Večerja je bila na trenutke dobra.

Postelja katastrofalna. Ce nisi previden je lahko nevarna. Vhodna vrata imajo za prst odprtine in se lahko vse vidi notri. Balkonska vrata kot da jih ni in vse piha skozi njih Pohistvo racefrano. Kopalnica smrdeca in skoljka vsa rjava. Kotlicek za vodo, ce ga ne popravis vsakic znova pusca vodo nepresteno.... Na splosno hotel potreben temeljite prenove. Soba -1

Obsługa hotelu była naprawdę bardzo miła.

Muzyka DJ od 21:30 do 23:00 - strasznie głośna, przez co nie można iść spać aż do 23:00. Jacuzzi zbyt małe i zbyt ukryte.

Zdecydowanie bardzo dużym plusem było jedzenie. Codziennie tematyczne kolacje i bardzo pyszne. Lokalizacja hotelu również bardzo dobra, blisko plaży, często chodziliśmy na nogach jakieś 6 min. Na plażę dojeżdżał również busik. Personel z recepcji bardzo miły i pomocny. Generlanie hotel był okej, fajna baza wypadowa, w tej cenie uważam, że spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

Hotel wymaga odświeżenia, zwłaszcza w pokojach. Biale meble zniszczone, łazienka również najlepsze lata miała już za sobą. Pokoje mogłyby być sprzątane bardziej dokładnie.

The place was clean. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. There was always something to eat. The pool door stayed locked until the pool was open so people couldn't reserve sunbeds and walk off.

There seem to be queues where ever you went and soke of the staff looked tired but its was the end of August. The bar closed at 11pm should be later.

Le personnel est très agréable… mention spéciale à notre femme de chambre qui faisait un travail impeccable chaque jour ainsi que les serveurs et l’animatrice.

Le restaurant est un peu comme une cantine et il y a beaucoup de monde. Pas facile de trouver une place ou s’asseoir…Il faut batailler tous les jours pour avoir un verre ,une tasse, une assiette propre ou une place à la piscine. Assez bruyant convient plutôt pour les familles nombreuses.

L’hôtel n’est pas propre. Il y a une forte odeur de toilettes dans la chambre ainsi que dans la salle de bain. La chambre 604 est à fuir. Les assiettes sont toutes sales, peu importe l’heure : le matin, le midi ou le soir. L’hygiène laisse vraiment à désirer.

Sehr gutes Hotel – für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel absolut empfehlenswert Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und waren insgesamt wirklich zufrieden. Der Check-in verlief problemlos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Alles wurde uns in Ruhe erklärt und gezeigt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Die Betten waren bequem und die Bettwäsche sauber und frisch. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Betten stehen auf Rollen und können sich dadurch etwas bewegen bzw. auseinanderrollen, was manchmal etwas unpraktisch ist. Ansonsten war das Zimmer völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten außerdem einen Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Pool. Am Pool gab es bis etwa 23 Uhr Musik und verschiedene Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Es gab Kinderanimation, verschiedene Shows, Karaoke und weitere Aktivitäten. Für uns war das angenehm und überhaupt nicht störend. Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte allerdings wissen, dass es am Pool abends etwas lebhafter sein kann. Besonders positiv fanden wir das All-Inclusive-Angebot. Die Bars waren praktisch durchgehend verfügbar. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Getränken, Wasser, Softdrinks, Eis und Snacks. Direkt am Pool befindet sich ebenfalls eine Bar, sodass man beim Baden nicht weit gehen muss. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Shuttle-Service zum Strand. Unter der Woche fährt der Shuttle etwa alle 20 Minuten. Dadurch muss man bei der Hitze nicht zu Fuß gehen, obwohl der Strand grundsätzlich auch nicht weit entfernt ist. Das Essen war für uns eines der Highlights. Die Auswahl war wirklich sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Auch als jemand, der beim Essen etwas anspruchsvoller ist, habe ich immer etwas Passendes gefunden. Es gab verschiedene Fischgerichte, Fleischgerichte, Beilagen, Salate und vieles mehr. Zusätzlich wurden regelmäßig verschiedene Gerichte frisch vom Koch zubereitet. Auch Snacks und Getränke waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel war ausgesprochen freundlich und vor allem sehr schnell und organisiert.

Nur die Betten auf Rollen waren etwas ungewohnt, da sie sich leicht bewegen konnten.

