Lo que no me gustó es que en el check in te dan una hoja con unas normas de las cuales además te recalcan ciertas de ellas. Conforme transcurre la estancia ves que la mayoría de los huéspedes no las cumplen y no ocurre nada. Sobre todo los horarios de descanso (cuando viajas con niños pequeños) y el uso de hamacas de la piscina (no se puede reservar con la toalla) a las 8:30h ya hay gente haciendo cola con 8 toallas para reservar la suya y la de su familia.

Al reservar por booking pone bufet libre desayuno, almuerzo y cena , y nos hemos encontrado que el desayuno si era bufet ( muy escaso ,beicon seco y la calidad muy baja , y poco más para elegir ( se nota q la gente no va)… ( 6 mesas 20 personas ) y a la hora del almuerzo no había bufet , te daba la opción de 4 primeros y 4 segundos cosa q no me pareció bien ! E ido a preguntar a recepción y no me dio ninguna explicación clara , solo que si no tiene gente no pone bufet !!! Duchas amarillas , toallas muy desgastadas y amarillas y sucias. A las 12 h de llegar me vi en la necesidad de abandonar el apartamento y buscarme otra estancia , así no podía estar con los hijos! Llegamos tarde y hemos pedido aparcamiento y me dijo el de recepción q valía 18€ y le e preguntado porque no cobra lo que pone en la página ( 12€) y me dijo q vale 18€ y q él no pone los precios! No lo e contratado En lo pagina vende publicidad engañosa! Es denunciable y es lo q e echo ! Ir a descansar 4 días y encontrarse esto así !!

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Excelente localização, simpatia dos funcionários, fomos muito bem recebidos na receção e tudo explicado em por menor. Tínhamos uma luz queimada no local onde comíamos e faltava uma chávena mas logo foi solucionado. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e super recomendo!

Dos empregados do bar. Achei-os um pouco mal educados. O pequeno almoço não tinha muitas opções.
A 5 min de la plage, appartement propre et confortable. 2 lits séparés dans le séjours pour les 2 enfants, très apprécié.
Demie pension avec des plats assez variés. Personnel très agréable et disponible.
Parking disponible juste en face de l'établissement.
Bruit par des résidents près de la piscine au delà de minuit. C'est les vacances, et il est parfaitement normal de vouloir en profiter, mais après 2 remarques auprès de la reception, les bruits ont continué. Clairement un point à améliorer, surtout pour un établissement familial.
Une suggestion: pour un appartement de 4-5 personnes, prévoir le même nombre de porte-manteaux dans la salle de bain.

Sinceramente en el hotel estaba todo muy bien, tanto las instalaciones, los shows, la comida, los trabajadores, todo genial!
Lo unico que no me gusto fue la gente que estaba en el, es cierto que eso no es culpa del hotel ni mucho menos pero habia mucha gente maleducada sobre todo ingleses... a las 12:30 de la mañana con gritos y musica, un olor apestoso de marihuana que nos entraba hasta la habitacion, no respetaban el que no se podian guardar hamacas con las toallas, etc.
La ubicación, el personal muy amable. El animador un encanto.
El desayuno y l cena bastante variado.
Quizá el cambio de toallas cada 2 días.

Pool was quite small, large inflatable slide one day that took up half the pool. Booked for family of 5 but apartment was realitvely small, with just one bedroom that had two single beds. Other beds were two small couches in living room and one pull down in hallway.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Our superior one bedroom apartment served our needs perfectly as a family of 5. Spotlessly clean, everything provided in the kitchen area and great big balconies with pool view which is wonderful. Our second time staying in CYE.
Sun loungers get snapped up quickly in the morning but it's good that staff keep notice of the people who put towels on the loungers and go away for a long time and not use them until much later - depriving others from availing of a lounger.

Os elevadores são uma limitação e por estão muitas vezes avariados, há poucas espreguiçadeiras na piscina ,os horários e variedade do pequeno almoço e almoço são limitados. The black guy at the reception was extremely rude and unfriendly. Given my situation (3 children and wife waiting at 00:30 after 12+ hours of driving from Switzerland for a parking and check in, he completely failed it. I had to calm him down to avoid conflict.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the beach and many other vital facilities such as supermarkets. The view from the room was very pleasant and the balcony was big.
The pool toilets were in bad condition. The towels and the bedsheets were only changed twice a week which wasn't good enough as the room got very sandy throughout our stay. It was impossible to get sunbeds near the pool as occupants reserved them in the morning for the whole day (which we had been told upon arrival was prohibited). The lifeguard had no control over the behavior of people in the pool making it very uncomfortable to be in or around it. The hotel provided entertainment to the children but nothing for adults and their was no proper bar within the vicinity. The noise level was beyond unacceptable from people outside and didn't die down until after 2am most nights which left us very disappointed.

