Sie war rustikal und relativ „ok“ ausgestattet. Das Bad war groß und man konnte sogar zu zwei duschen.

Es war sehr einfach eingerichtet, dafür das es ein Luxus Hotel sein soll. Der Fernseher stand auf einer Kommode und alles sah etwas zusammengestellt aus.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The pool area was amazing, and everything was clean and very well maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Mallorca. 😍

Leider mangelt es an der Sauberkeit. Die Liegen am Pool waren ständig dreckig inkl. eingetrockneter Vogelschei**e, auch am Frühstückstisch war unser Besteck voll damit. Das Bad im Zimmer war auch leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und hatte hygienische Mängel. Das Personal ist nett, jedoch extrem langsam und nicht bemüht / nicht aufmerksam. Die Bestellungen am Pool dauerten bis zu 50min für zwei einfache Getränke. Alles in Allem absolut nicht den hohen Preis gerechtfertigt. Waren zum Ersten und zum Letzten mal dort.

Isolated, big area, great pools, spa, breakfast, and dinner with live music. Staff is very polite and helpful. We also received an upgrade and free drinks as we were on our honeymoon, nice touch from the guest experience team :)

Maybe a bit far from other things, so I’d recommend a rental car to be able to move around easily. Other than this, nothing to mention.

Insgesamt war alles perfekt. Essen war sehr gut, einzig die Italian Night hat uns nicht überzeugt.

The hotel was spacious, really tastely decorated, food was amazing as has a michelin restaurant on site so even the food by the pool was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to help you and were genuine in their friendliness. All the staff were so lovely and even helped book restaurants for us and seemed very happy. We were helped a lot by Lucia at the front desk and everyone was so nice. Breakfasts were just delicious and very nicely curated and not a huge commercial buffet slung together. The swimming pools were great and you could always get a bed. We tried the gym which was well equiped too.

Really nothing! Maybe that you couldn't really walk anywhere but that didn't bother us............

The space is big, but the facilities are generally old.

I had a very bad experience. This could have been just me, but it was an awful experience and I left 1 day into my 4 day stay. I booked the largest suite they had, expecting a 5 star experience. The room had a TV that was maybe 32" from 2010. It had no smart TV capabilities, the AC in the room did not work, the Wifi did not work. They could have fixed all those things, but I specifically asked for a manager to come discuss with me. That did not happen. No one responded and I asked twice. I booked the stay there to relax. I wanted to have a very comfortable experience. The staff never responded with a manager, so there was no response really. The staff at the restaurant was incredibly rude. To the point I was standing for 15 minutes waiting to ask for a table to be seated at then they sat other people in front of me. The pool had no waitors or bars. There were no seats and no towels. I had to track someone down to find someone to get a drink order and towels and it took 20-30 minutes. The spa itself is very old. There is one small sauna, one small steam room, and a ice dispenser. That's IT! The pools are large and full of people. I found from the staff at reception, to lack of services, to old technologies in the room, to lack of any authority to speak to, to bad waiting and rude staff : This is VERY far from a 5 star experience. I expected a refund, and they only provided me 50% of my stay back. Initially, they even told me I would have zero refund. No accountability on any of this. In my experience, this was NOT a wellness stay. If they tried to make this up to me, I would understand. But they did not!

This hotel has to be my least favourite on the entire island. We spent 3 months in various places but this was not the real Mallorca. It is a chain hotel of the Hyatt Group and very corporate. The Property was large but secluded and there were many pools with lots of activities although we didn’t get to do anything whilst there.

I don’t normally write bad reviews but this was awful. I booked two nights and arrived with our dog. We were presented on arrival with a whole page of dog rules which basically said the dog could not go in “any common” area had to be in a cage in the outside restaurant!! When we said we don’t have a cage and our dog is very friendly they said could reduce that as an exception if he was muzzled. I wanted to leave immediately but the receptionist asked me to stay one night and reconsider in the morning and if I still want to leave they would refund me. I did want to leave the next day as one of us had to stay with the dog in the room while the other went for breakfast and we could not use any facilities as the dog was allowed nowhere. The receptionist told me to wait in the room for her call to get the refund issued for the 2nd night and I waited three hours. It turned out they were telling me there would be a refund but head office said no. I left anyway as I had already booked elsewhere based on their previous assurances a refund would be issued and I was glad to be out of the place. This is not Mallorca! There are so many lovely authentic country fincas in Mallorca but this is not one of them, this is a corporate level hotel! It was unfortunate that there were so many things the staff said to me that were wrong and no one actually knew what was going on there. I’m not sure how they can call themselves pet friendly but I went back to my favourite dog friendly hotel on the island and didn’t regret it even though Hyatt didn’t honour their promises and refund the second night in the end and I lost quite a large sum of money and even though they were nowhere near booked out yet hey still refused the refund.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön

