Hotel San Lorenzo Boutique Plaza

The location is phenomenal — just a 3-minute walk from the main square, yet situated on a quiet street, so you can sleep peacefully at night. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants right in front of the hotel. I also have to give special praise to the woman who cleans the rooms every day. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness — everything was spotless and very well maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! We was at 4th floor and wi fi was amazing.

Large, spacious and clean room. Coffee machine and small fridge available. Excellent location and good Wi-Fi. 24-hour reception with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fairly basic and average, but the selection of chilled juices, fresh fruit and yogurts was a nice touch. Overall, very good value for money.

The hotel and its furnishings feel somewhat dated, and it looks a little better in the photos than in reality. The coffee at breakfast was not very good.

Posizione eccellente, dimensioni stanze

La vista era pessima

Personal amable , bien ubicado y limpio , silencioso ..

Amazing place to stay,a really gem!

Molt senzill

Hotel molto funzionale, posizione eccellente, ottima accoglienza, personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile, stanza molto spaziosa.

Position

The hotel has a very good position but at our arrival our room wasn't ready on time. We asked the receptionist to change our towels but he left the door open. Also there was no air conditioning in the hallway between the elevator and our room. We are very sorry but we won't be back to the hotel.

Clean, large room and in city centre

Nothing

Posizione e reception

Aria condizionata diretta sui letti a castello e wc da sistemare

-

Location, balcony (although it was too small to do anything other than stand on). Shutters in the room for darkness and keeping the room cool, two windows, layout of the room with the additional beds around a corner to provide two areas with some privacy, air conditioning was excellent and effective. Main room was well decorated (although plain) with no noticeable damage/screwholes/chipped paint etc

Ants in the room. One bed had a broken leg which it was balanced on. Plug sockets blocked by headboard. Broken shower head that sprayed water everywhere and made a constant squealing noise. Miserable, surly staff who seemed to want to convey that our presence was an inconvenience, this was done with incredibly slow responses to being at the desk, minimal speech delivered in monotone and minimal eye contact. Housekeeping didn’t arrive until 4pm so no renewal of coffee etc, bin not emptied. Minibar fridge smelled and was unusable. All beds had sheets but the not a single duvet and a single blanket provided in a room for up to 4 people. Price - approx €350 for our first night - for this breakfast was not included with an additional €10 charge. Thankfully we did not opt for this and having viewed the meagre breakfast selection it was a wise choice. The breakfast room is also unsuitably small.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum. Gut erreichbar und ruhig.

Perfect location.

The room could be a bit cleaner.

Booked for 3, the 3rd bed not made, didn't get towels even when we asked

The overall price and location of the hotel was great. There were many restaurants and stores in the vicinity and everything was walking distance, which was fantastic. What I did like upon booking was that the staff was quick to respond to messages and inquiries that I had sent in regards to on adding another person and additional accommodations for our booking. There is also someone always posted in the entrance of the hotel to greet and check you in when you arrive. That staff member is also there throughout the night so if you need to check out early in the morning, which is what we did to catch our train, they are extremely helpful and are able to help you out quickly.

We booked two rooms 2 months in advance prior to our visit with a request for the rooms to be near or next to one another. Although they were both on the same floor, they were unfortunately quite far from one another. There was also a fridge in our room and unfortunately it had a strong vinegar scent, probably from the staff disinfecting and cleaning it, so it was unpleasant to open up and use. There was air conditioning which was great when it worked, however there were times when it did not work. If the air conditioner has been turned off for quite some time, it takes a long time for the room to cool down which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, our visit was quite pleasant.

Location, location, location!

Very noisy air conditioning, but didnt spoil our stay

Servicio amable

Ottima posizione,personale gentile e disponibile.

The location was good, centrally located.

The room was not clean! There were loads of ants within the crevices of the bathroom. Despite raising this to reception, I still felt like cleanliness weren’t up to standard which made me feel uncertain during my stay. Additionally, rooms were HOT!

Fijn hotel!

Posizione

The room was nice.

The building constantly smelt like sewage. The First Gentlemen who checked us in was nice however everyone else at the front desk after was cold. A reminder that traveling to another country can be overwhelming and a big step; there’s nothing like good customer service to ease into a new location.

Posiziona centralissima e albergo perfetto, moderno e le stanze pulitissime

Locatie

Geen koffieapparaat op de kamer

Ottima posizione

Great location and staff

Location great. Shower good. Air con was efficient

Bed not comfortable. Linen of poor quality. Towels were threadbare

posizione e camera

Todo

El desayuno un poco limitado

Praticamente tutto, principalmente Posizione e gentilezza dello staff

Posizione arredi cortesia

Amazing location

I stayed in a room on the top floor, and it was extremely hot. The air conditioning had to run continuously, even at night, just to make it comfortable enough to sleep

Breakfast was simple, fresh and delicious. Catering for healthy options also

Nothing

La posizione

Aree comuni

The location, view and the full kitchen.

Had an issue with getting blankets for the bed. Some of the staff were not very nice.

Great location.

Great location and very nice older building

Perfect location in the old town, walking distance from all the main attractions (cathedral, Mercado). Very quite at night despite being close to several bars and restaurants. Modern and functional room, spacious for 4 people; friendly staff at reception; very clean and daily change of towels.

The sink tap kept on coming off but it was fixed quickly when we mentioned it. I booked a taxi through the hotel to pick us up from the airport but they cancelled on us.

Perfect location.

The refrigerator was not working; no ventilation in the bathroom.

Excellent location and great big rooms, 100% recommended for families

Stanza bellissima, molto spaziosa e pulita. Posizione ottima.
