Nothing much to like , I chose this hotel over other for the pool that they closed early . I would've stayed elsewhere if I would've known this was going to be the case

We were very disappointed with our stay. We arrived at the advertised check-in time but had to wait in the lobby until 4:15 p.m. before our room was ready. We were attending a nearby concert and had planned to get settled, get dressed, and have dinner beforehand, so this delayed our entire evening. Unfortunately, the issues continued. The air conditioner made a loud screeching noise throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It was already late and my kids were sleeping so I couldn’t inform the front desk, so we just had to deal.The carpet in our room was filthy and sticky, making the room feel very unclean. Breakfast the next morning was just as disappointing. They had run out of eggs, and when I politely informed one of the employees, she yelled at me that they were still cooking. I wasn’t complaining—I was simply letting her know they were empty. She was very rude and I was extremely upset at how she talked me. The pancake machine was also not working, which was very disappointing for my kids. The worst part of our stay was finding a cockroach near the breakfast area. Thankfully, my family and I hadn’t eaten yet since there was no food anyways. I immediately told my family to throw away all of our food, and we checked out and went somewhere else for breakfast. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. Between the delayed room, lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, unprofessional customer service, and the cockroach in the breakfast area, we will not be returning.

The breakfast was excellent! A lot of options and it was really good and filling . Staff manning the area was pleasant, nice and greeted everyone when they came down. That was very nice to see

My air conditioning in the room kept going off in the middle of the night, making the room feel hot and the ice machine on our floor was out of order

The location was convenient to the concert venue we were in town for.

Cleanliness was an issue. A big issue. Bedding , carpets , bathtub were all stained or overlooked. No cool circulation throughout room.

Wasn't much to like other then the few cool staff members and the breakfast was the best part.

Rooms were definitely out of date. We had a gross shower and a bathroom that wasn't cleaned very well with hairballs. Missing furniture item that left a big gap in the room and the dust mites really effected my daughter. Also didnt have any toilet paper or kleenex I had to grab it off the cleaning cart myself.

Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!!!

I was in the area for a concert, so I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the arena. It’s conveniently located right off of I-95, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff members were incredibly friendly. I would choose this hotel again.

It was close to the Northwest stadium were I was going to a concert. They also had a shuttle you could take to the show for $50

Great location and parking accessible. Room was lacking. Shower head had green build up, toilet seat needed to be tighten and towels need to be replaced due to holes. The ironing board was old and unable to close. The left night stand and lamp had no power. I would suggest shampooing the cloth chairs in the rooms more often.

We arrived late in the evening and despite that we had to wait 30 minutes for the room as it wasn’t ready. There were 2 towels for 4 people and on top of that they were dirty.

The kitchen staff was not nice at all, there was insufficient space available for breakfast, as all tables were occupied, and the manager was unfortunately not present to observe the situation, one of the coffee makers was broken, and on top of everything the room was not clean enough, we found old socks in the dresser and a bottle of Gatorade from the people that stayed before us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed here a week. loved the location it was quiet and in the back very comfortable and close to so much. i genuinely loved my stay here but the housekeepers need to be held accountable a little more as far as not skipping certain things. The actually beds and room were clean and cozy but the bathrooms threw me off.

i didn't like that the bathrooms were not that clean. i switched rooms twice both showers were disgusting. like rusting corners in the bath tub and hair. Housekeeping absolutely half cleans. floors weren't mopped at all and showers had dry gunk on the shampoo,conditioner,and shower gel bottles,also behind the toilets like the floors near the toilet to both rooms weren't that clean. but then again what did i really expect for The holiday Inn. idk maybe it was just one housekeeper that rushed those rooms on that floor that week.

The breakfast was average. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower curtain was to short and the bathroom flooded from taking a shower and the housekeeper stated she didn't have enough towels but we got some from the front desk later that evening. Would stay again if traveling back to that area.

The rooms had no drawer space what so ever. Only a closet with 6 hangers. The night stands didn’t even have drawers. I’m a guest where i like to unpack all my things if I’m staying 2 plus nights. Can down for breakfast at 8 am and they never restocked any bacon and the pancake machine so my only choice was eggs and sausage gravy. Breakfast was suppose to be till 9

My shower had a big clump of hair in, unit needed to be vacuumed, don’t sleep on the last floor if possible, smell of breakfast is great but sometimes to potent while trying to sleep.

Traveled to see Beyonce's Cowboy Carter at Washington DC Northwest Stadium. The location and accommodations were amazing. Would highly recommend for any event at the stadium.
