Wieder top Hotel an top Lage mit privatem Strand. Die ganze Anlage wird toll gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es gibt nicht zu bemängeln.

Sehr gut geeignet auch für Indidualreisende mit eigenem Auto. Freie beschattete Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotelgelände. Es ist eigentlich eine klassische Allin Hotelanlage die sehr großzügig angelegt ist aber es wird auch nur Frühstück angeboten. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Gäste im Hotel ist die Küche auch auf die gleichzeitige Bewirtung von vielen Personen ausgelegt. Das Besondere und bisher so noch nicht erlebte ist das man sich immer noch sehr individuell betreut vorkommt. Das funktioniert nur aufgrund des auch in der Nachsaison sehr motivierten Personals.

Eine Renovierung der bereits in die Jahre gekommenen Gebäudeteile steht an.

Meer und Strand

Leider waren wir von der Sauberkeit der Zimmer, insbesondere im WC-Bereich, sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt sehr dunkel und veraltet. Wir hatten einen Bungalow und dort hat man zudem Geräusche von draußen sehr stark gehört. Auch die Betten und Polster waren sehr unbequem und sollten unserer Meinung nach dringend erneuert werden. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr eng und wenig praktisch eingerichtet. Es gab kaum Steckdosen und der kleine Schminktisch, auf dem gleichzeitig Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher standen, machte den ohnehin engen Platz noch unpraktischer. Bei den Kaffeekapseln mussten wir ebenfalls zwei Tage warten. Als wir sie schließlich bekamen, wurden uns nur zwei Kapseln ausgehändigt. Da wir nur noch einen Tag Aufenthalt hatten, war das dann allerdings nicht mehr ganz so tragisch. Beim Essen waren wir – abgesehen von den À-la-carte-Restaurants – ebenfalls nicht zufrieden.

Beautiful Public Spaces: The hotel’s grounds and common areas are lovely and very well-maintained; Fantastic Kids' Club: The kids' club is amazing—well-shaded, properly ventilated, and genuinely inviting for children; Good Food: The dining options were tasty with a great variety of dishes.

Resort Size & Walking: The resort is huge, which requires a lot of walking from one area to another. It definitely takes a few days just to learn your way around and fully enjoy everything the property has to offer.

Emplacement excellent, avec une très belle plage directement accessible depuis l’hôtel. Le complexe est immense, mais il est tellement bien conçu qu’on ne ressent absolument pas sa taille au quotidien. La seule exception est au moment des repas, où l’on se rend compte du nombre important de clients et où il peut y avoir un peu d’attente. Cela dit, l’organisation est vraiment au top et le personnel très efficace et agréable. Certaines chambres sont un peu vieillissantes et mériteraient d’être modernisées, mais la literie est en revanche très confortable, avec de grands lits XXL, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le principal bémol reste pour moi le rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons payé environ 2 500 € la chambre pour 6 jours, pour deux personnes avec seulement le petit-déjeuner. À ce niveau de tarif, et pour un établissement 5 étoiles, je trouve l’hôtel un peu surcoté et je m’attendais à des prestations et des chambres plus haut de gamme. En revanche, pour les familles avec enfants, c’est vraiment un hôtel idéal : beaucoup d’espace, une très belle plage, une excellente organisation et tout est pensé pour passer des vacances faciles et agréables en famille.

