Very old property. Poor lights , ac not working properly, lift not working properly,

Over all its very old property and all facilities are old not working properly, staff is average, very slow , unaware of their own hotel policy

Location was good. Rooms nice. Near Chickpete so easy to walk and find interesting life, food etc

The pool wasn’t great and weirdly covered in red dust

.Room 6617 needs bed change as I felt the springs... Also toilets especially bath drain... needs cleaning... I even told the front desk I felt like having a free instant swimming pool... Otherwise breakfast was simple and good. View was good. Please attend to the above issues ASAP

The reception staff (during my interactions on 20th April at around 4 PM and 11:30 PM, and on 21st April at 5:30 AM) did not come across as welcoming. There were no smiles, and the overall attitude felt quite serious, almost as if guests were an inconvenience. Since the front desk creates the first impression of a hotel, this was disappointing. A more pleasant and friendly approach from the reception team would significantly improve the guest experience. Alternatively, the management may consider training or assigning staff better suited for customer-facing roles. Apart from this, the rest of the experience was satisfactory. But when the first impression goes wrong, all expectations will go in that direction so, it was not fully satisfied

The ambience, bathrooms, cleanliness of the bathrooms, even the reception hall has a dirty sofa. Everything is so old, used, worn and torn out. Pls don't go by the itc or fortune.

The staff were kind and always ready to help you or assist you. We thank the Manager,Mr Minash, who has upgraded our room as we have booked for a long stay. The restaurant's food was excellent and not too spicy for us. The ladies staff in the restaurant have always welcome us with their lovely smiles. Overall it is a good hotel with it's good location near the city centre. We will love to come back again. Thank you everyone.

Had issues with bath shower. The authorities did not solve the issue and we were asked to continue with the issue, as the stay was only for one day. Decided to cut short the stsy.

We booked the hotel for the Electronica visit in Bangalore. They have fulfilled our request prior to the visit and agreed to accept on-arrival cash payment while guaranteeing the booking.
