The receptionist in the early afternoon was really arrogant and unhelpful. Regrettable as it left a sour taste for an otherwise nice stay in beautiful Strasbourg.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Close to the Strassbourg Central Treinstation. Parking was a bit of walk. Still 8 minutes from the hotel, close to the train station. Little France was close and there were enough places to have a great breakfast and places to grab a coffee. The rooms were clean and neat. A bit small, but good enough for an one day stayover in Strassbourg.

La mia singola era al quinto piano, raggiungibile in ascensore fino al quarto e poi con una rampa di scale. La camera era deliziosa, con soffitto mansardato, un lucernario e due piccole finestrelle e arredata con gusto. La zona è animata ma non rumorosa.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Breakfast was nice (glutenfree bread is available) and the room had a lovely design. The hotel is very close to the main station. And Strasbourg is of course a very lovely city.
Most personnell was friendly and very helpful in this hotel, but there was one guy at the reception who intruded into the conversation with the female receptionist and myself, then was rude saying I was too unfriendly (towards him) and then told me to just get the stored luggage myself (he would now not help me anymore) and then mumbled "Oh those Germans" while walking away. That was unprofessional on so many levels, dude!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Super Lage. Man benötigt nur wenige Minuten zum Stadtzentrum und zum Bahnhof.. Das Zimmer war sauber.
Unser Zimmer glich eher einer Bodenkammer als einem Hotelzimmer. Das Bad war eine Zumutung. In der Dusche konnte man sich nicht bewegen da sie viel zu klein ist. Der Fahrstuhl geht bis zur 4. Etage. Wir mussten also bis zur 5. Etage laufen. Mit Gepäck ist das auf der engen Treppe sehr schwierig.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, besonders die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption. Reichhaltige Frühstücksauswahl von guter Qualität. Gern wieder.

Habitación muy pequeña, desayuno poco variado y recinto donde se toma el desayuno pequeño. En general el hotel es todo muy pequeño. El baño de la habitación es tipo búnker prefabricado y es súper pequeño, eso si pese a lo pequeño todo funcional y limpio.

Por la noche un poco ruidosa la calle pero no por bares, sino por gente que está en la calle gritando. Y el desayuno un poco escaso pero bueno, bien.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Victoria. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la gare et proche du centre-ville. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant. Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour découvrir Strasbourg le temps d’un court séjour.
Rien de particulier à signaler, tout s’est bien passé.

Ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und bekam eines im 5. Stock gegen den sehr kleinen und nicht schönen Hinterhof. Leider war es nicht ruhig, der Aufzug gab bei jedem Halt ein lautes Klacken von sich, so dass ich mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen musste. Die Aussicht war wirklich alles andere als schön. Teppichboden ist auch nicht angenehm.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό των τρένων και λεωφορείων και πολύ κοντά στο καθεδρικό ναό και την petite France. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό με καλές παροχές, το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό και το πρωινό πλούσιο και πολύ καλό. Πολύ καλή σχέση παροχών και κόστους.
Ήταν λίγο μικρό το δωμάτιο που μείναμε.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Alt var perfekt. Morgenmaden, som kan tilkøbes for 13.50 Euro var til topkarakter. Pænt og rent hotel med moderne indrettede værelser og et særdeles serviceorienteret personale. For togrejsende ligger det centralt, kun 300 meter fra Strasbourg Central Station. Kan varmt anbefales.Jeg boede der fem dage.
At jeg ikke skulle være der længere :-)

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Kleines, nettes Hotel in guter Lage, um Straßburg zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein schönes Familienzimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Straße. Die Kinder haben sich über das Hochbett gefreut. Betten und Bad waren sauber. Frühstück lecker. Auswahl ausreichend.
Das Bad ist wirklich sehr mini. Da wir aber nur eine Nacht da waren, hat uns das nicht gestört.

Ich war in einem Zimmer unter dem Dach untergebracht, das keinen Aufzug hatte. Die letzten Stufen musste der Koffer getragen werden.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Gara yakın olması ulaşım açısından iyiydi. Tarihi noktalara yürüme 15 20 dakika uzakliktaydi. Çevresinde birçok yemek ve market olanakları vardı. Özellikle Carrefour express hemen yanındaydı bu bizim için büyük bir artiydi.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war freundlich.
Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Lage und der Bewertung und Fotos hier auf booking.com gebucht. Diese entsprechen nicht dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Tote Schmetterlinge auf dem Boden im Flur, schon die Zimmertüren sind schäbig, Zi. 210 war ok aber zum Hinterhof und quasi ohne Tageslicht. Zi. 205 Loch in der Badezimmertüre, an den wenigen Möbeln sind Macken, ausgehängtes Scharnier an der Türe und das Badezimmer ist eine kleine eingesetzte „Dusch/WC Zelle“. Da der Aufenthalt in Stassburg, eigentlich der schöne Abschluss unserer Frankreichreise sein sollte, wir uns aber alle total unwohl im Hotel Viktoria gefühlt haben sind wir letztendlich noch nach Hause gefahren und haben nicht dort übernachtet! Der Manager war leider nicht da, Homepage nicht verfügbar.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026위치가 좋았습니다. 기차역과도 가깝고, 구시가지와도 가까웠습니다. 객실은 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었으며 간단하지만 조식도 좋았습니다.
4층까지는 엘레베이터가 되는데 5층은 4층에서 내려 올라가야 합니다.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026역에서 내려서 가까운 위치가 정말 좋았고 트리풀룸이지만 방이 생각보다 커서 좋았어요. 대부분 직원들도 친절했어요. 다음에도 기회가 된다면 다시 오고 싶어요.
깨끗한 편이긴한데 사용감이 많아서 그런지 그닥 깨끗해보이지 않는 욕실이 아쉽네요. 욕조에 물이 잘 안빠졌어요 ㅠ

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Det var bekväma bäddar och en välfungerande AC (som kom väl till pass i ett överhettad Strasbourg). Frukosten höll också (mycket) bra kvalitet.
Alla utrymmen kändes begränsade, från hissen till vårt rum, lobbyn och frukostrummet. Personalen var behjälpliga men inte direkt engagerad; möjligen var de något trötta efter en mycket intensiv semesterperiod i Strasbourg.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Das Hotel ist nach wenigen Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof aus zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wasserkocher und ein wenig Tee und Kaffee sind vorhanden. Steckdosen sind direkt am Bett
Die Fertigkabine, die das Bad darstellen soll, ist winzig. Das Einzelbett ist auch sehr klein. Aber wirklich störend ist der Lärm auf der Straße vor dem Fenster, da unten viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafés sind, auf deren Freisitzen bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und das Personal spricht kein Englisch.
