Reception could have given more instructions on how to find my room and get into the building next door. Was slightly confusing on how where to go as the signage is unclear.

The location is close to the Airport and the staff are always hospitable.

The carpet was drenched wet from the front door area right up until the room entrance way, which made the room smell musty and paru. Heaters with no wheels placed in the room were looking like misplaced objects just chucked in the room and dirty mattress protectors masked as a blanket inner of sorts under the top sheet.

I liked that it was quiet and the bed was somewhat comfortable. Low cost.

Well where to start and where to finish. Ive stayed in cleaner camp grounds. From the moment I arrived to our departure I was uneasy about everything and nearly booked elsewhere. No laundry facilities available theyre out of order. Pool water is green but maybe it's not the season for it to be used anyway Lots of damp diffrent smells. Lots of broken things around the room including window latches ect Wifi glitches so it cant really be used to work from or watch a movie.

The convenience of being close to everything needed and the bed was comfortable. Price was super cheap, but no i understand why.

The dirty kitchenette counter, floors and cupboards, carpet in hallway outside my room was soaking wet, cups were dirty, no hand towels or flannels. 2 towels that were stained, chairs in living area that were all broken and wobbly, shower head had mold on it, no blankets on bed, just 3 sheets. Room was so cold. Staff weren't helpful when trying to find my room, then finding out it was in the neighboring building and yet still no one to help me find where exactly I was sleeping. Was so very confusing.

It's cheap.

Property was probably once a really nice hotel, but now it's really showing it's age. It's advertised as having a 24/7 reception, but that's actually at a neighbouring hotel, so I arrived to locked doors, a non-working door bell, a phone number that is not answered and confusing signage indicating I needed to walk to another nearby hotel in order to check in.

Everything it was sketchy and scary, room wasn’t clean bed was dirty had hair on the sheets and black dirt on top off blanket, the duvet was dirty didn’t have a cover it was put between 2 sheets 👎. DISAPPOINTING. Where the kettle and tea/coffee was not cleaned. Hope nobody else has to experience that.

Bed is hard, a BUNCH of mold on the tiles in the bathroom, dusty, chair is stained very badly. Room smelt. Tight parking, driveway is filled with potholes. The rooms just very manky. The bed is harder than the concrete floor. Windows couldn’t open and had mold on the framing. There was noises coming from somewhere that was annoying.

I liked that we had a comfy sleep the beds and room was standard and as long as we gad somewhere to stay for the night we got value for our money. Thank you. The staff who served us at check in he was lovely and kind good work mate.

What i didn't like was having to walk back and forth to find where the main reception was. There was no clear direction unless I missed it upon booking. But I was confused where the main reception was and it didn't have a sign saying Aero. There was no internet. But it was shortly fixed so good work.

About the property : nothing. Only the shuttle bus to airport is helpfull

Proche aéroport avec navette gratuite. chambre spacieuse.

Chambre et sdb très veillottes, notamment la douche avec un bac à escalader, le tout très jauni et peu ragoutant. Clim réversible mais inefficace comme chauffage (on a eu froid toute la nuit et sdb glaciale).

I like how convenient it was to local shops and close to the motorway. The towel racks were broken, there was no extra towels provided as I did mention that. Please check and fix towel racks. And more floor towels, it gets wet in the shower.

The price

The name of the hotel when I booked wasn't the name of the hotel when I got there which was confusing. The room was freezing. Facilities were clean but very old and run-down. The free shuttle didn't run all night, unfortunately. There weren't enough covers on the bed for the temperature and there were no extra blankets available.

The location was very convenient to the airport as well as having a bus service too and from the airport is lovely

The room i had booked had the smell of fresh paint which gave me a headache and made it very hard to get a good nights rest

It was very cold and no extra blankets. I had to get dresses and place my packed clothing on top of me to get warm.

Nada, no justifica que esté cerca del aeropuerto ni el traslado. Porque encima cuando le avisaron al chófer de micro que tenía gente, se olvidó y siguió de largo. Y el siguiente no paro tampoco, lo tuve que "pedir" de nuevo, pero si te pasó algo y andas justo de tiempo no es confiable

Por favor no vengan, es preferible pagar un poco más con el transporte e ir al centro u otro lado. Las fotos engañan mucho a lo que es en realidad, lo único bueno que hubo es el fotógrafo se vé. Olor a humedad, iluminación tétrica, pelos en la cama, si te moves mucho en la cama se prende y apaga el velador (por lo menos es contactless), y la atención no es completamente mala, pero sin hacer ni un comentario y siempre con buena actitud para con los que trabajan acá sentís que les molesta que les estés hablando. Cometí el error de no leer las reseñas la verdad y es mi culpa, pero no entiendo las reseñas positivas que encontré.

Absolutely nothing

The photos are NOT of this place. It was dark, dingy, cold, smelt bad and absolutely filthy. I took a loss on my money and checked out within 30 minutes into a much nicer hotel. I could not stay there. I felt unsafe as a solo female traveller and felt like it was a rent by the hour hotel. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I only wish I had taken photos.

- Only a stand alone heater that essentially didnt work, during winter. - front door was locked and had to use a key to to get in, which I thought was great. Until I realised every other entrance/door was open for ANYONE to walk in

It was very close to the airport, staff was friendly, the room was very spacious and there was parking available right outside of our room.

The heating in the room didn't work, the reception provided a tiny space heater which helped a little but didn't stand a chance to warm up the big room. Also strangely, the hotel had a different name which confused us a little when we arrived.

I liked my stay. Room was comfortable, although one down side there was only one towel in the room when stated two guest would be in the room. Entering was confusing clearer signs on the front door would help make that navigation easier for future overnight stayers as I had to go to neighbouring building for door key/room info.

Seems a little run down. Room didn't have a toaster. I usually expect a jug and toaster as bare minimum

Close to airport. Found a new restaurant on site, saved driving to find somewhere to eat.

Cold, no extra blankets, heater did not work, cold all night, no bath mat slipped when exiting the shower. Chicken meal in restaurant was dry, Chicken not very nice. Would not recommend or stay again

Not a lot apart from location

It's old and very run down not maintained very well at all, loose and broken floor tiles that were dangerous to walk on and the carpet is well over due for replacement. The floor needs repairs at the entrance door and when you went out to the hallway all you could smell was curry.

Communication was terrible. I don't think booking through a third party like booking.com is a good idea with this accommodation option.

I have stayed here a few times and it has gotten worse every time. It was a cheap option and I was only using it as a sleep o er option. I wouldn't recommend it.

Cracked handbasin. Tape on walls. Sharp end of nail in carpet between handbasin and room cut foot x3 until we covered it. Mustydamp smell in foyer. Very uncomfortable beds. Td they in process of doing VIP rooms up really should not have used these rooms for bookings. Would NOT meet NZ healthy homes standard

Room wasn’t cleaned before arrival, rubbish in bins used wets towels still hung up from previous people who had our room . Had to request a new room, didn’t sleep left next morning.

Location excellent to domestic airport as my flight had been cancelled unexpectedly.

Some cleanliness issues. Tv wasn't user friendly and could have done with a blanket/coverlet adconsidering duvet was so thin.

Just the bed - it was comfortable.

There was 1 towel that was sitting on the bed - but the towel was damped. No face cloths or hand towels anywhere so I had to ask a staff who was walking pass the room to get a towel for me. I had to ask the house keeping guy the next morning that had my room on his list for clean towels, flannels and face cloths. So disappointing- that the basic necessities for a hotel was not inplace or available.
