Perfect location, everything about the hotel including breakfast was amazing

Les lit a l'hôtel après que la femme d'ouvrage passait il ne redescendait pas le lit sa mais arrivé plusieurs fois le lit bougeait dans tous les sence. Est aussi trop de bruit dans la rue est dans le couloir donc pas possible de dormir .

L’hôtel est propre. La chambre est spacieuse, le lit King size est confortable, la terrasse côté rue un peu bruyante mais au 5ème étage cela reste raisonnable. Le personnel de l’hôtel est accueillant.

Un 4 étoiles qui laisse franchement perplexe… Pour le prix payé, on attendait un standing à la hauteur. Or, plusieurs problèmes très basiques : sèche-cheveux en panne (déjà signalé dans d’autres avis et visiblement toujours pas réglé), lavabo qui s’évacue très lentement (on peut ainsi profiter visuellement de l’eau usée chouette!), forte odeur de canalisation dans la douche et fuite d’eau malgré la paroi vitrée. Aucun plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre : heureusement, on a droit à un tote bag et à un petit poisson en plastique… Les produits de toilette sont également assez basiques pour un 4 étoiles. Au petit déjeuner, les jus sont insipides et semblent coupés à l’eau. En revanche, le mousseux est bien disponible dès le matin : visiblement, les priorités sont discutables. Parking extérieur à 20 €, jonché de détritus à certains endroits, et aucun tarif préférentiel pour les clients de l’hôtel au beach club. Pris séparément, ce sont des détails. Mais cumulés, ils donnent surtout l’impression que les 4 étoiles sont davantage affichées sur la façade que visible dans les prestations.

La habitación , cogimos una suite y es muy amplia

Había días que la comida no estaba muy bien , sobretodo cosas de carne que las hacían demasiado y estaba que no había quien se lo comiera de lo seca que estaba, y guisos de carne no los hacían el tiempo que le hacía falta porque estaba la carne dura como una piedra . A parte dicen que tienen zona de spa y eso no es un spa , tienen un jacuzzi en una sala horrorosa que encima no funciona, entramos en la sauna y tienen tablones del suelo sueltos que mi marido casi se mata hay dentro

Hotel je na odličnom mestu, samo ga ulica deli od plaže - oko 150 metara i na plaži ste. Čist je, sobe su udobne, doručak odličan, na bazi švedskog stola. Osoblje na recepciji je jako fino i ljubazno, a ima i lep restoran u sastavu hotela.

Samo je nedostajao bolji wifi - često se isključivao a na lap top nikako nije mogao da se priključi

Location, standards, rooms and cleanliness

Das Essen war leider nicht ganz zufriedenstellend, da ein Großteil der angebotenen Speisen Schweinefleisch enthielt. Dadurch war die Auswahl an anderen Gerichten etwas eingeschränkt.

El hotel tanto en servicios, como en personal es muy bueno. Estuve con mis hijas adolescentes en una habitación para tres y estuvimos bien, la habitación era amplia, con camas muy cómodas (incluso la supletoria). Esta en primera línea de playa lo que hace muy cómoda toda la estancia. Todo perfecto.

Todo estuvo según nuestras expectativas.

La piscina muy tranquila. Había tumbonas de sobra. El personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio y agradable.

Modernes, stilvolles Strandhotel in top Lage. Die Suiten sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und im modernen, mediterranem Stil eingerichtet mit gemütlichem Balkon. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist genau gegenüber, umliegende Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

El aire acondicionado es de lo mejor que hay. Cama grande, comoda. Limpieza impecable, cambio de toallas a diario. Personal agradable y resolutivo.

El desayuno repetitivo y poco variado...pero las tortitas esquisitas!!

Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. La première nuit, on a eu des voisins très, très bruyants et le personnel a vite résolu la situation. Merci pour ça! La taille de la chambre super, des grands lits et même le canapé lit pour les enfants confortable et assez grand.

L'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain de la chambre, tous les matins, c'était pas très agréable. L'insonorisation n'est pas top. On entend quand-même beaucoup les bruits des autres chambres et de la rue.

Todo lo bonito la limpieza la ubicación la atención estuvo todo muy bien.

Bueno por decir algo la nevera de la habitación no enfriaba pero tampoco nos afectó en nada.

