Nothing, staff were rude. It was filthy dirty and we had awful noise issues in our room, we asked to move and they refused they first night and eventually moved us for the second night. We received no compensation.

It should not be listed as a 4 star it’s a maximum 2 star. It was on par with a hostel. We received no compensation. Don’t stay in room 211!!

Located in the center of Marina del Cantone with sea views. Staff were very nice. Good breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Hotel lacks amenities consistent with 4 star hotels such as reserved beach area and compulsory charge to use the roof top pool area. Gym was inadequate with poorly maintained equipment and no water/towels. Rooms were comfortable but very basic.

La posizione è sicuramente importante. Il personale è molto cortese. Lo vorrei sottolineare. Il quarto piano con il ristorante panoramico e la piccola piscina è certamente gradevole come l'atmosfera che viene creata. La Spa anche con qualche limite di cui parleremo dopo è abbastanza accogliente. Gli interni salvo quel che si dirà dell' esperienza di camera, sono ben curati. La colazione è buona ma in un quattro stelle europeo è certamente migliore.

Tutti i servizi aggiuntivi dal garage, alla piscina molto piccola, alla spa senza massaggi, sono a pagamento, per cui alla fine ritengo che i costi siano molto superiori a quello che realmente ti viene offerto e siano eccessivi . È importante verificare con cura perché alla fine per un soggiorno di due giorni ti trovi a pagare di più di quel che pensi. La stanza era spaziosa ma affacciava su un muro con erbacce. Ha dato sulle prime l'impressione di essere pulita ma vi erano le formiche nel bagno. Mi sono accorto che tale doglianza è stata espressa anche da qualche altro ospite. Il frigobar non era particolarmente fornito (due birre, due coca, due acque) e insieme alla dotazione di camera non appariva consona a un 4 stelle. . Una parte dello scarico del water non funzionava. Bisognava spegnere l'interruttore del quadro elettrico per spegnere il condizionatore di notte che non si regolava autonomamente. Il bollitore del caffè di cortesia lo abbiamo dovuto mettere per terra perché la spina non si adattava nella presa deputata. Ho chiesto poi un riduttore al personale. Il ristorante non ha eccelso per particolare qualità tanto è vero che il secondo giorno del soggiorno abbiamo optato per una soluzione diversa. Il percorso Spa è personale ( in questo caso eravamo una coppia) ma al di là del fatto che non si potevano fare massaggi ( cmq per due ore e due persone si paga 150 euro) ci si perdeva in piccolezze. I profumatori vuoti, candele spente. Qualche getto idromassaggio non funzionante. La piscina è piccolissima e non sorvegliata e un ragazzo tedesco si lavava i sandali! Le basi degli ombrelloni arrugginite...per quel che chiedono e per le 4 stelle non va bene...e riterrei doveroso segnalarlo...

Very disappointed with this hotel. Was very friendly and helpful up to the point where we arrived. They charge for 20 euros per person for using the hotel pool, they advertise that they have a gym when it was 3 cardio machines and some dumbells in a non air-conditioned open terrace, they charged us for an extra day when we only needed a few hrs late check out, they didn't help with our airport transfer back even though they claim to have airport transfer. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I would not stay there again.

Die Lage, die Möglichkeit das Mietauto zu parken (€) und die Aussicht. Altes Hotel mit vielen Gemälden und schönem Ambiente.

Leider gab es in meinem Zimmer deutliche Zeichen von vorherigen Wasserschäden (Decke, Wände, Holzparkett). Mein Waschbecken-Ausfluß war undicht (Pfützen auf dem Parkettboden und nasse Wand unter dem Becken) und musste kurzfristig repariert werden. - Außer der Reparatur keinerlei Anerkennung des Umstandes vom Hotel.

To be honest, I did not like it much, as I was upset that you had to spend €80 per day if you wanted to use the pool. From there, it was all downhill. I had to pay extra for my car, which apparently was a bigger car than what I paid for. The town itself is good, and it seems to be centrally located. The rooms were cleaned daily by good staff.

