Reviewed Jul 25, 2026הצוות מדהים המיקום מצויין החדרים שלקחנו עם גישה לבריכה בסך הכל היה טוב ואחזור לשם שוב. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת. בתמונות שאני מעלה תראו את הים בשעות השפל.
1. חשוב מאוד לדעת שיש רק אמבטיה בחדר ומאוד קשה ומסוכן להיכנס ולצאת ממנה. 2. המדרגות שבתוך הבריכה עשויות משיש מאוד מחליק, לצערי ביום האחרון שברתי את בהונות הרגל שלי בגלל שהמדרגות מאוד מחליקות. לא הייתי עם שמן, לא רצתי, רק הכנסתי רגל אחת והחלקתי לתוך הבריכה. זה מאוד מסוכן ⚠️ קחו בחשבון ותזהרו. מקווה שבית המלון יטפלו בזה מהר לפני שיקרה אסון למשהו.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Der Blick von der Poolbar RIchtung Hotel am Abend ist sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im TV gab es den Golf Channel. So konnte ich die Open anschauen.
Klimaanlage bläst direkt aufs Bett. Muss ausgeschaltet bleiben über Nacht, wenn man nicht krank werden will. Zimmer heizt sich dann aber massiv auf. Kissen sind viel zu dick, so dass man Nackenschmerzen bekommt. Die Bettdecke ist viel zu dick und wäre eher für einen Winter in Europa geeignet. Das ganze Design des Hotels ist aus der Zeit gefallen - aber das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Das Frühstück war überhaupt nichts für Europäer. Spaghetti Bolognese oder Chicken Stir Fry zum Frühstück?? Croissants zum Weglaufen.

FOOD is tasteless . Too much spices in food in hotel restaurant. Breakfast was precooked. They don’t have their own bakery. They buy all deserts from outside. Which is tasteless. You eat any product you will get only one taste . We stay there for 3 days . And all three days we avoid to eat dinner there. We just went in front hotel courtyard by Marriott for eat our dinner.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand, nur wenige Minuten von Terminal 21 und der Beachroad. Ausstattung pompöös. Schöner Pool, günstiges Restaurant am Strand. Von unserem Zimmer mit Balkon hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blick über das Meer.
Bei Ankunft viele schwarze Haare im Zimmer - nicht von uns. Einige Sachen kommen in die Jahre und sollten repariert werden (Kopfteile der Stühle auf der Frühstücksterrasse usw). Das Frühstücksbuffett hat eine gute Auswahl, wird nach 10 Tagen aber schon recht langweilig.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was on the sea and awesome!!! The sunsets were breathtaking!!! The hotel located on the first line to the sea. There is a Shuttle to the 21 Terminal mall. I want to sign the bellboys ,that was very helpful and friendly. They help us to reserve the places to the Colloseum Show with transfer to and comeback. All was perfect! Thank you!

On devais passer 2 nuits à l’hôtel, on a fait une arriver tardive 1h00 du matin à cause du vol et le trajet, grosse odeur forte en arrivant dans la chambre qui nous a rendu malade, on entendait une personne je dirais même le monsieur d’en haut ronfler et sa télé qui jouait jusqu’au lendemain matin ! Dans un hôtel c’est primordiale l’insonorisation mais la c’était impossible. Le lendemain on as même pas osé prendre le petit déjeuner on as changer d’hôtel immédiatement.

Ich hatte dort 2 Zimmer gebucht, Die Fotos und Bewertungen waren super, leider fand ich das Hotel nicht schön. Es war in der Lobby nicht aufgeräumt und es war allgemein sehr warm. Der Poolbereich sehr klein mit wenigen Liegen. Ich wollte dort nicht bleiben.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Понравилось расположение отеля, чистота, уборка и смена полотенец ежедневно.Шикарные завтраки.Отель у первой линии, но купаться без тапочек трудно, камни, надо отойти немного влево, там вход в море хороший, люди купаются.Есть хороший бассейн .Есть терасса, где можно смотреть красивые закаты.Каждые 30 мин едет бесплатно трансфер к Терминалу 21.
Плохая изоляция в номерах. Расположение бассейна такое, что на одной стороне весь день тень, на другой солнце.Лежаки все время занимаются( полотенце брошены, но отдыхающих не видно), но это претензия к постояльцам отеля

