Genel olarak otelden oldukça memnun ayrıldık. Fiyat-performans açısından kesinlikle başarılı bir otel ve tatil boyunca tercihimizden hiç pişmanlık duymadık. Havuzlar bizim için yeterliydi ama otelin asıl öne çıkan tarafı kesinlikle denizi ve resifiydi. Resif gerçekten çok çok iyi. Şnorkelle yüzerken çok sayıda farklı balık gördük. Deniz ve su altı dünyasını sevenler için otelin en güçlü taraflarından biri diyebilirim. Yemek konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Konaklamamız boyunca İtalyan, Hint, Moğol ve Yunan restoranlarını denedik. Hepsinden genel olarak memnun kaldık ama özellikle Hint restoranı harikaydı. Restoranlara en fazla bir gün önceden ya da aynı gün için rezervasyon yapılabiliyor. Ancak aynı gün yer bulmak biraz zor olabiliyor; bu nedenle bir gün önceden rezervasyon yapmak daha mantıklı. Konaklama boyunca otel yetkilileri bizi birkaç kez arayarak tatilimizin nasıl geçtiğini ve herhangi bir sorunumuz olup olmadığını sordular. Bu ilgiyi oldukça olumlu bulduk. Genel olarak tüm personel ilgili, yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Animasyon ekibine ise ayrıca değinmek gerekiyor. İnsanları eğlendirmek ve tatil boyunca enerjiyi yüksek tutmak için gösterdikleri çaba gerçekten inanılmazdı. Ve Spicy… Sen gerçekten kocaman bir çılgınsın! :) Havuz partisinde yaktığın kaloriyi ben bir haftada yakmadım. 😂 Elbette eleştirebileceğim birkaç nokta da var. Odalar çok yeni değil. Odamızdaki ütü bozuktu ancak söylediğimizde hemen değiştirdiler. Bir ara mini barımız da değiştirildi fakat yeni getirilen mini bar yeterince iyi soğutmuyordu. Bir diğer eksi ise kullanılan alkollü içeceklerin çok kaliteli markalardan olmamasıydı. Bu konuda biraz daha iyi markalar tercih edilebilirdi. Bunların dışında genel deneyimimiz oldukça olumluydu. Güzel bir resif, yeterli havuzlar, çeşitli restoranlar, güler yüzlü personel ve gerçekten çok başarılı bir animasyon ekibi var. 10/10 ❤️ Наш любимый отель в Шарм-эль-Шейхе! Мы снова вернулись в Sunrise Arabian Beach — уже в шестой раз! И каждый раз понимаем, почему именно сюда хочется возвращаться. Для нас Sunrise — это давно не просто отель. Здесь особенная атмосфера, в которой действительно чувствуешь себя как дома. Ухоженная территория, прекрасное море, вкусная еда, чистота — всё на высшем уровне. Но самое главное здесь — люди. Персонал невероятно внимательный, добрый и искренний. Тебя помнят, узнают и встречают с такой теплотой, будто ты возвращаешься к друзьям. Именно благодаря команде этот отель стал для нас таким особенным. Мы даже остановились в другом дорогом отеле, но всё равно не смогли не приехать в Sunrise снова хотя бы на несколько дней. И это, наверное, говорит само за себя. Спасибо всей команде Sunrise за атмосферу, заботу и эти прекрасные эмоции. ❤️ Однозначно 10/10. И мы обязательно вернёмся снова!

De nada, já que não ficamos hospedados nele.

O gerente entrou em contato um dia antes do check in perguntando sobre o horário que chegaríamos e, no dia seguinte, quando chegamos, fomos surpreendidos com a informação de que houve overbooking e que iríamos para outro hotel. O gerente informou que o outro hotel era superior e melhor do que o Sunrise para quem estava em lua de mel. Chegando lá, nos deparamos com um hotel realmente bonito, porém, tinha festa o dia inteiro. Não era possível ficar na praia sem música alta e também dormimos a noite ao som de música de festa. O hotel não era nada familiar e os hóspedes bebiam e faziam festa o dia inteiro. Na madrugada da última noite estávamos dormindo e um hóspede bebado tentou abrir a porta do nosso quarto diversas vezes, acordamos com o barulho da tentativa de colocar o cartão seguida de um soco na porta, super assustados. Só depois percebemos que era porque ele havia bebido e tentou abrir o quarto errado. Quando abri a porta eles estavam rindo.

