L’emplacement et la disponibilité du personnel sont top. Le SPA et la piscine sont parfaits pour se relaxer en fin de journée et jusqu’à minuit ! Les lits sont très confortables et l’endroit est calme malgré la proximité des lieus de vie et de visites.

Il faut améliorer la qualité du wifi dans les chambres et soigner un peu l’entretien des receveurs de douches ..

Hôtel très bien situé, juste à côté de Sainte-Sophie et de la mosquée bleue, avec un Rooftop très agréable. La piscine de l’hôtel est vraiment très appréciable après une longue journée de marche.

À l’arrivée, on nous a dit que le petit-déj’ était compris dans notre tarif, mais au moment du check out, ce n’était plus le cas…

写真の通りに素敵な外観のホテルで、お部屋もバスルームもタオルも綺麗でした。チェックイン時は、お部屋にお水のボトルとフルーツも置いてもらっていました。グラスやカップも綺麗でした。フェイスタオルが人数分あればなお良しでしたが。 アメニティも一通り置いてありました。 レセプションも親切で、日本語の話せるスタッフの方もいました。 朝食レストランからは、ボスポラス海峡とアジア側が一望でき、メニューもトルコ料理をたくさん堪能できました。ちょっと偏食気味の子どもたちは、主にパンやチーズ、ハム、オムレツ、トマトやキュウリを食べていました。 レストランスタッフも親切でした。 地下のブールも大判のタオルも用意してあり、小ぶりですが利用者も少なく、快適に使用できました。深さがあるので（140センチ）、子どもには浮き輪など必須かなと思います。 お部屋が一階で（外が坂道なのでレセプションの上の階でしたが、一階のような感じ）、カーテンを開けると外が気になり、あまり開けられなかったのが残念でしたが（どこも路駐が多く、窓のすぐ外にタクシーが停まっていたりしたので）、上のフロアに泊まった身内の部屋も、前は道を挟んで向かいの建物だったので、街なかの小ぶりなホテルあるあるかなと思います。 ブルーモスクやアヤソフィアには本当に近くて、観光にはとても良いロケーションでした。

空港からスルタンアフメット行きのシャトルバスで向かいましたが、ボスポラス海峡沿いの道で降ろされたので、ホテルまでの道に少し迷いました（Googleマップが必須）。石畳の坂道をひたすら登る感じになるのと、石畳もわりとボコボコしているので、スーツケースが重すぎると大変です。 帰りはシャトルバスの乗り場も不明瞭なので、タクシーが安心かと。ホテルにお願いしたトランスポートタクシーは、ドライバーさんがスマホを見ることなく（トルコのドライバーさんはスマホを見ながらの運転、が多い！）、丁寧な運転で空港まで1時間かからず連れて行ってくれました。レセプションで、ユーロの現金で支払いました。

Hotel boutique vicino alle principali attrazioni, a 10 minuti dalla metro linea T1. Posizione in una piccola via silenziosa. Stanza molto bella, pulita, con letti comodissimi, dotata di ogni comfort. Terrazza stupenda con vista sul Bosforo e ottima colazione molto varia, sia dolce che salata. Dispone anche della spa con sauna, bagno turco e piccola piscina. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Amiral Palace per cinque notti, in una camera deluxe. La stanza era grande ed il letto molto comodo. Le pulizie sono sempre state accurate. Il terrazzo panoramico è un’oasi di pace nel centro storico della città e abbiamo apprezzato anche la cucina serale. Molto ricca la colazione. Il personale è disponibile ed è sempre pronto a trovare una risposta per ogni richiesta!

Location is perfect, short walking distance from the Blue Mosque and nearby attractions. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, the staff super friendly and facilities were great, including a nice rooftop restaurant with great views of the Bosphorus, tasty food and complete breakfast, a nice indoor pool and sauna.

We travelled as a girl group of 3 to celebrate a birthday and this hotel was lovely! On arrival we took a taxi to the hotel and it was about 45min drive. Check in was swift and we were greeted by lovely staff. We had a suite for the three of us and it was spacious and had a feel of luxury. Breakfast was good and buffet style served on a glorious rooftop. The hotel is near lots of fab local restaurants serving kebabs, rice and salads, nice and fresh and also walking distance to the main areas. We spent a few hours lazying around the indoor pool and it was clean and ideal for our break! All in all a fab choice and I’d have not hesitation booking it again or recommending it to family and friends!

Absolutely outstanding breakfast buffet offerings with a very large range of eggs, cakes, cheeses, salads, etc. The spa facilities were very good, especially the sauna (properly hot) and pool. The hammam (at extra cost) was very nice. The weight room lacked a stationary bicycle but did have running and elliptical machines and a multi-weight lifting machine (I missed not having an exercise bike, though). The hotel's location was super convenient - just 5-10 minutes walk from the main sites in the old city (Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque) with easy access to the T1 tram and a comfortable walk along the water to the spice market as another option. Plenty of restaurants within a hundred metres and the hotel's rooftop restaurant was a very nice place to enjoy a beer and take in the view over the water at the end of the day.