Shuttle bus is not suitable for elderly people, the step to climb is is not user friendly. The shuttle service is helpful. If you want to order in the menu no veg options. Beach area is not great.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Ich kenne viele Hotels in Pattaya. Das hier war mit Abstand das Beste. Top-Lage unmittelbar am Meer und nahe dem Zentrum von Nord-Pattaya. Dennoch alles entspannt und ruhig. Das Frühstück ist überragend und sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Pool ist großzügig angelegt. Handtücher liegen bereit. Das Highlight für uns: Das Beach-Restaurant des Hotels: Diner bei fantastischem Sonnenuntergang! Sehr leckere Thai-Gerichte zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Und auch das Bier war nicht zu teuer (3 für 2 nutzen). Das Personal durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. So geht Hotel!
Winzigkeiten (nur als Tipp für das Hotel): Die Fenster im Frühstücksraum sollten mal von außen gereinigt werden. Das Restaurant bzw. die Beach-Bar schließt um 21:00 Uhr. Zum Glück kann man sich aber vorher noch mit Getränken eindecken und sitzen bleiben.

The food and drinks were amazing… our rooms were always fresh and clean, and the staff were so kind and friendly. The front lobby staff went above and beyond to help find what ever we needed and help out when ever they could!
Our bed was wonderful just a bit too soft! Slept really well just a personal preference on our part.

Difficult aspects for us... No vegetarian food on the bistro and restaurant menus. No soundproofing between the rooms - we endured several noisy neighbors as well as many loud guests in the hallways at all hours.

thin walls between rooms, pool in stunning, however located in permanent shade, so water is cold. Waterfalls in pool area gives a lot of noise what can be an issue for some guests.

Obwohl es bei Booking com hieß Kinder unter 11 Jahren sind nicht erlaubt !!! Waren massenweise kleinst Kinder den ganzen Tag im Schwimmbad und es war sehr laut !!!! Ich verstehe das Kinder laut sind aber wir haben extra dieses Hotel wegen Kinder erst ab 11 Jahren gebucht !! Wir waren bzw. sind vom 3-4 Jänner und ab 4 Jänner bis 8 Februar leider noch in diesem Hotel!!!! Früher abreisen ohne Rückerstattung leider !!!

Прекрасное размещение отеля (на первой линии и рядом - 800 метров с ТЦ "Терминал - 21". При этом с 11-00, интервал 30 минут, транспорт отеля осуществляется подвоз отдыхающих к ТЦ "Терминал - 21". Очень доволен услугой отеля по бронированию такси в аэропорт Бангкок (надёжно, строго по расписанию, возможность выбора автомобиля, разумная цена). Очень красиво оформленный бассейн отеля, удобные лежаки и матрасы, чистые полотенца. Постоянно поддерживается чистота и порядок. Рядом с отелем есть пляж (чистая вода и хороший заход в море). Большое спасибо персоналу отеля за хороший отдых.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Eclectic, Beachfront hotel. A mini Versailles Palace. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The views from were balconies are spectacular. Breakfast was an extensive buffet that had food to satisfy all nationalities. Fantastic pool. Extremely well located to some excellent restaurants and shops. Quite removed from the seedier side. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are wanting a Spa experience I can recommend Let's Relax Onsen&SPA Pattaya. ATM on site and a shuttle van. There's deck chairs/umbrellas, cold drinks and food literally 1 minute from the Hotel and directly on the beach.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2026Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war super hilfreich, extrem höflich und zuvorkommend. Hervorheben möchte ich noch das Personal im Frühstücksraum .Alle Mitarbeiter haben ein großes Lob verdient .
Der Strandabschnitt des Hotels und anliegenden Hotels war eine riesige Stolperfalle und sehr schmutzig, nicht wirklich zum Baden geeignet. Musste man einige 100 Meter zum Stadtstrand laufen.
