Perfect location, confortable mattress, good pressure of the shower and AC were welcome

The room seemed old and dirty, the breakfast was not diverse at all (there were no fresh veggies, the charcuterie, cheese and pastries were very low quality).

A localização é excelente mesmo no centro da cidade e a 1 minuto a pé de todos os transportes públicos. O quarto também é muito agradável e muito bem decorado.

O pequeno almoço embora suficiente em termos de oferta, rapidamente esgotava alguns produtos, mas percebo que talvez fosse pelo numero elevado de hóspedes, mas com alguma dificuldade mas simpaticamente repunham alguns produtos. Na primeira noite, encontramos a porta do quarto aberta e percebemos que a limpeza tinha ficado a meio porque havia vários objectos fora do sitio (balde do lixo na entrada, escovas de dentes em cima da saboneteira, um pano no chão) não tendo desaparecido nenhum objecto pessoal do quarto felizmente. Tendo reportado a situação na recepção do hotel poderiam ter tido algum gesto amável para conosco mas limitaram-se a pedir desculpa pelo sucedido!

La moquette un peu bizare au sol, la chambre supérieure donnait sur une arrivée du tram donc hyper bruiant tard le soir et tôt le matin. par contre bien situé dans le centre et près du parking qui n'est pas donné.

Das Frühstück war ansprechend, Personal freundlich und das wir direkt im Zentrum waren. Tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig.

Schon beim betreten des Hotels schlug uns ein unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch entgegen. Das Zimmer war so klein, das man zwischen Bett und Wand kaum noch Platz hatte, um durchzukommen. Zum Glück hatten wir nur Reisetaschen, denn mit Koffern hätten wir ein zusätzliches Platzproblem gehabt. Im Bad war es auch nicht besser, da die Toilette zwischen Dusche und Waschbecken, quer stand. Türen und Zimmer waren in rot gehalten, was uns überhaupt nicht angesprochen hatte. Wir würden dieses Hotel kein weiteres Mal besuchen, da es in dieser Preisklasse doch wesentlich ansprechendere Hotels gibt.

Our room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We were very happy with the air conditioner, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was also extremely comfortable. We did not have the breakfast, but judging from everything else, it would probably have been great too!

It's a beautifull themed hotel on the place kleber. Within walking distance of many restaurants and sights. Rooms where comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The breakfast room was very tight Hard to control the temperature of the water while taking a shower.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la cathédrale et la petite France à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Très bien également pour faire les boutiques ( place des Halles et Galeries Lafayette ) à moins de 5 minutes à pieds.

Des chambres un peu petites pour 4 personnes et une salle de bain minuscule dans laquelle on n'a beaucoup de mal à s'habiller après une douche.

Die Lage ist top - alle Ziele in der Innenstadt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt und das Personal dort sehr freundlich. Gepäckaufbewahrung hat bei uns geklappt, aber der Platz dafür ist recht beschränkt. Wir haben in der Tiefgarage geparkt und wenn man den richtigen Aufgang findet, sind es nur ein paar Schritte zum Hotel.

Das Doppelbett in unserem Superior-Doppelzimmer war recht schmal und auch nicht übermäßig lang - für große Menschen wenig geeignet und nicht so komfortabel. Richtig klein war das Badezimmer, die einzige Abstellfläche war in 1,80m Höhe, kein Platz für einen WC-Papier-Halter, der Wasserhahn beim Waschbecken ist so montiert, dass er nur in einer bestimmten Position zu öffen/schließen ist. Zimmer und Bad waren an sich sauber, aber offenbar hat die Putzfrau im Bad zu wenig Platz, auch einmal die Innenseite der Schiebetür zu putzen... Wir haben aber auch ein Superior-Zweibettzimmer für unsere Kinder gebucht - da war die Situation besser.

Amenities were a little old and could use some updates. Room was clean but bathroom had some moldy spots in the shower.

camere piccole , molto rumorosa Place kleber com urla assordanti di notte , è opportuno chiudere tutte le finestre .Armadio a nicchia insufficiente,assenza di frigo bar .Inoltre non è ben segnalato su booking che la camera scelta era un sottotetto.( al quinto piano tutti sottotetti) e quindi vista città mi è sembrato un eufemismo .

• habitació molt petita, 2 llits de 1,35, l’un al costat de l’altre, sense gaire espai per a poder-se moure. • el lavabo, igual que la resta de l’habitació, era molt petit, gairebé xocaves quan et movies. • l’entrada de l’hotel era molt justeta. • ascensor molt lent. • escales amb bastant mal estat. • no considrem que sigui un hotel de 3 estrelles amb relació a les prestacions de l’habitació que ens van proporcionar.

