This is a top resort. The pools are many and all amazing, with shades and well maintained. Breakfast was also nice. And the family room is really big. Also, since crossing streets in Thailand poses some risks, there is a security officer helping guests to arrive the beach.

We just did not like two minor things not directly related with the resort: there is a busy street to reach the Patong beach, and the beach is very very windy and always had red flags, so we could not swim properly.

הבידוד של החדרים ממש גרוע, שומעים כל דיבור בחדר ליד, דלתות נסגרות רעש לא פוסק, אם נפלת על חדר ליד צעירים החוויה מאוד לא טובה

המלון נראה מצוין , החדרים נקיים מאוד והמתקנים במצב מעולה. יש תחזוק יומיומי של המקום. הצוות אדיב ונחמד.

1. המיקום. הוא כנראה נחשב למרכזי.בפועל אתה ולא כל כך מעניין בחוץ. רחוב תאילנדי טיפוסי עמוס בתיירים. חוף לא מאוד יפה. 2. ארוחת בוקר - היא כביכול מגוונת. אבל בפועל לצמחוניים היא דלה ולא מספקת .

ארוחת הבוקר היתה חלשה כן יש מבחר גדול אבל רוב האוכל לא מתאים לקהל כמוני -ישראלי המרחק מהחדר הוא ארוך במיוחד אם יורד גשם

הבריכות היו נהדרות, האוכל בארוחת הבוקר היה טעים, היו במסעדת המלון הופעות מוסיקה כל ערב. היינו בסוויטה ענקית, בת 96 מ"ר, המורכבת משני חדר שינה וסלון, 2 חדרי אמבטיה שמאד התאימה להרכב של משפחה בת 6 נפשות. אהבנו את המיקום של המלון- מרחק הליכה לבית חבד ולמסעדות ישראליות נוספות.

צריך להחזיר את מגבות הבריכה עד 6 וחצי בערב ומכיוון שלא הקפדנו על השעה, קיבלנו מכתב עוד באותו ערב לחדר שיש להחזירן בהקדם.

The Grounds and swimming pool are the real selling points. The rooms are dated

I thought the rooms and the breakfast were basic for a 5 star resort

I had a swim out room and it was perfect. The staff were so friendly and lovely.

There were renovations going on which were very noisy on some days. The day before I left they put in a new sliding door on the room next door and it was so loud I could not sit on my balcony

The hotel was generally very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, especially being close to Patong Beach. The best part of our stay was the staff — everyone we dealt with was very friendly, kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel has nice facilities and overall we had a pleasant stay with our family.

The main issue was the water in the bathtub, which had a noticeable yellow color. We are not sure what caused it, but it was concerning, especially when staying with children. Also, we were charged around BHD 90 extra for our 4-year-old child, which we felt was quite expensive considering her age. Apart from these points, the hotel itself was generally clean and well maintained.

I got a pool access room and had people using the spa connected to my room everyday. One scary looking man in particular but there are no signs just thought it would be common sense. This is nothing to do with the staff, just inconsiderate guests.

The rooms and location to beach is fantastic. I love that you can experience Phuket and avoid the less moral elements of the island. Rooms were lovely and very current.

The construction was next level we paid a ignorant amount for these rooms and we had jack hammers and a complete building being ripped apart right next to our room so there was no quiet for us - this was a planned construction and they did not notify at time booking to allow an informed decision before spending such an amount of money.

Phuket Graceland was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast buffet was so big and so much variety of delicious food. At times it was very busy at breakfast time but we always got a seat. The aqua aerobics in the main pool was so much fun. The resort is directly opposite the beach and has easy access to the laneways that take you to some bars and restaurants or very easy to grab a tuk tuk or taxi too. Would not hesitate in recommending this resort to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

The early time for returning pool towels can easily be missed. It would be easier if pool towels could be left in your room for collection by the housekeepers.

Not much light / sun in the position of the room

Location - across from the bridge. There is a security guard standing by at the exit of the side to the beach and will help you cross the busy road by halting traffic. Thumbs up! Pool - large pools, beautiful setting, green. Proximity to the city - possible to walk to the Bangla street. If not desired to walk, the security guard could help to tail a Tuk tuk or taxi. Super convenient.

The bathroom can be a tick more cleaner. It is generally clean but the build-up of the scum with time is nevertheless evident in some harder-to-reach corners.