Es ist wirklich schade, eine so kritische Bewertung für ein derart schönes Hotel schreiben zu müssen. Das Zoëtry Mallorca hat eine traumhafte Lage, ein wunderschönes Ambiente und wäre eigentlich der perfekte Ort für einen besonderen Aufenthalt. Leider konnte der Service diesem Anspruch überhaupt nicht gerecht werden. Der Service am Pool war schlicht enttäuschend. Trotz mehrfacher Bestellung von Getränken und Essen warteten wir so lange, dass uns schließlich mitgeteilt wurde, die Küche sei inzwischen geschlossen – es war 18 Uhr. Für sechs Personen blieb damit ein einziges Clubsandwich. Auch beim Frühstück wiederholten sich die langen Wartezeiten. Einen bestellten Crêpe erhielten wir beispielsweise erst, als die Frühstückszeit bereits beendet war. Selbst der Turndown-Service funktionierte nicht zuverlässig. Am ersten Abend mussten wir ihn selbst anfordern, an den beiden folgenden Abenden fand er trotz unserer Bitte überhaupt nicht statt. Besonders enttäuschend war allerdings der Umgang mit unserer Kritik. Wir haben bereits am zweiten Urlaubstag sämtliche Punkte persönlich angesprochen. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass dies an den Manager weitergegeben wird. Eine Rückmeldung oder irgendeine erkennbare Verbesserung gab es danach nicht. Beim Check-out nach drei Tagen haben wir alle Punkte erneut angesprochen. Auch die Managerin on Duty konnte nichts unternehmen und wollte die Angelegenheit wiederum an den Manager weitergeben. Genau das ist für uns der größte Kritikpunkt: Fehler können passieren – gerade in einem Hotelbetrieb. Entscheidend ist, wie damit umgegangen wird. Hier haben wir leider weder Verantwortungsübernahme noch echtes Interesse an einer Lösung erlebt. Der herzliche Check-in war ausdrücklich positiv und verdient erwähnt zu werden. Ansonsten war der Service während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts leider weit unter dem Niveau, das wir von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten.

I was very pleased with my holiday, and overall everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the hotel itself was beautiful.

The only disappointing part of our stay was that a gold necklace with a pendant went missing from our room. I would strongly recommend keeping all jewellery and other valuables in the safe. It is upsetting to know that your belongings may not be secure in your room. This was the first time in my life that something of mine has been stolen while staying at a hotel. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the reception staff seemed to show very little concern when we reported it. Because of this experience, I can only give the hotel 3 stars instead of 5.

Das Personal ist nicht passend für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Sehr überfordert. Teilweise Augenrollen bei Frühstücksbestellung. Insgesamt bei Frühstück überfordert, bei Pool dauert es zu lange. Das Essen im Restaurant ist nicht gut. Wir sind jeden Abend in den Ort gefahren.

Our second stay here. Love the style and authentic feel. Breakfast is really wonderful with high quality produce, and dinner in the courtyard is a memorable experience, and especially when live music is playing. Loved the Le Labo toiletries. Family pool works well for children we really enjoyed this.

Our room required a bit of maintenance, however we let reception know about this. The tiles/grout in the bathroom needed a deep clean however we also advised on this. Require more staff in restaurant on peak evenings.

Beautiful setting in an old building, and very well looked after. Staff were all very friendly and spoke several languages. Room was nice and spacious Food was lovely and good varied options

The hotel was not full but there were barely enough sunbeds to get a spot at either pool past midday. For a hotel of this standard you absolutely should have bottled water refilled every day in your room. Eating outside in the beautiful surroundings is wonderful, but the amount of flies landing on the table and in your food while you’re eating is obtrusive. There should be a small gadget on each table to discourage them at least. WiFi was too patchy in our room to watch Netflix or similar without having to log in and out several times an hour

What a finess. Place is whatever. Staff don’t smile and are kind of annoying. Food is terrible. We’re had lamb and it was the most disgusting piece of meat we’ve ever had. Chocolate cake was even bad. Tuna tar tar was ok. Take time to receive food and drinks. Room was old and bathroom had mold. We paid 700€ for one night. I paid crying inside because really the place is not worth even 200€.

Les jardins et le lieu qui est très espacé.

Trop de bruits le matin dans les couloirs par les femmes de ménage et le personnel. Les portes claquent, ça parle fort, on déplace les meubles pour le ménage, beaucoup trop de bruits ça gâche un peu le séjour.. Attention, les clients veulent la tranquillité dans un lieu comme ça.

The architecture and quiet countryside surroundings made it perfect for a relaxing stay with heritage and history. The pools were idyllic, with swallows flying overhead. The food was great and the staff were friendly.

Our air con was unusable as it smelt awful when turned on. Luckily it wasn’t very hot so we were happy without.

Unser Zimmer war in einem Bungalow. Das Hotelzimmer war doch arg in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster teilweise blind. Badezimmerspiegel massiv unterlaufen etc. Das Zimmer entspricht keinem Fünfsterne Hotel.

This is paradise. People are very welcoming and it was the perfect way to end my trip in Mallorca. The absolute calmness. The hotel feels like a village. It feels like walking inside a garden. The church inside, the absolute exquisite gym club, the spa is so beautiful.