What really bugged me was the towels left on sun loungers under the canopy area unoccupied for hours and then we had to sit under the baking sun and often people didn’t return till evening. Most annoying.,

Le personnel très aimable et accueillant, à l’écoute et très courtois. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipé et propre. La vue et l’emplacement de la chambre correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Animation piscine et autour presque tous les jours.

La cuisine devrait être diversifiée selon le genre, la culture et les différences qui compose la clientèle. Vegan, végétarien, cacher,…..

El hotel en general esta bien, sus instalaciones son nuevas y la piscina también estaba bastante bien.

El buffet para mi ha sido una decepción en su totalidad... Las comidas y cenas sosas, siempre, el pescado crudo por dentro, los arroces sosos y sin colorantes... Tenía las expectativas bastante altas para lo que he visto... Para ser un cuatro estrellas superior deja bastante que desear el buffet en general.

El personal ofrece una atención insuperable. Muy cercanos y atentos. Desde luego lo mejor del hotel. La ubicación excelente. Se aparcaba bien a pesar de estar en el centro.

El buffet me pareció que había bajado de nivel con respecto al año pasado, lo recordaba mejor.

Kun saavuimme, huoneen lattiat olivat vielä likaiset ja pölyiset. Asian korjaamiseksi piti henkilökunnan kanssa keskustella kahteen otteeseen. Lopulta huoneessa käytiin siivoamassa uudelleen ja pesemässä lattiat. Myöhemmin oli ongelmaa suihkun kanssa, kuulemma huoneestamme valui vettä alla olevaan huoneeseen. Asiaa käytiin pariin otteeseen korjaamassa, mutta jäimme epätietoisuuteen, mistä oli kyse.

En général tout était super ! Mais pour moi la propreté est très importante et l’hôtel à coché cette case que ce soit les chambres, les couloirs, la réception, le restaurant, tout le complexe était très propre. Il y avait toujours des femmes de ménage entrain de nettoyer.

Je sais que c’était écrit mais personnellement pour le prix qu’on paye, le trésor pourrait être inclus, c’était la première fois que je voyait ça.

Hôtel très propre, jolie chambre avec clime qui fonctionne très bien. Ménage fait tous les jours avec changement des serviettes. Personnel réactif sur nos différentes demandes.

Gros bémol sur la musique dans le couloir qui commençait à 6h du matin et qui nous réveillait. Nous n’avons pas aimé le buffet à volonté du midi. Pas de YouTube / Netflix sur notre télé.

Чистые номера, хорошая уборка. Вкусный завтрак/ужин. Несмотря на большое количество гостей в ресторане, все прекрасно организовано. Близко к морю (пляж общественный, много посетителей), рядом магазины, рестораны, набережная (можно прогуляться вечером, днем жарко). На ресепшн есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. Карина очень помогла нам, ответила на все вопросы. Спасибо) Дополнительные услуги (не входит в стоимость проживания): сейф в номере, напитки на ужине, лежаки и зонт на пляже, бильярд; также пользовались услугами стирки.

La proximidad a la playa, el buffet variado y bastante bueno. Las habitaciónes amplías y camas con colchones firmes.

Tuve que decir un día que no habían hecho las habitaciónes de mi familia y la mía, y al subir de comer estaban echas las camas, pero los baños no lo tocaron

Only Positive Point is the location, you just cross the road and you’re at the beach or the seafront promenade. CONCLUSION: Blaumar is by far the worst 4-star hotel we have ever stayed at

First disappointment: Thank you, ‘Carina’ – I hope you’ll at least be rewarded by management for assigning that terribly smelly room to a guest. At check-in, there was a rather cheeky attempt to cheat us. We’d booked two Standard Suites but were only given one; the other room was a small Standard room with a strong smell of cigarettes. When I returned to reception, the ladie´s expressions immediately gave away that the attempt hadn’t worked. Second disappointment: The ‘friendly’ lady tried to convince me that all the suites were booked, but in the end she offered me a suite number 2204. I accepted it with great pleasure and, at any rate, thanked her very politely. Throughout the night, there was such a foul smell in the suite that I was forced to leave the balcony door open all night. (Choosing between sleeping with an unbearable stench or with mosquitoes and traffic noise. That really was a fitting punishment after my complaint). Neighbours in the other rooms on the same floor (2nd floor) confirmed to us that the smell was unbearable in their rooms too. The hotel has simply lost all credibility in my eyes; you pay over 3,000 euros for six nights and you’re treated so badly. I had, and still have, the option to complain by Booking, but I decided to focus on my holiday with my family. We’ll simply be giving the hotel a very poor rating on Booking, Google and other booking platforms and we hope this serves as a useful lesson for anyone thinking of booking at this hotel. FOOD/DRINKS: Unfortunately, we’d booked breakfast and dinner. Whilst there was a choice, the quality was by no means what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. 80 per cent of the buffet consists of pork. You can tell straight away that they’re cutting corners on every little detail. Anyone who describes the quality of the food as good has clearly not yet had the chance to experience other 4-star hotel chains. Wi-Fi/Internet: connection is not at all reliable in the room

