In the buffet we met Mr. Indrajit, he was so polite, so helpful, he was assisting everyone with a warmest smile, he deserves a raise🌸

I would really love to appreciate Indrajit and Chanchal in f&b. Their warm hospitality and kindness was really something to appreciate. Also shout out to Sachin. And to all the staff working so hard.

Broto was amazing and super helpful at the reception desk. I fell sick during my stay and they arranged meds for me. Nandan was our server at the restaurant and took good care of us. Priya, the manager was very kind and made sure we were cared for. Shayma was the hostess at the breakfast buffet and her hospitality was unmatched. We had a great stay, would recommend for the service alone.

I stayed at Holiday Inn for almost 28 days, and honestly, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being at home. The ambience was warm and welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the food was absolutely amazing. What truly made my stay special was the wonderful people who took care of me throughout. A very special thanks to Sayema, Joshi, Sushanth and everyone else on the team who went above and beyond to make my long stay so comfortable and memorable. Very convenient base to explore Bengaluru. Staff were all courteous & friendly. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, & sleep quality was good. Plenty of options for breakfast. Pool was great, with a nice rooftop view. Fitness centre was adequate. Very happy with my stay here.

I absolutely love the food and service here! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Every time i visit this place i am always content. Sayema is also very sweet and polite. The chefs are also very professional here.

We had booked a room with Holiday Inn and quickly became an IHG member for future travels! From our seamless check in at the Reception by Alex and Deepikq, the printouts we required and the welcome was sweet and warm. We were there a week and the daily breakfast was our fuel to have a productive day as we went about our uphill tasks in Bangalore. The variety, the quality and the amazing staff made us feel so comfortable and too wonderful care of us. A very special mention to Sayema - a pocket rocket who has the most endearing smile! Thank you to Gnapikq and her beautiful smile and dear Mantu for taking care of our chai and egg breakfast. I think we saw all 3 of them work all week! Such hardworking and caring people like Sushant & Sachin made us feel completely at home. A shout out to Irfan from Room Service who was attentive, smiley and polite. These two boys from Housekeeping - Sahid & Nayan were quick, efficient and let us grab breakfast, while they made the room usable before we were off our 12 hour days. I must say, we booked Holiday Inn because it was affordable and we were only there for work but seeing the service was incredible, I might be looking for a Holiday Inn for business trips on my next visit to a state. Thank you for taking care of us, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and safety and care served wity simplicity!

The AC was too cold for me, but I was unable to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. Although I tried changing the temperature, it kept reverting to the previous setting. I eventually had to switch it off.

By accident, I dropped dinner plates while keeping out. Upon calling Mr Souvik from housekeeping came down. He picked up the mess, vacuum clean, mop & changed towels to ensure no inconvenience. He kept asking whether Ian hurt. I said sorry for mess but he responded wisely that it fell accidentally & not purposely & You shouldn't feel bad. I felt very relieved with clean room & good Servuce . Thanks a lot Souvik

Amazing hotel. I like how it doesn't have unnecessary carpets in public areas. Gives a fresh, warm and spacious feeling. Really sweet staff at the buffet as well. Mr. Sushanth has taken good care of us. A super chill guy who is also hardworking.

Smiling faces of Samiya and rajan are perfect for restaurant, josie is always helpful as she takes ownership in her work, sushanth the real champ who runs the show in restaurant with his intelligence, smile and dedication. I love to see sushanth in a bigger role someday.

The ambience is very peaceful & sombre. The food & service is excellent. Everything we ordered in vegetarian was prepared by the chef with perfection. The service by Mr. Nandan was also very good. His suggestions turned out to be apt to our taste. He was very polite & graceful.

Extremely satisfactory. We requested interconnected rooms which was something very important for us and got them. The furniture, fixtures, appliances and everything else was in great shape. This hotel really scores on price & is firmly in the affordable luxury segment. The location is fantastic - in the heart of Bengaluru. I can't comment much on the food because we ate out all the time, being on vacation. However the complementary breakfast was competent.
