Area and air port shuttles were helful. Clean.

Air conditioning was not provided. The aircon remote had been hidden. Just a small oli heater. Room was super cold. Receptionist are not giving attention to the customers even they are waiting for a response. staff have their own chats and unprofessional.

No hot water for a shower after check in, no hot water in the morning, no remote for the tv, when I called for assistance nothing given, told to run the tap a while, I didn't have time for that had a flight to catch. And had to go stink.

Quiet and comfortable

Not very clean. I found a meth pipe under the bed - at least that's what I think it was. I dropped something on the floor and got down on my hands and knees to look for it and found something under the bed.

The Yellow Bus Service it was very helpful.

The bed sheets didn’t look clean. There wasn’t hot water, had a cold shower.

The pillows were extremely dirty and smelled so bad that we couldn’t use them. There was also a lot of hair on the bedding, which made us question the cleanliness of the room. The heater was not working. Overall, the room was very poorly maintained and unhygienic.

The food was reasonable in the cafe. Otherwise this place was not clean and pretty awful in all other respects.

only thing i didnt like was other people that were staying there arguing in the hallway because they were heavily intoxicated. other than that it was a good stay

There was no remote for the tv then while we looked for it under the bed was absolutely disgusting reception really didn’t care about no remote for tv then there was no hot water for a shower at 4am before flying international. No one has contacted to say sorry or reimburse anything for the inconvenience.

This place is disgusting. Filthy dirty, no blankets, dust thick on skirting boards, seriously stained dirty chair. Hadbto call reception to come lock the outside slider door. Phone receiver fell offbthe phone when i picked it up to dial reception. No sleep, worst hotel experience ever. Hair in the bath/shower. was moved to another room which wasn't much better but did have a mattress protector at least, toilet seat didn't even fit the toilet bowl, some plastic cover on ceiling in bathroom that lifted and banged all night long. 1 teacup that was chipped. This place is in a complete state of disrepair, I will Never stay here again

As we were only staying a night before flying out very early to australia the room was adequate for our needs. It was a cold evening and the receptionist had huge difficulty locating a blanket for us to use as the bed only had a cover. At 3.45am I needed a shower but there was no hot water so I chose a bird bath with cold water. The shuttle worked well and being able to park our car for the week was excellent.

Friendly efficient staff. Restaurant was about to close but stayed open so we could have a meal. Clean, comfortable room and bed.

I think there is an issue with the plumbing? Everytime someone used the bathroom in our room or other rooms, there was a squealing noise when the water shut off. This occurred through the night Also no towels in room on arrival. Helpful staff soon brought some to us.

The location and parking is fine, staff are friendly.

It has a more homely feel to it than a motel style. The staff try really hard in areas and are polite but seem a bit inexperienced. You get what you paid for, affordable but very simple and outdated rooms. The taps and showers are very loud, beds are ok, the restaurant is basic.

Very comfy bed with spotless linen. Clean bathroom. Great water pressure in shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were helpful and assisted in sorting out issues.

Cracked tiles in bathroom. Being woken at 2 am - fire alarm went off. Had to evacuate outside. Not staff's fault. Guest smoking inside room

I did recommend that the bathroom light wasn't going, that the toilet system continued to run, not into the bowl just the noise of it running in the tank. The only real issue was hearing the plumbing of other units all night. Ear plugs would help because the motel and its staff are great considering the cost.

Close proximity to shops and the it had a restaurant with outdoor facilities. The continental breakfast had a great selection of food.

Unfortunately outside room wasn’t clean as it still had rubbish from the previous people who stayed. The restaurant floor was sticky like it needed to be mopped. Could hear the peeling noise from the shoes.

