The property is in a great location and is very easy to access. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and kind. However, the hotel would benefit from some renovations, as certain areas of the rooms are showing signs of wear. The bed and linens were clean and well-maintained. I would especially like to thank the Front Office Manager, Shantanu, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Thank you, Shantanu, for your excellent support and hospitality.

Location is good. Breakfast could have more options in cereals and food varities.

No sun light in the back side rooms.. that the reason the feeling was a damper could not open the blinds as other building window was right in front and no sunlight so a gloomy atmosphere

I can only bring one topics to be highlighted - the IT manager who is competent and he knows his job very well and helped to fix Wifi because another team disconnected the Wifi in my room while I just asked to turn on the Netflix.

First of all, the hotel does not fullfill requirements of 5stars hotels, and the prices are not unproportionate to the conditions! Secondly, the stuff either does not speak english or if does, they do not do what they say they will do so its very annoying

One of the most stunning hotel rooms I have ever stayed in over the last few decades! The one-wall-is-a-window works incredibly well and is a true asset to this place! Incredible!

A big fat: nothing to dislike!

Couple of genuine staff members opting to listen to our grievances. Showing helplessness.

No parking for our car. we parked on the road. No dormitory facility for our driver. They dont care about that. The rooms can be classified as 1. Dungeons 2. Dungeons with closed windows , 3 3 feet distance from the next (private office and residences) building, with no privacy. 4. No complaints book available with the hotel. 5 The manager did not showup to resolve our legitimate issues. New Staffers joined one week ago, were made to handle the issues. 6. My fellow guest too had a similar problem.

The premium suite room is good

They have become sloppy ! The gym is in a very bad shape, lobby carpet smells - even in the suite - the bathroom ceiling had plywood patchwork This used to be a great hotel - I guess managment has changed and the new guys are ok with ‘chalta hai’ attitude Unfortunate

Didn’t like the way staff dealing with the situation when it it’s comes to because they accused me for trying to go to the room with my wife because I have booked the room for single occupancy I travel first myself and I met with my wife next day so we’re going to book the double occupancy room for another 10 days but the staff was very rude and wrong to stop me and my wife going in to the room .(my understanding if booked the room I can use the room for entertainment for my guests or I can use for meetings it’s my own rights to use the room for that purpose and I know after that no one going to sleep in the room ) I’m still waiting for the money back because I have cancelled the room for next day so they owe me for one day money Booking.com have the record of my last three months bookings I can guarantee I used 5star hotels more than ten 5star hotels been not one I had this situation to deal with hope Vividus Hotel in Bangalore do the justice and return my money back immediately Ranga Ratnayaka

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues that negatively impacted my experience. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful,

Staff weren’t professional. Don’t know how to handle customers. The pictures of the rooms shown were taken ages ago I assume. The rooms look worn out & needs A LOT of cleaning.

We love coming back to Vividus whenever we are in BLR. Location is easily accessible to all key locations within the city. Price point is on target

Given that we stay here almost every year, the rooms feel dated and needs some tender loving care.