Estivemos la 13 dias a limpeza que era feita era trocar toalhas tirar o lixo e limpar o chão. Nunca foi feito a casa de banho ( lavabo/ duche / sanita) . Ainda fui reclamar 2 vezes mas não adiantou de nada. A comida e muito boa mas acho que tem pouca escolha deveriam por mais pratos

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026We stayed at the CYE Holiday Centre in Salou for one week, and unfortunately our experience was extremely poor. Considering the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard from this hotel.
The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness and housekeeping. Our room was not properly cleaned once during the entire week. The only thing that happened was the bins being emptied. Our floors were not cleaned and our bedding was not changed for the entire seven-night stay. Our towels were only changed twice. On one occasion, I actually had to ring reception at around 5:30pm to ask where our clean towels were, as we were going out for dinner at 6pm, and I was told that housekeeping had until 6pm, when towels were changed we only got 2 body towels for 3 people in the room.
I was also told that if I wanted my bed linen changed, I would have to pay €14 per bed. I have never experienced this standard of housekeeping in a hotel.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also very disappointing. I witnessed an empty Coke can sitting on the back stairwell for the entire week without being removed.
There was another issue that I found extremely concerning: I personally witnessed rats on more than one occasion. While sitting at the bar in the early evening, I saw rats running across the tops of the bushes at the astro aera down towards the playground where children where playing. Seeing rats around the hotel, in aeras used by guests, was extremely unpleasant and added to my concerns about the overall hygiene standards.
The swimming pool was, in my opinion, the worst part. The water appeared cloudy and the pool did not look properly maintained. I never witnessed it being cleaned during our stay. There were hairs floating in the pool and getting wrapped around us while swimming. It was honestly the dirtiest hotel pool I have experienced on a holiday.
The attitude of some of the staff was another major disappointment. From reception to the bar, we experienced rudeness on several occasions. There also seemed to be inconsistencies with charges — for example, being charged for ice in a cup on one occasion and not being charged on another. Overall, I found that once you had paid for your stay, the level of customer service changed completely.
The lack of sunbeds and umbrellas was also a major issue. Guests have to queue from 8am to secure a bed when the pool opened at 9am because there simply aren't enough available for the number of people staying at the hotel. Throughout our stay, I got up early and queued to secure beds for my family.
On our final morning, I had to leave the pool area briefly to check out and collect our luggage, leaving my son there. While I was gone, another guest took the chair that I had been using. When I returned and politely asked for it back, the situation became extremely aggressive. He called me names, took photographs of me and my underage child, and even asked my son's father to come outside for a fight.
Security, the lifeguard and a reception manager became involved. Reception eventually made him delete the photographs, but I felt that his aggressive and threatening behaviour was not dealt with appropriately. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that reception then took one of the sunbeds I had queued from 8am to secure and gave it to the other family because there weren't enough beds. I understand that there aren't enough beds for everyone, but I don't think it was acceptable to take a bed from a guest who had followed the hotel's own system and queued for it.
Finally, towards the end of our stay, I witnessed people becoming unwell and vomiting in the hotel reception, and a child in our own party also became unwell and vomited. Given the general standard of cleanliness we had experienced, this was particularly concerning.
Unfortunately, I simply cannot recommend this hotel. For the price charged, I expected a clean hotel, properly maintained facilities and basic courtesy from staff. Instead, we experienced poor housekeeping, rats being visible around the property, a dirty pool, insufficient sunbeds and umbrellas, inconsistent customer service and an extremely unpleasant incident on our final day.
There were certainly things we enjoyed about our holiday in Salou, but the CYE Holiday Centre was by far the biggest disappointment. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The staff on reception were so nice & helpful, they recognised that we had 4 girls in a group of 6 so without asking they assigned us a 2 bathroom apartment which was excellent. They were very helpful with any questions that we had also.
The apartment was so clean, best I've stayed in. Food was also really good down beside the pool , it was mainly lunch that we got.
The pool is too small for amount of people that are staying there. Getting a lounger for 1 person was difficult never mind a party of 6. The pool itself was clean, just too small.

Personeel was niet vriendelijk. Bij het inchecken, moesten wij allemaal regeltjes tekenen, zoals geen handdoekje leggen, geen herrie meer na 11/12uur etc.
Maar feit was, dat ‘s morgens voor 9uur mensen al stonden te wachten om een bedje te claimen. En de herrie bleef gerust doorgaan tot 2uur in de nacht. En weet dat de kamers super gehorig zijn! Bedden zin. Daarnaast ook echt heel hard.