I had to keep on paying, in spite of paying around €4,000. Imagine paying €80 to use the pool and paying extra for a car, and €50 for a plate of pasta delivered to the room. You had to walk 5 minutes to get to the beach, whereas the photographs almost showed that it was on the beach. You had to get into a car park with bus routes and cars parking in and out daily. The sea view is that you have to stand outside the room and turn to your right to look at the sea, which was itself partly hidden. Overall, the location was central to the town, but unfortunately the place itself appeared to be money-minded all the time. The food was terrible at breakfast every single day. It was the same menu, with no changes at all, with only one vegetarian dish per day, which was a bread with tomato on the top.

Jättefint läge i en fin liten avskild by där det fanns gott om restauranger. Fantastisk entré och mycket bra frukost.

Lite överreklamerad SPA avdelning. Det var en mycket liten barnpool med gult, men kallt vatten.

Das Schwimmbad ist mit extrabezahlen obwohl es sehr schmutzig aussieht und grünlich belegt ..Das Frühstück ist sehr arm. Der Strand ist sehr hässlich und alles kostet extra fängt mit 20€ pro Person . Das Hotel liegt sehr abgeschnitten von alle Attraktionen . Auf Google maps sind die Wege nicht so wahnsinnig lang aber die Kurven und die enge Straßen sind tödlich. Garage kostet extra 30€ pro Nacht. Ich würde jeden davon abraten und stattdessen wenn es sein muss in Sorrento was nehmen auch wenn es klein ist, aber hauptsächlich in Sorrento. oder selbst in Amalfi oder Positano , aber ich bevorzuge Sorrento , da ist alles selbst mit dem Bus erreichbar und mann hat den Urlaub Gefühl.......

I didn't like anything, very poor breakfast

The location of the hotel isn't great as it's an hours bus from Sorrento. Once you are there it's very difficult/time consuming to leave. The noise traveling from other rooms is dreadful and you can hear the terrace from your room all night. Upon checking out early as the hotel is not a 4 star hotel as advertised we still have to pay city taxes even though leaving 4 nights early. I was over charged to park a car compared to the WhatsApp message I received days prior. I would certainly not recommend

La posizione comoda vicina al mare, la stanza spaziosa e pulita. Il personale della colazione gentilissimo.

Tutti i servizi che considererei base erano a pagamento: la piscina 20 € a persona, ci hanno fatto pagare 10 € in più al giorno per il parcheggio (l'autonoleggio ha cambiato l'auto che avevamo prenotato perchè non era disponibile) perchè l'auto superava di 10cm (!!) la misura dei 4 metri, ma l'auto è stata nel parcheggio esterno per 2 giorni! Non c'era una spiaggia dell'hotel e nessuna convenzione (sconti) con le spiagge locali. Il pagamento al checkout degli extra chiesto a voce senza nessun conto scritto o spiegazione.

Camere con aria condizionata molto rumorosa, telefono per chiamare la reception non funzionante. Carino il restyling con oggetti di design ma le rifiniture non sono curate nei dettagli.

The hotel is in a prime location. Right in the middle of marina del cantone, facing the beach. the view from the room was great. breakfast was also nice and fresh with lots of variety.

Sadly, a few things weren't quite right during our stay, and because of them I don't think we'll be returning. When we first arrived, the room we were given had a very strong unpleasant smell. To the hotel's credit, they moved us to another room straight away. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issue: the door wouldn't lock, so we had to call someone to fix that too. At first the room seemed clean, but when we used the shower we discovered that barely any water came out. The shower head was almost completely blocked by a thick layer of limescale, so once again we had to call maintenance. The biggest disappointment, however, was the parking. Parking isn't included and comes at an additional cost, which is already quite expensive. You're asked to reserve your space in advance through an app, but because we didn't yet know which hire car we'd be getting, we couldn't provide the exact dimensions. On top of that, the app doesn't allow reservations before 3pm. When we called the hotel, we were initially told to park outside and pay by the hour until we could access the hotel parking. Only after we complained were we allowed to park around lunchtime, which seemed like a perfectly reasonable request in the first place. Things got even more frustrating after check-in. Just as we were about to head to the beach, we were told that our car was around half a metre longer than expected and that we'd need to pay an additional fee to park it. Considering we were already paying a premium for parking, this felt unreasonable. The final straw came a couple of days later. As the hotel became busier over the weekend, we found our car parked outside on the street. When I questioned this, I was told they also use outdoor spaces when the hotel is busy. At that point I couldn't understand what I was actually paying for.