Отель оставил приятное впечатление, прежде всего благодаря удобному расположению и внимательному персоналу. Отель находится недалеко от пляжа, поэтому до него можно было спокойно дойти пешком, что было очень удобно. Отдельно хочется отметить работу персонала по уборке. В номере проводилась ежедневная уборка, всё было аккуратно и чисто. Персонал работал внимательно и добросовестно, всегда оставляли номер хорошо убранным. За это отдельное большое спасибо сотрудникам, которые занимались уборкой. В целом понравилось удобное расположение отеля, близость к пляжу и хорошее отношение персонала. Благодаря этим моментам проживание было комфортным.

Отель оставил неоднозначное впечатление. К сожалению, было несколько существенных недостатков. В номере не работал кондиционер. Мы неоднократно обращались к персоналу, на наши просьбы реагировали, но проблема так и не была решена. В последний день сотрудники приходили, делали вид, что ремонтируют кондиционер, однако после этого он продолжал работать неправильно, шуметь и фактически не выполнять свою функцию. При выезде возникла неприятная ситуация с возвратом предоплаты за полотенце, которое мы брали для бассейна. Сначала стоимость предоплаты не хотели возвращать, и вопрос пришлось отдельно выяснять. Также разочаровало питание. Посуда не всегда была хорошо вымыта. Еда часто казалась слишком жирной, а некоторые блюда создавали впечатление, что их готовили повторно из остатков предыдущего приёма пищи — например, продукты с обеда могли использоваться в других блюдах на ужин. Возможно, это было только наше впечатление, но за время проживания оно возникало неоднократно. Отдельная проблема — нехватка лежаков, зонтиков и полотенец у бассейна. После завтрака приходилось практически сразу идти занимать место, иначе найти свободный лежак было сложно. Из-за этого отдых у бассейна превращался в своеобразную борьбу за место. В целом персонал реагировал на обращения, но многие проблемы либо решались формально, либо не решались до конца. Именно совокупность этих моментов сильно повлияла на наше впечатление от проживания. Шум от кондиционера не давал выспаться.

The hotel was well equipped, the food delicious, the staff friendly, they had events every day. The pool was spacious, didn't feel crowded, they always mopped the floor, everything was so clean. After check out they let us use the buffet cards for one more meal just because our plane was departing in the night, and also had public showers with shower gel and shampoo available. Awesome!

The air conditioner was so weak, we only noticed it working if we let it run for all day. That's all.

Unfortunately, nothing. The hotel was overcrowded and noisy. Despite paying for an all-inclusive stay, I had to leave the hotel to buy water because the bar queues were extremely long.

We chose this hotel because the room was advertised with air conditioning, but when we arrived at around 10:00 PM, it was not working. The room was extremely hot (around 33°C), and despite informing the staff immediately, we were told there was no other room available and that the air conditioning could not be repaired that night. The only solution offered was a fan, which was completely inadequate. The room was also poorly maintained and not properly clean. The door handle was broken, and the overall condition of the accommodation was far below what was advertised. We spent an almost sleepless night, which was especially difficult as we were travelling with our young child. What disappointed us the most was the lack of concern and willingness from the staff to resolve the situation. I have attached a video showing that the air conditioning appeared to be switched on, but the external unit was completely non-functional. Overall, the accommodation did not match the description on Booking.com, and this was the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. I hope Booking.com will investigate this matter and consider appropriate compensation.

Bij aankomst in het hotel was het receptie personeel vriendelijk.

In het bed waren de veren van het matras te voelen. Daarnaast paste de douchekop niet in de houder waar deze normaliter ingehangen wordt. Je moest deze daarom vast houden. Het diner viel daarnaast tegen, een ieder liep door elkaar heen waardoor het erg druk werd. Tevens zat er aan het eten weinig smaak en was er nihil keuze. Al met al: Qua prijskwaliteitsverhouding krap aan voldoende. Buffet, comfort en hygiëne onvoldoende.

Sorok alakulnak ki az étkezéseknél, a fenti bar csak 15.00 nyit ki és ott is, lent is hatalmas sor alakul ki. Medence bezár este és csak fent lehet le ülni ami pillanatok alatt megtelik. Hiába van műsor, nem férsz ki a teraszra.

L’hôtel est bien situé avec des arrêts de bus à proximité et la plage, des bars et restaurants ainsi que des magasins à quelques mètres à pied. Le all inclusive c’est vraiment bien avec un rapport- qualité prix plutôt pas mal. Il y a deux hôtels où on peut aller avec deux piscines. Le personnel est sympa ! Et les chambres sont confortables !

Das Essen ist mittelmäßig bis schlecht. Man findet etwas, um satt zu werden (Pommes, Nudeln, Fleisch). Mehr kann man hier jedoch nicht erwarten. Für einen Ballermann-Trip reicht es aus.