Yellow bus made transport to the airport easy. Had a very nice pizza in the restaurant. The waitress and chef were very friendly

On arrival we found we had no towels, just a bath mat. No jug, mugs or spoons, but we had coffee and tea! No remote for the TV. No hot water. Made 3 trips down to reception about the hot water. Snooty lady at reception said she would turn the water on and wait for 15 mins. We noticed the hot water had come through, and headed out to the restaurant, thinking we would have a shower before bed. Lovely waitress in the bar/restaurant but they had no ice for drinks which I thought was a bit weird for a bar. Enjoyed the pizza and a couple of drinks (without ice) and headed back to our room to find that the hot water had turned off again, so down to reception again to complain. Apparently we had to wait another 15 minutes which we did, and it was warm again. Realised when we were ready to sleep that we had no extra blankets anywhere (just a thin one on bed) and no extra pillows. Just had 1 flat pillow each. In the morning, guess what! No hot water. Got dressed and left, and we will never be back. Looking at other reviews, it seems like they are either turning the hot water off, or they have major plumbing issues. Either way, they shouldn't be operating if can't provide the basics. Gave a 3 rating as the waitress and chef were nice ...otherwise it would have been a 1

The room stunk , was extremely dirty, carpet soaking wet, bathroom dirty, no tv remote, fridge with milk not even turned on and smelly, shower didn't work only little dribble came out, the shower head holder broken.

Staff were friendly and the free 5 days parking was great very easy to access the airport

Faulty slider door. It was very hard to open.

Service counter said they would arrange for some simple matters to be sorted straight away but nothing was done 2hours later I found the cleaners and asked for help ,then they. Did the same thing ,so another hour n half later they finally solved 2 small problems that took 5min of their time.

I thought the location was good. The only benefit was a free shuttle to and from the airport but there were no amenities within easy walking distance.

The room was dirty, with mould in the shower, dust on the finishings, mould on the curtains, sheets that were not white, a dirty carpet, no ventilation in the bathroom, and bad smells masked by air fresheners in the hall.

Good airport stopover. Parking is a bonus

Staff tried their best to run a hotel that was falling apart. The shower was powerful but took a while for hot water to arrive.

We had minor problems with bathroom light not working (& mold in skylight!) but others in reception had major flooding in their room.

Bus transfer from/to airport ✅ Bed was very comfortable when we needed sleep after a very early morning check-in 1.00am, after arriving from overseas, and the shower pressure was amazing ! ✅ Very satisfied with the attention to presentation and cleanliness (but the bathroom dome in the bathroom was not a good look when looking upwards…. Please check out our room # (Burt) and you will acknowledge our concern with mould thru humidity etc…. ) We would have loved to have had another layer of bedding on the bed for warmth and comfort as not wanting to have the heat pump noise operating overnight. The window was open on arrival at 1.00am, , we partially closed it (with difficulty and in fear of it falling out, and as addressed to the receptionist this morning when checking out.). Regardless, we slept well 😴 We were unable to get the TV to go …. remote battery? Not a major, cos we needed sleep. We requested an early morning call at 7.30am as we needed to catch the Yellow Bus at 8.38am … but no call was received. The night receptionist logged it on the phone, but as told this morning, “ no, he shouldn’t do that as that really doesn’t always work…. “. It didn’t, but thankfully not an issue cos we were awake. We have stayed with you previously, and we will definitely stay again. Great location when needing an overnight 💤, great airport transport service and the communication throughout has been A1.

The beds are comfortable, thw restaurant has a good selection of food and its a good budget hotel to stay at.

The room was clean and tidy.

My sleep was disrupted a few times because the waterworks behind the wall that connects to the toilet kept making a flushing sound every 10-15 mins.

Place was dirty, booked 4 rooms but only 3 were available. The room that was given to cover the room not available hadn't been service and shit stain on the wall.

There was mould in the bathroom No expeller for toilet smells to go smoke butts everywhere in the garden when you open the slider door

Very dirty, outdated rooms, bed linen was clean, the mattress protector stained. Pillows pathetic. Decided to take advantage of happy hour, but they ran out of red wine glasses so we ended up with flutes. Food was it’s only saving grace