We were quite happy with all aspects of the hotel. Just would have liked an excercise bike in the gym.

Superb personnel!! They went the extra mile to make us feel at home, maintaining at all times an effective communication. Location was also.perfect, within walking distance from all major attractions and the tram station. My husband loved the pool. We also loved the breakfast service and food.

Em istambul, no verão amanhece muito cedo e nós nas 3 noites que passamos no hotel, acordámos muito cedo. No pequeno almoço faltaram os cereais e as panquecas.

Room was clean, beautiful and with lots of amenities. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and hotel is well soundproofed. Breakfast and restaurant were outstanding.

Spa services were a bit underwhelming especially in relation to the price point. We paid for a 45-min experience and we were back in our room after only 35 minutes - we were disappointed. This was however the only negative point of our whole stay as the hotel itself was fantastic all around.

1. Location - in the old town, a few steps from Sultanahmet area or the sea front. 2. Comfortable room - very comfortable bed and pillows, great AC, room temperature was perfect for sleeping, blackout curtains. 3. Pool and saunas: open from 9 AM to midnight - awesome, my favorite thing about the hotel; the pool is small but it's nice to have the option; saunas were also great and very hot - perfect to relax after a lot of walking. 4. Wonderful staff - Turkish hospitality at it's finest. 5. Breakfast - rooftop restaurant is small but nice, food was ok (not 4 star) but deserts were awesome and varied.

I enjoyed my stay, nothing to complain about the hotel itself, because it feels 4 star. There was a lot of noise from outside during our one night stay (people shouting). I don't know if this is a regular occurrence or just bad luck for us, but it was quite disturbing and made sleeping difficult even with earplugs.

Второй раз останавливаемся тут, отзывчивый персонал, удобное месторасположение, спа с бассейном, сауной и хаммамом. Ресторан с видом на Босфор, завтраки в принципе норм, как везде в Турции.

Ресторан дороговат, но бывают акции, ну и не обязательно совсем там ужинать, вокруг полно едален на любой вкус.

Perfect location: close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Walking distance to the Grand Bazar and a tram stop. Rooftop restaurant with beautiful views where nice breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30. Pleasant indoor pool. Helpful reception staff. Efficient house keeping staff - we forgot to remove the "do not disturb sign" and only asked for new towels at 5 to 16:00hrs (when the house keeping staff's shift ends) but the cleaning lady managed to make up the room in a few minutes (not just changing towels). The airport transfer offered by the hotel is a good deal and highly recommended if you want to avoid unpleasant encounters with the local taxi drivers.

Personal, Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Personal hat versucht wirklich alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben sogar ein 3 Bettzimmer bekommen, obwohl wir nur noch ein Einzel- und ein Doppelzimmer buchen konnten. Das Frühstück war wirklich herausragend, mit allem, was dietürkische Küche her gibt. Nur das Zimmer war etwas klein, sodass wir Schwierigkeiten hatten alle 3 Koffer unter zu bringen. Fußläufig zur Hagia Sophia (5-7 Minuten Spaziergang).

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short walk to all main historical sights, restaurants and the tram. We had the corner bedroom and it was a good size with many windows, but most importantly it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and linens were also very nice. The hotel offered a Turkish breakfast with an excellent selection of anything that you might want for breakfast (sweet and savory options). The restaurant was on the rooftop and had great views of the city and the river. We loved the pool in the underground and the dry sauna. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back.

Restaurant prices were higher than could be justified by the food imo. But rooftopnwith view made the meal more special.

The location put us within walking distance of the main sights, which made each day easy to plan. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff went out of their way to help with directions and restaurant bookings. Breakfast had a good spread and the rooftop view over the city was a highlight.

My grandson and I stayed 3 nights. We were upgraded to a triple room, but it was still pretty small. Loved breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, and we ate dinner there too. The view was beautiful! The bathroom is small but the shower was good-sized and had great water pressure. Enjoyed our massages at the spa too.

Room felt a little cramped but overall it was great. The location was great for walking to all the major historical sites. Felt safe enough but you have to be careful when walking on streets because of the scooters and taxi’s. Pedestrians do NOT have the right-of-way!

Hotel fantastico, posizione ottima per scoprire la città, molto curato e pulito. La colazione è molto varia e buonissima. Tutto lo staff molto professionale e accogliente. Sono stati giorni indimenticabili. Il ristorante ha una vista mozzafiato sulla città. Ritornerei volentieri.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They provided excellent local information and recommendations, which made exploring the area much easier. One of their suggestions was a Bosphorus cruise, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Their knowledge and willingness to assist truly enhanced our overall experience.

The room was quite compact and felt smaller than we had expected based on the photos provided. While it was functional for our stay, the room's size and layout were somewhat different from what we anticipated when booking.

Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Mezquita Azul, Hipódromo, etc. bonito, limpio, personal excelente, solucionan , recomiendan, Orhan el jefe de recepción muy atento, buen restaurante roof top con vistas al Marmara, desayuno muy completo. Un paseo a lo largo del Marmara hasta el Cuerno del Oro muy agradable, fuimos andando hasta la torre Galata en unos 30/45 minutos
