gitmemiz gerekiyordu tesiste olsa çok daha iyi olurdu

استلمنا الغرفه الشراشف وسخه وعليها دم. والمكيف خربان واغراض النظافه بالحمام مش موجودة وطلبناهم اكثر من مره لجابولنا نكشات ذنين ولا معجون اسنان وفرشاية

النظافة جدا سيئة. الغرف ما بتنمسح والشراشف ما بتتغير ولا كفيرات المخدات. الاكل. نفسه طول الاسبوع لا جديد. ومرضنا منه الحمامات. فش نظافة بنظفو من قفا ايدهم. والشورات زاطمات. بحشرن مي. العاب مائية للاولاد ما في. والفعاليات فقط مقتصرة على الروس. وباللغه الروسية ولا كانه في عرب بالاوتيل

An exceptional hotel; the facilities are new and well-maintained, and the food is wonderful and plentiful. The hotel is large, so there is no sense of crowding or noise. Ibrahim Emam manages the staff with great competence and courtesy. Highly recommended for everyone—individuals and families alike; I am sure I will return!

Otelin yeri, denizi ve temizliği çok güzeldi. 2 oğlumla beraber yaptığımız tatil çok keyifli geçti. Otel personeli çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. İbrahim Emam ve Reda Abozaid'e güler yüzleri ve sohbetleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.