- located as close to the beach as you can expect and in the most beautiful area of Salou - very good pool, generally big enough to accommodate all (less so during weekends) - spacious rooms (“suites”) although they should not be advertised as suites since they are simply bigger bedrooms - very nice and professional staff - excellent entertainment, with professional and very talented local artists (however late hours..) - very clean hotel, and a very reasonable timetable for the daily cleaning- which was fast and rigorous, too (exceptional!)

- very weak wifi signal in the room - practically unusable: a service not worthy of this hotel - buffet meals: 1. extremely crowded at meal times- during our last three days of our stay there were immense lanes at the entry to the breakfast buffet during the final slot (9:30-10:30) - as well as at the start of the dinner (at 19:30! which is already very late for the many families with kids residing in countries with a very different culture /meal timetable). Clearly the hotel is underequipped for this demand. Shifting dinner to an earlier time (as of 18:30) would help! 2. very long lines to all four coffee machines - which are very slow too- would strongly recommend replacing with others more suitable for this kind of traffic… 3. very few options for kids in the buffets - poorly equipped children’s games area

Ogromny pokój, wysokiej jakości jedzenie, miły personel, codziennie sprzątane pokoje wraz z wymianą ręczników, dostęp do wody pitnej na każdym piętrze.

Problemy z WiFi , płatny parking, słaba siłownia, „częściowy widok z okna na morze” jest bardzo „częściowy”

This was our second stay at Blaumar Hotel, and it truly feels like coming home. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable, and very clean. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, promenade, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved the saltwater pool, the evening entertainment, and watching the FIFA World Cup matches on the giant screen by the pool. The themed dinners every evening were fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious food. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

During the high season, there can be a queue to enter the restaurant at dinner time. However, the line moves very quickly, and the waiting time is usually only a few minutes. Everything else exceeded our expectations.

Pues nada en general , no era el Blaumar que yo conoci , la piscina muy sucia y el agua súper caliente , el agua de las duchas caliente también, las habitaciones hasta pasadas las 15 ,30 , no estaban hechas , en fin para no repetir.

Excelente tanto las instalaciones como la ubicación Y los recepcionistas y empleados una atención súper Sin duda lo volveríamos a elegir

El hotel muy bien, pero nos dieron unas habitaciones en el edificio de al lado y por más que nos dijeran que era un upgrade, las habitaciones no son de la misma calidad que las del edificio contiguo. La limpieza de esos apartamentos no es igual, olían mucho a tabaco y los espejos de los baños estaban tan sucios, que no se veía bien.

Los apartamentos que ofrecen en el edificio contiguo. Y en la habitación ubicada dentro del hotel el aire acondicionado se apagaba cada dos horas, era bastante molesto.

Camera a fost curată, cu o vedere frumoasă. Personalul a fost amabil și atent, iar locația hotelului este excelentă, aproape de plajă și de restaurante.

Er was maar 1 lift die het deed. Want van te voren wel aangegeven mocht worden. Hierdoor moesten veel mensen veel trappen lopen. En stonden ouderen iedere keer te wachten voor de lift, en de lift was ook erg klein.

Noise from the entertainment in the pool area at night, especially on our first night when a group of teenagers were allowed to have a karaoke evening. They were all singing and shouting loudly, using the PA system. We complained to the staff but nothing was done - this was very poor management . It does not say in your description of the hotel that the entertainment is outside in the pool area

It was a great location and very clean they upgraded our room it was very nice and breakfast was excellent