Tout ! Premièrement, l’hotel est incroyable, grand, propre, plusieurs piscines, plusieurs restaurants on a ADORÉ le thai et l’indien !!! Il y’a meme un restaurant en face de la plage qui fait petit dej, dej et diner et la vue est splendide! De 2 le personnel… que dire ils sont d’une GENTILLESSE ! Je n’ai pas assez de mots pour l’expliquer mais ils sont au petit soin ! La moindre demande, la moindre chose ! C’etait aussi l’anniversaire de mon compagnon et ils ont été au top ! Gateau, décoration dans la chambre ! Ca nous a touché ! Tous les jours la chambre est clean et ils nous font de belles deco. Mention spéciale à Jolie pour ses petites attentions le jour du depart et de l’anniversaire, elle nous a pris en charge tout le séjour, TOUT LE SEJOUR ! Jolie est une employée exemplaire et hors pair. Merci aussi à Monsieur Khaled pour tout le sejour il nous a traité comme des rois et tjr à l’ecoute, les chefs, les hommes de chambre, les serveurs, les réceptionnistes, les gens du restau, les chefs, tous les cuisiniers waw TOUT le monde etait trop gentils ! Les gens de l’animation adorables aussi vraiment je sais que je reviendrai!

Premetto che non e’ la prima volta a Sharm, la prima volta in questo resort e se devo paragonare con l’altro in cui ci siamo stati questo e’ molto pulito, curato in ogni piccolo particolare. Bravissimi i ragazzi delle pulizie, disponibili e molto attenti, la pulizia veniva fatta in maniera impeccabile! Un grande plus del resort è l’intrattenimento, non ho capito se gestito da società esterna ma ad ogni modo molto bravi, spettacoli e serate bellissime con invitati diversi quasi ogni sera, schiuma party in spiaggia e giochi con gonfiabili giganti in piscina spettacolari. Inoltre la sera nella zona del ristorante erano presenti a setate alterne artisti che suonavano o il violino o sassofono, insomma l’atmosfera molto piacevole. Cocktail buoni, fatti bene, in bicchieri di plastica ma resistenti quindi piacevole da bere. Bravissimi i ragazzi del salone di bellezza e camerieri al ristorante, in particolare Diaa!

Per quanto mi riguarda ci sono 2 aspetti fondamentali per una vacanza ben riuscita: cibo e personale. Secondo me in questo resort sono le cose assolutamente da migliorare. Il buffet al ristorante l’ho trovato molto poco vario con pochissima scelta e poi c’era quasi ogni sera lo stesso menu. Il ristorante principale è piccolo quindi o mangi fuori oppure ti prendi da mangiare e ti sposti in una sala accanto, un ristorante accanto per mangiare ma se ti dimentichi qualcosa devi ritornare in quello principale…. Poi il personale e parlo solo del personale dei vari bar: attenti solo al personale della propria nazionalità, la precedenza la davano sempre a loro anche se magari l’ordine lo facevamo contemporaneamente o se non addirittura prima di loro. (aspetto che ho comunque segnalato in reception e si sono scusati). L’altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è il fatto che finché mangi lo chef ma anche personale di sala ti invitavano a collegarti a google e fare recensioni a loro sul cibo o ristorante, loro mettevano i voti e poi tu inviavi, era ovvio che nessuno avrebbe dato 1 stella al cibo davanti allo chef, l’ho trovato poco corretto.