Restaurant menu is very disappointing, no flavors, no surprise . Very basic and flat. German tourists will be very pleased. The pool needs to get heated. It’s abnormal for an establishment like this to have freezing cold pools.

I enjoyed the quite relaxing atmosphere, I really liked the adult swimming pool and the whole area was very beautiful and relaxing.

Unfortunately I was really dissapointed with this stay. I was here for a 1 night stay only with my little dog. I asked for an early check in before my stay and it was upon availability. On a day of arrival we were waiting for our room from about 12.00 to 3.30 pm...I was told several times, that I will be called when the room is ready, but that did not happen. With my dog I could not wait by the swimming pool or in the restaurant, we could only walk outside or sit at the pool bar and it was very hot. The room was pretty old, no special features, no view at all, very simple room on a ground floor.In the eveving I found out a wasps nest at our terrace and a lot of wasps around us...I called the reception and ask to change our room, because I am allergic to wasp sting. I was told the hotel is fully booked and they only can send the technitian to kill the wasps...he came, he used a sprey to kill them - of course they were confused and started flying around so he ran to the room close the door and told me not to use the terrace, because the spray is toxic......?!!!!! Crazy....The final disappointment was at the breakfast:( I was told I could sit anywhere I like, but nobody ever approach me with the menu or drink order. I was waiting more then 30 minutes, it was embarrassing as other people were served immediately..I have to approach the staff myself to ask for a cappuccino and then waited for another 15 minutes and again no ala card order. I approached the staff again and one of the managers finally assured me that he will take my order. However it was so embarassing, I felt I am unvisible for the restaurant staff and I heard how nicely they were talking to other guests, mostly families or couples.

El trato personal

Wonderful estate with a wonderful catering staff such as Lidia, Sally, Kike and Bruno. Ghazi the guest relation manager is a true professional and solved all of our issues in a blink. The elegant suite was amazing and so quiet. Breakfast is top @ Zoetry especially the porridge and the eggs in all styles. The all in formula is to be recommended. Pool bar is like heaven for lunch, snacks and drinks. The adult only pool is a good idea and the sunbeds and towels are ok The chapel on the estate is a wonderful extra and worth a visit!

At arrival we did not get the elegant suite we had booked but guest relation manager Ghazi intervened and solved the issue in a very professional and friendly way. The beds @ Zoetry seem to be made out of concrete. Way too hard and not comfortable at all! Breakfast is sometimes a bit of a chaos and not all staff is as friendly and competent as the ones mentioned above. The menu of the restaurant did not change the whole week. And for a 5 star hotel you would expect a turn down service. I truly think that the hotel management should question itself.

Tutto meraviglioso, praticamente un'oasi di pace. giardino incantevole, camera super spaziosa, spa e piscina molto rilassanti, colazione ottima! Consigliatissimo se si cerca relax e posizione ottima in campagna per raggiungere in auto molte località!

Restaurants und Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Lage sehr ruhig und angenehm.

Fernsehempfang wegen zu schwachem Antennensignal bis auf einen Sender nicht möglich. Wurde trotz Meldung an den Maintenance nicht behoben.

Die Lage hat uns gefallen. Die Anlage ebenfalls. Das Obst beim Frühstück super! Netter Empfang.die pools waren sehr schön...

Das Zimmer ging zu einem "Hinterhof", keine Sonne, schmale terasse, dunkel, Fenster ließen sich nicht kippen... Der Service war bis auf wenige Ausnahmen lieblos, nicht aufmerksam. Kein ökologischer Umgang mit den Handtüchern, wurden tgl. Gewechselt. Zimmerservice hat Kaffee nicht aufgefüllt, erst auf Nachfrage. Die Auflagen am Pool waren durchgelegen, hatten Stockflecken oder schimmel...geht gar nicht... Einem ☆☆☆☆☆ hotel nicht angemessen. Abendessen unangemessen teuer.

我觉得酒店的客房距离公共区域较远，停车场没有设有大门，随意进出，客房的安全不太有保障，睡觉不太有安全感，

Odeur d'égouts dans la chambre, impossible de dormir, odeur insupportable.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr schönes Ambiente mit sehr viel Natur. Toll gepflegte Pflanzen! Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, man sitzt toll draußen beim Wein oder Abendessen. Auch die Restaurants sind sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Veraltete Zimmer, leider schon in die Jahre gekommen, was kleine Renovierungen anbelangt. Im Außenbereich gibt es auch einige Dinge zu machen (Lampe kaputt / Schrauben liegen auf dem Boden/ Pool Anlage nicht so toll gepflegt).

Eine wunderschöne Athmosphäre im Haupthaus - in einem liebevoll und authentisch gestalten 5 Sterne Hotel in einem alten Kloster. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Kleiner gepflegter schöner Spa mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Innenpool, Therapieräumen und viel Ruhe. Spa nur für Erwachsene! Sehr schönes Restaurant, als Frühstücksrestaurant mit großer Frühstücks-Auswahl - der beste Start in den Tag!