Gute Lage, Strand zu Fuß innerhalb von 5-7min erreichbar. Unterkunft war sauber, alles notwendige vorhanden.

Wir hatten All inclusive: Essen war gut, Getränkeauswahl ebenfalls. Leider konnten wir unsere Wasserflaschen nur zu den Essenszeiten im Essenraum befüllen. Außerhalb dieser Zeiten war keine Befüllung möglich.

The hotel is in a quieter area which was great for me, as I work from my laptop and need that. The food was reasonably good. They have a nice all-inclusive. People are friendly. Parking is relatively easy. Definitely a great value!

The place has thin walls, so beware of the noise even if you are on a quieter side of the hotel.

Insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Tresor muss dazu gebucht werden. Dabei war der Tresor eins mit Silikon o.ä. im Schrank verklebt.

Es un hotel muy cómodo ya que no te tienes que preocupar por desayunos ni cenas, cosa que se agradece cuando todo lo que hay alrededor es muy turístico. Además, el autobús que te lleva al aeropuerto está justo en frente. En cuanto a las habitaciones están bien y con balcón.

Spotlessly clean, excellent and varied facilities, friendly helpful staff, buffet was second to none , Entertainment each evening, within easy walking distance of the beach and main centre but removed enough to be secluded and quiet. Sun deck and pool not overlooked by other buildings, open to all day sunshine with woodland and sea view

Other than in the room, There seemed to be only one small toilet serving the bar and dining room. Corridor lighting very bright, a little harsh last thing at night

The location was great, the rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was excellent. The waterfront was also just a 5–10 minute walk away. Public transportation was convenient from the accommodation as well.

It wasn’t soundproof at all, so we couldn’t sleep very well — you could hear everything people were doing in the hallway and in the other rooms. The all-inclusive drink selection could also be broader. The toilet didn’t work properly either.

Nous avions la demi-pension intégrée mais nous avons seulement pris le petit déjeuner car les soirées faisaient un peu trop "camping paradis" à notre goût Buffet assez grand que j'ai trouvé convenable à mon goût. La situation géographique permet de rejoindre Palma rapidement. Parking à proximité gratuit. Accueil très bien. Les personnes qui font l'entretien sont également très gentilles.

L'établissement nous a vendu une chambre premium double, ils n'ont en réalité aucun vrai lit double, il s'agit de 2 lits d'une place côte à côte avec 2 draps séparés... bref pour un couple, pas cool. WIFI payante si vous la souhaitez... Mais le plus gros problème c'est la fréquentation de l'hôtel... des gens de tout âges (pas forcément des jeunes) qui crient à 4h du matin. Aucun respect pour ceux qui souhaitent dormir, je me suis réveillée en sursaut 2 nuits d'affilées. La sécurité est intervenue au bout de notre dernière nuit... ça n'a absolument pas été reposant. Je n'ai jamais laissé de commentaire négatif sur un logement malgré qu'on voyage beaucoup mais la fréquentation les dessert beaucoup. Pensez sincèrement à surveiller les couloirs des chambres en pleine nuit SVP

La qualité du buffet peut être (subjectivement) assez bas pour un français Le jet d'eau de la douche un peu bizarre: à intervalles régulier, ça devient très chaud avant de devenir très froid, puis revenir à la normale

Es war schmutzig. Als ich sie Balkontür geöffnet habe war dies nicht möglich und ich hatte den Türgriff in der Hand. Die Möbel sind teilweise stark beschädigt -an Kommoden fehlen Ecken und es ist sehr abgewohnt und das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Der Speisesaal war überfüllt und laut. Es hat stark vom Grill genebelt sodass man die Luft fast schneiden konnte. Das Essen war einseitig und die Saucen dazu hatten einen Geschmack von einem Fertigprodukt. Ich konnte leider nichts essen. Der lermpägel u Rummel war nicht auszuhalten. Die Wände der Zimmern sind dünn wie Papier -ich hörte vom Nachbarzimmer reden und schreckte mich bei jedem Niesen. Die ganze Nacht war es laut u die Türen wurde zugeknallt. Waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort und sind um 06:00 in der Früh abgereist. Der Preis ist für dieses Hotel nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich eine Rezession schreibe da ich nichts schlechtes sagen möchten. nun werde ich allerdings vermehrt auf Rezessionen und Sterne achten. Die Fotos von Booking stimmen nicht überein -so sehen die Zimmer nicht aus.
