Great staff, you really feel welcomed. They really put attention to detail in that regard, coffee is great, complemintary breakfast is simple but good, enough options and very careful with waste

Location is good, close to main road, so some things nearby, but in general all good things are further away, noise, the room and some systems were really noisy, I have light sleep, go waked up during night a couple times, but not noise from the hotel really, they respect quiet hours a lot, all things said, price was great for the service offered and nice personel

The parking they let big trucks and trailers in there taking up multiple parking spaces. Made it hard to find a place to park. Could be cleaner..

We had stayed at this hotel before with no complaints and choose this location again because it was close to a medical facility we needed to be at for an early morning arrival. We booked a queen suite. The beds were comfortable but the couch had seen better days.

The bathroom wall next to the tub had what looked like extensive water damage and needed repair. The tile and grout was dirty under the bathroom sink. There was a faint musty smell in the room that wasn't apparent until we were in there for a couple of hours. Kids were running up and down the hallway at midnight pounding on doors. There were several loud "families " staying in rooms down the hall yelling at each other which we could hear on and off during the wee hours of the morning. It was a miserable night and we got no rest. Fortunately we were only there for one night . We couldn't wait to leave.

Great location awesome breakfast staff was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was incredible. Very helpful friendly had a nice conversation with him.

Breakfast on the weekend started at 0700. Not a huge deal unless you’re a travel bball team that has to be on the field at 7. We had multiple families staying at the hotel. Not a responsibility of the hotel to accommodate us for an early breakfast, but there isn’t really anywhere else to eat around the hotel either. Just unfortunate, not a complaint.

Location was perfect for me about one mile from where my work location was. Also so close to Clearwater I can still enjoy the beach. The rooms are spotless and the cost is reasonable. The staff is amazing here shout out to Corey and making my check-in smooth quick and painless also for taking such great care of me. He is the best. Will definitely stay here agian

If I could give negative stars, I would. First of all, when we areive the staff at the front desk mentioned their system was down and they were not able to charge the card used for the reservation, so they needed a copy of my ID and a copy of my credit card. I asked how would I know they do not keep this information, to which they said THEY WILL SHRED IT AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT. (Which did NOT happen at all). They said the system was down at checkout as well and had to keep my information; which is so sensitive nowadays to have your info floating around anywhere. But what was I going to do, when were checking in at 11:30pm, tired and wanted my room to sleep with my family. After we checked in at 11:30pm - we parked and went to our room. We were tired and about to go to sleep around 11:45pm when someone started POUNDING at the door saying HOUSEKEEPING!!!! My husband and I looked at each other and said Who does housekeeping AT THIS TIME??? - We said NO THANK YOU!! - And the man yelled IT’S THE FRONT DESK!! OPEN THE DOOR, WE NEED TO SEE WHO IS STAYING IN HERE!! - I was so scared!!! - I asked my husband to put on a shirt and open the door. Thankfully he was there because if I WAS ALONE, THERE IS NO WAYYYYY I WAS GOING TO OPEN THE DOOR TO A MAN POUNDING ON MY DOOR LIKE THAT.. IF I WAS ALONE I WOULD HAVE CALLED 911 IMMEDIATELY. My husband opened the door and the guy said who is the guest staying in here? - I told him my name, he said OK OK - IT WAS THE SKETCHIEST AND WEIRDEST THING EVER!! - In my 44 years of life and all the time as an avid traveller - I have NEVER experienced something like this. FRONT DESK POUNDING AT YOUR DOOR TO CHECK THAT YOU ARE THE PERSON THAT CHECKED IN WHEN YOU JUST GAVE ME THE ROOM KEYS - 15 MINS BEFORE??? - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! The rest of the night I had an uneasy feeling and was not feeling SAFE AT ALL. Overall, the floor was dirty, thankfully I carry flip flops everywhere to avoid catching any fungus. The bathroom sink was clogged.

The convenience of the location it was close to my destination.

The room was outdated. The TV looked old and did not have any updated channels. The staff was rude; I was clueless when it came to ordering food and front desk was not helpful. We had to give a deposit without notice, I called prior to check in and they did not mention anything about giving an extra deposit. I asked about breakfast and they said 6:30am and when I arrived they said 7am.

The hotel has been great so far, but Shay and Frank take care of the breakfast area a day it has been wonderful. Nice hot omelets, sausage, and warm cinnamon rolls (among other things). They kept the tables clean, and the breakfast room as well. Thank you guys for your hard work! We appreciate it

Daily room cleaning and towels was very delayed.

Helene, Maggie, and Daniella made my stay great. I came from California alone during the holidays to help my father who was very ill in the hospital, I ended up staying six long weeks away from my husband and family at home. I honestly would have not gotten through such a difficult time without them, everyday they were kind and asked about how my father was doing. They were professional, kind, and showed me such humanity. The staff at Largo holiday inn express truly care about their guests, always welcoming you with a smile and happy to assist you if you need assistance. Helene is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met treating every guest with such kindness and respect. I would definitely come back for a stay if I was in the area.