No me gustó que durante la cena pidiéramos una jarra de agua con un poco de hielo y un camarero nos dijera que el hielo lo cobraban, cuando la noche anterior nos la habían servido sin problemas y muy amablemente. No sé si es política del hotel, pero me parece cutre servir una jarra con 2 cubitos de hielo que es lo que nos pusieron y nos dijera de cobrarlo.

При замовленні номера для жінки на інвалідному візку (без однієї ноги) отель підтвердив наявність такого, а при заселенні такого номеру не надали двері у апартаментах виявилися вузькими, до ліжка не було можливості під'їхати, тому вона змушена була спати на дивані, який занезький для неї. До туалету її потрібно було нести(її вага100кг). На усі прохання про зміну номера була отримана категорична відмова.

Air conditioning was VERY poor & we were there in July so would have been nice to return to a cold apartment.
We were on 5th floor with suntrapped, corner balcony....no canopy for shade so couldn't enjoy the balcony which we usually love sitting out each morning & evening.
Towel changes for bathroom very poor...think we had 3 changes in 12 days...not sufficient for 2 teenage boys & parents.
Would have liked if towels for pool could be provided for a deposit as is common in most resorts now.

Only issue was that they have entertainment in the evenings. It is all good if you are infor that kidn of thing, but after a full day on the beach, listening to that untill 23h in the evening is quite annoying. But it is barely a issue. We had a great time.

La connexion internet n'est pas bonne. Les coupures de connexion en permanence. Mon appartement était situé sur la rue qui donne à l'hôtel donc j avais les bruits des livreurs tôt le matin qui gênait mon sommeil. Il faut que les baies vitrées ne laissent pas passées le bruit extérieur.

Small pool, not enough sun beds or umbrellas. Beds very uncomfortable. Terrible noise bleed from surrounding rooms which made sleeping and relaxing tough. High cost but we were late booking

За неделю нам ни разу не поменяли постельное белье. За неделю нам ни разу не сделали уборку. Полотенца поменяли только два раза за все время. Перед заездом берут депозит 80 евро.

התאכזבנו מחוויית השהייה שלנו במלון. החדר היה ישן, והמיטות והמזרנים לא היו נוחים. לדלתות בחדר לא היה מנעול תקין, דבר שפגע בתחושת הביטחון והפרטיות.
הניקיון בחדר לא היה מספק, והמגבות הוחלפו רק אחת ליומיים. בנוסף, לא סופקו מים בחדר ולא היו מוצרי שמפו או רחצה במקלחת. למרות שפנינו מספר פעמים וביקשנו לקבל את הפריטים החסרים, הם לא הובאו לחדר.
גם הבריכה הייתה קטנה יחסית, וכאשר ביקשנו מגבות לבריכה נאמר לנו שאין אפשרות לקבלן.
לצערנו, השירות והתנאים לא עמדו בציפיות שלנו, ואנו מקווים שהמלון ישפר את הנושאים הללו לטובת האורחים בעתיד.
It's proximity to the old town.Staff were very polite and helpful. Good food at breakfast and Dinner and while it wasn't a huge selection the teenagers always found something to eat. The pool was great as was the bar food served all day. It was our 3rd time to stay at the Cye Hotel and it's safe to say we will be back.
The only downside was the noise levels of other families and guests constantly moving and dragging furniture around there apartments. Absolutely not the hotels fault .I just think people should be more aware of the noise they are creating.

well located, staff decent and it was not possible to reserve a bench by the pool unless you were there. Otherwise the staff took the towels.
There was too much noise between rooms. Lots of noise from the hallway as the doors are poorly insulated.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Approx. a 10 min slow walk direct to the beach and the large Salou sign, far enough back away from the strip for peace and quiet from the evening buzz. Great family atmosphere, brilliant all day entertainment for all the family, very very tasty food in the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Room was very clean and suited well to our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids (including a 15 year old)). Great value for money if full board. My only issue was the drinks not included outside of breakfast time. Would 100% come back in future.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Apartments were modern and clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Good aircon. Great little kitchen. All staff were lovely but Pedro the entertainer really brought the place to life. He was kind and funny and put on great shows for the kids. We had a one bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 3 kids (2 teens). The only mirror was in the one bathroom which was occupied most of the time with 5 of us sharing, so mirror access was basically zero! Theres a small astro pitch which the kids enjoyed.
There were not enough umbrellas at the pool. I counted 18. If you weren’t up early to get one you were stuck in the heat all day and it was 30c. Towels were taken away if you were gone for 30 mins so if you want shade at the pool you need to spend the whole day there from early morning. Pool bar was expensive. €4 for a soft drink. No drawers in the apartments just a wardrobe, so only the adults unpacked. The kids lived out of their suitcases.