Le point le plus désagréable a été le bruit du service de ménage dès 7h30 chaque matin : aspirateurs dans les couloirs, chariots, portes, « bing-bang » répétés et conversations très fortes entre les membres du personnel, auxquels s’ajoute le bruit du nettoyage des chambres voisines. L’insonorisation n’aide malheureusement pas, puisqu’il n’y a pas de double porte permettant d’isoler davantage la chambre du couloir. Nous sommes en vacances et souhaitons naturellement pouvoir dormir le matin. D’autant qu’avec le décalage horaire d’une heure avec la France, 8h30 en Grèce correspond encore à 7h30 pour nous. Être réveillés systématiquement aussi tôt par le fonctionnement de l’hôtel est vraiment regrettable dans un établissement de cette catégorie et à ce niveau de prix. Autre mauvaise surprise au moment du départ : le service bagagerie nous a appelés à quatre reprises pour venir récupérer les bagages et nous faire comprendre que nous étions en retard pour libérer la chambre, alors qu’il était environ 11h30. Malgré un échange préalable avec le service de ménage, nous avons trouvé cette insistance particulièrement désagréable, voire assez grossière et agressive dans la manière de procéder. C’est dommage de terminer le séjour sur cette impression. Au final, l’hôtel possède de vrais atouts et conviendra particulièrement bien aux familles avec enfants. Mais à nos yeux, le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles à ce tarif. À plus de 400 € la nuit avec uniquement le petit-déjeuner, nous attendions davantage de calme, de standing et surtout une qualité de service irréprochable jusqu’au moment du départ. Leur reactivite a nos demandes par email avant l arrivee est assez faible

Très bel hôtel, avec un personnel souriant, bienveillant et attentif. On a beaucoup aimé la plage, la restauration, et surtout les vrais cocktails ! Mes enfants adolescents ont adoré le parc aquatique ! On a passé d'excellentes vacances et je pense qu'on va sûrement revenir avec un grand plaisir!

El personal en general te trata bastante mal, sin mucha educación, a las 08:30 de la mañana llaman a tu puerta a ver si has consumido algo del mini bar, muchas veces todavía estábamos en la cama. El baño estaba lleno de hormigas, incluso en las toallas, cuando nos duchamos salía agua por el desague en medio del baño. La calidad de la. Comida bastante baja, por el precio que pagas me espero algo más

Not great value for money in my opinion. Room was disappointing. Could do with updating. Kept checking the mini bar every day. Would just come in to the room with barely a knock. Not even free water provided in the mini bar. No smart tv, not great value for money. Have had nicer rooms for half the price.

Cet établissement est excellent, certainement l’un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu. Lit confortable, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre dans un bungalow et non dans le bâtiment principal face à la mer et à côté de la piscine. Le buffet est excellent, mention spéciale au petit déjeuner qui est exceptionnel. Tout est pensé dans le détail : application et qr code à chaque transat pour que les boissons vous soient apportées directement à votre emplacement piscine/plage. Le parc aquatique est très bien. La plage est superbe, préserve les tortues et très propre et mer très chaude. Le mini club est une mini ville qui prend en charge les enfants avec une équipe très complète et multi lingue et où il est même possible de laisser les enfants dormir. Malgré la capacité d’accueil de l’hôtel, en plein mois estival, on ne ressent pas que l’hôtel est complet ce qui est un gros plus !

Pour chipoter, un peu plus de rangements dans la chambre et de pression douche seraient bienvenue.

Loved the location and the seaview. I also loved that the rooms were single level and not that horrible high-rise you often get in larger hotels. The breakfast buffet and outdoor dinners at the restaurant near the pool were amazing and the beach bar was beautiful. Love the variety of eating/drinking options. Also amazing kids club and my children loved being part of the performance on the Friday evening

A little more space to put suitcases in the room and some shelves in the wardrobe to place (kids) clothes would be very useful. Also, whilst I appreciate this may not be practical it would be nice to have an alternative location for breakfast (even if not as big) in a less hectic environment

Cleaning service staff and guest relation were really good in case of any problem and need they are always ready for support

Manutenzione della struttura e pulizia impeccabile. Nel frigo bar erano presenti sempre diverse lattine e acqua in bottiglia. Tanti ristoranti e molta varietà di cibo. Personale sempre gentile e cordiale.

Per la struttura che è, dovrebbero investire molto di più nell'animazione soprattutto serale. Non può chiudere il beach bar alle ore 17.45, la migliore ora per godersi il mare.

Amazing landscaping, food good, good location, bus stop very convenient, i like stuff professional work.

ON my opinion desserts was not so good. And i like to have a balcony open during night time to listening sea but cannot because of mosquitos. First time by water slides got checked my weight before use.