Wir waren zu zweit unterwandert brauchten für unseren Zwischenstopp eine Unterkunft in Straßburg. Das Hotel war super. Preisleistungsverhältnis top, das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage geht nicht besser. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem, alles war sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend. Leider konnten wir am Frühstück nicht teilnehmen, da wir in der Nacht weiter mussten, der kleine Wasserkocher und Tee und Kaffeezubehör hat uns aber in der Nacht sehr weiter geholfen!

Прекрасное расположение- в самом центре! Рядом главные достопримечательности, рестораны, а также Галерея Лафайет. Отзывчивый персонал, готовый помочь, очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Мы были втроем и наш номер показался нам огромным! Обязательно приедем еще.

All went well except for the public parking nearby which proved impossible to reach using my car GPS because the precise address was NOT given by the hotel when booking was confirmed. And when the receptionist gave advice it was NOT precise enough for my GPS to lead us there ! In the end we were lucky enough to have found a free parking slot on the street not too far from the hotel but still very uncomfortable when carrying our luggage for check in there !

Sehr zentral gelegen, Klimaanlage auf allen Zimmern, Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke, Gebühr wurde zum Teil vom Hotel übernommen.

Posizione top rispetto alla città, staff gentile, ottime e diversificate camere. I serramenti sono coibentati risultando efficaci per gli eventuali rumori esterni della piazza. Anche la camera risulta acusticamente buona.

Purtroppo se si arriva con la propria auto si è costretti a parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotterraneo della piazza che costi proibitivi. Grazie comunque all'hotel si può avere un piccolo sconto che ho apprezzato.

Very central location easy to go every touristic location. Even it is in the centre it is not loud. Great and friendly staff.

In the 2 nights we stayed we saw 11 cockroaches even if we try everything in the night they always came. The room is clean but I think ventilation is very dirty and it needs to be treated with pesticides/chemicals. After our stay I saw some similar comments about bugs but unfortunately there is no change. I hope it can be fixed but in that conditions I cannot recommend especially if you have insect phobia it would be nightmare for you. Sadly I couldnt even sleep properly due to these problems.

Leider ist der Frühstücksraum etwas beengt und die Auswahl ausreichend.

Schön gestaltetes, sauberes Stadthotel. Überragende Lage mitten im Zentrum und leckeres Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Punto forte la location, struttura praticamente in zona centrale dalla quale ci si può muovere a piedi. Camera piccola ma silenziosa, letti alla francese quindi occhio (per chi è da 1.85 in su...) colazione soddisfacente sia sul dolce che sul salato.

Alcuni particolari su cui fare attenzione (qualche porta con piccoli danneggiamenti a vista, probabilmente in attesa di una prossima sostituzione), bagno microscopico, sala colazione un po' piccola se si arriva tutti nello stesso momento. Sono comunque situazioni che non compromettono l'esperienza, ci si può adattare

La habitación que nos dieron era decepcionante, parecía de un hostal de mala muerte. Las primeras 2 noches no había posibilidad de cambiar.

Das kleine Frühstück! Das hat meinen Aufenthalt enorm aufgewertet. Die Auswahl war zwar wirklich klein, aber es hatte alles, was man braucht und war sehr lecker. Der Raum war sauber und gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiterin dort war super lieb und herzlich! Ohne das nette Frühstück hätte das Hotel vermutlich 0 Punkte bekommen. Zudem mochte ich die Tapete im Zimmer und dass das Hotel Schlüssel hat statt Karten.

Die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer hat getropft. Dachte ich mir erstmal nichts bei. Von vier Handtüchern rochen allerdings 3 Stück muffig und eklig, sodass ich diese nicht benutzen konnte. Nicht sehr hygienisch. Irgendwann schaltete ich die Klimaanlage ein und der muffige, erdige Geruch wurde schlimmer. Ich hatte nach einiger Zeit gereizte Augen und Halskratzen. Bis ich realisiert hatte, dass das von der Klimaanlage kommt. Als ich sie ausschaltete und lüftete, wurde es besser, auch der muffige Geruch verflog. Möglicherweise sollte die Klimaanlage mal auf Schimmel überprüft werden? Feucht genug war sie ja. Die Sterne des Hotels hab ich vergeblich gesucht. Hygienisch und gesundheitlich bedenklich!
