Expensive but

The property was in an amazing area. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and great shower.

I cannot find anything. I had an amazing stay as always. Thank you

The rooms were clean and the staff were amazing.

Breakfast was great! I would have liked to have chicken patties or turkey sausage as an option due to everyone may not eat pork. Thank you

The king size room was very spacious and clean, and the hotel in a perfect location. The Free breakfast was awesome.

The cost was very pricey but the property was perfect, check in and out was seamless.

It convenient and the area was clean and peaceful

The one slow elevator

The room is spacious and was very clean and we had the breakfast on our last day there and it was a great continental breakfast and everything was fresh. I would definitely stay at this location again.

If I have to say something...the elevators are really slow. They're slow to open and close and slow to go on the floor. Maybe they need to be repaired?

The room was very roomy and staff was very friendly abd helpful!

Getting to it, the directions was not that clear even with the GPS.

Staff and breakfast was very good!

Location

The bed was too firm

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed all the surrounding shops and facilities! Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. We had a car so it was easy to drive to the local train station and get to the city centre quickly.

Nothing

Good location

The location, staff, and room.

Nothing

The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The surrounding area was amazing… close to a shopping center that you can literally walk from the hotel parking lot to it and close access to highway… it’s our yearly roadtrip from Tallahassee to Philadelphia and just needed a place to stay for the night before we got back on the road.

Seems like there were several school’s traveling either from field trips or for sports tournaments .. hotel was packed with teenagers.. but it wasn’t a problem to us…our problem was an adult who came knocking on our door 1hr before checkout asking if we( me and my 27 year old daughter) to stop walking so hard because she was on the 2nd floor below us and that she was still sleeping. She had some nerves. but it was the kids just being kids in rooms surrounded us.. at one point they were up all night.. but that didn’t bother us we just needed sleep after that long drive..and yes the kids was back and forth all night but it wasn’t that bad. But for her to knock on the door 10am in the morning while everyone was up getting ready for check out was absolutely ridiculous., and we had just came back up to our room from having breakfast not even a good 10mins had passed. The staff was standing outside when she knocked on on out door.. when she left the staff also knocked and told us to report her because it was the kids. They had majority of the rooms booked out. I told her it’s ok.. we were about to leave anyways. But otherwise staff was amazing shout out to the from desk checkout quy or Caribbean brother from another mother.. we appreciated your kindness.

good breakfast options

Friendly staff, very clean and good breakfast.

Very quiet and peaceful

Nothing

We liked how positive and welcoming the staff were, average breakfast (8/10 for this price range), free parking

Bed mattress is noisy, bed sheet set was smelling chlorine, water was heavily smelling chlorine too.

The people who work at the hotel are very friendly, especially those who worked at the reception.

Super easy

Nothing- everything was easy

Room size and structure

Floor carpet in hallway might need replacement

I was renovated and exceptionally clean

Nothing

I liked the room layout.

The options at breakfast were the same daily.

Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean (which is always our priority), plenty of towels and beds were comfortable. Location was further out of DC than we realized but it felt very safe and having the higher end shopping center next door would have been great if we stayed longer.

Clean

The staff was very friendly and Tieese changed our room closer to the elevator for easier access to and from the room. We really appreciated that! The room was also clean.

Tub did not drain properly.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great location.

Buena ubicación,personal amable, muy buena atención y buen desayuno

Todo me gustó

O quarto é perfeito e bem aconchegante

Eles fazer limpeza e arrumação do quarto apenas de 2 em 2 dias.

Really enjoyed the Breakfast. The food and the service was great.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly

I was not aware before I booked the hotel that construction was going on. The sounds of construction woke me twice in the am. Also the parking lot filled up quickly closer to the building.

Breakfast, room

No night tables on both sides of the bed

Front desk owner/ General manager.

Nothing.