Facilities and food options

The staff were rude and unwelcoming, on one particular occasion, we asked for a buggy to assist our heavily pregnant cousin to her room. They told her it was non operational at that time , despite us seeing the porter still escorting people who were checking in. Eventually they did help her but their attitude was unwelcoming to begin with. Our cousin was in pain and had we not been there to advocate for her, who knows what could have happened. We say the way they treated other groups who didn’t look like us and the difference was disappointing!

En all inclusive, très vaste choix de boissons Nourriture très bonne malgré un manque de diversité au niveau des entrées Personnel sympathique Infrastructures au top notamment avec le nouveau parc aquatique pour les enfants (Pourquoi le fermer dès 18H et tous les mardis ?) Cela reste un hôtel haut de gamme, un des meilleurs de la région et qui délivre un service haut de gamme avec le sourire et en toute simplicité

service aléatoire, ont parfois tendance à vous oublier au restaurant, parfois un peu long à la piscine Service d'étage intrusif et pressant (ils rentrent dans votre chambre si vous ne répondez pas dans la seconde, soupir quand on leur dit de ne pas faire le ménage car on occupe la chambre + bruit lié au ménage dans les étages Les animations FRAM alors qu'on est pas clients chez eux, ils prennent parfois un peu de place !

Groot, ruim opgezet en zeer schoon hotel/complex op een mooie locatie direct aan het strand. Goede faciliteiten met als extra het waterpark. Service en netheid van hoog niveau. Wij hadden gekozen voor een standaard kamer met alleen ontbijtbuffet. Op het complex zijn meerdere restaurants aanwezig. Rethymnon ligt op vijf minuten rijden en daar is ook keuze genoeg.

Niet heel veel. Wij waren in het voorseizoen en het was nog redelijk rustig. Door de aanwezigheid van all inclusive gasten kan het wel eens druk worden bij de restaurants, dus reserveren lijkt nodig. Onze gerenoveerde kamer zat in het hoofgebouw en was groot genoeg. Het komt alleen niet vaak meer voor dat er geen stopcontacten aanwezig zijn op de badkamer of naast het bed. Maar als dat het is...!

Qualité de service incroyable, niveau nourriture, bien mieux que ce que nous espérions, Infrastructures et chambre au top.

Le seul défaut est le manque d'animation le soir.

We loved the location, the choices of restaurants, entertainment and the staff were brilliant.

The rooms could do with some updating but nothing drastic and the one thing I think they could revise is the minibar check each morning. She would knock once without waiting and before you know it, your room is opened and from outside someone is checking the minibar. I think they should revise how they go about checking without invading the guests' privacy. We had a near miss on the first morning where we could have had an unpleasant experience.

Sijainti, yleiset tilat, lasten palvelut (Kri Kri Club) oli erinomainen!! Erityisesti lasten lounaat ylittivät odotukset! Myös vesipuisto oli upea.

Huoneet olivat vanhanaikaisia, ei kylpyammetta. Muurahaisia oli parvekkeella, ravintolan ikkunalaudalla ja jopa huoneen lattialla. Muurahaiset eivät meitä kuitenkaan haitanneet, mutta rappauksen saumat olisi hyvä paikata, jotta muurahaisia ei enää tulisi sisätiloihin. Osa työntekijöistä oli selvästi hyvin väsyneitä.

I stayed here for a week and I would rate it as the worst resort I have ever stayed in. Beach was bad , ocean too rough, and only one beach bar for entire beach and it was bad service.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel. Allerdings war die Liegensituation katastrophal. Wir haben erst am 4. Tag Liegen am Pool bekommen. Zudem gab es sehr lange Warteschlangen im Hauptrestaurant. Das Hotel sollte weniger Hotelgäste aufnehmen.

מלון מהמם ברמה גבוהה ביותר . האוכל מעולה ומגוון , מטופח, נקי ביותר . היינו כבר במלונות הכל כלול אבל פה מדובר במלון בליגה אחרת ..אלגנטי והשירות ברמה גבוהה ביותר. הגענו משפחה עם שני מבוגרים ,שני מתבגרים וילדה הזמנו שני חדרים וביקשנו שיהיו סמוכים. במקום שני חדרים סמוכים שודרגנו לוילה מהממת עם בריכה פרטית ללא כל עלות נוספת . הוילה והבריכה פשוט וואו !!! תודה רבה לכם על חווית חופש נפלאה ומפנקת מאין כמוהה.