יש שני דברים שאפשר להגיד שהיה טוב במלון ארוחת הבוקר והמיקום זהו

זאת פעם שנייה שלי במלון ( הפעם הקודמת היתה לפני שנה וחצי ואז לקחתי חדר עם גישה לבריכה שהיה מעולה ) הפעם החלטתי לשדרג ולקחת סוויטה משפחתית עם 2 חדרי שינה. מהרגע שהגענו למלון הכל פשוט הפך לסיוט. הגענו לחדר, חדר מלוכלך, מטונף, רצפה עם כתמים, חלונות מטונפים, אבק על השולחנות והכיסאות ריח של עובש היה אמור להיות נוף לים ולבריכה במקום זה היה לי נוף לגגון שלה קומה מתחת (החדר היה בקומה 2 ) חדר בחלק הישן של המלון ( הפקידה עוד אומרת לי אין חלק ישן חלק חדש -לא ידעה שהייתי כבר במלון ). ירדתי לקבלה דרשתי להחליף חדר, אמר לי נעביר אותך קומה למעלה תבחר בין 2 החדרים הללו בקומה השלישית. נכנסתי לחדר הראשון ולחדר מולו החדר הראשון שוב היה עם ריח נוראי ישן ומלוכלך החדר השני היה ללא פינת אוכל קטן יותר אבל נקי יותר עברתי אליו וביקשתי שברגע שיתפנה חדר עם גישה לבריכה שיעבירו אותי. האחראי אמר שזה ייקח 4 ימים. רק בלילה גילינו כמה נוראי עוד יכול להיות החדר. חדר שפונה לכביש, כל הלילה לא ישנו, אופנועים, מכוניות, רעש... היינו צריכים לישון עם אטמי אוזניים. מלון שמכבד את עצמו לא יכול שהחלונות שלו יהיו מעץ ישנים ולא אטומים בטח בחדר כזה. אחרי 4 ימים עברנו חדר לחדר קטן יותר עם 2 מיטות בחדר וגישה לבריכה ( באיזור החדש כמובן ). החתימו על זה שאני מוותר על ההפרש בגין שני החדרים (החדר שהזמנתי מראש היה יקר יותר ). הבריכה הראשית היתה מטונפת ומלוכלכת. הבריכה של החדרים עם הגישה היתה ירוקה ועכורה שביקשתי לעשות צ'ק אאוט מאוחר רצו עוד 300 שקל - אמרתי להם, ויתרתי על ההפרש לפחות בזה תעשו הנחה , גם לא ביקשתי שיוותרו. כמובן שלא נעניתי בחיוב. לשם לא אחזור

De grote ontbijtzaal, verschrikkelijk druk met gillende kinderen, mensen die elkaar verdrukken om bij het ontbijt te komen. Veel asociaal gedrag van andere bezoekers, waar niet tegen wordt opgetreden. Gelukkig was er ook een kleinere ontbijtzaal, waar het rustiger en prettiger was.

There’s variety of breakfast and multiple pool to go . It’s very accessible to go anywhere and walkable . All the staff are friendly and there’s a staff from conceirge called Ailmee he’s very kind and nice , he help us around and show us where to get good food around Patong area . He also help us communicate with driver around . Overall he’s very caring and outgoing person . Will definitely go back here again

Gros soucis d’insonorisation impossible de se reposer. Avec en plus une chambre vue sur parking histoire d’entendre tous les va et vient de la nuit. Vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs et chambres voisines. On ma proposer de change de chambre pour aller au 3e ce qui ne convenait pas mais visiblement cela n’aurait rien changer car gros bazar aussi niveau bruit aux étages. Le petit déjeuner est un enfer et n’est pas fait pour accueillir tant de monde, du bruit du nuit et du bruit. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Le personnel n’est pas aidant du tout que ce soit pour vous aider à booker un taxi ou autre besoin. Les piscines sont jolis mais sales et Attention danger il y’a des barres métalliques au niveau des marches ma fille s’est donc ouverte le doigt de pied .. bref à fuir sauf si vous aimez le bazar…

חדר גדול מאוד, נוח ונקי. מרחק הליכה מבית חב״ד והרחוב הראשי. צוות אדיב ומקסים. הבת שלי שכחה את הנייד במלון והם מצאו אותו והשאירו בקבלה.

