Very charming small hotel. Pretty outside garden. Lovely sitting area. Very peaceful.

Het hotel is mooi gelegen in een rustige wijk. Er is een supermarkt om de hoek. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. Er stond dagelijkse heerlijk verse citroenlimonade klaar bij de entree. De kamers zijn weliswaar niet groot,aar comfortabel en de bedden zijn heerlijk. We waren erg blij met de goed werkende aircondition. Dat was nodig, want het was snikheet in Parijs. We hebben kortom genoten en komen als we in Parijs zijn terug in dit hotel!

Hotel elegante, con molto stile, bellissimo e molto accogliente

Excellent emplacement à Neuilly, proche du metro. Les chambres disposent d’air conditionné. Personnel tres aimable (en particulier Nanette), qui compense les soucis techniques dans la chambre. Le personnel nous a meme aide avec les bagages car nous étions dans une aile sans ascenseur.

Chasse d’eau tombée en panne pendant le séjour, et pendant 24h nous avons du utiliser la toilette d’une autre chambre a proximité. Pas la fin du monde, mais un peu embêtant. L’air conditionné a également eu des soucis de fonctionnement a la fin du séjour. De manière générale, l’hôtel doit faire un peu attention a son entretien - nous avons remarque une légère deterioration par rapport a notre précédent séjour il y a 2 ans.

L'hôtel est tres bien agencé et dans un bel hôtel particulier . En revanche, la chambre en rdc donnait directement sur la terrasse du restaurant. La fenêtre a 1 m de la première table. Nous avons dû tirer les rideaux . J'ai ensuite été victime d'un vol. J'ai oublié mes AirPods dans la chambre et au bout de 5 appels téléphoniques aux termes desquels on me promettait de me rappeler, une personne m'a confirmé que ces AirPods étaient bien en sa possession et très facilement identifiables car enveloppés d'une coque très particulière . Lorsque j'ai voulu les récupérer on m'a dit que ces AirPods n'avaient jamais été retrouvés . Cet hôtel est à proscrire , compte tenu de ce vol , du défaut d'information sur la localisation de la chambre par rapport à la terrasse, puis de l'absence totale de management, et d'organisation , puis enfin de la malhonnêteté du personnel .

The Environment of the hotel was fantastic and enjoyable.

The lift was too small, but the important is that before guest come, please check toilet again, I found a small spider. In addition, the AC was working but the location of this was not suitable, it might make people sick.

No air conditioning in restaurant and public spaces Not enough Staff and those working are overwhelmed - not a healthy environment to work

Situation Géographique

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres en pleine canicule et aucune information. De plus une soirée privée ce jour là pas de possibilité d'accéder au bar pour consommer et se rafraichir. Le personnel agressif dans cette situation. Pas de responsable présent le dimanche matin pour assister le personnel d'accueil complètement dépassé. Un niveau de service en complet décalage avec le classement en 4 étoiles.

Upon arrival the staff were all very welcoming and friedly and helpful. I f you have been to Paris before you may know this is not always the case. We were there for Roland Garros final. Hotel is secluded near a large park. Metro is a short walk. A few good restaurants nearby. The room was comfy, the breakfasts very good. Not a basic cintinental breakfast, much more. Check out time is not early in the morning, but midday, which is very reasonable and considerate

Nothing really, Maybe coffees, cappucinos, for hotel guests could be less that high season tourist prices. How about having eggs to order ! that would be next level in service and experience.

Was [perfect for my Trip and close to amenities and my Business appointment

This is a lovely hotel on a quiet street. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was of a good size. We've stayed in many hotels in Paris with small rooms. The bathroom was excellent with a large shower with two types of showers heads. And there was a Japanese toilet.

Our only complaint was about breakfast - a very small buffet with very little fruit, small selection of cheese and very little nutritional to add to yogurt (like seeds, nuts or dried fruit.) Bathroom could use a small table for wet packs. There is plenty of room for one.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage vom Hotel ist optimal, direkt in U-Bahn-Nähe. Aber wir sind auch viel gelaufen. Der Arc de Triomphe z.B. ist sehr gut auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für den Checkout hat man genügend Zeit und man konnte auch die Koffer noch im Hotel deponieren.

Everything was amazing, nothing to say! Highly reccomended and much better than other hotels more central but with not half of the quality of this one

The room was a very good size and bigger than expected, I was particularly impressed with the bathroom. Like most hotels they provided a coffee making facility but I would have liked a kettle to make tea. The hotel was located ideally for my business meetings and there excellent restaurants to dine at locally and only a short walk. I did have dinner the first night in the hotel and it was value for money and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice with excellent products.

It was perhaps more costly than I would normally pay for a hotel room but it was excellent accommodation. I would have liked to have a bigger choice of dinner options in the hotel, not certain how often the menu changed.

Great small boutique hotel with easy transport options. Staff were so friendly and food was delicious.

Breakfast had a good variety, location was peaceful and close to the metro station, room was modern and good size for Paris

Location, quiet and clean

Room too warm, bedding too hot, too many lights in room on tv, sockets plus light from clothes closet stayed on and shone thru cracks in door. No air circulation. Turned down thermometer on wall but room didnt get much cooler. There was no clean air circulating. Too warm . Couldn't sleep. Mattress too soft. Need firm mattresses.

The hotel comprises a group of beautiful historic buildings, surrounding a fabulous courtyard garden! All set in a quiet upmarket area of Paris. Staff are professional, friendly and very keen to ensure every aspect of your stay is enjoyable. Great breakfast and excellent dining experiences available in the lovely restaurant.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und und und hat das Ambiente gefallen. Die Nähe zur Metrostation war natürlich sehr geschickt.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel in einem renovierten Altbau mit Garten, sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen an der Metrostation "Les Sablons". Für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die zu Fuß erreichbare Fondation Louis Vuitton. Ein umfangreiches Frühstück und am Abend ein gemütliches Abendessen in einem kleinen, sehr schön Speisesaal. Abgerundet wurde das Ganze durch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Es ist mit Sicherheit kein typisches , überlaufendes Touristenhotel. Bei unserem Aufenthalt waren nur französische Gäste im Speisessaal, was für die Qualität des Hotels spricht. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und ein modernes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Sehr hübsches, kleines Hotel. Angenehm freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wunderbares Frühstück mit grossartigem Kaffee in nettem kleinen Ambiente.

2-3 der Zimmer jeden Stockwerks liegen sehr nahe am Aufzug. Da muss man vorher sagen, dass man das nicht möchte. Zum Glück waren keine lauten Gäste vor Ort. Das Zimmer war am Nachmittag der Anreise bis in den späten Abend zu kalt. Die Heizung brauchte lange für angenehme Temperatur. Im Bad würden ein Paar Haken und Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche vieles verbessern.