The beach was great , very clean beach

Very old resort and rooms were not very clean. feels like 3 stars resort not 5 stars at all. We were all inclusive but the receptionist doesn’t give much information about the meals and drinks included. The resort for family with kids if you are adults then it may not be your first option

Fantastic place for kids and families

The hotel was beautiful and staff very nice. Very clean! Beach was not great especially for kids. Very rocky and we couldn’t swim. Also, water park and pool were great but closed so early. Because the beach was not great we traveled to Other beaches and wish we couldv’e come back to swim at hotel but the water park closed at 6pm and Pool at 7pm. As great as everything else was, this really killed the hotel experience for us!

Location is great, a few minute drive to old town. we stayed in 2 bedr beachfront mythica villa with private pool. The location of these rooms is great, easy access to everything. Guest relation Maria was great and accommodating. Pools were great, we had an amazing stay. The new waterpark was fun ...it could do with a few more loungers, but I think it's only just opened and looks like they are making space for more. Food options are great. Parking at hotel was easy. Lots of activities. Main pool is great!

I can't really think of anything we didn't enjoy

Fantastisk sted å være med barn. Vennlig personale, men de som jobbet i resepsjonen kunne vært litt blidere. Hotellet og dets fasiliteter var veldig bra, men famillierommet tilsvarer ikke 5 stjerner, inventar var slitt og det var lite knagger og hyller å legge ting på.

The hotel is beautiful, public spaces are not modern but very well kept, outdoor areas are beautiful with plenty of open space for the kids to run around. We had 2 classic double rooms and one 2BR Mythika suite, the classic rooms were OK, decent size, in good condition but could use some refreshing. The Mythika suite was amazing, spacious, renovated, cleaned a few times through the day and included tasty goodies (fruits, wine, etc). Mythika guests receive private beach seating, benefits at restaurants (which we didn't use as are our party were not entitled) and free late check-out up to 6PM! (which was fantastic as our flight was late). Beach and pools are very cozy, there's a shortage of sunbeds in the big pool but we managed. Parts we liked less: The water park, it's in all the hotel pictures on Expedia, and the hotel's FB an IG pages advertised the new park set to open in the beginning of the season. Unfortunately the park wasn't ready, it's set to open soon and we weren't offered an alternative. Other points: Hotel has lots of stairs, there are some elevators but they are small and slow. AC in the rooms works only in the afternoons, problematic in hot days and during the night (hotel could only offer a rattily noisy fan as a solution). Apart from the beautiful kids club we found the animation schedule a bit lacking. And finally, some of the staff are not as friendly as you'd expect for a 5* resort, we found ourselves having to "nudge" some of them into helping at times.

Our room was dated, we have always had nicer rooms when staying before. Gym lacking basic equipment like weights. Drinks are over priced you will spend more on drinks at the buffet than having a meal out each night

The hotel was very clean and staff very helpfull.

The additional drinks with half pension was expensive, specially the wine selection. The booking system for restaurant was rather stress full and did not always work as intended.

Overall very good hotel and worth to stay there. The staff is super super polite with a nice smile everywhere, from top to bottom. The beach is nice, open to the north winds. Food is acceptable standard hotel buffet with variety of foods (although no Cretan foods or delicacies at the part of the buffer we were using). There are two sections building-wise, a renovated section and an old section. The sea-view bungalow we had this time was at the old section, 80s style, and definitely not worth 230-250 euros/night, with sea-view obstructed a lot by the front line bungalows. In the past we stayed at a cheaper, standard sea-view renovated room, main building section, which was better value for money than the more expensive bungalow(s).