מיטה זוגית קטנה לזוג שירותים שנסתמים כל יומיים ביקשנו בקבלה לאנץ׳ בוקס התחיל להגיד לי שחדר האוכל פתוח מ-06:00 והבהירו לי שלא נוכל להיכנס לחדר האוכל מכיוון שהזמנו לאנץ׳ בוקס באף מלון מעולם לא נאמר לי דבר כזה!!

אהבתי את המיקום של המלון שהיה בקרבת חנויות ומסעדות ועל חוף הים, במלון היתה בריכה על הגג ומספר בריכות מפוזרות ברחבי המלון. הצוות היה אדיב ונתן מענה לבקשותינו.

מלון ענק במיקום טוב אשר קרוב לבית חב"ד ולמסעדות כשרות עם מבחר גדול של בריכות גדולות כולל בריכה בגג החדרים נקיים וגדולים,ארוחת בוקר טובה ויש מגוון של מאכלים

באחד ימי השהות במלון הבת שלי (18) החליטה להישאר במלון ויצאה לכיוון החוף וכאשר חזרה מהכניסה האחורית ללא שמירה עקבו אחריה בצורה מאיימת 5 בני דודים לא אורחי המלון ורק לאחר שפנתה בבכי וחרדה למשפחה ישראלית אחרת שממש הדפו אותם הם הלכו למתקני המלון,לאחר פנייה להנהלת המלון אכן ראו אותם מסתובבים בעין מפריע במלון ובבאולינג מס שעות. מלון שמכבד את עצמו היה מפצה בצורה מסוימת על החוסר בטחון בשטח אחריות המלון והתחושת הפחד וחרדה שהבת שלי חוותה.

אני יודעת שהדעה על המלון הזה חלוקה,לכן אמליץ מחוויה שלנו:מלון מקסים,חוזרים אליו בשלישית זוג+4(לבקשת המתבגרות).החדרים גדולים ונקיים,ארוחת בוקר נחמדה בהחלט!יש מרחב שילדים יכולים לשחק,באולינג,סנוקר,מסעדה.2בריכות וחוצים כביש לים. המלון במיקום נהדר.קרוב להכל(7דק מחבד,15 דק׳ ג׳נגסילון/בנגלה)מחוצה למלון,יש מסעדות,מסאג׳,כביסה המרת כספים,,7/11 מענה מעולה שמאפשר גם לילדים לצאת לבד. בכניסה למלון יש את הבננה לוטי הכי טעימה של בים החמודה אנחנו ממש אוהבים את המלון(והיינו בהרבה).מרכזי ונעים

Loved the location and how easy it was to get around. The clean spacious rooms and welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Could not fault anything.

I feel the pools needed attention. The water in the pools appeared dirty. Shame the spa jets on dolphins did not work. Spa pools were not in use again a shame. Apperrance of pool areas tired and dated.

Wonderful stay – everything was excellent! We had a fantastic stay at Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa. Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The breakfast was extremely varied and delicious, with plenty of choices, including vegan options, which I really appreciated. A very special thank you to Mr. Paul at the reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He upgraded us to a suite so that all four of us could stay together, and the suite was spacious, very comfortable and perfect for our family. The location is excellent, the pools are wonderful, and having a café in partnership with Starbucks right in the lobby was a great bonus. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Great location, excellent facilities, wonderful service and exceptional hospitality. Everything was outstanding! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was ok, but it needs a bit more variety wester kind of . Not familiar with Asian kind with noddles, food soups in the morning. Sauces ,cheese , bred a bit poor . Needs more Eastern and meddle east options in yje menu.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they really went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pools were absolutely perfect.

The one thing that bothered us was that the bowling alley on the premises is not very suitable for young children, as there are no bumpers or ramps to help them play.

The location is excellent, the place is beautiful, with plenty of pools, various play areas for kids, and lovely lawns and lush greenery that create a magical Thai atmosphere.There is a Starbucks in the hotel.

The pedestrian access road from the hotel to the main street is very dangerous; there is no sidewalk, and there is a risk of getting hit by cars. The shower had poor drainage, and the bathroom flooded a few times.