Location and staff. It's walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants. The air-condition was great especially after coming back from the beach where it the heat is intense.

Paying $20 to use the pool. I guess it's okay cuz it was consumable but not so great if i just wanted to swim. The pool was not well maintained. My son loved that he could turn on the bubbles; but, the color of the water was not so appealing. It was borderline green. The only saving grace was that the food and drinks were good.

The staff were fabulous.

Csendes,nyugodt helyen van a szállás, ami felüdülés volt egy túlzsúfolt nap után. Ez egyben egy kicsit a hátránya is ,mert autóval messze volt a látványosságoktól. Nagyon jó viszont az hogy van egy kikötő a szálloda elött, és onnan indulnak hajó kirándulások Capri, Amalfi, Pompei

The staff were welcoming and helpful. We liked the size of the room, the bed was comfy and we had a nice sea view room. Quiet area, definitely need a car to get around. Few restaurants about definitely try the pizza places! We didn't get a chance to check out the rooftop bar or pool but i'm sure it would've been nice.

I liked the rooms which were nice and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not use the beach but the location of the hotel beach was very close to it and it seemed nice. The top roof restaurant was nice and offered good food.

The hotel does not have its own parking and we had to pay for it for all the nights we were there. This is a cost you have to calculate when you stay there.

Beautiful location

The hotel was overall average for the price and location. It’s away from the craziness, so it’s peaceful and quiet, which we appreciated. The staff were genuinely lovely throughout our stay and we honestly couldn’t fault them at all — everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, it was basic and served its purpose for our stay, but based on our personal experience, we wouldn’t recommend it or return.

The room itself was dated and very basic. The bathroom especially needs improvement — more storage and updated lighting would make a big difference. The air conditioning is also controlled by the front desk, which wasn’t ideal. One thing that really surprised us was the extra charges. The hotel charges €20 per person to use the pool, which honestly felt ridiculous. We found it much better value to go down to the beach instead, where it was €25 for two sunbeds and an umbrella. Parking was also inconvenient and expensive. There is private parking nearby, which is great if you’re leaving every day and returning in the evening. However, the hotel parking itself costs between €20–40 per day, which quickly adds up. We also noticed that car keys were left accessible to anyone day or night, which definitely needs better attention from management. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children. The children’s menu (ages 3–12) was €45 for just two courses, which felt excessive. We preferred going down to the cove where the food was cheaper and the atmosphere felt much more relaxed and less like it was trying too hard to be “luxury.”

Die Zimmer mit Terrasse, der optische äußere Eindruck vom Hotel und die Nähe zum Anleger der Ausflugsboote. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Reinigungpersonal nett und freundlich. Der Herr für die Koffer und das Parken in der Tiefgarage war ebenfalls sehr nett und freundlich.

Das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis war leider nicht in Ordnung. Ja die Zimmer hatten Meeresblick, aber leider auch den direkten Blick auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz, die öffentliche Toilette und die Bushaltestelle. Man kann im EG unmöglich in Ruhe schlafen. Die Kloobrille war lose, Der Abfluß vom Waschbecken undicht. Der Service war auch nicht in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption hielt sich sehr in Grenzen. Das Fühstück war für 4 Sterne eine echte "Erfahrung". Marmelade und Honig abgepackt. Beim Kaffee, entweder Espresso, oder Nesskaffee. Es war nicht möglich einen ganz normalen Kaffee zu bekommen. Der Fairness halber muss gesagt werden, dass das Hotel wirklich für 4 Sterne gut sein könnte, wenn man das wirklich wollte. Wir hatten von Ankunft bis Abreise das Gefühl: Buchen ja, Bezahlen ja, aber dass dann der Gast auch noch anreist, ist schon eine echte Herrausforderung.