Avant notre arrivée j’ai signalé que mon fils était en fauteuil roulant car il a du se faire opérer en urgence de la hanche. Ils m’ont gentiment répondu qu’ils mettaient tout en place pour notre confort et on s’est retrouvé dans une chambre au deuxième étage avec un ascenseur pas du tout aux normes handicapés pour un fauteuil roulant puisqu’il ne pouvait pas rentrer tout seul dedans il fallait ouvrir une porte battante pour rentrer et l’ascenseur faisait à peine la largeur du fauteuil donc impossible pour mon fils de rentrer tout seul dedans sinon il se coinçait les doigts. Nous avons donc fait par de notre mécontentement concernant cette chambre pas du tout adaptée ni pour y accéder en ascenseur ni pour aller dans la douche car il y avait une marche pour aller dans la salle de bain et aussi pour rentrer dans la douche et de plus pas de porte de douche donc de l’eau partout devant et un sol glissant. Ils nous ont donc mis dans un bungalow parfaitement adapté de plein pieds et une baignoire avec poignée et un rideau pour ne pas mouiller le sol En contre partie nous avons payé 1300€ supp après avoir négocié près d’une heure car au départ ils nous demandaient 1900€. Nous étions avec des amis qui ont aussi réservés sur votre site internet et qui ont eu un bungalow donc surclassés mais sans payer de surplus. Nous avons trouvé ce principe pas très commerçant de leur part surtout que nous étions 11 personnes en tout inclus. J’attends votre réponse merci

Our waterfront bungalow was like a hidden gem, the hotel had great food and staff that made us feel like VIPs.

The internet was unstable. Router on the room but that didn't seem to be working.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our kids and appreciated how family-friendly it is. There are several shallow pools, which are great for young children, making it a fun place for families. However, our room was disappointing—it wasn’t new and had a noticeable smell of mold. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but it would have been a downgrade, and unfortunately, the musty smell was still present, even though the staff didn’t agree with our concern. In the end, we decided to stay in our original room. Other than that issue, it’s generally a good hotel, especially for families with kids, but the room situation was a bit of a letdown.

The rooms were excellent in terms of size with a sea view—wonderful location close to Rithamino with a private beach.

1. On the first day, we asked for coffee capsules. There were 5 of us and it took them an hour to arrive. When they arrived they gave us 4 capsules. The next day they already brought us 2 whole boxes. 2. There is only one small elevator for 4 floors.

Beach is perfect , reception team extremely nice and helpful , food is great same as a staff working in main restaurant .

Beach bar day time staff was extremely rude ! They been to busy talking to each other and ignoring people waiting .. when was 16:43 we wanted to order cocktail ( waiting 10 min as staff was busy talking with each other ) then the guy said to me 16:45 no more coctails . When I said but it’s 16:43 and I’m waiting 10 min he said and what and start lounging . Not a great experience :-/ especially that every one in a hotel is extremely nice apart from bartenders from beach bar ..

The a la carte

We initially had a mythical room but because I had asked that we had a shower we ended up in a room that wasn’t private enough for us as the bathroom was separated in a shower cubicle and a toilet. It was partially my fault as I had read we could have a room with either bath or shower so I mailed and said please make sure we have a shower not realising they would do this. The other rooms had bath/shower which would have been fine. Anyway, we asked to move and ended up in a lower grade room at the other side of the complex away from our mythical bungalow and in a room that was more like a Benidorm room. It was all a bit silly really as we were clearly downgraded but we were desperate for some privacy in the bathroom with a teenager. Also our initial room had a dreadful set up for watching to in bed … all three of us … as that’s what we do as parents with a 14 year old. The mythical room had a double bed facing the ocean with its to behind it that you couldn’t view . Crazy !!! The whole thing sort of spoilt the stay as our Benidorm room was well and truly outdated and pretty rubbish really. As loyalty members I guess we should have known better but making decisions over room changes on your second day is hard.

This hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars hotel it is very very old the rooms are very tight the twin bed is actually a single bed the area is not classy the beach is rocky and not safe to swim the rooms are not clean and full of ants not worth any penny

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und jeder findet einen Platz für seine Erholung. Wenig deutsche Gäste, was aber nicht störend ist. Die Bäder könnten teilweise renoviert werden. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit vielen Freizeitangeboten!

Alt und heruntergekommen Große Steine im Wasser, schlecht zum Baden. Ab 10 uhr keine Liegen mehr frei.