早餐以欧陆式的早餐为主，有意大利菜、印度菜、以及少量中餐。意大利菜的水平相对较高，至少番茄意大利面远胜于中国境内大部分餐厅。 早晨有水果，水果很新鲜。还有两台像炉子一样的 烤面包机，这是我第一次见到，很有趣，烤制的速度很快，而且非常香。 房间内的卫生打扫得很干净，浴品比较完备。我们订的房间有阳台，可以看到泳池。在阳光灿烂的日子，在阳台上看风景很惬意。天空是澄澈的蓝色，点缀着干净的云。到下午后可以看到橘红色的天空。酒店离海边很近，白天的海滩很美。

主要是噪音问题，在夜晚入睡时，靠近洗手间和走廊的位置有很强的机械轰鸣声。中餐的水平有点拉跨，厨师对盐分的把控不太到位，鸡肉粥非常咸。甜品的糖分稍微偏高，中国人可能吃不习惯。泳池的卫生条件稍微有点差，靠近泳池吧台的位置长了一些青苔。

Zwembaden zijn erg leuk. Met klassieke poolbars. Badhanddoeken daar verkrijgbaar. Animatie ook ! Voor banentrekkerrs helemaal perfect (je kunt wel 100 meter zwemmen voor je moet keren in sommige baden). Hotel ligt ook aan het strand. Ontbijtzaal is groot, ontbijt heel uitgebreid. Bij receptie starbucks met heerlijke taartjes. De familiekamer was niet heel groot, maar prima. De slaapkamer en badkamer waren voldoende ruim, woonkamer was klein, beetje gedateerd ook, mn de ramen. Loopafstand naar Bangla road (1km).

De familiekamer was niet heel groot, maar prima. De slaapkamer en badkamer waren voldoende ruim, woonkamer was klein, beetje gedateerd ook, mn de ramen. Complex is groot, voelt beetje aan als all-inclusive resort.

Spacious, clean, great facilities, close to beach, nice breakfast.

Two issues: first, to get from the main entrance to main street we had to pass a narrow road with no pavements and lots of traffic. Was challanging with kids so we took the longer way via the beach. Second, kids club was a disappointment. Our kids (7, 10, 12) speak english and communicate well, so we were sure they would enjoy it. However, they came back crying twice after feeling mistreated during activities. Planned activities were short and inbetween them the crew was just sitting there watching their smartphones with no real engagement or interest. After experiencing amazing kids clubs in Thailand hotels, this one is a huge drawback.

מלון גדול מאוד שלא משאיר תחושה של אינטימיות, הזמנו שני חדרים עם נוף עירוני כאשר מאחד מהם נדף ריח חזק מאוד של עובש, ביקשנו מהקבלה להחליף את החדר וזו הציעה שני חדרים אחרים כאשר הנוף מהם היה גג המלון עצמו מאחר שהבריאות יותר חשובה לנו הסכמנו לקבל את החדרים אבל אז גילינו שבאחד החדרים יש סתימה בביוב ובזמן מקלחת קצרה צריך להתקלח בשלולית עצומה של מים ובשני המזגן דולף ויש שלולית בכניסה לחדר לאחר דיווח על המקרים לקבלה אמרו שיתקנו מה שלא קרה באמת בפועל. גם הליכה ברחובות שבסביבת המלון הייתה קשה לנו לעיכול אחרי כשלושה שבועות ברחבי תאילנד הרחוב התוסס של האזור היה רועש במיוחד וצפוף במיוחד שכלל לא השרה נעימות להליכה או לשבת במסעדה (יש אנשים שיתחבר לזה אבל אנחנו לא). לאחר לילה אחד ביקשנו מהקבלה לעזוב את המלון הם מצידם ניסו לשדרג אותנו לסוויטה אבל כבר לא בא לנו ולאחר דין ודברים הם ניאותו לזכות אותנו עבור לילה אחד מתוך שניים שנותרו לנו וזה ראוי לשבח מצידם. אנחנו עברנו לאזור אחר בפוקט ועברנו חוויה מתקנת.

In de keuken kwam rare geur. Ik had suite voor twee slaapkamers en één woonkamer. Het was één badkamer. Dat is beetje krap als je gezin hebt voor vijf personen. In juli zee is behoorlijk ruw. Er zijn hoge golven. Dat maakt onmogelijk om te zwemmen. Het werd ook afgeraden.