تمييز الاجانب عن العرب خاصة ،. الاهتمام بهم خاصة عند الاكل او تقديم الخدمة كانت اسرع ، غير ذلك لا يوجد عندي اي سلبية المصريين قمة بالذوق وخاصة الفندق ، سان رايز استمروااا

Struttura eccellente, posizione ottima davanti ad una barriera corallina bellissima. Lo staff sempre gentile ed attento alle nostre esigenze. Il mangiare veramente eccezionale con la possibilitá di prenotare ogni sera ristoranti di vario tipo, cucina thailandese, indiana, greca, italiana e francesse.

Le camere grandi e pulite, ma qualche piccolo problemino con le prese corrente e qualche luce, nell’insieme tutto ok Il bagno di una camera aveva un odore poco gradevole ma nulla di insostenibile.

Location is fantastic, private beach, private snorkeling space. Food is delicious, many choices.

Hotel is a bit old, air conditioner is a bit noisy.

Posizione sul mare, spiaggia, cordialità e disponibilità di tutto lo staff, ottimo servizio di ristorazione, buona animazione. Bene per famiglie e persone che cercano la tranquillità, meno per i single. Attenzione che é una struttura su più livelli, ma con un buon servizio di trasporto interno.

Le stanze sono spaziose ma qualche dettaglio andrebbe aggiornato, giusto perché è una struttura 5 stelle.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Arabian Beasch Resort Sharm El Cheikh Overall, everything was very pleasant, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are very polite, friendly, and welcoming especially Mr SALAH Jamal and Mr Maher Regarding the food, the meals were good and very varied. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay a pleasant experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had such a lovely experience at Sunrise Arabian Resort! 🌴❤️ The kids were so happy and entertained throughout our stay, and we truly enjoyed every moment. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff, from the Front Office team, especially Mr Gamal, to the fantastic entertainment team. We also want to thank the restaurant team. The lovely lady at the entrance always greeted us with the most amazing “Good morning!” and such a beautiful smile. ☺️ All the waiters were doing their very best, especially during the busy times. A special thank you to Mr Abdo, who was so, so nice, professional and attentive. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi in questa struttura e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti della nostra scelta. Ciò che rende questo resort davvero speciale è la cura straordinaria per ogni dettaglio. Tutto lo staff è estremamente gentile, premuroso e sempre pronto a regalare un sorriso, facendoti sentire coccolato dal primo all'ultimo giorno. Pulizia Impeccabile sia delle camere che gli spazi comuni sono curati nei minimi dettagli, mantenuti sempre perfettamente puliti ed igienizzati. Il cibo è stato una piacevolissima sorpresa per varietà e, soprattutto, per la sua altissima qualità. Top!

Mi sono trovato molto bene in questa struttura sono stati molto gentile e hanno saputo accontentare subito tutte le mie esigenze, Ottima cucina personale super gentile e parlano anche in Italiano. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Mr.Gamal, Mosaz e Magdy che ci hanno accompagnato in questa vacanza di relax e mi hanno aiutato con tutto che ho avuto febbre forte con dottore in assistenza direttamente in camera. Numero uno a sharm el sheik 🫂

Le personnel au petit soin, je remercie spécialement MR Gamal , nous avons eu un problème de notre réservation sur booking du à un bug de booking parce que malgré que j ai bien renseigné l’âge des enfants booking les a considéré comme des bébé , MR Gamal a géré avec moi ce désagrément qui nous a gâché le debut de notre séjour.

Le personnel respectueux, très professionnel, a l’écoute du client, je remercie Karim qui nettoyait nos chambres, Ahmed , le serveur du restaurant aimable et souriant, Mohamed Aïssa de la plage et le personnel chargé de récupérer les bagages, nous avons apprécié aussi la nourriture et les animations.

من أول لحظة دخلنا فيها الفندق، كان واضح جدًا مستوى الاهتمام والاحترافية. حابب أشكر بشكل خاص فريق الاستقبال على حسن التعامل، الذوق، الابتسامة الدائمة، وسرعة الاستجابة لأي طلب. فعلًا كانوا سبب أساسي إن إقامتنا تكون مريحة ومميزة من أول دقيقة لآخر لحظة. الفندق نظيف جدًا، الخدمة ممتازة، والأجواء مريحة، لكن أكثر شيء لفت انتباهي هو الترحيب والاهتمام بالتفاصيل من فريق الاستقبال، وده بيعكس مستوى الفندق بشكل رائع. شكرًا لكل فريق صن رايز على التجربة الجميلة، وبالتأكيد مش هتكون آخر زيارة. أنصح بالفندق جدًا لأي حد بيدور على خدمة راقية وضيافة حقيقية.

Our stay at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The organization, the high level of safety, the beautiful facilities, and the food were all amazing. I honestly cannot think of a single thing that was missing. Everything was top-notch, and the unbelievable cleanliness throughout the hotel made a huge impression on us. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Ali Essam at the reception . We had lost our baggages due to an airline delay, and Ali personally took charge of the situation. He kept calling the airline, handled the communication, and updated us every step of the way until our bags were safely back with us. His help was truly invaluable! Special thanks also go to: Eman and the amazing team at the Spa for their brilliant service and relaxation. The incredible lifeguard Amer at the beach on the jetty/deck for keeping everyone safe and being so welcoming. The PADI Dive Center team and especially Mr Azmy for their professionalism and brilliant experience. Our incredible housekeeper, Mr Zaki who made sure our room was always spotless and sparkling clean. Everyone on the staff was always smiling, eager to help, and ready to greet us with genuine warmth. We recommend this hotel without any hesitation, and we will definitely be coming back very, very soon! Thank you for everything!

La posizione e l’attenzione dello staff per gli ospiti sono stati eccezionali. La barriera corallina della spiaggia privata meravigliosa.

Resort molto bello, pieno di servizi e pulito

Hotel di altissimo livello. Servizi studiati per il massimo comfort del cliente. Disposto, come esattamente in descrizione, su 6 livelli digradanti. Un funzionale servizio di navetta collega la reception al mare: ci sono vere e proprie fermate numerate per rendere tutto più semplice. Camere grandissime, con tutto il necessario e anche di più, pulite alla perfezione da personale attento e disponibile. Molto illuminate, particolare tutt'altro che scontato in Egitto. Il blocco Azalea è in posizione strategica. Cibo molto buono. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Struttura molto bella e con tutti i servizi necessari. Adatta sia ai bambini che agli adulti. Intrattenimento super (Alex, Masha, Paola, Michela) e bravissimi anche i ragazzi dell'hotel (Kashar disponibilissimo). Fulvia bravissima cantante e molto gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e speriamo di tornare qui!

Alcuni lavori nella struttura durante il giorno, ma senza rumore. E probabilmente permettevano di avere la struttura sempre in ordine.

* Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful sea view. * we also love the beach * We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant by the sea. * Jolie was extremely helpful, listened to our concerns, and genuinely tried to improve our experience by arranging a complimentary airport transfer and providing a lunch box.

We booked this hotel because we had a perfect stay at the Sunrise Diamond Hotel last year. Since both properties belong to the Sunrise hotel group and this hotel had excellent ratings, we expected another fantastic experience. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The service was extremely slow throughout our stay. It seemed that the hotel was understaffed, and many employees appeared overwhelmed and overburdened. Although the staff members were clearly doing their best, there simply didn’t seem to be enough personnel to provide efficient service. The pool area could also be improved. There was neither a place to change towels nor a nearby restroom, which was inconvenient. In addition, the pools were not very clean and could have been maintained better. We also noticed water dripping from the air conditioning unit in the main restaurant. Overall, while there were several aspects we appreciated, the hotel’s maintenance and staffing issues significantly affected our experience.

A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. Az éttermi személyzetnek külön szeretném megköszönni, hogy mindent megtettek annak érdekében, hogy semmiről ne kelljen lemondanom a gluténérzékenységem miatt. A szállodai környezet igényes és mindig tiszta, rendezett volt. Kifejezetten tetszett az Adults Only medence, ahol a családommal maximálisan ki tudtunk kapcsolódni.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. La struttura è molto bella, curata e offre tantissimi servizi, con piscine per tutti i gusti, spiaggia privata,intrattenimento per adulti e bambini e diversi ristoranti/ punti di ristoro. Un punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: sempre gentile e disponibile. Una nota di merito sicuramente ai ragazzi Ehab del bar/chiosco della piscina 16+ e Hassan “custode” della piscina 16+ sempre super disponibili e attenti a mantenere un’area di massimo comfort e relax assoluto. Anche la pulizia è ottima sia nelle stanze, c’è la possibilità di pulizia/sistemazione giornaliera presso le stanze e in questo caso sempre una nota di merito al ragazzo che serviva il nostro piano! Gli ambienti comuni sono mantenuti bene. La posizione è ideale per godersi il mare e rilassarsi, ma anche per organizzare escursioni e attività fuori dal resort. La spiaggia anche è sempre ben tenuta e pulita e i tre ragazzi che ci sono che se ne occupano sono gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso,fortissimo il ragazzo al bar/chiosco in spiaggia sempre sorridente! Assolutamente da provare almeno una volta durante il soggiorno una cena al ristorante indiano e thailandese,veramente ottimi! Per il resto il cibo è buono,sicuramente si può trovare qualcosa che soddisfi i propri gusti,di scelte ce ne sono diverse.

Magnifico…cibo e servizi eccezionali

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a Sunrise Arabian Beach Resortban. Minden szempontból kellemes tartózkodás volt, az ételek finomak, a szálloda szolgáltatásai és a tengerpart is nagyon jók. Külön kiemelném a szálloda saját strandját, amely szerintem az egyik nagy erőssége a hotelnek. Meglepő módon erről kevés igazán jó fotót és információt találtam a foglalás előtt, pedig szerintem sokkal nagyobb hangsúlyt érdemelne a marketingben. A tengerparton szerintem még több vízi program – például jet ski, banán, parasailing – és kedvezőbb árú hajókirándulások még vonzóbbá tennék a szállodát. A White Island és a Tiran-sziget programjai számunkra kissé drágának tűntek. Összességében azonban nagyon elégedettek voltunk, szívesen visszatérnénk, és jó szívvel ajánljuk a szállodát.

Csodálatos, minden igényt kielégítő szálloda. Rendkívül kedves és figyelmes személyzet, finom és változatos ételek. Külön köszönjük, hogy biztosítottak gluténmentes ételeket a lányunk számára. Születésnapot ünnepeltük az ott tartózkodásunk alatt, nagyon kedves meglepetésekben volt részünk. A szobák és maga az egész szálloda is nagyon tiszta és rendezett, A házi korallzátony szép, egy rövid mólón keresztül közelíthető meg. A szálloda területe nagyon nagy, de helyi buszjárat segíti a közlekedést.

Nem tudom, hogy ez a szálloda érdekeltségébe tartozik-e, de a hotel területén lévő búvárbázis árai kissé túlzóak.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso al Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort e possiamo dire di esserci trovati benissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità. Il servizio è davvero top: tutto il personale è sempre sorridente, attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e pronto a rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. È proprio questa attenzione ai dettagli che fa la differenza. Le camere sono fantastiche: spaziose, pulitissime, confortevoli e curate in ogni particolare. Un ambiente perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi pienamente la vacanza. Il resort è semplicemente bellissimo: ambienti curati, piscine splendide, spazi verdi ben tenuti e un'atmosfera davvero rilassante. Anche la qualità dei servizi e la varietà dell'offerta hanno superato le nostre aspettative. Un elogio particolare va sicuramente a tutto lo staff, che con la sua professionalità e cordialità riesce a far sentire ogni ospite davvero speciale. In poche parole: tutto bello, tutto curato e tutto al posto giusto! È uno di quei resort in cui si parte già pensando a quando poter tornare. Esperienza assolutamente positiva e struttura che consiglio senza esitazione a chi cerca relax, qualità, ottimo servizio e una vacanza indimenticabile. Our dream-like trip to Sharm El Sheikh is already coming to an end. We had several concerns at first, but SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, the facilities were excellent, and the whole family had a wonderful time. We are leaving with unforgettable memories.
